"The denial of Truth is just as fatal to the mind as the denial of light is to vision. Truth in its fullness is not easy to attain, even if one does admit its existence. To explore Truth in all its complexity there must come moments when we confess ignorance, when we frankly admit that we were mistaken or bigoted, or prejudiced. These admissions are painful, but they actually enrich character just as much as all approximations to falsehood forfeit it."  Bishop Fulton J. Sheen

Three more saints enlighten the faithful in a panel discussion with Saint Joseph

We continue with this new concept for Catholic readers everywhere. We are inundated by talk shows, panel discussions, etc. etc. talking about anything and everything. But what does it all really matter? What matters is what God says. What matters is what the saints have passed down through the way they lived their lives in striving for what we all must set as our goal: sanctity. The Church has always held these men and women up for us to emulate. Unfortunately, today so many of the saints have been forgotten, or dismissed as "out-of-touch" in the misguided modern thinking. Therefore, we have put together a hypothetical panel discussion in which Saint Joseph will moderate each time with three other saints from various periods in history and what they have to say about the state of things in our Church and world today. In this issue the universal patron of the Church invites Saint Michael the Archangel an expert on counseling the Church Militant in the way of battling satan, Saint Thomas the Apostle who can attest to man's need to be reassured, and Saint Therese of Lisieux. The Little Flower is an expert on the simple, little way to holiness. Guided by Joseph, they weigh in with wisdom on Converting hearts to the truth. It should be fascinating and tweak a few consciences at the same time. For the third panel in the Heavenly Mansion, see SAINTS PRESERVE US!

Bush has left the door open...wide open!

In our commentary for this issue, we bring you our point of view on the repercussions of President George W. Bush's decision to allow federal funding for existing lines of embryo stem cell research. We illustrate how this rationale has come back to haunt in the past both in the world and the Church. Dr. Alan Keyes, a staunch pro-life uncompromising Catholic nails it on the head when he speaks of principle. He maintains that Bush has left the door open to allow the poison tree to grow rather than cutting it off at its roots. He pointed this out on Fox News Hannity & Colmes just minutes after the president's address: "The tree is poison. You eat the fruit and you have already accepted the violation of principle. And that means that basically what he has done is not only leave the door open, but inviting the possibility that fruitfulness from those lines of research will actually arm those who are trying to destroy the principle." It's nothing new. It has been happening since our first parents ate of the forbidden fruit. For our editorial The art of compromise! see CATHOLIC PewPOINT

The structure of the Novus Ordo is intent on laicizing the Mass
"The faithful learned the Mass in the past because the Mass itself taught them the Faith. It is the very lack of reverence and dignity in the Novus Ordo that causes even some very well-intentioned priests to offer commentaries at every possible opportunity, all to the detriment of the life of the Church."
In this issue Thomas A. Droleskey, Ph.D. continues his fascinating, logical, factual treatise Germs of GIRM on ferreting out the doublespeak and contradictions contained in the General Instruction of the Roman Missal (GIRM) which has confused so many and, instead of clearing up abuses, only is a license to experiment some more, all contributing to the continuing deconstruction of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass that sustained the Church and her faithful for some 1,500 years. For part twenty - Presider and Divider, see CHRIST OR CHAOS

An eerie sense of pending doom permeates those who have no idea what is in store for them!
In the last issue we introduced the first episode of an on-line novel for these times that has been 15 years in the making. This copyrighted work is called, "White Smoke, Black Fire!" Though it is copyrighted, you may print it and distribute it to others, as well as e-mail providing the sources and disclaimer are included. "White Smoke, Black Fire!" is both a prophecy and global incendiary event waiting to happen. Taut, interwoven action takes the reader across four continents on a physical and psychological eight-day journey into hell as an eclectic group of ordinary people - lay and religious - are suddenly catapulted into the smoldering ashes of the Basilisk's Black Fire. They band together in a desperate attempt to save mankind - body and soul. The fast and furious action takes one from the boardrooms of America to the murky labyrinth of Rome's slums, from the vast ecumenical stage in Iraq to the hidden recesses behind the wailing wall, from the private chambers of the Papal Palace to the mysterious regions of Northern Africa. The Basilisk's tentacles reach out to every level of political, ecclesial, and foreign intrigue all surrounding the election of the next Pontiff to be signaled by White Smoke billowing forth, if it isn't already blotted out completely by the Black Fire of hell.
Previously a mysterious dark figure invaded the climes of the world religious leaders with devastating and clandestine results. The explosives are being put in place in a setting in Iraq where it is believed once stood the Garden of Eden. Meanwhile, the reader is introduced to three of the major characters who are gathered in an out-of-the-way downtown honkytonk in Dallas, Texas on a blistery Halloween night. The goblins are afoot. For the third episode of the First Chapter of Part One - The Unleashing, see WHITE SMOKE, BLACK FIRE!

The faithful, like Our Lord, have been betrayed by Judas' kiss!

"Obedience. We obeyed. We followed. We learned to either adapt to the changes, or to embrace them willingly as the 'church' moved forward in a modern world. There's nothing "modern" about our world except our almost instant ability to communicate with anyone, anywhere in the world via satellite uplink. We have become a living tower of Babel. We speak of 'progress' and deny the Truth. We seek increasing wealth, denying Truth. We have found a faith that provides ease of conscience, lack of discipline, the absence of sin and the need for Confession, and the saints and angels have been erased, not to mention the prime factor of having removed the True Presence of Our Lord in the Tabernacle from the Altar."
In her column for this issue, Cyndi Cain continues to share the convictions of her Faith that have been confirmed to her after nearly six months of intense prayer and research. It has been a tremendous wake-up call for her and all at The DAILY CATHOLIC for we all have come to the realization that while we were being lulled into a hypnotic state in accepting everything coming out of Rome and whatever the local-speak at the diocesan levels chose to spoon-feed the faithful, the modernists and their agenda began to get bolder in making their goals obvious. With each day the faithful can see ever more clearly how they have been lied to and betrayed just as Judas betrayed Jesus for a mere 30 pieces of silver because he had temporal goals, not supernatural ones. So also with those who would forge a new evangelization on the world. There can be nothing new taught since the end of the Apocalypse closed the book on Divine Revelation. The course the conciliar church is taking brings us full circle as is evident in these apocalyptic times. For her column Betrayed!!! see SYMPHONY OF SUFFERING

The spamMaster seeks to prevent the vine from bearing fruit

We have unencyrpted some e-mails that the one, who calls himself the "SpamMaster," tried to sneak past us since we are friends of his great Foe. They are similar to the letters that came into the ownership of one Clive Staples Lewis some 50 years ago. While these recent ones are comparable in scope, they are much more devastating for they come not from one of the devil's helpers, but transmitted by the devil himself. Today things are much worse for the spamMaster has expanded his reach by addressing numerous anonymous of his legion on earth whom he calls soulScanners by number. These intercepted memos from the spamMaster shed light on what the prince of darkness is up to and will help all to stay a step ahead of him and draw closer to the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts. We've titled these "Memorendamns." The title speaks for itself. For the third intercepted Memorendamn where the spamMaster demands his soulScanners Abolish the Absolutes, see MEMORENDAMNS

Where were the bishops during eight years of Clinton?

"What is even worse, everyone seems to have forgotten Isaiah's prophetic words, "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil, who change darkness into light , and light into darkness, who change bitter into sweet, and sweet into bitter!" (Isaiah 5: 20). Because of that, the Catholic Church in America through its bishops have allowed evil to be called good. When are Cardinal McCarrick, his fellow cardinals and the bishops going to speak out as strongly against the Kennedys and Daschles? Not anytime soon I fear. "
In this issue, Dr. Frank Joseph makes a point that the United States Conference for Catholic Bishops were quick to speak out in moral outrage over President George W. Bush's decision to allow federal funding for embryo stem cell research on a limited basis, but remain silent over the very problem that created the controversy in the first place: abortion. For his column, The Bishops' righteousness rings hollow! , see PRO LIFE PRESCRIPTIONS
