We are privileged to listen in once again to the inspiring round-table discussion of Heavenly holy ones who are gathered in one of the celestial mansions to explain the Divine Will in respect to the crisis in the Church Militant today. They are just about to begin, let's join them.
Saint Joseph: Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, I welcome you to this third charitable discussion. I am grateful that you have come here out of the Fulcrum of Love which is the Beatific Vision. Joining me today are our guests:
-
The esteemed Archangel Michael, the noble commander of God's Heavenly vanguards who vanquished his fellow officer lucifer when the proud angel pronounced "non serviam".
- The Apostle Saint Thomas, the faithful hand-chosen follower of Our Lord who, during his life, was a fact-finder, seeking the absolutes at all times.
And the newest Doctor of the Church, Saint Therese of the Child Jesus and of the Holy Face, the obedient, humble Carmelite from Lisieux whose "little way" should be emulated by everyone.
We are convened to assist the struggling Church Militant in this time of crisis that has passed from the 20th century into the 21st century as man counts time. Our topic today is how we, the Church Triumphant, might call forth again in the minds and hearts of the faithful, the necessity of the Church Militant, and how this particular part of the Mystical Body of Christ has suffered since the release of Pope John Paul II's encyclical Ut Unum Sint.
Saint Thomas: Ah, the wording of this encyclical disturbs me, Joseph. I can readily understand how the faithful are being led into indifferentism and even doubt about the One True Faith, and how this very encyclical raises deep theological questions for this age. I, too, know how it feels to doubt. I also know, from experience, that blessed are those who believe and have not seen.
Saint Michael the Archangel: Very well said, Thomas. I, too, who have charge over the One True Faith, as guardian and protector, find that the hearts of many of the faithful have succumbed to the lie that is always at the heart of documents which proceed from Vatican Council II, and its much broader aftermath. Few even pray to me, or invoke my assistance in this time of great need. Without a sound knowledge of the Faith, it is easy to believe every word the Vicar of Christ speaks as being solely from the Holy Spirit, and thus the infallible Truth.
Saint Therese of the Child Jesus: How easily I remember my encounters with those in my own lifetime who thought and said things that were contrary to the very heart of the Faith. Oh, I knew how politics played a role in the Magisterium. I saw how easily it would be for a Vicar of Christ to proceed on his own "good intentions" while at the same time denying the very heart of the One True Faith. I always taught sound doctrine, as the Holy Spirit gave me to speak, and never did I encourage any of my Carmelite Sisters to read books that offered debate over the fundamentals of the Faith.
St. Joseph: Then, my dear saints, how do we assist the faithful to see the lie, and to see past the lie for what is yet to come? How do we awaken the faithful from the forty years of slumber they have grown accustomed to? Though we are in eternal bliss, the goodness of our souls reaches out in charity to our brethren in the great Communion of Saints. Our work is never done here in Heaven, for we cannot forget our suffering brethren in Purgatory, nor those whose earthly journey is not yet finished in the Church Militant.
St. Therese of the Child Jesus: I would suggest that a thorough study, a research be done by all the faithful, going back to the beginning of the Councils and Synods, and reading straight through to the most recent documents to come out of the Roman Curia. Yes, I know how difficult this can be. People today are accustomed to having their research done by others whom they determine to be worthy and accurate in all they report. Yes, but there are those who are well qualified to do such research, but these critical times demand that all the faithful begin to learn their precious faith anew, don't you agree, Thomas?
St. Thomas: Most definitely. Following the conversion of my own heart after the Resurrection of Our Lord and God, Jesus Christ, I, too had to preach and teach the One True Faith, especially to the dear people of India. It was not an easy task, for many people wanted to accept a "part" of the teaching, rather than accepting it fully. This I could not sanction. One either had to accept the Fullness of the Truth, or be denied communion with the faithful because of their dissent.
What has happened to Holy Mother Church in the latter part of the twentieth century and now in the beginning of the 21st century, is a watering down of doctrine, a re-wording, if you will, of all doctrines and dogmas defined by the Vicars of Christ speaking infallibly. The Magisterium, from the Council until the present day has not defined anything as infallible. It dare not, for it does not know how to separate the Full Truth from the Full Lie contained in the Council Documents.
St. Joseph: Though that may seem strong, Thomas, you are, sadly, so correct, for the faithful do not realize that they have been deceived. After forty years of the deconstruction of the One True Faith for the sake of a one-world religion, many, even most, are prepared to share 'communion' with those who have separated themselves from the Roman Catholic Church. Tell us, Michael, what would you say to the people who have fallen asleep, resting comfortably on the lie perpetrated at Vatican Council II?
St. Michael: From the time of the rebellion in Heaven, when I was privileged to chase lucifer out of Heaven and into the hell he created for himself, the battle between God and the devil has never ceased. Yet, never more than now, when all heresy is contained in the work of Vatican Council II and the progressivist, modernist, Marxist double-speak within the hierarchy, has prayer been so necessary for the Church. I am the Guardian of the Faith, dear Joseph, as you are the Universal Patron of the Church. I would ask all the faithful to begin saying the prayer to me that Pope Leo XIII composed after being given a vision of what was to come. That would greatly aid my minions in waging all-out war on satan, and all who conspire with the father of lies.
St. Joseph: And you, my dear holy Therese, what would you say to the faithful, and to the Magisterium of the Church itself in these days of heresy which is masked behind the call for ecumenism for the sake of the 'brotherhood of man'?
St. Therese: I would ask if they remember the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass? Then, I would ask for prayers from all the hosts of Heaven, sent by God Himself. I would ask them to return to the study of the True Faith, and to compare their study to the very documents of Vatican Council II. I would ask them if they are familiar with the French Revolution. If they are not, I would send down a shower of roses to inspire them to discover the battle cry of the Revolution: It was "liberty, equality, and fraternity." Those terms come from satan himself, for there can never be liberty, equality and fraternity unless it comes from the conversion of the world to the One True Faith.
St. Joseph: You bring up an excellent point, dear Therese. The encyclical Ut Unum Sint has condemned the word conversion, or proselytism. This very document begs forgiveness for all past conversions done under too great a zeal to spread the One True Faith. The Vicar of Christ is now moving even faster to dilute the Faith, always for the sake of those separated from the Faith. Thomas, how would you deal with the encyclical, and what should the faithful do.
St. Thomas: I would say to them: Go, read the encyclical, then come before the Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament and seek the Truth that can only come from the Triune Divinity. I would remind them that the proper worship is that of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, and not a 'Eucharistic Celebration'. I would tell them that I, too, had fallen asleep in my Faith, and Our Lord provided me with proof beyond questioning. The proofs are there, if only the people will study with a mind and heart filled by the Holy Spirit.
The faithful need to understand that God does not change to suit man's latest whim. He does not change according to the rapid improvement of technology. I would tell them that to remain true to the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Faith, they must believe by seeing the proofs, which one can do by laying the documents from the Council of Trent forward to the present documents side by side. The lie jumps off the page, but how many have read these wordy documents? Most, I am afraid, will not.
St. Michael: The prayer composed by Leo XIII must be restored. The people must realize how zealously I work to preserve the Faith held by the Roman Catholic Church. The prayer to me is most powerful, and when said, God alone gives me the right to defend the Holy Mother Church from the wiles of the evil one. Perhaps the faithful ought to ask themselves why Vatican Council II silenced the prayer to me.
St. Joseph: A very good point indeed, Michael. Dear Little Flower, a title you are so affectionately known by, please tell the faithful the importance of conversion or proselytism, and how you practiced the Faith by the witness you gave to the Faith by your very life.
St. Therese: Oh, if only they would read my little way! Then they would know how vital conversion is for the sake of the One True Faith, which one day will sweep the earth from end to end, bringing the One True Faith to the One Good Shepherd, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I would show them that even through my hidden life, I was always assured that by my prayers and little sacrifices, I was helping Holy Mother Church by bringing to ordination good and holy priests, and that I was ever mindful of the missions, having desired to be a missionary in a foreign land where I could work for the salvation of souls.
St. Thomas: If the people would pick up again the practice of reading the lives of the saints, how inspired they would be to preserve the One True Faith in all of its beauty and fullness. How lazy the faithful have become over the last forty years. All discipline that once the Roman Catholic Church stood for has now become nearly extinct. I would remind them of Our Lord's words in Sacred Scripture and that my dear colleague John recorded: "The lukewarm I will vomit out of my mouth." These same lukewarm souls cause the Most Sacred Heart of our Savior such great pain. Blessed Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth has been calling the people to full conversion of heart for many years. How little the people respond; how little the number of people who do respond.
St. Joseph: I would ask you as a group to give one last word of advice and counsel to the faithful around the world who are caught in the grip of lie upon lie for the last forty years.
St. Michael: Pray very much and seek all the help that Heaven wills to give. I knew lucifer well when he was the "Light Bearer" and deserved the honor of his name being capitalized and revered. But he chose his own course. Because of that he will stop at nothing and the faithful need to know prayer is the only weapon that they can wield against this mighty one who now rules the nether regions of hell and boasts of being the prince of the world.
St. Thomas: I agree with Michael. The evil one can only be conquered by holiness. Holiness requires a constant state of Sanctifying Grace. Without a generous opportunity for Confession, the faithful will be more vulnerable. Find a parish where the priest recognizes the sacrificial nature of the Mass and cherishes the necessity for providing the Sacrament of Penance. Forgiveness and purity of heart are so vital.
St. Therese: Pray, meditate, and allow the Holy Spirit to give them infused knowledge, and to guide them in their reading and research. Research takes preparation and determination. Stand up to the liars, prove them wrong by citing Church doctrine. Do not be intimidated by titles or fancy words. Know their true meaning. If they do these things properly, then the One True Faith will be restored, and the lie will be undone. It will not happen overnight. There will be great struggles. Lord knows I know about struggles and batting heads with prelates. But if you have the truth, then that is all you need to combat fallacies. Believe me, the liberals and those who have sought this auto-demolition are very afraid of traditional, loyal Catholics for they know that if enough of the faithful discover the lie, the lie and its proponents will unravel for it cannot bear good fruit.
Saint Joseph: Thank you for coming to our celestial discussion today. There are so many means of help for Holy Mother Church, and not the least is conversion of heart for the faithful. We will stop our discussion here, but I welcome all of you to return at any time to our discussions, for the sake of His Sorrowful Passion.
