St. Margaret Mary Alacoque
May the offerings of Thy people be accepted by Thee, O Lord: and grant that we may be inflamed by that divine fire which coming from the Heart of Thy Son, burnt vehemently within blessed Margaret Mary. Through the same our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, Who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the unity of the Holy Ghost, one God, world without end. Amen.

FEATURED IN TODAY'S ISSUE:
Mass Confusion
After reading The Great Façade by Christopher A. Ferrara, Jr., Esq. and Dr. Thomas Woods, Gary L. Morella weighs in with his own reflections which mirror Ferrara and Woods. He reflects on how the book has peeled away the mask of the "spirit of Vatican II" to reveal a grotesque rite that seeks to obliterate the Truths and Traditions held sacred for 2000 years. Why can't Catholics see through the ruse that has been foisted on the faithful for 40 years?!! In light of the Pope's announcement Wednesday of a new decade of the Rosary, Gary asks "What kind of an example is this for Catholics? It tells them that our
beautiful Liturgy can be changed at whim. And if that is the case, what
other things in the Church can be changed at whim to include the Church teachings on faith and morals? They're all up for grabs. What other message can there be? And that is the crux of the problem. Until this fact is recognized and rectified by Rome, the problem will not go away." He points this out in his article
Tradition Trampled.
The Germs of G.I.R.M. Today we bring you part fifty-four of Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey's well-received, thought-provoking series on G.I.R.M. warfare as he continues analyzing and commenting on the ambiguity and errors in the General Instruction of the Roman Missal and the ICEL operatives who have contributed to promulgating this atrocity. Today Tom brings to the readers attention the vestments and accompanying prayers before Mass every priest said that have been discarded in the New Mass. He enumerates each one with emphasis on the maniple, the short stole-like over the arm that has been abandoned. Why? What have they got against the maniple? Could it be manipulation? He comments on this in analyzing paragraphs 119 and 120 of G.I.R.M. in Maniple-less and vested in manipulation. .
Appreciating the Precious Gift of our Faith
In this issue we continue with our catechesis series from My Catholic Faith turning our focus on the Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, both because this is the month of the Rosary and because of the changes that were made yesterday that hereby nullify the meaning of 150 Hail Mary's representing the 150 psalms as it had been the intention from the earliest times of the Church. Though what we present is fairly basic, it contains the truths of what and why this powerful prayer has remained the most grace-filled vehicle outside of the sacraments as explained in The Holy Rosary.

The Rosary of Mary: our most powerful weapon. October is Our Lady's month, the month of the Holy Rosary. It is also the month we remember her victory for all of Christendom at Lepanto and the 85th Anniversary of the final apparition at Fatima, the day the sun danced. Truly October is Our Lady's time, the month of the Holy Rosary. Pray for the unborn and that abortion will not be compromised by the political expediency of the times where misguided prelates mistakenly join the Death Penalty with the Abortion issue. The Catholic Church condemns abortion, not capital punishment. Pray that the flocks will not be further deceived. Click on the Rosary button to recite the full Rosary in either English or Latin.

Liturgy of the Saints Today is the Double Feast of Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque, the humble, obedient and persecuted nun who Christ personally chose to be His messenger to spread devotion to His Most Sacred Heart. This devotion has been spread far and wide today thanks to Margaret Mary's fiat in accepting her role and responsibilities as the "Apostle of Devotion to the Sacred Heart." For more, see Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque.
The Twelve Promises of the Sacred Heart
We continue the excellent work by Father Joseph McDonnell, S.J.. Catholic Family News has given us permission to reprint following their publishing of it. It is a beautiful meditation and commentary that should encourage more devotion to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus as we continue with Part Sixteen and the Tenth Promise - "I Will Give to Priests the Power to Touch the Most Hardened Hearts." It is most fitting we present this on this joyous Traditional Feast of Saint Margaret Mary - "Apostle of Devotion to the Sacred Heart" and pray that the priests will be touched and practice the power to soften hearts so dormant because of the relaxation of doctrine. The Tenth Promise - part one

Election Reflections With the issue of abortion as the primary, major and only issue as far as Catholics are concerned, Mario Derksen lays out exactly what every Catholic - regardless of their affiliation to a political party - MUST do! When it comes to any candidate, there is only one issue!!! You MUST vote for the one who is the most pro-life. If neither are, DON'T VOTE for either one! To vote for a known pro-abort candidate, whether you think so or not, is truly being an accomplice to murder. That is a mortal sin. If you don't believe so, read his article and see the obvious, graphic "Holocaust of the Womb" and ask yourself if you won't be held accountable to God for enabling such horror by your vote?!! Mario explains quite clearly and graphically honest in his feature "Election Reflections" which we invite you to read at his Catholic Insights site in his column Election Reflections
Pro Life Prescriptions
Wednesday, Dr. Frank Joseph addressed an open letter to the bishops of the United States. Whether they read it or not, the truths and consequences inherent in his column illustrate only too well how far our shepherds have fallen and why Roe v. Wade still rules the roost in America. In the spirit of St. Teresa of Avila, Dr. Frank gets down to basics and respectfully warns the bishops that if they don't alert their flocks to the imminent dangers of condoning terrorism in the womb by voting for pro-abort candidates, the everlasting terror of hell may await not only those who refuse to obey God's laws, but those who administer them as well. What good are the Canons and tenets of the Faith if those entrusted to uphold the unchangeable teachings of the Church are more fearful of offending the enemies of God rather than upholding God's holy laws? He lovingly, but firmly emphasizes to them that if they do not do something, "let the blood of the innocents be on your hands and heads." Strong words that are needed to roust these lackards off their duffs as he entreats the bishops to truly be the successors of the apostles in his column A Final Warning Plea to the Bishops
