Who's really keeping the Blacks in the dark?
Why does the Black leadership of this country portray Bill Clinton as a "Moses"? Truth be told, he is the Pharoah, aided by Black moneymongers, who, worshipping at the altar of the culture of death and wielding the whips of spinmeistering and playing the race card, are leading their people to certain death!
Today, Dr. Frank Joseph reveals a powerful compendium of facts that exposes the spinmeisters and the lies of the Black leadership in America, who have elevated Bill Clinton as the great liberator; where, in fact, he not only continued to keep them shackled as a pharoah would, but the Black leadership from Jesse Jackson to Al Sharpton ad nauseum are in cahoots with "slick Willie" by exploiting their own people and not fessing up. In truth they are killing their own. For Dr. Frank's column today Clinton: Moses or Pharoah? see PRO LIFE PRESCRIPTIONS
Attention Cardinal Keeler: We beg you to call Maryland Senator Barbara Mikulski to task for her unyielding pro-abort stance.
Today's "Herod's Hero" is from Maryland: Senator Barbara Mikulski. We call on her to repent and for her bishop Cardinal William Keeler of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, along with his colleague in the Conclave Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, Shepherd of the nation's capitol see, to issue the ultimatum of the "Bell, Book, and Candle" if she will not hear even the Church. We beg of you, your Eminences, to stand up for the Roman Catholic Church, to exact the discipline all Catholics are expected to follow. By her blatant pro-abortion record, Mikulski has shown a disdain for Catholic doctrine and has been a willing accomplice to satan. We implore the senator to amend her ways, to turn away from embracing the pro-abort stance with no mercy for the lives of millions of unborn. By her actions she is guilty of being an accomplice to murder through her promotion, voting record and legislation of pro-abortion measures. For another betrayer who seeks to perpetuate the culture of death and slay the innocents, see HEROD'S HEROES

Abba means Pure Love!
Most importantly God the Father is our Comfort, our Refuge when we need Him most. That's usually all the time.
In her inspirational column today, Cyndi Cain shares her special affectation for God the Heavenly Father. So many forget Him today in calling upon Jesus or the Holy Spirit but, in her youth, Cyndi was imbued with a special love for the Father by her own earthly father and she shares that comfort with all today. First Day of Papal Retreat:
"A Faith for All Peoples: Conversion, Freedom and Communion with Christ."
Christian life is simply the response to God Who first loved us. This response, especially in the consumerist era, exacts detachment from everything that does not lead us to him.
That is a summary of the first two meditations given Monday morning by Cardinal Francis E. George OMI, archbishop of Chicago, to Pope John Paul II and his collaborators of the Roman Curia, at the beginning of their spiritual exercises. During this week, the Pontiff has put aside all official business to dedicate himself to his annual retreat. For more, see News from ROME

I am woman, hear me roar inside the Church! Be forewarned, the feminists are taking over the Church in America and not for the better!
If you've been wondering what's wrong with the Church in America, the article from CNS is a good barometer for now they are taking polls for the sake of democracy so Dioceses can find out why women don't have more of a decision-making voice in the Church. Say what? This is the Roman Catholic Church we're talking about. This is a hierarchical Church where only men can become priests. Thirty or fourty years ago you would not find this. To find answers, one only needed to see the number of women in church before, during and after Daily Mass. The trouble today is too many want to be "Marthas" and there aren't enough "Marys." Pope confident Culture of Life will win out!
Before his Lenten retreat, the Holy Father addressed the 125 participants of the seventh General Assembly of the Pontifical Academy for Life last weekend. He spoke as a prophet: "Although a necessity and obligation, it is not sufficient to limit oneself to expose and denounce the lethal effects of the culture of death."
He added, "Rather, what is needed is to constantly regenerate the inner fabric of contemporary culture, understood as a living mentality, as an ensemble of convictions and behavior, as social structures that support it." He gave great hope to Pro-Life advocates in reasserting, "Yes, life will conquer, because truth, goodness, joy and real progress are on the side of life. God, Who loves life and gives it generously, is on the side of life." For more, see Pro Life News

It's the ol' "bait and switch" in advertising
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but the words of Bishop Fulton J. Sheen have been known to launch a thousand images in one's mind, one of the ways this late luminary did so much to evangelize the faith. Because of the urgency of the times and because few there are today who possess the wisdom, simplicity and insight than the late Archbishop who touched millions, we are bringing you daily gems from his writings. The good bishop makes it so simple that we have dubbed this daily series: "SIMPLY SHEEN".
"Contentment depends upon the control of our desires. Advertising serves many needs but it has also made luxuries appear as necessities, and created a desire for goods which the individual cannot possibly possess in their fullness."
