August 24    Proper for the Mass of the Eleventh Sunday After Pentecost In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for the Eleventh Sunday After Pentecost, he points out how the world has been so dumbed down that they do not realize Christ's wonders that the deaf hear and the dumb speak. The world today subscribes to "hear no evil, see no evil, say no evil" and in this denial, evil is free to roam because we have ignored the warnings from Heaven and dared tempt the fates, denying the very truths expressed in the Apostles' Creed and reinforced in the Sacred Scriptures and constituted evangelic traditions.
