Observing the Centennial Celebration of the
Election and Coronation of the Pope dedicated

"To Restore All Things in Christ"
    Giuseppe Melchiorre Cardinal Sarto
was elected the 257th Successor of Peter on August 4, 1903,
    coronated Pope Pius X on
    August 9, 1903
    Pope Saint Pius X
beloved as the "Pope of the Holy Eucharist",
defended and upheld the Truths and Traditions of the Church to the fullest as his motto proclaimed:

    "Instaurare Omnia in Christo"

    Catholic PewPOINT
In honor of the Centennial of the Election and Coronation of St. Pius X, editor Michael Cain compares what was and is the reality of the now. The ideals of the holy Pius have all but been forgotten with every new innovation, novelty, and modernist tendency of the Vatican II popes. He talks about a Pope and Hope: St. Pius X and Bob Hope. Both were beloved international giants, the likes of which sadly we shall not see again. Bob Hope was the consummate comedian of the century, but what passes in today's circles of entertainment is neither entertaining or funny. It is tragic. That is evident in the fact God is not amused at how much we have lost because we abandoned the ideal of St. Pius X: "To Restore All Things in Christ." Cain explains in "Thanks for the Memories"

Who was this giant of the Faith? In honor of the celebration of the centenary of this saintly Roman Pontiff, we present a detailed biography of the man - the kind of shepherd so sorely missing today. We can only hope and pray that someday, in God's time, we will once again have a shepherd devoted to upholding the Apostolic Traditions as St. Pius X was and who did all in his power to safeguard the Sacred Deposit of the Faith For more about this cardinal from northern Italy, see St. Pius X

Bishop Richard Williamson, in his next to last letter before being transferred to the SSPX's Seminary in South America from St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary in Winona, Minnesota where His Excellency has been for 20 years, reminds all that no matter the posture modern Rome might take, they are still liberal. In honor of the centennial celebration of Pope St. Pius X, he shares an example of the holy Pontiff's reaction to liberalism from one of his own Cardinals; the very same red-robed one who not only badmouthed Pius X immediately after his death, but was beatified - yes, you heard us right - beatified by John Paul II. Horror of horrors! Bishop Williamson shares the details passed on by the very reliable Msgr. Benigni as well as the Bishop's own take on the undeniable parallel between Communism which is liberalism as he explains in Liberalism is a Killer .

How far we have fallen by rejecting the wisdom of the holy Pius X!

Mario Derksen continues his multi-part series on the controversy that surrounds "the illicit Episcopal Ordinations of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre." This pertains to the society named after the saintly Pontiff, whose centennial we celebrate this month. Were it not for His Excellency in the face of tremendous opposition, the ideals of St. Pius X could well have been suppressed even moreso. Mario provides eight highly ranked Cardinals and Canon Lawyers from the Novus Ordo establishment no less, who admit that the illicitly ordaining four bishops did not constitute an act of schism as Mario lays out in part eleven of his series with the sixth installment of Objections and Replies: Admissions of Acceptance

During this summer hiatus, we recommend one of the best no-nonsense sites for Traditional Catholics is Traditio.com where Father Moderator keeps the faithful abreast daily with feedback and comments of all that is happening in the Church today. Besides the best available list of Latin Masses throughout the country, Father tells it like it is, never pulling punches in punching holes in all the charade that is the Vatican II church as you'll see in Traditio.com
    White Smoke, Black Fire!
In the third episode of Chapter Eleven of The Shrouding, Pat is deep in a sedated sleep in the infirmary and Sister Bridie an unconscious prisoner in the basement storage room. At the west end of the Apostolic Palace, pre-General Congregation strategy is being planned in the Sala Regia as we're introduced to several more Cardinals who will participate in the Sacred Conclave. Gregory Cardinal Zachmunn canvasses the room for support in voting down Macelli's agenda of adding 40 supposedly preconized bishops to the Cardinalate and consequently the Conclave - 40 men of very questionable character, abettors of the enemy as we see in Part IV, Chapter Eleven, Episode Three.

  • This is month we celebrate the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord, two important major feasts of Our Lady - the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary into Heaven on August 15 and the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary on August 22 - and a myriad of saints, including St. Dominic on August 4, three Doctors of the Church - St. Alphonsus Liguori on August 2, St. Bernard of Clairvaux on August 20, and St. Augustine on August 28, plus the feast of the earthly father of Our Lady St. Joachim on August 16, and the Apostle St. Bartholomew on August 24.
    • In August we also celebrate the feasts of the Dedication of the Basilica of St. Mary Major (Our Lady of the Snows) in Rome (Aug 5), St. Jean-Marie Vianney (Aug 8), St. Clare of Assisi (Aug 12), observance of Our Lady, Health of the Sick (Aug 24), St. Louis IX (Aug 25), the Beheading of St. John the Baptist (Aug 29), and St. Rose of Lima on August 30.

Following are the links for each Proper of the Mass for the Traditional Latin Mass for each Sunday in July which is at the beginning of each of Fr. Louis Campbell's sermons for each Sunday and the Feast of the Assumption.

August 3     Proper of the Mass for Eighth Sunday After Pentecost

    "Qui legit, intelligat"
In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for the Eighth Sunday After Pentecost, he points out we are not debtors to the new world order - the neo-pagan temples of mammon, but rather reapers of the fields 'white for the harvest'. He talks about the accountability of stewardship in the shepherds today who have greatly betrayed Christ's trust by allowing the infiltration of neo-pagan and downright pagan practices and beliefs that are not being addressed or condemned by today's Conciliar Church, but at times emulated. Father cites that even the elect have been swayed and mislead by the sirens of satan and that those who we should be able to depend upon to uphold and safeguard the Faith are the very ones making friends of the mammon of iniquity as Christ warns in today's Gospel for, indeed, as Father verifies in passages from Corinthians, no man can serve two masters. as he explains in Attack of the False Prophets.

August 10    Proper of the Mass for Ninth Sunday After Pentecost

In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for the Ninth Sunday After Pentecost, he warns how cleverly the serpent lures them in to the den of thieves, mesmerizing and lulling the people to sleep, where they can't even hear the rattle, the hiss; setting them up for the kill by fostering half-truths and deadening the moral sense of truth until the populace will swallow anything, including defiling God's house as well as accepting the recent heresy that the Jews wait for the Messiah is not in vain, or that the United States must support Israel at all costs in establishing the 'New Jerusalem' which is the claim of the Zionists who steadfastly refuse Jesus as Lord and Redeemer. Despite the rantings of TV evangelists and many in the Conciliar church, this is not the course God has deigned. Beware of the serpent's lies. The only true destiny for the Jews and all others, the only true triumph will be when they accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Redeemer and enter into the New Jerusalem - His One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church - undefiled. No exceptions! Father points out what the prophet Zechariah and St. John foretold and that all will come to pass despite the devil driving men mad and confused, as Father explains in his sermon. "whom the gods wish to destroy".

August 15    Proper for the Mass of the Double of the First Class Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for the Holy Day of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary into Heaven, he emphasizes how just as we must defend always the virginal purity of Mary, so also we must defend the purity of the teachings of Holy Mother the Church, which today has been so violated by heresies and anathemas that the Bride of Christ is hardly recognizable to most who seek to defend the True Faith. One such example is the pandering to non-Catholic interests and seeking to please man rather than God, a direct indictment declared guilty by the Apostle Paul in Galatians 1: 10, and yet the post-conciliar church plods onward on the error-filled, anathematical course oblivious to the fact they are denying the purity of the Giver of Truth, the Holy Ghost. Father entreats all to heed Pope Pius XII's words, "Where Mary is present, Satan is absent; where the sun shines, there is no darkness." Father urges all to let the Son shine in upholding the truths and traditions of Holy Mother Church and protecting the good name and example of Blessed Mary Ever Virgin

August 17    Proper for the Mass of the Tenth Sunday After Pentecost

In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for the Tenth Sunday After Pentecost, he speaks of the Spirit to which St. Paul addresses in today's Epistle. Father illustrates what is truly charismatic and what are false, ecumenical charismatic movements that are contrary to Church teaching and not tested as Paul advises in 1 Thessalonians 5 must be done. The problem, as Fr. points out, is that we get caught up in emotion and taken in by the charlatans of modernism, pentecostalism and paganism. The Holy Ghost speaks not through madmen, novelty, feelings, or innovations but in the whisper of the wind to the heart of the soul. We only need to hoist our sails in the solid teaching of the Church in recognizing and practicing the 'consolations of God' in the gifts and fruits of the Sanctifier. In the pure, breeze of the Paraclete, He will move us along gently toward our appointed goal of everlasting life as Father explains in his sermon The persecutions of the world and the consolations of God .

August 24    Proper for the Mass of the Eleventh Sunday After Pentecost

In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for the Eleventh Sunday After Pentecost, he points out how the world has been so dumbed down that they do not realize Christ's wonders that the deaf hear and the dumb speak. The world today subscribes to "hear no evil, see no evil, say no evil" and in this denial, evil is free to roam because we have ignored the warnings from Heaven and dared tempt the fates, denying the very truths expressed in the Apostles' Creed and reinforced in the Sacred Scriptures and constituted evangelic traditions. Yet stubbornly, like the ill-fated kings of France, so many refuse to not only see the evil in our midst, but fail to do anything about it, blindly following John Paul II towards a one world order in his call for universal internationl laws that seek the reign of world peace, while ignoring the true peace that can only begin with acknowledging the Social Kingship of Christ to and for all as Father explains in his sermon His Reign of Love.

August 31    Proper for the Mass of the Twelfth Sunday After Pentecost

In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for the Twelfth Sunday After Pentecost, he shows how the conspiracy that many swore could never happen has, and that many might despair of what has been lost. In explaining briefly how society has become so gullible along with the modern church of Vatican II, Father holds up the Gospel of Luke to show how the Good Samaritan will assure that the infernal robbers will not triumph over Christ's Holy Church as Father explains in his sermon "Pouring in oil and wine"

For those who truly want to delve deeper into what the Faith teaches and what past Sovereign Pontiffs have decreed, we recommend for your vital reading to better KNOW THE FAITH in order to KEEP THE FAITH, pertinent Encyclicals and Papal Bulls which put to the lie what is being promulgated today by the Vatican II church. We strongly encourage you to read these to understand how today the modern church is in Apostasy when compared to what had always been taught by Holy Mother Church and enforced and warned as most grievous by previous Pontiffs. It is obvious in CREDO & CULTURE

  • Preserving the Truths and Traditions of Holy Mother Church
We invite you to find out for yourself the truth as we present a compendium portal of documents on the Faith in all aspects. For thumnail descriptions and links to the other sections of this issue see:

"The denial of Truth is just as fatal to the mind as the denial of light is to vision. Truth in its fullness is not easy to attain, even if one does admit its existence. To explore Truth in all its complexity there must come moments when we confess ignorance, when we frankly admit that we were mistaken or bigoted, or prejudiced. These admissions are painful, but they actually enrich character just as much as all approximations to falsehood forfeit it."              Bishop Fulton J. Sheen
