FUNERAL MASS ANNOUNCEMENT

We have details for the funeral of Michael Cain. The viewing will be at 11:30am this Tuesday (commemoration of Saint Anthony Mary Claret) at 4670 Mercury Street in San Diego, CA 92111 and the funeral and burial will be at 2:30pm at the Mirimar national cemetery (5795 Nobel Drive; San Diego). If you cannot make it, consider praying the Mass in absentia and/or sending your Guardian Angel.

We have a full October edition below in bringing you the daily liturgy as always along with more on each saint/feast and with a corresponding daily sermon by a traditional bishop or priest for your edification and inspiration. We also continue honoring Our Lady each day as we renew our commitment to our daily rosary praying at least five mysteries, or all 15, if your state of life permits, and this month with an added prayer to Saint Joseph, Her most chaste spouse and patron of the Universal Church, which is everyday threatedned by the counterfeit CONciLIAR enemies of the Faith. We pray, especially now, with the Vigano Testimony announcing the presence of a homosexual network within their seminaries and the clergy supporting and promoting it, and with 'Francis' betraying the underground 'Church' in China by overturning the excommunication of 7 invalidly consecrated 'Bishops', thus putting them under communist rule, that they can wake up to the stench of the fermenting fruits of the heresies inherent in the changes of the Second Vatican Council. It is part of the narrow path every Catholic must choose as opposed to the wide one strewn with roses that leads to perdition. That is why each day we pray for souls to receive the grace to truly see what is Catholic and to cling to the true Ark of Salvation which alone, today, is the Traditional Catholic movement as opposed to the majority CONciLIAR church that calls itself Catholic. Be not deceived. See for yourself below in the Overview for October on the holy saints and feasts we celebrate this month at Devotion & Reflection Links and the trusted Traditional Catholic Resource Links. Trusting always in the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts,

You surely noticed the green font in the previous paragraph, which indicated additions, or changes to last year's October issue that Michael put out. Since I was handed the reigns to carry the torch forward in the S.A.N.C.T.U.S. mission only a few weeks ago, it was enough just to get accurate liturgies, sermons and devotions out, so much of what Michael wrote last year is repeated. Over time, we will feature his writings more distinctively. Thank you for your patience in this transition and please keep dailycatholic.org and Michael in your prayers. Michael's doctor says he may not make it to the end of next week (Next saturday is October 6). Please keep his son in your prayers, too, as he is overwhelmed at times.

October 28 - November 3

No matter the month, that Heart and Blood took life within the living tabernacle that is God's chosen vessel, the Blessed Virgin Mary, who as Co-Redemptrix, has promised at Fatima in fulfillment of Sacred Scripture that her Immaculate Heart would triumph. That could be God's way of inserting divine intervention to offset this Great Apostasy we remain in. Her holy Rosary is the link of hope between Traditional Catholics and CONciLIAR Catholics, and we remind you of your opportunity to pray each evening with others by calling into the Rosary Conference Call with moderator Tom Gillbrough at 10 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, 9 p.m. Central, 8 p.m. Mountain, and 7 p.m. in the Pacific Daylight time zone. You are encouraged to call in ten minutes before the hour so that the Rosary can start on time with no latecomers to upset the reverence and continuity of the Blessed Virgin Mary's holy Psalter. For those who want to stay on after the five decades, they may join in praying the other two sets of mysteries not covered for that day. Monday and Thursday are the Joyful mysteries, Tuesday and Friday are the Sorrowful mysteries, and Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday are the Glorious mysteries.

On Saturday mornings you are invited to call 319-527-2928 and join Dave Fuire and possibly a priest in praying the five Mysteries of the holy Rosary at 1 p.m. EDT, noon CDT, 11 a.m. MDT, and 10 a.m. PDT in reparation for the offenses against the Immaculate Heart of Mary. It is what Our Lady asked for at Fatima.

You'll note that Traditional Catholics never acknowledge the heretical luminous mysteries. Why? Because Heaven bestowed the holy Rosary to St. Dominic to fight the heresy of Albigensianism in 1214. Mary stipulated that the three sets of mysteries made up Christ's life through her and they represented the 150 Psalms which, when divided by the Trinitarian number 3 equals 50 Aves. Victorious over the Albgensians, it remained the same with miraculous results for nearly 800 years until unsaint JP2 decided he'd add the Masonic luminous mysteries. With that unprecedented move in which man thought he knew better than God, the number jumped to four sets of mysteries equalling 200 Aves. To show how demonic this is, when you divide 200 by the Trinitarian number 3 you get 66.6! That should tell you all you need to know about Vatican 2 and it's false 'popes'. That is why it is paramount to the welfare of your eternal soul to pray for the restoration of the true Roman Catholic Church so the true sacramental grace will flow freely again to save sinners trapped in mortal sin.

Persevering in these times is not easy without the graces afforded only in the Traditional Latin Mass where only true priests can confect the bread and wine into the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ through the transubstantion that takes place at the Consecration. Other than traditional priests and bishops ordained in the true Sacrament of Holy Orders, all those "ordained" or "consecrated" since 1968 with the man-made rite of Giovanni Montini have no more authority or power than a protestant minister, who, as Pope Leo XIII perfectly put it, "are completely null and utterly void." in his decree Apostolicae Curae regarding Anglican Orders, which were much more in tune than any Novus Ordo rite, yet are invalid. All other ways are counterfeit. Chief among the counterfeiters is the Argentine apostate imposter posing as 'pope' in Rome, who, like his predecessors since 1958, are so taken with pleasing man that, through their words and actions have shown their true colors even though many are colorblind when it comes to black and white absolutes. There are so many heresies the Argentinian Marxist has spewed from Laudato Si to Amoris Laetitia to "allowing" the SSPX priests to hear confessions in what he termed a few years back as the 'Year of Mercy'. God have mercy on those who are so duped by this man who is one of many antichrists (cf. 1 John 2: 18) who seeks to relax all doctrines. For proof of all this, we refer you to the excellent documentation by Novus Ordo Watch on Francis. Note this was all foretold by Our Lady at La Salette that "Rome will lose the faith and become the seat of the antichrist."

Thus we must go against the grain, swim against the stream of comfort zones catering to the world, the flesh and the devil. That is why we have a duty - a Catholic responsibility before God - to instruct the ignorant and, believe us, the majority are truly ignorant of what the Catholic Faith teaches. That is why, with so few true priests, it falls on the laity to counsel the doubtful while leaving the true sacraments to the true priests who are spread so thin. The same goes for comforting the sorrowful and there is plenty to be sorrowful for, not only if you read the daily headlines or hear the sound bites, but the void of grace in countless souls since the Holy Ghost long ago lifted protection of the church in Rome today due to the Modernists' infiltration and the Great Apostasy resulting from the Second Vatican Council. Because we march to a different drum and choose the narrow path over the wide path to destruction strewn with wilting roses. That's why we get a lot of rejection. That's why we could tear our hair out in frustration at the lack of conversions except we know that "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible". Therefore, as true Catholics, we must bear wrongs patiently and forgive all injuries. Finally, or should we say, first of all, we cannot sustain this path unless we do as St. Paul says in his letter to the Corinthians, "Such confidence we have through Christ towards God. Not that we are sufficient to think of ourselves, as of ourselves: but our sufficiency is from God". That is why we are strongly encouraged to pray for the living and the dead in fulfilling our part of the Communion of Saints, something lost in today's pick-and-choose politically correct CONciLIAR church where the devil has ensconsed himself as is only too evident.

In fact, It would seem the gates have shackled what to the world appears as the Catholic Church today, but in essence, is nothing but an evil imposter posing as Catholic while stripping her of all semblance of Catholicity. Yet so many remain blind, deaf and dumb to it all, going along to get along without realizing how wrong they are and how they will have to account for their actions or inactions at their Particular Judgment when it will be too late to make excuses or say 'I didn't know'. That is why we have continued to publish the DailyCatholic and link you to reliable, trusted sites so you can't say you didn't know. Yes, it means leaving the comfort zone you've erroneously grown accustomed to, but it's time all realized that we owe our allegiance not to men who violate the Faith, but to God and all that His holy Catholic Church passed down from Peter through the last true Pope - His Holiness Pope Pius XII of happy memory. Since then the wolves have invaded and engulfed souls in their wicked jaws. The six imposters you see below on the heresies of the false/antipopes of Vatican 2 could never be true popes as previous true popes have decreed as we document below in What the True Church really teaches.

In restoring the sacred and returning to the truths and traditions, DailyCatholic continues to bring you the full liturgy for the Propers of for each day of the legitimate true Mass of all ages which His Holiness Pope St. Pius V infallibly decreed in Quo Primum cannot be altered and must be said in perpetuity. Then we link reliable sources that will not compromise with the Great Apostasy that has been thrust on the faithful over the past fifty-plus years. Out of all reliable sources verifying the above, NovusOrdoWatch provides the best play-by-play of the implosion of the counterfeit CONciLIAR church and the schemes toward a One World Order which is intent on erasing all true spirituality from this planet. Also he provides excellent commentary on the Tradcasts and Tradcast Express at the same site. Others worth checking on daily are Christorchaos.com for articles and links, as well as True Restoration and the following blogs that we heartily recommend Introibo Ad Altare Dei, Fr. Anthony Cekada's Quidlibet, Bishop Donald Sanborn's In Veritate, and the satirical, but on-point Call Me Jorge. We also point you to Traditio which, although the Father Moderators will not admit the term "sedevacantism", 95% of what they provide reinforces this position. Note, we provide here those sites that carry almost daily coverage and in no way demean other sites that update more infreqently. For those sites, please see Traditional Catholic Resource Port.

The only obstacle to total domination as a totalitarian society is the Roman Catholic Church. Always has been. Since the death of the last true Sovereign Pontiff Pope Pius XII on October 9, 1958 that wall of resistance has been steadily crumbling thanks to those with a worldly Marxist bent to accept the world and please man rather than God as is so evident today. Oh, the devil is laughing, but he seems to forget Genesis 3:15 where the Blessed Virgin Mary will crush his head with her heel. Oh, we can't wait! Until then, it's important to expose the wolves just as the holy Doctor of the Church St. Francis de Sales advises for the sake of informing souls of the dangers these charlatans pose. The sad fact is that since Vatican 2, the counterfeit church that eclipsed the true Church has put all their marbles in the corporal side of things while ignoring the spiritual. This is so obvious today with Marxist-bred Bergoglio's humanistic globalism for a One World Relgion that totally ignores Divine Law by focusing favor on the world, the flesh, and, yes, definitely the devil.

While we see the edifications of the saints, we also must be aware of their adversaries who work tirelessly to dissuade souls from pursuing holiness, which we will cover further down for it is not something that has just happened, but was percolating for centuries and only came to the surface over the past 50 plus years with the cabal that corrals Catholics today with the notion that doctrine evolves and that everyone goes to Heaven. To alert souls to this deception, what we all must do is...

KNOW the FAITH to KEEP the FAITH

To affirm this in more depth and assist you in this truth, we heartily recommend Griff Ruby's two-volume books titled Sede Vacante. In addition we present here a thorough talk by His Excellency Bishop Donald Sanborn, Rector of Most Holy Trinity Seminary. We encourage you to set aside an hour and a half to truly help your soul and clarify what is really happening by listening to his magnificent and eye-opening complete overview of the Great Apostasy in: The Novus Ordo Church, Vatican II, and Sedevacantism. It's a good idea to listen to the Questions and Answers after his talk that provides rock-solid reasons why Sedevacantists have been right all along and we pray more will receive the grace to see why and flee the Novus Ordo.

The words above are the wise counsel of St. Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 and just the fact that you have arrived on this site is a blessing whether you are a non-Catholic or a CONciLIAR Catholic. We hope you pray for the grace to truly see that all we publish here is the unadulterated Catholic truth. As we have said so many times, don't take our word for it, see what holy Mother Church has always taught as infrangible truth for Our Lord cannot deceive nor be deceived. We pray you can see that if you have been deceived in any way by what has been taught by the Vatican 2 church, then something must be wrong and you will know it does not come from God, but rather His adversary the devil.

That is why we have endeavored for 22 years online to bring you the infrangible truths and traditions of the Church instituted by Christ. We can humbly say we have never had to print a retraction of anything published on these pages. Of course with all that we have here and in archives it takes money to continue. We know that so many of our readers are unable to assist at a true traditional Latin Mass because of where they live and use the daily liturgy from the approved St. Andrew Missal 1945 and in so doing can gain the efficacious graces possible through their prayers at home. We remain the only publication in the world to provide such and are grateful to God that we can provide such nourishment for souls. So if you have benefited in any way, we'd be so grateful for a tax-deductible donation of whatever you deem it is worth. We remind you of the advice of the holy Doctor of the Church Saint Augustine on almsgiving:

"Generosity will save a person from Eternal Death, it will even blot out any sin.....because Almsgiving is prayer...it brings graces, it cleanses the soul from guilt and punishment.....What good is faith without works, if we desert our fellow man in his need?"

Whatever you can afford will be greatly appreciated and you will be added to our daily prayer list personally by name and your intentions. Just click the button below. Thank you in advance for your caring and sharing. It all comes down to St. Paul's strong counsel in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 above. That is something we strive to fulfill and convince souls of everywhere.

We encourage you to learn more about the Traditional Latin Mass - the true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in these videos at this link because each time you worthily assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in person, you gain graces that are placed in a "golden chalice", so to speak, and is offered to God to be weighed in substance when you stand before Him at your Particular Judgment. The more you have filled this chalice, the better will it go for your spiritual welfare in eternity, enhanced by your cooperation with grace. Know the Mass

To assist all in striving toward holiness, click on the Confessional to your right to review your transgressions through a thorough Examination of Conscience

When One Cannot physically assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass we provide additional prayers that can be supplemented with the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and the PROPER OF THE DAY to enable you to better prepare yourself at home. Of course, this never replaces actually being there, but it is much better than attending the Novus Ordo services. Therefore we have gleaned from The Key of Heaven prayers to say at home. It is very comforting to know that the Holy Mass is offered for us even when we are not actually present. But to enjoy the benefits which it procures, we must by a SPIRITUAL COMMUNION become partakers of the altar from which we are temporarily banished. Here we provide prayers in preparation for fulfilling assistance in absentia in addition to the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and PROPER OF THE DAY. PRAYERS IN ABSENTIA

Prayer Before the Crucifix

Behold, O kind and most sweet Jesus, I cast myself upon my knees in Thy sight, and with the most fervent desire of my soul I pray and beseech Thee that Thou wouldst fix deep within my heart lively sentiments of Faith, Hope and Charity, with true repentance for my sins, and a firm purpose of amendment, whilst with deep affection and grief of soul I ponder within myself and mentally contemplate Thy five most precious Wounds; having before my eyes the words which David in prophesy spoke concerning Thee, O Good Jesus: "They have pierced My hands and My feet; they have numbered all My bones."

Plenary Indulgence, Condition:
  • Confession
  • Communion
  • One Our Father
  • One Hail Mary
  • One Glory be...
Pope Pius IX, July 31, 1858

Prayer to St. Michael

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray, and do thou, O heavenly hosts, by the power of God, thrust into hell satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

Sáncte Míchael Archángele, defénde nos in proélio, cóntra nequítiam et insídias diáboli ésto præsídium. Ímperet ílli Déus, súpplices deprecámur: tuque, prínceps milítiæ cæléstis, Sátanam aliósque spíritus malígnos, qui ad perditiónem animárum pervagántur in múndo, divína virtúte, in inférnum detrúde. Ámen.

Sermon on St. Bruno

Vol. 29 Issue 278

That is the theme for the 19th Sunday after Pentecost, one of the most powerful gospels of the year in describing the Kingdom of Heaven and what it takes to be in the presence of the King of kings. We must be garbed in the garment of grace - Sanctifying Grace. It is also the feast of Saint Jerome, though only a commemoration this year. This holy Doctor of the Church compiled the holy Bible under the guidance of the Holy Ghost for the Latin Vulgate which was passed down through the monasteries for centuries until the aberration of Protestant versions so diluted the Word of God. See a tribute to him in Father of the Mother Tongue. Oh, how true Our Lord's words are in the Gospel of St. Matthew for the Nineteenth Sunday after Pentecost for if one is not garbed in Sanctifying Grace they will not enter the kingdom of Heaven as explained in the Haydock Commentary Being Worthy of the King's Invite provided by John Gregory. After a Feria Day on Monday, commemorating Saint Remigius, Bishop, we then celebrate three consecutive feasts beginning with the Feast of the Guardian Angels on Tuesday where, if you can't get to a true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in Latin, we urge you to send your guardian angel to Mass for you. On Wednesday we honor the Little Flower St. Therese of the Child Jesus from Lisieux, France whose "little way" proved so efficacious. On Thursday we celebrate one of the Church's greatest missionaries and founders St. Francis of Assisi who disregarded riches and took up sandals and a brown frock and, voila, the Order of Friars Minor, aka Franciscans, mushroomed throughout Europe and were so instrumental in converting the New World to the sea west of Europe: the Americas, especially the Pacific Coast.

We arrive at the First Friday of October, a Feria Day, with the commemoration of Saint Placid and his Companions, Martyrs and on the First Saturday of the month we celebrate the Feast of Saint Bruno, Confessor.

Griff Ruby, author of The Resurrection of the Roman Catholic Church, has just published two volumes on the existence of Sedevacantism in our times. (click on each book to where you can procure them) that quite readily refute anything the anti-sedevacantists can muster.

The links above and below provide almost daily updates. The two above can be trusted totally, while we urge a mild caution on the two below because of their refusal to admit Francis is a false pope.

What a week this is. We begin the week with the Feast of the Most Holy Rosary on the Twentieth Sunday after Pentecost that includes the Haydock Commentary "Unless you see signs and wonders" provided by John Gregory. Of course, the Feast of the Most Holy Rosary liturgy supersedes the Sunday liturgy.     Then take up thy Rosary and fire away. In honor of the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary this Sunday we bring you a reflection by the renowned Benedictine Abbot Dom Prosper Gueranger, a poignant piece on how The Lasting Magnificence, Grace, and Power of the Holy Rosary and a piece by Bill Metallo on The Rosary to the Rescue. We all need to continue to pray the Holy Rosary as often as our states in life permit. Probably few times in history have Christians been more reviled than in our day when the godless seem to be stifling free speech and forcing more crosses on those who won't compromise with the world, the flesh, and the devil. We cannot let up and should not limit our Rosary to one day a week. We encourage you to say it as often as you can depending on what your state in life. Also, on Sunday, we commemorate Pope Saint Mark, who, as a priest, assisted Pope St. Sylvester, then succeeded him as pope for a short 8 months until his death in 336. Monday, we remember St. Bridget of Sweden who received prophetic messages from Our Lord, Our Lady, and several saints that are very much pertinent for knowing the true mind of God today when so many assume God is so lenient and will overlook serious sins. Oh, are they in for a surprise. Pray they wake up soon.       One who warned of this was His Holiness Pope Pius XII whose death we commemorate on Monday with the 60th anniversary of the last true pope. This week when we honor Our Lady, it is especially for the Protestants to realize who Mary truly was for they seem to play down the vital role of the Blessed Virgin Mary as ever virgin and her Divine Maternity whose feast we celebrate after the feasts of the holy confessors St. John Leonardi and St. Francis Borgia. As the Mother of God, Theotokos she is the co-redemptrix in salvation for she is the Daughter of the heavenly Father, Mother of His only-begotten Son, and Spouse of the Holy Ghost. This feast was set for the universal Church during the last few months of Pope St. Pius V' papacy. This holy Sovereign Pontiff also soundly condemned the "synthesis of all heresies" with his landmark Pascendi and later the Oath Against Modernism, but tragically as we see from October 11, 1962 all that was in place was ignored and satan came rushing in at Vatican 2 when it officially opened on October 11, 1962. Thus this year we commiserate 55 years of the apostate "mystery of iniquity." Pray those trapped in the Novus Ordo (aka Bogus Ordo)in the CONciLIAR church and those Recognize-and-Resist stubborn ones realize the Church cannot preach evil and that's all the Vatican 2 antipopes have done beginning with John 23 through the "man of sin" Mr. Jorge Bergoglio. We urge you to see Heresies of the Vatican 2 Antipopes, expertly documented by Novus Ordo Watch. Ever since J23 announced he was calling a Council to open the Church to the world, catchword aggiornamento, when at St. Paul's Outside-the-Walls in Rome on January 25, 1959, it's been katie-bar-the-door as far as doctrinal absolutes are concerned as the "synthesis of all heresies" Modernism took a choke-hold on the clergy and transformed the Lord's Catholic Church of Peter through Pope Pius XII into the "mystery of iniquity", the "operation of error", also known as the Counterfeit CONciLIAR church posing as Catholic with imposters as popes since white smoke wafted up from the Sistine chimney, and then all was retracted until the heretic Angelo Roncalli was elected by the coven of cardinals who rejected the Holy Ghost.

On Feria Friday, we commemorate Our Lady of the Pillar, who, in the year 36, bilocated and appeared to Saint James, the Apostle and commanded a chapel be built in her honor on the spot. Be sure to invoke her, when you are in need, as she promised to assist those who do. On Saturday, the feast of the holy King St. Edward, we reach the 101st Anniversary of Fatima when we commemorate the miracle of the sun in Our Lady's final appearance at the Cova. Even a century later we have not fulfilled her urgent pleas. Oh, there are a few of us who have prayed the daily Rosary as she asked, some more than one Rosary a day like the full fifteen mysteries. But because of other circumstances like wars and rebellions in the first half of the twentieth century, the Consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart was never done. Once the antipopes usurped the throne, well they wanted nothing to do with Fatima as Roncalli asserted when he refused to reveal the Third Secret by 1960 as requested by Heaven. As the years went on the CONciLIARS turned Fatima into a propaganda campaign for Vatican 2, going so far as to not only compose a false narrative of the Third Secret released in 2000, which made no sense, but also to prop up a false Sister Lucy who in no way resembled the original frail true Sister Lucia. Many believe the latter was murdered during the switch from Tuy as a Dorothean nun to the Carmelite convent in Coimbra, Portugal, and the one posing as Sister Lucy for the second half of the twentieth century became the face of Fatima just as the apostate Modernists planned it. Some of you may have heard there are new findings in this case, with the newly available facial recognition technologies, finally proving there was indeed an impostor put in place of our dear Sister Lucia. Read about Peter Chojnowski's research on his RadTrad Thomist blog on Novus Ordo Watch in "BOMBSHELL! Facial Recognition Experts prove Novus Ordo Vaticans 'Sister Lucy of Fatima' was an Impostor".

The Mother of God urged us to pray the Rosary at Fatima. We know from St. Louis de Montfort the power of the Rosary.

We know from Lepanto how praying the Rosary can overcome all odds, yet how many are using this simple, effective weapon that is more powerful than any bomb, gun, cannon, axe, machete, flamethrower, bow-and-arrow, sword, slingshot, or you name it. The fact is no human weapon is more effective than the Rosary. And you can carry it anywhere and use it anytime. Any questions?

The angel of the Lord declared unto Mary. And she conceived of the Holy Ghost.

Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Behold the handmaid of the Lord. Be it done unto me according to Thy word.

Hail Mary...

And the Word was made flesh. And dwelt among us.

Hail Mary...
Pray for us, O holy Mother of God. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Let us pray.

Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts, that we to whom the Incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His resurrection. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

We enter into the Twenty-First Sunday after Pentecost where we are encouraged to stand strong against the deceit of the devil by putting on the armor of God as Saint Paul says to the Ephesians in the Epistle. We present the Haydock Commentary for the Epistle and Gospel provided by John Gregory in Mercy is a Two-Way Street. On Sunday we also honor Pope Callistus I, who is remembered in the Canon of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. This week, the Saints we are celebrating demonstrate well examples of standing strong against "principalities and power, against the rulers of the world of this darkness,

If you cannot make it, consider praying the Mass in absentia and/or sending your Guardian Angel.

against the spirits of wickedness in the high places" - Saint Theresa of Avila fought both inner spiritual battles with fortitude and those who resisted reforms to her Discalced Carmelite order, Saint Hedwig, as the wife of the Duke of Silesia helped her husband contend with other rulers, Saint Peter of Alcantara, brought reforms of the most strict severity to the convents he founded, despite initial failure in his own province due to much resistence, and Saint John Cantius, who proved one can practice Christian perfection, even as a teacher at a university with it's temptations toward pride in one's own intelligence. One way of ensuring our armor is solid and we are generous in showing mercy to others is to have your home enthroned to the Sacred enthronement bookletHeart. It all began three centuries ago when Jesus chose a devout nun to provide future generations with a divine promise if we faithfully follow the devotions to His Most Sacred Heart. He explained to Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque the parameters of the Twelve Promises of the Sacred Heart and instructed her how to pray during Holy Hour. In this day and age it is so vital to seek out a true priest to have your home enthroned to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary for with the true Church in the catacombs today, it is not like you can run down to the corner church and visit the Blessed Sacrament as one could always do back before Vatican 2. That is why in these times it is important to have the home blessed so it can be for your family a special sanctuary against the world, the flesh and the devil. To seek out a true priest we refer you to our True Traditional Latin Masses section where you can hopefully find a true priest among the many locations throughout the United States.

St. Margaret's feast is the third in a string of three straight holy women beginning with Monday's commemorative feast of St. Teresa of Avila, who was known as a no-nonsense reformer and stickler on the constituted evangelic traditions and stood up to priests, bishops and, yes, even popes. Her feast is followed by the holy widow St. Hedwig who had several holy brothers and sisters as well. We also commemorate Saint Gerard Majella, Confessor, on Tuesday, whom has obtained for mothers many favors. We remind you of the daily Prayer to Saint Joseph during October. He served as the chaste earthly spouse to the Blessed Mother who was so close to St. Luke the Evangelist and whose feast we celebrate on Thursday followed by two holy confessors St. Peter of Alcantara and St. John Cantius; the latter is is celebrated on Saturday.

One of the effects of our fallen human nature is that we can forget God "who hath begun a good work in you, will perfect it unto the day of Christ Jesus" and think we need to seek ways to improve ourselves. The only way to improve is to be filled with the Holy Ghost to help us to always remain in Sanctifying Grace. If we stay free of mortal sin, we don't have to wonder for we will be alert to not wandering too far off the narrow path no matter what the world, the flesh, and the devil throw at us. John Gregory provides the Haydock Commentary for the Epistle and Gospel of the Twentieth Sunday after Pentecost "Render to God the things that are God's" Those who need healing of body, mind, and soul are encouraged to call upon St. Raphael the Archangel whose Greater Double Feast we celebrate on Tuesday for he is the "angelic physician of soul and body". Call upon this heavenly spirit who is one of the three classic Archangels including St. Michael, the general of God's heavenly army, and St. Gabriel whose clarion to the Blessed Virgin Mary started the beautiful transition from the Old Covenant to the New Covenant when Our Lady said, yes, Thy will be done.

While the feast of St. Raphael follows two Feria days, we then have 2 more Feria days, where we commemorate Saints Chrysanthus and Daria, Martyrs, on Thursday, the "inseparable pair", a husband and wife who were buried alive together in 237, and on Friday, Pope Saint Evaristus, who was martyred in 112. At the end of the week when we celebrate the Votive Mass of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in which the epistle, in Ecclesiasticus 24, announces her our co-redemtrix, we commemorate the Vigil of the Double of the Second Class Feast of the holy Apostles and Martyrs Saint Simon and Saint Jude Thaddeus. The actual feast day is celebrated on Monday for these two holy Apostles, since the Kingship of Christ takes precedence. St. Simon is not to be confused with St. Simon Peter, the holy apostle Christ chose to lead the one and only true Church He established on earth. (cf. Matthew 16: 18-19). St. Jude is the patron saint of hopeless cases and many of us call upon him often when situations in life seem hopeless. Never give up hope. Also on Saturday, we commemorate Saint Frumentius, Bishop and Confessor ordained by Saint Anathasius, who fought Arianism and baptized King Azana of Ethiopia, thus establishing Christianity as the official religion of the Aksumite kingdom.

A selection from the October, 2015 issue, since we at a landmarking time where we either rush into the New World Order, or successfully stave it off for a few more years: For the Twenty-Second Sunday after Pentecost Fr. George Leo Haydock compiles commentaries on most verses of today's Epistle and Gospel that should hit home with the whole religious liberty heresy that so many Americans have bought into. Yes, we must render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, but too few realize the more important need to render to God the things that are God's. We are all God's children, ergo His. The democratic system established in the U.S. has more and more forgotten that and incurred moral corruption in every venue of society, government and ecclesially. St. Paul pleads in his Epistle to not look for temporal treasures, but rather spiritual treasures. In this time when there is global economic collapse and terrorism throughout let us pray more take that advice. And in the Gospel, perhaps the best advice we can glean from today's commentaries in the Gospel and Epistle are the warning words of St. Athanasius, Pope Clement XIV, and St. Ambrose. We should remember the latter's words, "A good emperor is within the Church, but not above the Church." The "emperors" who have been ruling are not within the Church. Yay, they are enemies of Christ. Enough is enough! Stand for the faith and render all priorities to God. "Render to God the things that are God's"

Earlier this month we cited the second week of October as "what a week", but we think you'll agree this is quite a week as well beginning with the First Class Feast of the Solemnity of Christ the King which supersedes the Twenty-Third Sunday after Pentecost this year. The Haydock Commentary for the Epistle and Gospel for this feast, provided by John Gregory shows the Uncompromising Loyalty to our King. After the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass there is the Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus In honor of the feast we also encourage you to see His Holiness Pope Pius XI's encyclical dedicating the last Sunday of October to our Sovereign King with Quas Primas. The false CONciLIAR church continues to ignore Pius' decree, choosing to make the last Sunday in "Ordinary Time" before Advent for the feast; just another of the novelties that have produced nothing but bad fruits. This is reinforced by Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey in two poignant essays I Will Reign in Spite of All Who Oppose Me and We Proclaim Anew What Protestants and Conciliarists Alike Reject: The Social Reign of Christ the King. If he has an update to this feast, see his latest at Christ or Chaos.

John Gregory presents an article he wrote thirteen years ago on how antipope Benedict 16 (aka Fr. Josef Ratzinger) was introducing a new missal into the Novus Ordo (aka Bogus Ordo) and it is even more pertinent today when the current antipope Francis, (aka Mr. Jorge Bergoglio has approved the bishops deciding on whatever they want to do as more novelties and tricks surface throughout the false CONciLIAR church of Vatican 2. John's piece Trick or Treat or Threat shows how many souls have been lost by buying into the "mystery of iniquity" and "operation of error" where God would allow so many to believe the lying. (cf. 2 Thessalonians 2: 3-11). So while the true Church in the catacombs, the Traditional movement that rejects all of Vatican 2, honors this day as All Hallows Eve in preparation for the Solemnity of All Saints, those trapped by the world, the flesh, and the devil celebrate what has become the devil's night of Halloween.

We reach November which kicks off on Thursday with celebrating the Church Triumphant on the Solemnity of All Saints - a goal we all strive for as our eternal destiny. The only way to achieve that is to remain in Sanctifying Grace at all times. Even though many are under the false belief that everyone goes to Heaven, little do they realize that if their soul is not prepared they'll be in for a big surprise that they won't be able to change. Nevertheless, if one dies in the state of grace there is no guarantee they'll have an express ticket to reach the celestial kingdom. No, just like gold, one has to be purified before they can enter the presence of the Beatific Vision. The problem is that, thanks to the protestantized thinking that there is no Purgatory many in the CONciLIAR church from the top on down have downplayed Purgatory to please man, while neglecting to emphasize the importance of praying for the Church Suffering as is our duty as members of the Church Militant. Therefore we present below the magnificent, effective prayers in praying for the holy souls in Purgatory. Also we begin here and in the November edition to provide inspiration each day from The Prophesies and Revelations of St. Bridget of Sweden.

For November 1 and November 2 there is a special plenary indulgence when one fulfills the "Toties Quoties" Prayers. From noon on All Saints Day through midnight of All Souls Day* the Catholic faithful, as often as they visit a church to pray for the dead, reciting six times during each visit the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be for the intentions of Holy Mother Church may gain a plenary indulgence applicable only to the souls in Purgatory, under the usual conditions of making a good Confession within a week before or after, worthily receiving Holy Communion within the week and having the right intention of heart. This is called the Toties Quoties Indulgence.

    * If one is not able to fulfill it on November 1 and 2, one may substitute the following Saturday and Sunday under the same conditions and circumstance.

Thanks to the kind permission of Mary Immaculate Queen Press, we reproduce for each day in November the respective De Profundis Prayers for the Holy Souls in Purgatory with Daily Thoughts and Prayers for Our Beloved Dead. It is called such for Psalm 129 is said daily and applies to those souls exiled from Heaven for however so long. If you did not have the opportunity to make the Toties Quoties Indulgence on Thursday after 12 p.m. and all day Friday on All Souls Day, you can still make them on Saturday ater noontime and Sunday up until midnight. These prayers carry an Imprimatur from Patrick Cardinal Hayes of New York. You can order the booklets for .50 each from Mary Immaculate Queen Center, 8504 N. St. Michael's Road, Spokane, WA 99217-9333 or purchase it on their website at Daily Thoughts and Prayers for Our Beloved Dead. There is a different short prayer for each day followed by Psalm 129. Jean Baptiste Gergeres, a Catholic theologian and author of the 19th century, states:

"When we love, we remember, and this memory, this effect of love, is not a barren thought. It resolves itself into DEEDS for the loved one. Why, when sorrow is united with faith, should not our sad memories resolve themselves into sentiments sweet and precious to the soul? To recall the features, the accents, the manners and the sentiments of a loved one is still to see him, to hear him, to touch him and to associate him with the joys and sorrows which he formerly shared."

O Jesus, Thou suffered and died that all mankind might be saved.

We encourage you to pray the Nine Pious Invocations for the Souls in Purgatory and the Litany for the Poor Souls in Purgatory. Remember, we all may well be in their predicament. Do unto others as we would have others do unto us. Do we want those who are still among the remnant of the Church Militant to foret us when we're stuck in the Church Suffering? Didn't think so. Here's our opportunity to pay it forward, because those same souls we help mmove more quickly into the realm of the Church Triumphant will repay us abundantly by interceding for us here on earth. It's a win-win situation, but only if we're willing to engage and pray. Speaking of Purgatory, we remind you of two powerful articles by Fr. Paul O'Sullivan written well before Vatican 2 that are a stunning wake up call for all in Read Me or Rue It and How to Avoid Purgatory. We finish the week celebrating First Saturday devotions on November 3rd.

The Fatima Prayers

My God, I believe, I adore, I trust and I love Thee; and I beg pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not trust, and do not love Thee.
(repeat the above 3 times then bow your head in reciting the following:)

O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in tabernacles throughout the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in unison with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg the conversion of poor sinners.

O Most Holy Trinity, I adore Thee! My God, my God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament!

O my Jesus, it is for love of Thee, in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of poor sinners.
