Trinity Sunday serves as the bridge between Paschaltide and the Time after Pentecost as we enter a week that is truly worth celebrating with four special feasts. We've just spent the past week focusing on the Third Person of the Blessed Trinity the Holy Ghost. This week we honor all Three, beginning with Trinity Sunday, the only day actually that the Church officially honors God the Father. It is on Trinity Sunday when we renew our commitment to our Faith and the dogma Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus - "Outside the Church There is No Salvation" (something the potentates of the CONciLIAR church have no intention of following by their words and actions over the past fifty plus years). We provide the full Athanasian Creed for every loyal Catholic to recite and to remember throughout the liturgical year and every second of their lives.
While the week begins with the feast of the apostle St. Barnabas it is superseded by Trinity Sunday. On Monday we celebrate the feast of the holy confessor Saint John of San Facundo. The next two days feature back-to-back Doctors of the Church beginning with Tuesday's Feast of St. Anthony of Padua who was Ark of the New Testament and Hammer of Heretics, and on Wednesday the Feast of the holy Bishop Saint Basil the Great who will always be known as Orator of Orthodoxy for he was the anvil against apostasy. Oh, could we use two giants like these today to right the wrongs that Vatican 2 has wrought. On Thursday we complete the Novena for Corpus Christi as we celebrate the First Class Feast of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, where, in many traditional parishes, there is procession of the Blessed Sacrament. That used to be the tradition in every parish, but a certain council ended that as we all know. No sooner do we finish one Novena then we begin another because the launch point for the Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus is the Feast of Corpus Christi when holy Mother Church encourages us to begin the Novena that leads up to and includes the First Class Feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus on Friday, June 23 this year. We again encourage all those who have not had their home enthroned to the Sacred Heart to seek out a traditional priest to enthrone your home and protect your family and to pray the Novena to the Sacred Heart.as we celebrate the First Class Feast of Corpus Christi Friday we continue Within the Octave of Corpus Christi as well as a commemoration of the same on Saturday for the Mass of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Saturday.
Our Lady, as Co-Redemptrix, has promised that her Immaculate Heart would triumph. That could be God's way of inserting divine intervention to offset this Great Apostasy we remain in. Her holy Rosary is the link of hope between Traditional Catholics and CONciLIAR Catholics, and we remind you of your opportunity to pray each evening with others by calling into moderator Tom Gillbrough for Rosary Conference Call at 10 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, 9 p.m. Central, 8 p.m. Mountain, and 7 p.m. in the Pacific Daylight time zone. You are encouraged to call in ten minutes before the hour so that the Rosary can start on time with no latecomers to upset the reverence and continuity of the Blessed Virgin Mary's holy Psalter. For those who want to stay on after the five decades, they may join in praying the other two sets of mysteries not covered for that day. Monday and Thursday are the Joyful mysteries, Tuesday and Friday are the Sorrowful mysteries, and Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday are the Glorious mysteries. On Saturday mornings you are invited to call 319-527-2928 and join Dave Fuire and often times a priest in praying the five Glorious Mysteries at 1 p.m. EDT, noon CDT, 11 a.m. MDT, and 10 a.m. PDT in reparation for the offenses against the Immaculate Heart of Mary. It is what Our Lady asked for at Fatima. You'll note that Traditional Catholics never acknowledge the heretical luminous mysteries. Why? Because Heaven bestowed the holy Rosary to St. Dominic to fight the heresy of Albigensianism in 1214. Mary stipulated that the three sets of mysteries made up Christ's life through her and they represented the 150 Psalms which, when divided by the Trinitarian number 3 equals 50 Aves. Victorious over the Albgensians, it remained the same with miraculous results for nearly 800 years until unsaint JP2 decided he'd add the Masonic luminous mysteries. With that unprecedented move in which man thought he knew better than God, the number jumped to four sets of mysteries equalling 200 Aves. To show how demonic this is, when you divide 200 by the Trinitarian number 3 you get 666! That should tell you all you need to know about Vatican 2 and it's false 'popes'. That is why it is paramount to the welfare of your eternal soul to...
A lot has been said about the heretical 'Apostolic' declaration Amoris Laetitia that has spurred so much controversy, but there are so many other heresies spewed from Mr. Bergoglio's mouth. We urge you to see the latest at NovusOrdoWatch.org. We strongly urge you to forego some TV tonight and devote some time to listen to his monthly TRADCASTS and frequent TradCAST Express, all available at the same site. Hearing this and knowing Marxist Mr. Jorge Bergoglio's track record we shouldn't be surprised that the world is thrilled, while many Catholics are shocked. Traditional Catholics are not shocked because we saw it coming. For all of this the best source for what is happening in separating the lambs on the right from the goats on the left is NovusOrdoWatch latest news wire which provides links to so many sources that it has become the DRUDGE Report for Traditional Catholics. In addition, we also confidently recommend trusted ports like Christorchaos.com for articles and links, as well as four blogs worth your while, the excellent traditional weekly blogIntroibo Ad Altare Dei, Fr. Cekada's Quidlibet, Bishop Donald Sanborn's In Veritate, and the satirical, but on-point Call Me Jorge. They all weigh in on the consequences of the dastardly deeds by those in Modernist Rome and their cronies around the world who blatantly contradict Catholic truth, which of course is so reminiscent of Vatican 2 documents. So stay tuned to our DailyCatholic Twitter Feed for the latest as well as the editor's SANCTUS facebook page
How many lambs will be placed on the Lord's right? With the relaxation and total negligence of many Catholic disciplines today, that number might be smaller than you might think because the vast majority of the sheep are so lost because the so-called shepherds of the modern church, while masquerading as priests and prelates, are truly wolves who have ravaged souls for the past fifty years or so. Other than traditional priests and bishops ordained in the true Sacrament of Holy Orders, all those "ordained" or "consecrated" since 1968 with the man-made rite of Giovanni Montini have no more authority or power than a protestant minister, who, as Pope Leo XIII perfectly put it, "are completely null and utterly void." The fact is not since His Holiness Pope Pius XII have we had a true shepherd sitting in the Chair of Peter. That has greatly contributed to the chaos the world faces today because since the early part of the Conclave of 1958, when the Holy Ghost withdrew His protection because a false church was determined to eclipse the true Church. How long that will last is anybody's guess, but the more we see, the further away the counterfeit CONciLIAR church is out-protestanting the Protestants, and even the heathens! You see, through the Vatican 2 secular humanism man has replaced God!
I know it's a shock to most to realize they're barking up the wrong tree, the one without the true barque of Peter. It was to us when we connected all the dots and finally came to the conclusion that the only syllogism possible to verify Christ's words was that the true Church remains in an interminable interregnum, chiefly because a heretic cannot be a pope, not to mention how those men occupying the Chair since the death of His Holiness of happy memory Pope Pius XII's death on October 9, 1958. The links we provide above to other ports verifies this fact.
All we ask is that you pray for the grace to see the veracity of what is presented. It can be a tremendous task to leave the comfort zone of a religion that has relaxed so much, but isn't it worth it for your salvation? That was the decision we came to after realizing how much we were duped - yes, we're not alone - for as Jesus said in St. Matthew 24: 24-25: "insomuch as to deceive (if possible) even the elect. Behold I have told it to you, beforehand." We've been warned, and yet so many refuse to connect the dots. It behooves you to do so and do so soon.

To affirm this and assist you in this truth, we present a thorough talk by His Excellency Bishop Donald Sanborn, Rector of Most Holy Trinity Seminary. We encourage you to set aside an hour and a half to truly help your soul and clarify what is really happening by listening to his magnificent and eye-opening complete overview of the Great Apostasy in: The Novus Ordo Church, Vatican II, and Sedevacantism. It's a good idea to listen to the Questions and Answers after his talk that provides rock-solid reasons why Sedevacantists have been right all along and we pray more will receive the grace to see why and flee the Novus Ordo.
The words above are the wise counsel of St. Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 and just the fact that you have arrived on this site is a blessing and we hope you pray for the grace to truly see that all we publish here is the unadulterated Catholic truth. As we have said so many times, don't take our word for it, see what holy Mother Church has always taught as infrangible truth for Our Lord cannot deceive nor be deceived. We pray you can see that if you have been deceived in any way by what has been taught by the Vatican 2 church, then something must be wrong and you will know it does not come from God, but rather His adversary the devil.
That is why we have endeavored for 21 years online to bring you the infrangible truths and traditions of the Church instituted by Christ. We can humbly say we have never had to print a retraction of anything published on these pages. Of course with all that we have here and in archives it takes money to continue.
We know that so many of our readers are unable to assist at a true traditional Latin Mass because of where they live and use the daily liturgy from the approved St. Andrew Missal 1945 and in so doing can gain the efficacious graces possible through their prayers at home. We remain the only publication in the world to provide such and are grateful to God that we can provide such nourishment for souls. So if you have benefited in any way, we'd be so grateful for a tax-deductible donation of whatever you deem it is worth.
We remind you of the advice of the holy Doctor of the Church Saint Augustine on almsgiving: "Generosity will save a person from Eternal Death, it will even blot out any sin.....because Almsgiving is prayer...it brings graces, it cleanses the soul from guilt and punishment.....What good is faith without works, if we desert our fellow man in his need?"
Whatever you can afford will be greatly appreciated and you will be added to our daily prayer list personally by name and your intentions. Just click the button below or you may send a check/money order to the address below. We are a bonafide non-profit 501c(3) religious association and all donations are tax-deductible. Thank you in advance for your caring and sharing. It all comes down to St. Paul's strong counsel in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 above. That is something we strive to fulfill and convince souls of everywhere.
Or you can send a check, money order or cash donation to: SANCTUS/DailyCatholic 2750 Wheatstone St. #111 San Diego, CA 92111

Today begins the Third Cycle of the Easter Season - the Time After Pentecost, beginning with the Feast of the Blessed Trinity and is the longest of the Liturgical Year. It may comprise from twenty-four to twenty-eight weeks and differs considerably from the other liturgical seasons. In the Liturgical Year there is a historical progression, beginning in Advent with the waiting for the coming of the Messias, followed by His birth at Christmas. During the Sundays after Epiphany, the Holy Childhood is commemorated, while during Lent we are reminded of the fasting in the desert and the Passion of Our Lord. The sacred cycle is completed in the Eastertide, when we celebrate the Resurrection and Ascension of Our Lord and the Descent of the Holy Ghost upon the Apostles. In this last part of the ecclesiastical year, the Church, guided by the Holy Ghost, continues the work of the Redemption, realized during the preceding part of the Liturgical Year.

There is also a commemoration for the feast of Saint Barnabas, who was not one of the Twelve. Rather he was a disciple and companion of St. Paul. He merited the title of Apostle by his preaching and labors. He was stoned by the Jews about 61 A.D.
Barnabas, whose name was originally Joseph, was born of Jewish parents in the Island of Cyprus about the beginning of the Christian Era. A Levite, he naturally spent much time in Jerusalem, probably even

John Gregory provides the commentary for Trinity Sunday from Father George Leo Haydock found in many Douay-Rheims version of the New Testament. In the short, but powerfully poignant and pertinent paragraphs from our Lord's mouth in His final assurance of His protection in today's Gospel we have all we need to debunk all Protestant argumentation for Scriptura sola or Fidei sola. Their rationalizations are heresy for the Word alone will not save you, nor will Faith alone, but rather those combined through the Sacraments for only through being in the state of Sanctifying Grace can we hope to achieve Heaven. We arrive at the sacraments through Faith and we learn Faith through the Word. Consider, if you will, a three-legged stool (ideal analogy for Trinity Sunday). If one of those legs are missing the stool cannot stand. To know Jesus is to love Him and obey Him by following all He commands. "Behold I am with you all days"
Father Benedict Hughes, CMRI, Rector of St. Joseph's Minor Seminary in Rathdrum, Idaho at the City of Mary presents a twelve minute sermon recorded three years ago and made available through Traditional Catholic Sermons for Trinity Sunday in which he reminds us how the Scriptures, both Old and New, reaffirm the great Mystery of the Holy Trinity. Father reminds us of the procession of Persons from God the Father Who proceeds the Son and the Holy Ghost proceeds from the Son, yet All are the same God - the great Mystery, but we attribute Creation to the Father, redemption to the Son, and sanctification to the Holy Ghost as His temples through Baptism. Father shares why we accept this great Mystery through Faith as he explains The Blessed Trinity
The Athanasian Creed, attributed to Saint Athanasius, also know as the Quicumque vult, was formerly recited at the office of Prime on Sundays and Trinity Sunday is the time when we renew our commitment to our Faith and the dogma Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus - "Outside the Church There is No Salvation." The Athanasian Creed is one of the four authoritative Creeds of Holy Mother Church and is not something that is an opinion but what every Roman Catholic must believe. That includes those who subscribe to Vatican II. Oh, wait, their boss has consistently announced that such a dogma no longer exists and all are saved. If that is not blasphemous blatant heresy, then we're in more trouble than we thought. St. Athanasius must be rolling over in his grave as we see Our Lady's words at LaSalette become a reality: "Rome will lose the Faith and become the seat of the Antichrist." Yes, Francis, you have fulfilled the prophesy. God help us all! Don't believe the CONciLIAR'S words. Believe St. Athanasius and pray the Athanasian Cread

The holy Doctor St. Anthony is often depicted holding the Christ Child in such a loving, gentle manner, yet he was not so gentle on those who sought to deceive the faithful through heresy. When he died at age 36, church bells rang throughout Italy, in many with no human person ringing the bells. People attributed the bellringers to the angels who had come to earth to ring them as children wailed in the streets crying aloud, "Our dear father, Anthony is dead." But his spirit and on-going miraculous wonders have lived on for nearly 8 centuries. He's the patron saint of the poor and oppressed, the one many pray to when something or someone is lost. He so wanted to convert the Moors and was willing to be martyred. Where are the St. Anthonys today when the infidels are overrunning Christianity? Take a cue from the Hammer of Heretics
Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a thirty-five-minute sermon given by the late, great traditional Theologian Father Martin Stepanich, O.F.M. who passed away this past November 18 at 97 years of age, 71 in service to Our Lord and Our Lady as a holy priest. He speaks of the wisdom and intelligence of the humble Franciscan St. Anthony of Padua who was so on fire with love for Christ and His Blessed Mother and wanted to share that love with so many souls, including even offering himself as ransom to the Moors. But God had other plans for this miracle worker and Father explains how and why this hammer of heretics is so well beloved. While at times it may be difficult to listen to Father Martin due to a monotone type voice, what he has to say is so beautiful and well worth overlooking any oratorial magnificence. We encourage you to listen to his sermon on St. Anthony and Our Lady

In back to back Doctors of the Church, today the Church celebrates another of the magnificent luminaries God rose up in the 4th century. The holy bishop and Doctor of the Church Saint Basil the Great also faced the intense persecutions and calumnies of the Arian bishops and suffered greatly, never complaining and living a life of austerity while his fellow Arian bishops lived high on the hog. Like his good life-long friend and fellow Doctor of the Church St. Gregory Nazianzen, he,too, came from holy stock and had two brothers who became bishops; a father, mother and sister who became saints. This Bishop of Caesarea is one of the few, along with Popes St. Leo I and St. Gregory I and St. Albert to be given the august title "Magnus" - great. For a profile of this holy Bishop and Doctor, see the Orator of Orthdoxy
Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a brief but informative six-minute sermon given in 2008 by Bishop Daniel Dolan for the feast of the holy Bishop and Doctor of the Church St. Basil the Great, who, as His Excellency responds felt he wasn't doing enough and yet he became one of the greatest to wear the purple robes ever for St. Basil the Great faced his fears with the courage of grace and realized no one could defeat him for his goal was Heaven and to threaten him would only encourage him further to love God and share the Faith while soundly refuting any heretics who sought to intimidate and threatene him. The results show the successful fruits of his efforts as Bishop Dolan illustrates that we don't have to worry if we're successful if, like Basil, we do the will of God in following the example of St. Basil the Great

Today there will be processions of the Blessed Sacrament in various traditional communities and on Sunday more parishes will celebrate with each procession led by a true priest reverently holding the sacred Monstrance aloft without touching it with his bare hands. With this Double of the First Class Feast of Corpus Christi we complete the Nine Day Novena. This is a special day set aside for acknowledging the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, i.e., the TRUE PRESENCE, Which is possible only when a true priest confects the bread and wine in a canonized apostolic Mass of All Ages - the Traditional Latin Mass, known throughout the ages as the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and not to be confused with the newfangled man-made Novus Ordo rite which, and those who are not aware please be seated when you read this - CANNOT confect the True Presence in the Blessed Sacrament! Pray that more men, who thought they were actual priests, will realize this and contact a traditional bishop to correct this grave error. There should be a mad exodus of conservative Novus Ordo presbyters with the Public Heresy proclaimed by Mr. Bergoglio the unFrancis that all are redeemed, totally nullifying the Dogma that Outside the Church there is no Salvation ( Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus). We'd all best pray harder and now is a good time with this Final Day of the Novena
For the Feast of Corpus Christi we bring you an powerful piece by Timothy Duff in which he provides inspiration and a fail-safe method of being always in the right frame of mind to receive Holy Communion and never to take this Awesome Gift of the Bread of Angels for granted. He gleans several pointers from St. Louis Marie de Montfort's True Devotion as Tim furnishes an excellent checklist to continue the fervor. There is no better time to focus on truly and worthily receiving Christ into our very beings and being conscious of this great and wondrous gift throughout our entire day than during this span of a week when, having just celebrated we celebrate the glorious Coronation of Blessed Mary our Immaculate Queen, the feast of Corpus Christi is fresh in our minds, and we prepare for the great Feast of the Sacred Heart on Ides of June this year. Tim offers his short formula of spiritual success in True Devotion and Holy Communion
The feast of Corpus Christi signals the beginning of the Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, concluding next Friday on the Double of the First Class Feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. See Day One of the Novena to the Sacred Heart

With tomorrow's First Class Feast of Corpus Christi and tying in with the essence of the Body and Blood of Christ, Bishop Daniel Dolan brings us a sermon from twelve years ago via Traditional Catholic Sermons, on the confection of the bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, Soul and Divinity. The bishop explains that it is vital to define true transubstantiation - across from one thing to another under the appearance of bread and wine in the substance of what you see. It still looks like bread and wine, but it is truly Christ present. If God could create all things and change water into wine at Cana, why could He not change bread and wine into His Body and Blood? The Bishop goes on to decipher difference of true Catholic belief with Protestant and Vatican 2 rationalization that today often translates into heresy in denying or even doubting the dogma of Transubstantiation

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a twelve-minute sermon by Fr. Benedict Hughes, CMRI during this time within the Octave of Corpus Christi as Father explains that the Propers of the Mass outside of the Epistle and Gospel were written by the Angelic Doctor St. Thomas Aquinas that he has become known as the Doctor of the Holy Eucharist. Father reminds us that the Blessed Sacrament is the heart of our spiritual life for everything is centered on the True Presence. He deduces that if we do not appreciate the Holy Eucharist we will lose Him. That is what has happened in the Conciliar church and it is all the more reason to reinforce our appreciation and love for Christ in the Blessed Sacrament. Father tells us the three purposes - Christ is a victim offered up just as He was offered up on the Cross, we receive and are fortified by the heavenly bread to nourish our souls as manna from Heaven, for without it we will starve. Thirdly, He loves us so much He wanted to be with us but He was to leave this world and yet wanted to remain and thus He left not only His Spirit, but the Sacrament of Divine Mercy and Divine Love. Father laments how many spend time with Him and watch with Him and encourages us to spend at least one hour a month in the presence of The Blessed Sacrament

We encourage you to learn more about the Traditional Latin Mass - the true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in these videos at this link because each time you worthily assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in person, you gain graces that are placed in a "golden chalice", so to speak, and is offered to God to be weighed in substance when you stand before Him at your Particular Judgment. The more you have filled this chalice, the better will it go for your spiritual welfare in eternity, enhanced by your cooperation with grace. Know the Mass

When One Cannot physically assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
we provide additional prayers that can be supplemented with the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and the PROPER OF THE DAY to enable you to better prepare yourself at home. Of course, this never replaces actually being there, but it is much better than attending the Novus Ordo services. Therefore we have gleaned from The Key of Heaven prayers to say at home. It is very comforting to know that the Holy Mass is offered for us even when we are not actually present. But to enjoy the benefits which it procures, we must by a SPIRITUAL COMMUNION become partakers of the altar from which we are temporarily banished. Here we provide prayers in preparation for fulfilling assistance in absentia in addition to the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and PROPER OF THE DAY. PRAYERS IN ABSENTIA

Prayer Before the Crucifix
Behold, O kind and most sweet Jesus, I cast myself upon my knees in Thy sight, and with the most fervent desire of my soul I pray and beseech Thee that Thou wouldst fix deep within my heart lively sentiments of Faith, Hope and Charity, with true repentance for my sins, and a firm purpose of amendment, whilst with deep affection and grief of soul I ponder within myself and mentally contemplate Thy five most precious Wounds; having before my eyes the words which David in prophesy spoke concerning Thee, O Good Jesus: "They have pierced My hands and My feet; they have numbered all My bones."
Plenary Indulgence, Condition:
- Confession
- Communion
- One Our Father
- One Hail Mary
- One Glory be...

The Fatima Prayers
My God, I believe, I adore, I trust and I love Thee; and I beg pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not trust, and do not love Thee.
(repeat the above 3 times then bow your head in reciting the following:)
O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in tabernacles throughout the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in unison with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg the conversion of poor sinners.
O Most Holy Trinity, I adore Thee! My God, my God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament!
O my Jesus, it is for love of Thee, in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of poor sinners.
