Next week is the national election that could very well mark the end of a free nation or begin the long journey back to restoring Christ as our Sovereign King by stopping the demonic Democrats of their Godless platform that promotes two of the greatest sins that cry to Heaven for vengeance. Are Republicans the cure-all? Far, far from it. But if the Republicans can reclaim the Senate and keep the House, it will go a long way towards curtailing the destruction Barack Hussein Obama has been doing over the past six years. So what is the goal? How can America truly be blessed by God? That is what Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey tackled in his eight-part series we bring you this week in the build-up to the election with his excellent breakdown of Catholicism and the State that details the true Catholic perspective of Church and State.
Through the generosity of a few loyal benefactors and several smaller donations the debt is down for my beloved late bride Cyndi's care is now down from nearly $8000.00 to $1200.00 as of this publishing, but interest rates are really high and is a hindrance in fully paying off her due debts. Though bill collectors don't rely on God's providence, I do, and so far He's guided those generous souls to help. I am eternally grateful to all who have contributed and keep each in my prayers daily even if the litany of names takes five to ten minutes. When I say I will pray for you, I mean personally I'll remember your name. It's the least I can do for your sharing and caring. The problem is not enough are sharing and caring. I'd sure like to make that specific daily prayer list longer by adding your name. Just let me know at Cyndi's Angels.
Finally, changes are in the wind and that begins on November 1 when we not only turn the clocks back for the next day to Standard Time, but we also forge a new chapter for the DailyCatholic. Since coming on line with this publication on November 1, 1997 we have eschewed advertising, depending on donations to keep this traditional apostolate going. As I have mentioned numerous times, age is creeping up on this editor with failing eyesight and donations, other than the few loyal ones we have, are down due to the uncertainty of the times where every penny has to be pinched thanks to a Godless government that has no concept that Caesar cannot claim what is rightfully God's. Therefore after 17 years we are transitioning into a period of trial where we will be carrying advertising with a new format that follows the style of a blog. It is something still foreign to this editor since I've always written my own html code all these years, but alas, it may be the only way to keep the DailyCatholic on line considering all the circumstances. In a way, as much as I hate to admit it, f you can't beat 'em, join 'em. One thing is guaranteed, however, we will never compromise the true Faith as has been our vow and guarantee on this site all these years. As noted, I call it a trial basis since I'm still working out the kinks and because Ad Sense and Amazon have promised not to place any ads that would be immoral or scandalous. We can only hope and pray. Time will tell. So set your clocks back and look forward to new horizons for this publication.

Today the faithful have the opportunity to gain a plenary indulgence with the Consecration of the Human Race to Jesus Christ, Sovereign King followed by the Litany of Christ the King and Benediction of the Most Blessed Sacrament after Holy Mass.
The royalty of Christ rests upon a twofold basis. He is our King by right of birth and by right of conquest. The first refers us to the personality of the son of God, whereby, in His divine nature as. God an by virtue of the hypostatic union, He is the sovereign Lord and Master. The second places before us the God-man coming down on earth to to rescue fallen man from the slavery of Satan, and by the labors and sufferings of His life, and passion, and death to win a glorious victory for us over sin and hell.
A special liturgical feast in honor of the Kingship of our Lord Jesus Christ, to be celebrated throughout the world on the last Sunday in October, was instituted at the end of the Holy Year Of Jubilee by His Holiness Pius XI. The Pontiff points out in his encyclical letter on this occasion that people are instructed in the truths of faith, and brought to appreciate the inner joys of religion far more effectually by the annual celebration of our sacred mysteries than by any pronouncement, however weighty, of the teaching of the Church.
"The Church's teaching affects the mind primarily; her feasts affect both mind and heart, and have a salutary effect upon

Commemoration at Collect, Secret and Postcommunion for 20th Sunday after Pentecost

On December 11, 1925 His Holiness Pope Pius XI decreed to the Universal Church that the last Sunday of October would be the Double of the First Class Feast of Christ the King. As such, it supersedes the 23rd Sunday after Pentecost, submitting the latter to merely a commemoration. This feast was initiated to remind the world that Christ is our Sovereign King and we all must pay due homage to our heavenly king by being obedient servants and strive to establish His kingdom - the Social Reign of Jesus Christ here on earth. His Holiness declared this in his Encyclical Quas Primas. There follows after the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass the Sacred Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. All kneel in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament and, with the priest, recite the consecration; then the Litany of the Sacred Heart and Benediction. Those in the state of Sanctifying Grace by making a good Confession within eight days and worthily receiving Holy Communion receive a plenary indulgence in praying the Consecration. We encourage you to read
Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey's inspirational and poignant essays for this feast:
For the Double of the First Class Solemnity of Christ the King Father George Leo Haydock provides all the proof necessary to illustrate the Sovereign Kingship of Christ over all in Heaven and on earth; something lost on most who inhabit this planet. St. Paul, in addressing the Colossians, gives an adept explanation of why Jesus is King once and for all and the Lord affirms this when confronted by Pilate for it confirms that he was betrayed by one and put to death by another. Our Lord asserts that His kingdom is not of this world and if we are to remain His loyal subjects we must unite with Him in suffering so that we may be worthy through His merits to enjoy eternal life in His kingdom as can be seen in this feature provided by John Gregory:
Uncompromising Loyalty to our King

In light of the fact that quite possibly the most important election in this nation's history is a mere ten days away from today, we are bringing you a series written by Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey, first published here in 2003. Therefore from now through next Saturday, in leading up to the Feast of Christ the King, we will be bringing you an installment a day to bring all up to date on Catholic truth. In the first installment of this eight-part series on getting a firm fix on what Catholics need to know about Catholicism and the State, Tom lays out the various concepts of states which have cropped up over the centuries to erode the true concept of the Christian State. And believe us, the erosion has grown over the years where today most Catholics are totally clueless in understanding how we have all been so duped by revisionist historians and progressives, not to mention the conciliar cabal that hijacked holy Mother Church. Because all the confusion about separation of Church and State has contributed to dismissing into oblivion the necessity for the Social Kingship of Christ this series is so very necessary. Tom identifies and defines three of these states in his first installment, Part One: The Pagan, Liberal and Socialist State

Today in the Revelations and Prophesies Imparted to St. Bridget of Sweden Our Lady tells her about two wives, one of whom is called Pride and the other Humility (the latter signifying the most sweet Virgin Mary) We see how the Virgin Mary comes to meet those who love her at the moment of their death. Mary uses the imagery of three gates that those who lust after the world, the flesh and the devil are willing to go for Pride. Their fate is never good for they place all their hopes and efforts in fleeting things that destine them to a fate worse than death as seen in Chapter Twenty-Nine of Book One Pride vs. Humility: No Contest

In light of the fact that quite possibly the most important election in this nation's history is a mere nine days away from today, we are bringing you an eight-part series written by Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey, first published here in 2003. Therefore through next Saturday, in leading up to the Feast of Christ the King, we are bringing you an installment a day to bring all up to date on Catholic truth in informing Catholics on what they need to know about Catholicism and the State. Tom points out through documentation by previous true Popes and renowned Catholic theologians, such as Fr. Cahill and Fr. Fahey, the absolute fallacy of separation of Church and State for both are from God and that is the reason Christ established His Church on earth to work in harmony with both for the Social Kingship of Jesus Christ. It is only with the rebellion of man in the various revolutions beginning with the Protestant Reformation that heresy crept in and twisted the true concept of the State. Tom identifies the truth in Part Two: The Christian Concept of the State

Today in the Revelations and Prophesies Imparted to St. Bridget of Sweden Jesus relates to His bride how many false Christians are being multiplied, and how they are crucifying Him again with the torture tools of wood, iron, and gall. Few console Him, and yet, because of His everlasting Love He is still prepared to suffer death once more for the sake of sinful people, if this were possible. He offers the imagery of three simple things, a bed to rest, a seat to sit and a lamp to provide light for it is by the light of faith that we believe and follow Him as seen in Chapter Thirty of Book One
The Immortal One's Mercy for Mortals

Continuing with this eight-part series by Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey as we get closer to election day, in part three Tom explains how by undermining the Church through revolution, the State was awarded an exaggerated expectation that all must depend on the State and anything from the Church would be considered interference and the two should not mix. This anti-Catholic thinking prevailed at the Protestant Reformation and French Revolution and, contrary to what many have been lead to believe, in America as well, for the Constitution was cleverly crafted as a safeguard against Catholic truth, shrouded as it were, in America-speak gleaned from the Rights of Man rather than the Rights granted by God and bestowed on His one true Church as the Beacon to guide the way of all souls. Tom shows how this was all corrupted and why through the decrees of true Popes in Part Three: A Catholic Understanding of the History of the State and Its Corruption
The painting here of St. Bridget is so beautifully depicted in the painting by Michelle R. Maher. To see a larger copyrighted image click on the painting here. Today in the Revelations and Prophesies imparted to St. Bridget of Sweden St. John the Baptist appears to Bridget to explain the details of the crown the Queen of Heaven and earth wears, right down to the seven lilies and the seven precious gems all describing her holy attributes and virtues in Chapter Thirty-One of Book One No other crown would do

With rebellion comes extreme organizations that are created to make up for the loss of a previous reliable need, such as the Church. With revolt against the Church came the rise of Freemasonry, spawned by the Machiavellian mechanizations that permeated and poisoned Europe and society to accept heresies and apostasy so readily via Protestantism. The underbelly of the American Revolution was its anti-Catholic stance in assuring the Church could not and would not interfere with the matters of the State, a less violent form of the Rights of Man, if you will. This same mentality was not only adopted by the early leaders of America but throughout the history of the United States as Tom illustrates the Masonic influence that has obliterated Catholic truth and what Fr. Fahey and His Holiness Pope Leo XIII had to say in alerting the faithful to the dangers in part five of this eight-part series by Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey in Part Five: Protestantism and Freemasonry
We continue to provide a chapter each day during October so readers can meditate on the contents of each short chapter and not be overwhelmed by too much. In Chapter Thirty-Three, Jesus admonishes His bride about true and false wisdom as He illustrates how the good angels always aid the wise who choose good, while the fallen angels give aid to those who are also wise, but choose to be evil through their own pride and vices in their priority of placing the world, the flesh, and the devil above God and eternal happiness as seen in Chapter Thirty-Three of Book One Worldly Wisdom Wasted

As we draw nearer to the feast of Christ the King followed two days later by election day, we bring you the sixth installment of Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey's eight-part series on true Catholic teaching regarding the Church and State. Though man will always possess his fallen human nature until he is called from this mortal earth, while he breathes in this life he is obliged to understand his purpose and that is to do all he can to be reunited with God in Heaven. Nothing else counts for a hill of beans. No matter what solution one offers to improve the State, if it is not in total alignment with God's will for establishing the Social Reign of Jesus Christ as King and Mary Immaculate as Queen, all is for naught and it will perish for to gamble with worldly coins ends up in spiritual poverty. Yet, through what the Church has always taught, if one plays the right coin one can be assured of a winning hand when one stands before his King and Savior as Tom details in Part Six: Libertarianism or Anarchy?
We complete the month of October with Chaptere Thirty-Four of Book One of the Revelations and Prophesies imparted to St. Bridget of Sweden with Book One again Jesus returns to impart more wisdom to His bride as He imparts how she should live while she witnesses a conversation between the Son of God and His adversary the devil where the latter must admit to Christ that St. Bridget does indeed love Our Lord above all things. This puzzles the evil one who asks why she loves Him so much and why He has so much love for His bride as seen in From instability to stability

We continue this special feature provided by John Gregory with the Haydock Commentary found at the bottom of each page of the Douay-Rheims Bible. With the type so small in most bibles, we publish it here in larger type in conjunction with the Epistle and Gospel for the Sunday Mass, with the cogent comprehensive Catholic Commentary penned by Father George Leo Haydock. For the Double of the First Class Solemnity of All Saints, Father Haydock provides a plethora of commentaries on practically every verse of importance. While the Epistle identifies the sign by which we see what constitutes sinners striving to be saints - the sign of the cross, the Gospel lays out the formula for becoming saints with the Beatitudes which Christ our Lord explains with such clear simplicity that any and all can understand. These steps to sanctity are all contained in the Lord's Prayer, and the platform for being Christian in every way for saints are nothing but sinners striving to do God's holy will in all things no matter what the world, the flesh and the devil throw their way as indicated in the Haydock Commentary, Blessed are they who strive to be saints
Sixty-Two years ago today is the last time a true Pope spoke infallibly from the Chair of Peter. November 1 is the anniversary of Pope Pius XII's Apostolic Constitution which defined the Dogma of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary into Heaven. He decreed this last dogmatic declaration on the Solemnity of All Saints, November 1, 1950. It is important to remind all that this is the last infallible pronouncement to date that was declared ex cathedra. It has been the intent by the conciliar apparatchiks to deemphasize The Blessed Mother's role and to minimize the importance of her holy Rosary, even going so far as to eradicate Fatima in their effort to placate and patronize Protestants and Pagans with the cockeyed reasoning that the Church must be more in tune with the world and its ways. Such erroneous thinking emerged from the Modernists and their man who put it all into motion, the man who called for aggiornamento, one of the men, along with Montini and Ratzinger, who had been censored. Oh, if only Pius had realized what lay ahead. For the final dogma from the last true Pope, see Munificentissimus Deus
Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey's eight-part series on true Catholic teaching regarding the Church and State today focuses the bulls-eye on the great enablers of empowering their compromising with Catholic teaching. That would be the 'bishops' for by omission or commission they have been guilty for the confusion and have actually contributed to the rapid loss of souls in forgetting the goal of the Social Kingship of Christ by embracing Modernism. We can see had they heeded Pope Leo XIII's encyclical against Americanism and Pope St. Pius X's decrees and Oath Against Modernism, had they stood up to the likes of progressive anti-Catholics Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Delano Roosevelt, had they been loyal to Catholic truth, the State would never have gained the pagan status that it has today. Abortion would be a non-issue because it is murder. Obama wouldn't even be a footnote. In fact, the Church may well have never given way to Vatican II. We can only wonder as Tom details the surrender of the prelates to politics in Part Seven: The Shepherds of Statism

As much as we hate to beg, we have no choice. If you have benefited in anyway from what we have published, we humbly ask your help to keep this publication on line. We know that so many of our readers are unable to assist at a true traditional Latin Mass because of where they live and use the daily liturgy we publish to gain the efficacious graces possible through their prayers at home. We remain the only publication in the world to provide such and are grateful to God that we can provide such nourishment for souls. If you have not donated before, isn't it only right and proper to donate now? Whatever you can afford will be greatly appreciated. Just click the button below or send a check/money order to the address below. We are a bonafide non-profit 501c(3) religious association and all donations are tax-deductible. Whatever you would have contributed toward any bloated political campaigns or thrown away in the conciliar collection plates that only goes to covering up the sins of its presbyters and false primates while destroying all semblence of Catholicism, why not earmark it for SANCTUS/DailyCatholic? After all, shouldn't we all take St. Paul's strong counsel in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 to heart and "stand firm, and hold the traditions which you have learned"?

We encourage you to learn more about the Traditional Latin Mass - the true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in these videos at this link because each time you worthily assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in person, you gain graces that are placed in a "golden chalice", so to speak, and is offered to God to be weighed in substance when you stand before Him at your Particular Judgment. The more you have filled this chalice, the better will it go for your spiritual welfare in eternity, enhanced by your cooperation with grace. Know the Mass
To assist all in striving toward holiness, click on the Confessional to your right to review your transgressions through a thorough Examination of Conscience

When One Cannot physically assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
we provide additional prayers that can be supplemented with the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and the PROPER OF THE DAY to enable you to better prepare yourself at home. Of course, this never replaces actually being there, but it is much better than attending the Novus Ordo services. Therefore we have gleaned from The Key of Heaven prayers to say at home. It is very comforting to know that the Holy Mass is offered for us even when we are not actually present. But to enjoy the benefits which it procures, we must by a SPIRITUAL COMMUNION become partakers of the altar from which we are temporarily banished. Here we provide prayers in preparation for fulfilling assistance in absentia in addition to the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and PROPER OF THE DAY. PRAYERS IN ABSENTIA

The Fatima Prayers
My God, I believe, I adore, I trust and I love Thee; and I beg pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not trust, and do not love Thee.
(repeat the above 3 times then bow your head in reciting the following:)
O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in tabernacles throughout the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in unison with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg the conversion of poor sinners.
O Most Holy Trinity, I adore Thee! My God, my God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament!
O my Jesus, it is for love of Thee, in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of poor sinners.
