You'll notice, other than providing a link to NovusOrdoWatch's excellent coverage, we didn't given a lot of play to the circus that went on in the CONciLIAR clownCAVE that once was the esteemed, sacred Sistine Chapel. No matter what the lamestream media or the wagging heads of the resist-but-recognize crowd calling themselves 'Traditional Catholics', we will continue the interminable interregnum because there is no possible way a true Pope could have been elected by the apostate body of false prelates or anyone else in the false church as true Popes have explained in past infallible decrees. Thus, what's all the fuss? Look at the sorry line of antipopes below who are responsible for the sorry lot that just elected the next antipope.
You knew the CONciLIAR coven would come together with a compromise consensus of the best candidate to be the next antipope in a line of men who, by their actions and words, have made it abundantly clear they want to destroy the Church founded by Jesus Christ. That would make them, as Saint John calls them, "antichrists" and therefore, we should be aware and avoid all these conmen for they are not of the Prince of Peace but of the Prince of the World. Pray for them for unless God works a miracle that will convert them on the spot, it's too late, especially for 76-year old Jorge Mario Bergoglio, runner up to Benedict XVI in 2005, who took the name Francis. It is interesting that this son of an Italian railworker, who immigrated to Buenos Aires and is tied to the Curia and very, very close to avowed liberation theology proponent Brazil's 'cardinal' Claudio Hummes, tries to come across as a humble Jesuit. Is that even possible!?! All the more reason to consider him a "cunningly charming crafty conniving communistic and chameleonic charlatan." We know looks can deceive. Click on the buttons immediately to the right from NovusOrdoWatch and Christ or chaos, etc. for the latest updates as well as our tweets to see more on this sixth antipope, who, from the onset, could be more dangerous than his apostate predecessors. That is horrific when you consider that those, who came before him after the death of His Holiness Pope Pius XII, all enabled the Great Apostasy which has resulted in devastating consequences through the loss of souls. Wouldn't you agree, six is enough?!

How sincere, or should we say inSINcere is this Imposter? Oh, just within a week he's out to further denude the Church in so many subtle ways. He ignored the traditional red mozzetta cape in his inaugural appearance, choosing to be seen only in white with matching zucchetto with black shoes no less. Out with all tradition is his agenda and damn the Traditional Latin Mass. Also, why has this so-called Jesuit, coming from the center of Liberation Theology with the Order that promoted it, now turned to the founder of another Order - the Order of Friars Minor to take an unprecedented name, not following any other former pope? Read on dear reader, read on. He's following the same coat of arms format as B16, but less flashy. Same blah miter and the most bizarre representation of the Holy Family we've ever seen with the unoriginal Jesuit IHS seal above a cluster of grapes or nard (sic) representing St. Joseph on the right flanked by a star on the left. It is supposedly for the Blessed Virgin Mary, but again do you really think Our Lady's happy or that he's listened to her prophecies at Quito, La Salette and Fatima? By what he's done so far in his life, the answer is: Of course not. Think who else features one star on their flags. Uh, Communist countries and Islamic countries. Isn't that ecumaniacally special?! But hey, it could have been the Star of David considering how Jorge is bowing to the same Zionist yutzis to whom Benedict, John Paul II, and Paul the Sick all betrayed Christ ala the Iscariot. His motto is "Miserando atque eligendo" - "Having had mercy, he called him." Question: who had mercy and who called him? Considering he turned his back on Catholic truth, it has to be God's adversary who has called him. After all, when you think of it, it's really a contradiction for MrBergoglio to have any kind of coat of arms since the so-called emperor of Rome isn't wearing any clothes. Why? Again, read on and open your eyes, connect the dots...please.

While we know he is not a true priest for he was not ordained until 1969 after Paul the Sick dared to alter the divinely ordained rite of Holy Orders into a man-made rite that merely installs presbyters and thus is totally null and void, and we know he is not a true bishop nor a true cardinal (for none of the 115 were), we can only hope and pray that Saint Francis of Assisi and Saint Ignatius Loyola and other holy Franciscans and Jesuits will intercede to overturn satan's plans of Mr. Bergoglio as the devil's chosen one to destroy the Primacy of Peter and the Council of Trent for lucifer apes God. Whereas St. Francis was called by Christ to "Rebuild My Church" the devil is calling Antipope Francis to "Destroy God's Church". Just as satan masqueraded himself as a serpent in the Garden of Eden, in these end times has he returned as a reptile in the person of Jorge Mario Bertoglio as the lying lizard who changes colors like a crafty chameleon? As the graphic above warns: BEWARE!

All we can do is PRAY that this first man elected from the new world will realize the hell that awaits him and CONVERT before it's too late. Prayerfully, through such a miracle, it could effect a return to the true Church...but it will definitely take a miracle from God. Short of that we can be assured that satan will continue to influence and work toward the further destruction of souls through Mr. Bergoglio the Imposter in trying to establish a One World Order devoid of God because their actions and words prove...

The painting to the right and the graphics below left say it all as to the betrayal of Our Lord by one whom He had loved and trusted, the Iscariot Judas, swayed by the devil. It is no different today as once again Our Lord and the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church, which He established upon the Rock of Peter, has been betrayed by the apostate Modernists who diabolically slithered into the Garden of the Mystical Body before, during and after the Second Vatican Council and sunk their fangs into the Church's hierarchy where it is infected so badly that the poison has reached the very bloodstream of the Church and paralyzed those who should know better. Now one Josef Ratzinger wants out after all the damage he has done from well before Vatican 2 when he was censored by His Holiness Pope Pius XII.

Now Ratzinger has quit, abandoned ship because his part since before Vatican II is completed, for the V2 venom has coagulated the apostolic arteries and infested the muscles, organs and rendered almost every member of the body corrupted, withered, if not already cut off from the heart. But what the crafty German and all the CONciLIAR clergy don't want to admit is that it is the heart that keeps beating, albeit faintly, for a remnant of the lifeblood of the mind and soul remains thanks to the infallible, perennial Magisterium of the Church and the few resisters left who recognize what has happened and have called a "Code Blue" to rid the apostate anatomy and save the perfect protoplasm that flows through the true Church once rid of the concilar corpuscles that have clotted the congealed cells of Catholicism. As loyal stewards of the Church we have no other option than to admit the Chair of Peter has been vacant too long and apply the antidote through prayer and doing what St. Paul encourages us to do in 2 Timothy 4: 2 and 5 because the faithful today have fallen for what the Apostle of the Gentiles warned in 2 Timothy 4: 3-4 and 2 Thessalonians 2: 3-11. We can only carry this out by adherence to all the truths the holy Catholic Church teaches without compromise because Christ cannot deceive nor be deceived. The very fact we have all been deceived, proves the conciliar church, aka newchurch, the New Order Novus Ordo church of Vatican 2, is NOT Cathoic and must be abolished for the sake of preserving the Mystical Body of Christ, not to mention countless souls.

That is not a typo. We refuse to call it a "Conclave" for that means "with" ("con" or "cum") "key" ("clavis"). Thus it can refer both to a locked room (the Sistine Chapel) and to the Keys of the Kingdom promised to Peter and his successors. However, since there are no true successors convening in the CONciLIAR climes of the vaunted Sistine this month, we will call it what it really is: "CONCAVE" which comes from the Latin "concavus" meaning "HOLLOW." We can't think of a better term for this sorry lot of apostates so falsely dressed in scarlet, who will elect the next antipope in their version of the 'Catholic Church'. In truth it is not and cannot be Catholic for if it were, then Christ deceived and we know He cannot deceive. To pretend to think that it is still Catholic, or through one's actions, to condone these charlatans, makes them - and those who know - both CON men and LIARS. Hence our permanent term: CONciLIAR church. Thus please, please don't look to the New Order of non-bishops convening in the concave during Lent. Believe us, there isn't a valid bishop in the bunch, let alone few true priests because they're all infected by Paul VI's invalid rites. See Traditionalists, Infallibility and the Pope and Why the New Bishops Are Not True Bishops and Absolutely Null and Utterly Void for proof of this by Fr. Anthony Cekada. Why not look to our true Traditional Bishops, the only ones left who, in accordance with Canon Law, could elect a Sovereign Pontiff? What Ratzinger does not realize is that he has offered the traditional remnant the perfect opportunity to bond as one and for the true Traditional Bishops to bury their hatchets and come together to hold a parallel conclave to elect a true Pope. Any other path is hollow!

How clear could it be that less than 12 hours into the Chinese "Year of the Snake", Ratzinger announced his resignation. Then, within 12 hours of that, the dome of St. Peter's was struck by lightning. Do you think there's a message there, folks? The signs Our Lord foretold in the 24th Chapter of St. Matthew and what St. Paul warned of above are fast coming to be reality. What the Blessed Virgin Mary imparted at Quito, Rue du Bac, La Salette and Fatima and what St. Francis of Assisi warned in his dire prophesies have already tragically come true. We can easily see on the horizon the advent of the events in the Book of the Apocalypse as St. John writes of the days ahead, that, if one does a reality check, are not that far ahead. Because of these signs, we hope you will take this Lent very seriously, read what we have provided, and see what true Popes have decreed and have been upheld by the infallible, perennial Magisterium of the Church through the centuries until the Great Apostasy that we are mired in at present. You will find the major decrees at the DailyCatholic Credo Port page.

Below we provide a few pertinent features, which you can click on, because they bring home only too well and provide remedies of what we have said above and what you can do about it.

We would encourage all to do their homework during this season of Lent. Of course, without prayer, penance, self-mortification, alms-giving and attention to the health of the soul, one is handicapped. Therefore, we provide all the tools and instruments necessary for you to make this the most fruitful Lent ever and you're going to need it for what lies ahead in this time of chastisement and era of the Great Apostasy as the One World Order seeks to snuff God out of the equation. You are all that stands between restoring Christ as our Sovereign King and His Immaculate and Sorrowful Mother Mary as our Immaculate Queen against the chaos to come. Act now or forever rue it. We're counting on you to be the Soldier of Christ He expects on the front lines of the battle for souls.

So you have your marching orders and all the tools and weapons you'll need. Just click on the week below and that will take you to the specific day for that week or click on the text feature and liturgy/devotions below the bars here.

    •    Practically the entire focus of the content of this Annual Lenten Edition for 2013 concentrates on the spiritual and devotional aspects in providing all you will need to help you make a more devout and effective Lent and can be found by clicking on the links in the bars to the left. You can keep up with us daily via DailyCatholic Twitter Feed.
We provide this one-stop-covers-all edition for Lent, if you will, to afford our readers everything they need to make this the most productive and fruitful Lent ever. We do so for several reasons. First, the majority of our readers do not have access to the true Sacraments for they do not have a Traditional Latin Mass near them nor do they have, sadly, access to a true Roman Catholic priest. Therefore, we provide a web missal if you will, with the Daily Propers of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with the full liturgy in both Latin and English for all of Lent plus the feast days for the saints honored over the next six weeks. We remain the first and only traditional Catholic site in the world providing the Latin Propers for each day of the liturgical year and to provide this is vital for worship is at the center of our holy faith. While we cannot provide the Sacraments, we can point you to the nearest Traditional Catholic Chapel where we can assure you that you will have access to the true holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

You will also find all the rules for fast and abstinence during Lent, a comprehensive Examination of Conscience for preparing for the Sacrament of Penance, and the Stations of the Cross according to the method of that indomitable holy Doctor of the Church St. Alphonsus Liguori.

You can catch up on any past issues by seeing the Septuagesima Edition or features for January

This Lent we want to provide readers inspiration with links to sources that we challenge anyone to provide more thorough spiritual reading than the Douay-Rheims Bible, St. Bridget of Sweden's Book One, Book Two and part of Book Three from her Revelations and Prophecies she received which should be a wake-up call for everyone of us in striving to become better Catholics, and excerpts throughout the holy season of Lent by the incomparable Benedictine Abbot Dom Prosper Gueranger as taken from his 15 volume masterpiece The Liturgical Year, as well as the Haydock Commentaries for each Sunday's Epistle and Gospel sent to us by John Gregory who also offers thorough meditation on each of the Five Sorrowful Mysteries that should exemplify your appreciation in saying the holy Rosary. And to enhance the daily liturgy, on many days we will focus on one word from the daily Proper of the Mass that sums up the essence of that day which we have called the VerbumQUO of the day. In addition, we will link the inspirational articles of Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey at Christ or chaos for feasts that fall during Lent including his benchmark work From Eden to the Empty Tomb during Holy Week as well as the editor's equation on how and why the Mystical Body of Christ, His holy Church, is unrecognizable just as He was during His Passion and Death in a series from last year encompassing The Passion of the Sorrowful Mysteries for the Church.

If you cannot attend the valid and perpetual Holy Sacrifice of the Mass which we list at Traditional Latin Masses on our Devotion port, then we pray and hope all of the above will enable you to make this Lent the best you can. You will also be inspired by the lives of the five holy Doctors of the Church featured during Lent as well as specials on St. Patrick in his own words on the Conversion of Souls and on how St. Joseph is The Silent Assassin

For those who want to keep abreast of events, their causes and consequences, and inspiration from other ports, you still can by clicking the four recommended outside sites below for daily material:

For this season of Lent, Griff Ruby shares his own experiences in assembling all the pieces of a puzzle. He illustrates how one can get frazzled, confused and ready to chuck the whole thing out of frustration when one can't figure out how it all comes together as one smooth piece. He points this out in the situation in the Church today. How could such a sublime, sacred, and dogmatic panorama turn so ugly and blasphemous in so short a time? Who sliced and diced it to pieces where it is no longer recognizable? While many have tried to force pieces together, it can be like trying to force a square peg into a round hole. They must fit seamlessly. Griff Ruby shares how, through the grace of God, he was able to see the whole picture by starting in the corners and edges and working in until finally, by deduction, he realized the ostentious ocean liner he had booked was really a sinking ship and that the true Barque of Peter could only be seen by putting all the pieces together, including the final piece of the puzzle that so few seem to see even though it's as obvious as the nose on one's face. Griff explains in How I came to KNOW - An Autobiographical Interlude

First written some eight years ago, editor Michael Cain felt this Lent would be a good time to re-examine the facts as handed down by the infallible, perennial Magisterium of the Church which gives total credibility to the Church's official position on why the Chair of Peter is empty and has been for 54 years during this interminable interregnum. No man can serve two masters. Either you have to admit that the conciliar 'popes' have served God uncompromisingly and preserved the constituted evangelic Tradition and the purity of the orthodox Faith and Christian religion without altering anything their predecessors have defined and declared, or they have undertaken such a blasphemous venture as to incur their own excommunication and therefore have forfeited all authority per Christ's words and Pope Paul IV's Papal Bull Cum ex apostolatus officio which is still in force. It can't be both. Either they are Catholic or not. There can be no middle road. After seeing the breakneck speed apostate Modernist Rome has been moving away from Catholic truth in seeking to enforce the rights of man over the rights of God, we would hope and pray many of the faithful will stop and read this and realize we are right. See Syllogism of Sedevacantism

The following is Bishop Richard Williamson's Eleison Comment from Saturday, February 9 in which he informs us that yet again he will be brought before the courts in Germany because he refuses to kowtow to secular revisionists and hypocrisy. He has been offered a bribe of a reduced penalty to just go away and drop this case for in the end it can be much more embarassing and costly for the politically correct accusers than the accused. Yet, as a true successor of the Apostles, His Excellency will not compromise, will respectfully decline monetary assistance to silence the critics for he will not offer one iota of incense to the secular gods and thus he embarks once again on going to trial for principal and truth must win out no matter the cost as he points out in following Our Lord's charge to undergo Fourth Trial

Following up on Paul Kokoski's excellent primers on the dangers of the Seven Deadly Sins or Capital Sins, he turns his attention to one of the most nauseous, perverted of sins - sodomy. In a sense, one should be proud to be a what the pc police call a "homophobe" because God abhors such sin and He did destroy, totally destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. Yet, man does not learn from history or the Word of God, so hardened has his heart become and so lukewarm to the dangers that lurk through the occasions of sin so prevalent in today's society where the world, the flesh and the devil have taken an unparalleled pedestal in a politically correct culture that has gone stark-raving mad. One would have to say man is in great danger today of losing his immortal soul and witnessing the destruction of numerous cities and civilization since they believe God no longer matters. Oh, will they be surprised when they discover the truth. Sadly, for most, it will be too late. Lent is a good time to pray and do all you can to convert those who have gone over to the dark side as Paul explains in The Phenomenon of Homosexuality in Today's Society

As we posted in our Time of Septuagesima edition, this editor's bride of nearly 32 years asked me to post a letter and not to do anything but format it. No editing, nothing. Cyndi wanted it to be just as she wrote it from her heart. I did so out of obedience to my loving, suffering spouse whose health is definitely slipping. On behalf of our sons, we ask for your prayers that she will persevere in whatever God has deigned for her, our family, and the DailyCatholic. While her husband may be head of this apostolate, she is in every way the heart and soul of it! Because the response was practically nil, we keep it on here because the times are very, very dire. All we ask is for you take a few minutes to absorb all she has to say. It would mean so much for her peace of mind. See From the shadow of the Cross

May I reiterate her plea by imploring again for your your charity and mercy to remember SANCTUS/DailyCatholic in your God-given duty of Almsgiving during Lent. As we have repeated so many times, this publication, which has been on-line since 1996, ceases to exist without you.

If scumbag politicians and fast-talking sales scallions can raise millions for unsavory purposes, surely we can raise a few thousand to keep us going since there are so few traditional sources left as satan's roots run deep and the trunk of his rotted tree is wide with the ever expanding canopy of evil branches casting a massive dark shadow over our country and most of the world. We need help and you - as Cyndi so eloquently speaks of from her weakened, but sincere heart - our readers, are the only ones we can turn to. We do so with great gratitude for whatever you can afford. May you have a blessed and grace-filled Lent. Ecce lignum crucis. In quo Salus mundi pependit.

As these pages load, we invite you to say as many Hail Mary's as necessary. You can click on the Rosary button to the left as well to see the Rosary Prayers in English, Latin and Spanish. We pray you will be imbued by the truths of the authentic Catholic Faith we provide here and yearn to learn more of the infrangible truths of the One and only Church founded by Jesus Christ.

You will find the Daily Propers for each Mass from Ash Wednesday through Holy Saturday in our Lenten Daily Propers. We pray all will have a blessed, fruitful and grace-filled Lent as penance and reparation become the focus of this holy penitential season. Memento, homo, quia pulvis es, et in pulverem reverteris.

Everyone between 21 and 59 years of age is bound to observe the law of fast. The days of fast are all the days in Lent, all days of partial abstinence except Sundays. On days of fast only one full meal is allowed. Two other meatless meals, sufficient to maintain strength may be taken according to each one's need, but together they should not equal another full meal. Meat may be taken at the principal meal on a day of fast except on days of complete abstinence. Eating between meals is not permitted but liquids, including milk and fruit juices are allowed. When health or ability to work would be seriously affected, the law does not oblige. In doubt concerning fast or abstinence, consult your parish priest or confessor.
(Adopted by the heirarchy of the United States, November 1958)

Everyone over 7 years of age is bound to observe the law of abstinence. Complete abstinence is to be observed on Fridays, Ash Wednesday, Holy Saturday and the Vigils of the Immaculate Conception (December 7) and Christmas (December 24). On days of complete abstinence, meat and soup or gravy made from meat may not be used at all. Partial abstinence is to be observed on Ember Wednesdays and Saturdays and the vigil of Pentecost (Saturday before). On days of partial abstinence, (which are all the days of Lent for those bound by the laws of fasting) which are not complete abstinence days or Sundays, meat and soup or gravy made from meat may be taken only once a day at the principal meal.

    The Fatima Prayers
My God, I believe, I adore, I trust and I love Thee; and I beg pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not trust, and do not love Thee.
(repeat the above 3 times then bow your head in reciting the following:)

O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in tabernacles throughout the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in unison with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg the conversion of poor sinners.

O Most Holy Trinity, I addore Thee! My God, my God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament!

O my Jesus, it is for love of Thee, in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of poor sinners.
