Gabriel's Clarion
In Gabriel Garnica's column today he continues on his treatise pointing out the alarming aspects of The New Order. Today he focuses on time management and time itself. He shows that no matter how much we dialogue or talk about managing our time, no matter where in the world we might live, the only time standard that we can be sure of and not worry about being late for is by keeping Standard Salvation Time! Time is precious and so fleeting and we can't afford to waste it. Every person is granted 168 hours a week, at least a third or more of that devoted to sleep. But how many are sleeping through more of that time, indeed all of it by not recognizing time slipping away? All we can manage is the time God gives us and the only way is by doing what God asks of us each and every conscious moment as Gabriel explains in his column Efficiency and The New Order .
On the BattleLine
Today we share with you an interesting perspective from Atila Sinke Guimarães as he takes a look back at all the 'hope and promise' for 'justice and peace' that was supposed to bud from the 'fruitful' efforts of John Paul II's historical first visit to Cuba six years ago. But alas, in an Autumn letter from the Cuban bishops the euphoria is no more. Gloom seems to pervade all of Catholic Cuba. More evidence of the barren tree of the 'New Springtime'. No matter how they spin it, it is all evidence of the surface emotions of this regime that pushes form over substance with no solid foundations beneath the faithfuls' feet. Just like the shifting sands of Cuba's white shores, souls are being sucked under, hope waning as Cuba's rigidity and Communistic agenda grows even stronger while the Pope does nothing to follow-up. All show and no finish. Atila also hits on another sore point in Catholic doctrine today: another cardinal pandering to homosexuality by compromising on AIDS cures that only compound the sin explained in his Bird's Eye View of the News with The Cuban Fiasco

Chronicle of Catholic Tradition
Thursday we introduced a new series, one that will consist of beaucoup chapters on the history of Holy Mother Church and the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. We began with the Introduction, and the sources used in this ambitious project of imparting to our readers as many nuances as possible to the early growth of the Church so that more Catholics will understand the Faith. The better they understand it, the more they'll be open to knowing the True Faith and the more they realize how this differs greatly from what is being passed off as 'Catholicism' today. Indeed it is not Catholic at all, but humanism, modernism, and was always opposed by Holy Mother Church as we will document in this vast series which originated Thursday with the Institution of the Blessed Sacrament in Chapter One: It is as it was!
OP/ED Page
Gary Morella weighed in with the incredulous question "Tell me it isn't true" as he refered to an article in ZENIT Tuesday that does not bode well for True Catholic teaching. Many who have been pontificating that 'John Paul the Great' can do no wrong had better pay strict attention to what Gary reveals in the Pope's own words in the pontiff's relentless campaign to dissolve Catholic truth in favor of humanism and ecumenism as he pushes ad nauseam the agenda of 'justice and peace' - while seemingly shunning the God-given responsibility of Holy Mother Church to be the Beacon for all - by calling upon the satanic United Nations as the answer. Gary asked some very pertinent questions in his op/ed piece on the meaning of salvation in We're in trouble when....

Gabriel's Clarion
In Gabriel Garnica's column today he continues on his treatise pointing out the alarming aspects of The New Order. Today he focuses on the comfort level which indeed over 40 years has made so many comfortable in their comfort zones that they never want to go back to the way it was in "the good ol' days" - read the Latin Mass and the uncompromising absolutes of Holy Mother Church. This is sad, but what is even sadder is that the more they seek comfort and convenience, the farther away they venture from what Christ intended for us all. Couch potatoes listen up to the wisdom he imparts in his column Comfort and The New Order .

Qui legit, intelligat
In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for the Double of the First Class Feast of the Epiphany, he reiterated how regal men of great wealth bowed and knelt before the greatest of Kings exemplifying what all others must do. Father points out that Herod and his dynasty of seven members was no 'coincidence' but part of Divine prophecy. Herod was an 'Idumaean' - a hybrid if you will - which means 'red' and could very well refer to the Red Dragon of the Apocalypse. Father equated the Herods in the Church today who persecute the innocent - read Traditional Catholics - in slaying the unchangeable tenets of the True Faith. Like the desert of the Apocalypse we can only pray that it will swallow the river of denial and heresies that has flooded so many souls and, with the help of the Woman - the Blessed Virgin Mary - restore Christ's Mystical Bride - His holy Church.
Come, Let us Adore Him.
Catholic PewPOINT

On the Feast of the Epiphany editor Michael Cain focused on the King, not just on the Child King in the manger to Whom the Three Wisemen traveled to adore, but "The Return of the King" as in the epic by J.R.R. Tolkien which, thanks to the perseverance of Peter Jackson, will now be forever embedded on the silver screen in all the glorious imagery the master storyteller intended. Cain delved even deeper for he sees an underlying theme within the Trilogy which speaks not of mythology but of a chronology of the True Faith as he detailed his own discernment on each character and place in "The Fellowship of the Ring," "The Two Towers," and "The Return of the King." He shared with the reader the hope that no matter how devastating the situation becomes in the months and years ahead, we can always depend on what our Catholic Faith teaches. Tolkien has so cleverly contained a compendium of the Faith within his majestic masterpiece of the "The Lord of the Rings" that Cain deduced the greatest storyteller of the 20th Century was not just a master word wizard, but a seer of what lay ahead. Cain explained in his breakdown of the characters and scenes in his commentary Tolkien the Prophet!.

Gabriel's Clarion
In Gabriel Garnica's column he sounded the clarion of a very deadly virus alert that can infect us all. Just as a computer virus can wipe out a computer's memory, the New Order is trying to wipe out our memories of what God wants us to remember. We need virus protection from this very clever and very deadly virus. That protection? It's called grace and wisdom! The password: Faith! Gabriel outlined the symptoms and what to be on the lookout for in his column VIRUS ALERT! The New Order As a Worldwide "Virus".
THE FATIMA FILE
Ron and Kirstie Finster continued with their on-going series on the Third Secret of Fatima as they delved deeper into the meaning of the 'killing' of the "Bishop in White." As they have pointed out in previous installments, the "Bishop" in question is most probably not the Pope, but rather Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre who was 'killed' by being cut off from the Mystical Body of Christ. In effect, the Finsters showed, however that it was not the man - but Christ Who is crucified anew because of the separation of Tradition and Pope for when the latter 'cut off' the Archbishop, he also cut off Tradition. The fact remains Tradition cannot do without the Pope and likewise the Pope cannot do without Tradition as the Finsters explained in Part Four of their series:
The Crucifixion of the Body of Christ?.
