    For Canada and all other foreign countries (excluding the Carribean and Puerto Rico) in the Western Hemisphere, allow $20. processing, shipping & handling charges with $10. for each additional book ordered. If the cost is less it will reflect on your credit card.

    For Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia, the cost is $30. with $10. for each additional book ordered. Again, if the cost is less because of zone rates, then it will reflect on your credit card. We apologize for these exhorbitant shipping charges but those are the rates for the weight for Global Priority. Without Global Priority the shipment can take up to six weeks. That's why we recommend Global Priority.

     Single book orders will be sent via PRIORITY MAIL so you are assured to have it within three to four days in the continental United States. Any orders over three books would be sent UPS, still guaranteed to reach anyone in the continental United States within a week.
