      In the second part of our on-going mega series on the Church today we focus on the insidious attempts to discredit Pope John Paul II and undermine his efforts to unite Holy Mother Church in sincere devotion to the Holy Eucharist and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary which were stressed in the prophetic visions given to Saint John Bosco well over a century ago. Do not be deceived, there is a concentrated effort to bring the Holy Father down and with him all that Christ established.      We continue with the thread we began last week on the visions and messages imparted to Saint John Bosco regarding the times we are presently in. We remind you of the warnings from Fatima visionaries Jacinta and Sister Lucia regarding the Holy Father and the absolute need to be tethered to the Barque of Peter. Sister Lucia said, "He that is not with the Pope is not with God, and he that wants to be with God must be with the Pope." Those are pretty strong words but when one studies all that Pope John Paul II has imparted over his nearly twenty years as supreme pontiff, one can see he is truly a man of God, one of the greatest Vicars of Christ ever! All he has said is in accord with God's Holy Will. He is constantly promoting Eucharistic Adoration, having himself such a deep and abiding reverence for the Most Blessed Sacrament. Anyone who has ever been privileged to attend one of his masses will attest to this! His devotion to the Blessed Mother, which the vision demands, is legendary. What other Pope has dedicated his entire papacy to Our Lady as he has done with his Totuus Tuus commitment? Unless God has other plans that no one knows about, it is John Paul II who the Almighty has chosen to bring the Barque of Peter safely through the turbulent waves of apostasy and anchor securely to the two columns. Once he has done this it will signal the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary which will usher in the glorious Reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus - the Second Advent - the new era of Peace - a time when we will truly know and see Jesus mystically in the Holy Eucharist! If that is not a great goal to hold out immense hope towards, then we truly have lost our faith!

     We spoke, in the last installment, that the battle has begun. And there are factions out there, indeed influential and deeply embedded forces within the Vatican itself, whose agenda is to discredit and remove John Paul II. Yes, folks, they are not aligned with the Christ's "team" - ergo, they're not with the Pope's "team." While some may dismiss this as alarmist, look at the events of the day, the daily spins and reports from the "false prophets of our time" - the mass media, and study the plans of liberals, modernists and radicals as to how they are trying to undermine this man who should go down in history as the not only "John Paul the Great" and one of the greatest pontiffs in the long line of successors of Peter, but one of the most influential leaders of the twentieth century. Indeed, no man has contributed more globally in a spiritual and cultural sense than this humble, wise Polish Prince of the Church from Krakow.

     When you struggle through the gibberish of the radical rag the National Catholic Reporter you'll see article after article criticizing the Pope for "being out of touch, tunnel-visioned as to male-oriented hierarchy, lacking compassion, too strict and inflexible as to change, and one who has held the Church back severely." Every one of those claims is, of course, totally false, but it's rhetoric that causes the emotions to swell and stir a crowd to frenzy. This has been proven throughout history. Look at the Lenin and Marxist tactics, Hitler, Khomeini, and now Saddam. The modernists are not much different except for one thing: they're not getting the results they want! This was proven when Maureen Fiedler, a purported nun, announced with much bravado that her organization "We Are Church" in union with "Call to Action" would garner over one million autographs to attest that the Pope was off track and the people's demands would be met she pledged two years ago. Well, surprise, surprise. This organization, with all the supposed clout of the loud-mouthed modernists could only gather 35,000 signatures, many of them suspect over a 24 month-period. Hardly a majority of any kind. To contrast that, a group of high school students from Seton High School in Virginia, in a grass-roots effort with only the Human Life International organization behind them, managed to reap over 95,000 signatures strongly in favor of the Holy Father all in a span of just a few months! But, except in loyal Catholic circles and media, no one heard anything about this accomplishment which culminated with the presentation of the signatures to the Holy Father in November. It all comes down to the "squeaky wheel gets the grease" and Fiedler's group has been squeaky, grabbing most of the headlines. Naturally the media, liberal themselves, jump in bed with these radicals who call themselves "Catholic" but their actions and rhetoric say otherwise. Can you say "Protestant?"

     The media feeds on every fallacy they utter, portraying it to the public as "truth" without giving equal time to the true truths. Oh, they give the impression they are giving both sides by posing such modernist luminaries as Andrew Greeley or Richard McBrien to speak on behalf of the Church. Give us a break! They speak no more for the true Church as does Homer Simpson speak for sanity! But the people...especially the lukewarm Catholics who have not had the catechetical help over the past thirty years will buy it hook, line and sinker! Don't believe us? Look how the public is buying the claptrap of Bill Clinton's popularity. Can you say "manipulation?" And through manipulation the enemies of the Holy Father are doing all they can to disparage him, beginning with his age and health. How many times do they jump on the fact his hand is shaking, or he has a cold? Now tell us, who do you know at 77 years-old travels the globe, writes his own speeches, is constantly in demand and caters to those demands from 5 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. almost on a daily basis. Add to that the grave responsibility of serving as the moral leader of the world who is sought out by every head of state from Castro to Q'uaddafi. How many could keep up with the pace of John Paul II? The answer is simple, no one we know of! But despite his track record for stability, perseverance and always sticking to the schedule come rain, shine, snow or a head-cold or flu, the media is quick to jump on this as the "great decline of an aged Pope who needs to be replaced." The liberals love this and grovel even moreso at the exalted feet of the media, pushing out in the spotlight their "favorite son" for the papacy - Cardinal Carlo Martini, a very, very dangerous liberal prelate. Martini has his allies or "henchmen" implanted deep within the hallowed halls of the Holy See who work behind the scenes to stir up dissent and doubt. They feed the fires of malcontents throughout Europe which is in just as dire throes of schism as is the American Church. Germany, Switzerland, Austria and France are all collectively leaning to the left and could break when the Holy Father truly cracks down on their open disobedience to Rome and the Magisterium led by dissident Hans Kung who would like nothing better than to dethrone the Polish Pope who took away his theological teaching credentials for preaching heresy. Plus, believe it or not, there is great resentment culturally among many Europeans to a Polish pontiff. National pride is strong and feuds stem back centuries. That is another reason few believe the coalition of a united Europe will ever become a reality. John Paul II has many more enemies than past pontiffs and that can be attributed to the growing culture of death and the Pope's strong stance against it. Who among the proponents of Planned Parenthood, NOW, pro-abortion, gays and lesbians, communism, socialism, liberal theology, radical catholic groups, dictators, etc. - the list goes on and on - who among these would not want the major thorn in their side - John Paul the Great - out of the picture?

     Amidst all this, John Paul II continues undaunted, prompted by the Holy Spirit and, as an ardent student of history, he has a realistic and true grasp of where the world is today and where it's going. Many have a "sixth sense" about things, but we firmly believe the Pope has a "seventh sense" and that is being gifted with messages from Mary and a total comprehension of Mary's messages through the ages. We truly believe he is the one man who has put all the pieces together and knows where Holy Mother Church is heading as we near the millennium. He speaks of this constantly in his weekly Wednesday audiences, in his homilies, in his speeches, in his letters and encyclicals. He is a man of great spirituality, spending every waking moment in prayer whether he is on his knees in his chapel, ministering to the flock at St. Peter's or another church, meeting with the countless hordes who clamor for his attention, or meeting with dignitaries from every profession on a daily basis in private audience. All this has to be exhausting, but he has a secret "vim and vigor vitamin" he takes constantly: reliance on the Blessed Mother to protect and guide him as her Divine Son's chosen Vicar on earth. Unlike no other Pope, he has dedicated his entire papacy, now reaching twenty full years, to Our Lady with the motto Totus Tuus. In the face of the overwhelming culture of death covering the globe like a dark shroud, he serves as a beacon of light for the culture of life.

      We also firmly believe that the only reason John Paul II is still with us is through the intercession of Mary and God's Mercy...as well as His plan for His Church. Those plans, prophesied in the visions to St. John Bosco in the mid nineteenth century will be the focus of our next installment as we continue with this same thread.

     Continuing with the launch yesterday of this series of special Meditative Lessons for Lent, today we bring you part two of the first chapter JESUS ENTERS JERUSALEM as the scene is set for Christ's triumphant arrival in the Holy City where, less than a week later, He would be jeered and crucified rather than cheered and exalted. INTRODUCTION: These Meditative Lessons on the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary which encompass the Passion and Death of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ were imparted via both interior visions and interior locutions to Cyndi Cain, the Hidden Flower of the Immaculate Heart from the Blessed Mother of God during Lent in 1993. Cyndi relates that, "while I saw many details in these interior visions, only certain details were to be written down. Meditative Lesson 1:

JESUS ENTERS JERUSALEM

part two

     My eyes are drawn up the road to where a short rise is seen before the path levels out as it enters the city. I see now a donkey, small and being led by its reins. Upon the donkey sits our Dear Lord, Jesus Christ.

      His apostles are all around Him, and they are trying to keep the crowd from pressing too close. The task is an impossible one. They are at once filled with an exhilarated air because of the people w ho have poured out of Jerusalem to greet the Master, the Messiah. They are filled with a bit of pride to see their beloved Master so well-received, and their quick glances to one another swiftly convey the message that this is how it should be for the Son of God; and they grow confident that from this point on, the tide of popular love for Jesus will win over the hearts of His enemies. At the same time they react to the pushing, shoving, loud crowd in a very human fashion. The one who leads the donkey is trying to make haste, but must constantly push people out of the way. The other apostles surrounding our Lord must also elbow, push and shove the people back lest in their zealousness they would cause injury to our Lord, or suffer injury in the undisciplined crowd.

      Jesus appears very tired. He is thin. His face is gaunt. Yet, notwithstanding the visible marks of His endless labors, He exudes serenity and peace. No one who is present can doubt the majesty of His whole Being. He smiles at all, those in the high places as well as those along the side of the road. He constantly lifts His right hand in blessing, and at His gesture those lucky enough to have a palm frond gladly lay the palm upon the path so that, in essence, they make a path of greenery for Him to pass over.

      I understand, also, that so great is their fervor at this moment that they would willingly lie down to let the donkey with its precious burden trod upon their bodies, if only to acknowledge the Messiah, this Jesus of Nazareth.

      I watch as Jesus continues to bless, aware of all the people. And when He drawn closer to the houses He lifts His gaze, His blue eyes bright and filled with love, and bestows His blessing upon those who I referred to earlier as the "Holy Women" of Jerusalem. These women cross (1) themselves and bow as He passes by, then silently, almost sadly, retire within their homes. The air is filled with dust, and the feverish voices of the populace which constantly cry out: "Jesus of Nazareth, the Messiah! Jesus of Nazareth!"

      Jesus, astride the donkey, rounds a bend in the road and is lost from my sight as I remain where I began this interior vision. I see the people form a living train that follows after the Master, their cries of "Hosanna!" filling the hot, sultry air.

     

(1.) When asked about this, our Lady said, "My Divine son explained to those closest to Him that the manner of His death would, henceforth, be the blessing (sign) of the New Law."

Messages One Hundred Twenty-Three and Twenty-Four

     Beloved Hidden Flower, I desire all my children to hear my loving words. I can not be among you forever for I come by God's authority, power and mercy. I have taught you for many years, and many have heard and heeded my messages.

      But not enough. O! Look at your crumbling world. It is about to collapse around you. It will collapse, both spiritually and physically. And this will happen in a sequence of events. These events have already begun, but they shall grow in intensity and frequency. So great will be the changes that mankind will not recognize them for the terror they are. Satan leads the disaster, but cloaks it in lies.

      The antichrist shall emerge into public view as the new year unfolds. He has been active all along, but now the unveiling as the Messiah of Peace approaches. He will deceive you, my little ones, if you fail to believe and convert.

      O! How I love you. How I plead and invite you to conversion. Pray! My little ones, for when the Father says I have spoken to all my children, to love, instruct and warn, I shall then no longer visibly be among you.

      Grow now in faith. Cloak yourself in hope and wear the sweet light of love. If you don this heavenly attire you will prepare for all that is to come swiftly upon the entire human race.

      I have seen the angels place trumpets to their lips. So has satan. And his furry is unleashed. Why can't you see God's love, the love of your Heavenly Father? Why do you ignore the absolute hatred of satan who, until he has entrapped you, will conceal his diabolical plans within society's framework?

      Pray! Thank you for responding to my Call!

     Beloved Hidden Flower, I say to all my children, the time of grave anguish has dawned. The dragon's tail sweeps across the land. Countless sufferings are committed and yet my children refuse to listen to my messages. Instead they seek human remedies to the chaos of their world. Without God, of what value are governments, laws, law-makers, civil protests, even armed conflicts? Look closely with you soul at all of man's inventions to control his world. Where in any is God to be found?

      I have come, the Mother of God, the Queen of Peace, to show you in signs, to say to you how dearly God loves all His children. He has sent me to help you, and also to warn you. Has He not, over and over, given you proofs of His Infinite Mercy and Love?

      When I warn you, when I point out the error of your thinking, I do so with the love of a mother exceeding all motherly love. Many reject my words for they do not comprehend with what love I speak, for they hear with their finite ears and not the ears of their souls. Pray, that all my children may understand the ineffable sweetness I extend to all. Pray, that their misconceptions of my words may not become a tool for the evil one to close minds and hearts to God's loving invitation.

      I invite all to God. I invite you to take up the right way. But I can not force you, my little ones. As God has given free will so He, the Infinite One, will not interfere in that free will. If only you could realize how eagerly He looks for even a sigh whereby He would rush to help you, no matter the gravity of your sins. He Who Is shall wipe away all sins in His Precious Blood, and restore you as a true heir of the Eternal Kingdom. No longer persist in doubt. Become children of God through prayer, penance, faith, fasting and reconciliation.

      The red dragon ensnares and devours. Soon even the most disbelieving shall recognize the age in which you live. Soon eyes will meet the unmistakable signs and recognize the power of Almighty God and the fury of the beast.

      Come home now, my dear children. Home is God, not earth and its entrapments. The chastisement is upon you. Light your lamps and be vigilant. Make frequent acts of faith, hope and love. Pray!

      I am your Heavenly Mother and I lead all to my Divine Son. Thank you for responding to my Call!
