Contemporary and Tradition must be in harmony in meshing science and philosophy with faith as the Holy Father concludes his encyclical

On the feast of one of the first women Doctors of the Church Saint Teresa of Jesus, the Holy Father issued his 13th encyclical on the foundations of faith and reason entitled Fides et Ratio. Today we complete his encyclical with the nineteeth and final installment in which the Holy Father concludes with a plethora of points and proof of the necessity of faith and reason being in harmony from a contemporary perspective as well as traditional. He closes by asking all to call upon the Blessed Mother, Seat of Wisdom. For those wanting to read the entire encyclical, go to Fides et Ratio For the final installment, click on THE VICAR OF CHRIST SPEAKS.

Find out the truth of the purpose for which the Novus Ordo was truly intended in part one of his column titled Mass Confusion. For more, click on VIEW FROM THE PEW
