Plea for Help to keep DAILY CATHOLIC going!

Circulation is at an all time High; yet donations are sadly down!

It's been a long time since we made a plea for help but it has come down to the fact that circulation has reached an all-time high and is heading higher. This complicates matters in the fact we need to increase storage space and hype up the server stations so everyone can access this publication without being told it can't be accessed at the time they click in no matter the time of day. To do this it takes money and funds are sorely lacking to not only improve conditions, but to maintain the current publication as it is. Presently it takes $2,000. a month to keep the DAILY CATHOLIC on the web. That's not a lot, but since we offer this publication free to all in order to reach as many souls as possible as Christ and His Blessed Mother ask, the only means to achieve this monthly goal is through donations. With donations down, we need to remind all of this scarcity and our dire need to replenish the funds in order to continue. All the details can be found inside in our commentary, entitled We truly need your prayers and philanthropy to produce this publication! , click on CATHOLIC PewPOINT.

From the First to the Sixth Century in laying the foundation of Holy Mother Church

Today we begin a brief retrospect of the first thirteen plus centuries as we take an intermission from our progression of Popes to focus on the first 600 years in this installment in which we cover the founding of the true Church, her embryo years with the Roman persecutions and the blossoming of a young Church that flourished despite the setbacks until Constantine the Great freed Holy Mother Church to expand legitimately to all regions of the empire producing great scholars, theologians and holy men who would forge rules around the doctrines left by Jesus Christ and from this would evolve the monastic rule established by Saint Benedict and further solidified by Pope Saint Gregory the Great. Events Today in Church History

Today is the 850th anniversary of the death of the prophet Saint Malachy, an Irish Archbishop and mystic who received the famous "Prophecies of the Popes" which have been tremendously accurate. October 25th Medjugorje Monthly Message

Dear children! Today I call you to come closer to my Immaculate Heart. I call you to renew in your families the fervor of the first days when I called you to fasting, prayer and conversion. Little children, you accepted my messages with open hearts, although you did not know what prayer was. Today, I call you to open yourselves completely to me so that I may transform you and lead you to the heart of my Son Jesus, so that He can fill you with His love. Only in this way, little children, will you find true peace - the peace that only God gives you. Thank you for having responded to my call.
