We will never abandon our search and rescue efforts for souls!

On Thursday, the Solemnity of All Saints, The DAILY CATHOLIC will celebrate its fourth anniversary on-line. Since that time readers from over 125 countries, have visited these pages over 25 million times. That number in hits is staggering considering we have spent less than $200. in advertising or publicity throughout the past four years! It only manifests that the Holy Spirit is working through souls and is overwhelming evidence of the power of word of mouth advertising.

Because this editor is out of town this week I am going to keep it short by repeating some of my words I wrote in the first Catholic PewPOINT on November 1, 1997. Keep in mind our main purpose for this publication was then and continues to be fulfilling Our Lord's charge in Matthew 28: 18-20 and Mark 16: 15 to "Go into the whole world and preach the gospel to every creature."

While it is not physically possible to reach everyone, the internet reaches a wider range throughout the globe than any medium ever. Like little children, which God and His Blessed Mother call us, we are taking small steps as we continue this daily on-line publication, venturing into many unknowns, many pitfalls and traps laid by the evil one in an attempt to derail us from our goal, but we know that armed with faith and the sacraments we have the assurance of Jesus in Matthew 28:20,"Öbehold I am with you all days, even unto the consummation of the world."

We wrote four years ago, "Though we do not join the thinkers that believe the world is coming to an end, we do strongly clarion the call to conversion for we know in our hearts the world is going to changeÖdrastically as we know it. Like little children, the next few years are going to be harsh growing pains for all His little ones throughout the world as satan, seething with hatred, will throw all he has at Godís faithful ones in his last gasp before his Waterloo when he shall be bound in chains - formed by the countless Hail Maryís prayed over the years - and cast into hell for an extended period of time. This will signal the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart and usher in the glorious Reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus - the new era of Peace promised in Sacred Scripture - when Jesus will truly return to earth and be known to all Eucharistically.

"That seems so far off when we view the world and even our own Church today, but with God all things are possible. That is why we forge ahead with the DAILY CATHOLIC Monday through Friday, extending our editions from 25 a year to 250 a year! That represents a 1000% increase in publishing and we feel itís time. Therefore, we accelerated our calendar two months ahead. Rather than introducing the daily publication in January 1998, we felt the time was vital to begin on the glorious Solemnity of All Saints to remind us all of our mission as members of the Communion of Saints. The first two feast days of November emphasize this as we celebrate the CHURCH TRIUMPHANT on November 1st and initiate our pledge to help the CHURCH SUFFERING on November 2nd. That is part of our mission as the CHURCH MILITANT here on earth and itís high time we started acting the role and fight back against those trying to wrest Holy Mother Church away from us and God. It is time to restore the sacred. It is time to restore the reverence. It is time to restore the traditions that have served the Church so well over the centuries. The DAILY CATHOLIC will strive to play a part in this conflict with the world with features, articles, series, columns and messages of Public and private revelation that mirror the Churchís credo. In addition, we will keep you up-to-date with news within the Church and on current events from a Catholic viewpoint for we are to be in the world, but not of it. It reminds us of Saint Paulís words in 1 Corinthians 3: 18-19, when he says "Let no one deceive himself. If any one of you thinks himself wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may come to be wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God."

"We have all been duped by the modern legions of the devil - the false prophets of today - the secular media. Our radios, TVís, newspapers and internet tabloids are foolishness in Godís eyesÖbut still we clamor for more and swallow all they spew out. Itís time to restore sanity. Itís time to fight fire with fire by using the modern technology at hand to balance the worldís view of God and His Holy Church and the truth which we all truly know in our hearts and souls. Therefore, along with the growing brigade of other Catholic web sites on the net who strive to do Godís Will through the tools He has given us in modern technology, we spring ahead. Some would say we are venturing where angels fear to tread, but then we always have been fools for Christ. Weíve all fallen back enough; hearts have been hardened too long. Itís time for all of us to spring ahead. If we donít: the Fall will be soul-breaking with no spring left in our hearts to see the glories that lie ahead. That would be catastrophic in the annals of time - Godís time!"

And it is in God's time that all that has been foretold is coming to pass. These are truly exciting times, but very, very dangerous. Not so much for the body - that is constantly threatened just by the foods we injest and the American lifestyle; no the times are dangerous for the soul because so few truly know their Faith and are being led down a deceitful path even by the elect who seek to confuse and compromise the Faith for their own agenda. Thomas Paine wrote, "These are the times that try men's souls." Little did he know how wrong he was for those times he referred to were not during the Revolutionary War against Britain, but the war against the Revolution of evil of which Atila Sinke Guimar„es' column in this issue The Symbol of the Crown in the Reign of Mary identifies. As we have said many times, the Revolution we are fighting is not against man, but rather against "Principalities and Powers, against the world-rulers of darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness on high" (Ephesians 6: 12).

Can you see then how dangerous these times are? They are made even more precarious because the Conciliar Church has abandoned many of the absolutes and disciplines that helped Catholics stay focused on the Two Pillars of the Holy Eucharist and devotion to Mary's Immaculate Heart. Right now so many are floundering around, treading precariously close to the sharks of modernism who will devour and spit them out as more grist for lucifer.

And so, after four years on The DAILY CATHOLIC, after 25,000,000 voyages, we continue to sail, setting our compass toward the Truths and Traditions of Holy Mother Church symbolized in the Two Pillars. We realize the the seas are getting even rougher and more are clinging to a ship that is listing badly to the left while the remnant ship battens down the hatches and tries, with God's grace, to remain anchored between the Pillars. No one said it would be a smooth voyage, but considering what is at stake, we're not going to remain on shore in the safe zone. We will continue to venture out into the deep to save as many souls as possible, emboldened by the lifevests of the Truths and Traditions of the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church.

Twenty-five million may seem like a lot, but it's only a drop in the bucket when it comes to souls. There are millions and millions more to rescue. Doing so takes expenses to keep on-line and, if you believe as we do that souls are more important than anything, then please help stabilize the ship by giving whatever you can to this ministry that we may be fortified to continue. You can help with a credit card donation by going to LOVE OFFERING TO HELP SAVE SOULS and being as generous as possible in helping us carry out Christ's command in Mark 16: 15.

Jesus said "With God all things are possible", but He expects us to do our part. Pitch in and sail with us toward the Triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. Yes, you may be considered a fool to do so. After all, Christ told us to expect this kind of reaction and Paul reminded us in 1 Corinthians 3: 18-19. Our computer hardware units are fast becoming outmoded and old, the hulls of our terminals are battered, but as long as we have electricity and your support - prayer-wise and financially - we will never abandon our search and rescue efforts for souls!
