With less than 50 days to go before the election, the latest polls show George W. Bush behind Al Gore by margins of 2 to 12 points. Why? Because Bush’s 16 point lead following the Republican convention was wiped out after Gore promised, at the Democratic convention, that he would fight for the little people, the voiceless and every other group known to mankind, except of course -- the littlest and most voiceless of all groups -- unborn and 3/4 born babies. However they have no vote, nor can they donate money to Gore’s campaign. But all other groups, he would make their sojourn on this planet worth their while, if only, they would vote for him.

    Since George W. Bush has promised to sign the partial-birth abortion ban and appoint Supreme Court Justices who are pro-life, he is our only hope right now. But in order to be successful, his only hope is in using his main and biggest weapon, or he WILL LOSE his bid for the presidency. All other issues pale in significance to the most important issue in this campaign. The only issue that deals directly with the saving of thousands of lives every year.

    That issue is, of course, Partial-birth Murders (abortions). This issue MUST be hammered home by Bush at every city and hamlet he visits. On all of his TV ads. On all of his debates with Al Gore. It must be hammered and pounded, over and over again, so that this gruesome procedure of killing babies when they are 3/4 born, will be etched in the minds of all.

    It’s the only way that people will learn about the real Al Gore; that he will do anything to win. Will Rogers had it right and Bush needs to take his words to heart and use it to his advantage, to the advantage of souls: "The less a voter knows about you, the longer he is liable to vote for you." Bush needs to let the American people know who Al Gore really is. Pro-lifers know that Gore is a liar -- it has been well documented. Yet the media continues to coddle the sin by allowing the sinner to continue. We all sin, but we must learn from our sins as Christ said, "Go thy way, and from now on sin no more" (John 8: 11) Yet Gore, in his actions, continues to flaunt the sin. Heaping one lie upon the other. The American people need to know this wolf in sheep's clothing. Sometimes Gore even makes Clinton look like a choir boy and that's saying something! Bush needs to take Will Roger's advice and run with it: "The 'Outs' are attacking and the 'Ins' are defending. All the 'Outs' have to do is promise what they would do if they got in. But the 'Ins' have to promise what they would do, and then explain why they haven’t done it already."

    Most people don't know the procedure of a PBA and when they do, they are horrified. So Bush MUST educate the people, because the liberal Media, will NOT.

    One of Gore's spinmasters was on TV the other day and said, “when Gore and Bush are debating and Gore turns to Bush and says, ‘don't you think that women should have a free choice? What’s Bush going to say?’

    This brings back memories of 1992. During the vice-presidential debates, Gore turned to Quayle and asked the same question. Quayle seemed stunned by this question. I remember it, as if it were yesterday. Gore turned to Quayle and asked, "Don't you think that every woman should have the freedom to choose?” Quayle seemed stunned by this question. He stood transfixed for what seemed like an eternity -- as if he was groping for some kind of a response. He then responded to the question in a haphazard, non intelligent way. He clearly lost this argument, but what a golden opportunity missed. He could have had Gore eating out of his hands. He could have had Gore, slowly sinking under the podium -- speechless and in shame -- ruing the thought of even asking that question.

    This is what Quayle should have said and what Bush should say if he wants to win: There is still time to emphasize the only issue that matters in God's eyes. Here is the formula I believe would greatly enhance the pro-life candidate's chances - greatly enhance the opportunity for millions of souls yet to be conceived to experience life in its fullest:

Bush, while looking directly into the eyes of Gore should say, "I'm glad that you asked me that question. But first -- have you noticed that my opponent doesn't like to use the word abortion? The euphemism, “the right to choose,” sounds so sterile, doesn't it? However, I really can't blame him, since an induced abortion means to kill a human being. Maybe people sleep better when they sugar coat killing, but I digress. It’s just something that's been on my mind for a long time.

    To answer the question. You see, I DO believe there is a God and I do believe in the commandment, ‘Thou Shalt Not Kill,’ and since there's not a scientist in the world who could deny that human life begins at conception, I really don't have a choice on this issue. I will not sell my soul to satan for political gain. Even if I lose the presidency because of this conviction, then so be it. At least I WILL sleep better at night, knowing that I have obeyed the will of God.

    “The Clinton/Gore administration, when taking office in 1992, said they were personally against abortions, but still a woman should have a choice if they wanted to have their unborn baby killed. They also said that they wanted fewer abortions done. One would think that 1.4 million abortions done every year in the first 16 weeks would satisfy Clinton/Gore and all the other rabid proponents of abortions, without resorting to killing viable babies, while they're being born, with many suffering excruciating pain.

    “The very first time a chance comes along to have fewer abortions done, do they jump at the opportunity? NO. They lied to the American people. They veto the ban on the most barbaric procedure imaginable -- partial-birth abortions. Even Senator Moynihan of their own party calls partial-birth abortions infanticide, which is a sugar coated way to say murder.

    “This brutal procedure is the killing of a viable baby, who is 3/4 born, all but the head has been delivered. The head is then punctured with scissors, a tube is inserted in the hole and the babies brains are sucked out. Reliable studies reveal that unborn babies feel excruciating pain at 20 weeks gestation -- some studies even earlier.

    “75% of the public want it banned. The American Medical Association says it’s never needed. It’s NOT an emergency procedure. The House and Senate overwhelmingly passed the ban, but Clinton vetoed it. The House had the necessary 2/3 votes to overturn Clinton’s veto, but the Senate was 3 votes shy.

    “I only bring up the vote, because I want you to know that your representatives in congress overwhelmingly were appalled at this gruesome procedure, as are most of you, but Clinton/Gore think their morals are better than yours. That they know what's best for our country and your views only count when it satisfies their agenda.

    “My opponent says that he will fight for you -- for what you want. If he really means that, then let him say RIGHT NOW, that if he is president, he will have the common decency to sign the ban against partial-birth abortions, a procedure so gruesome that it makes people sick, just thinking about it.

    “If I become president, I WILL sign the ban. Now, Mr. Gore, you are always saying, how you are for the little people, the voiceless -- well I don't know anyone more voiceless than babies who are about to be born. Our country is better than this. We do NOT need these atrocities. So since most Americans want this cruel procedure banned and you want to give them what they want -- say right now that you will NOT VETO the ban on this gruesome procedure if you become president. Will you put your money where your mouth is?

    After Gore regains his composure, I can just visualize the expression on his face and what he’s going to say. It’s would most probably go something like this:

“But, but, but, if there was a health clause in the ban -- well, well then I'm all for it. I think a woman's health is important. I will fight for the health of women.

    Again, Bush could have Gore rue the utterances of those words, by saying:

“I am glad to hear that my opponent is all for women's health. He should be interested in the article in the Journal Of The American Medical Association (8-26-98 issue) which featured an article stating that partial- birth abortion is UNSAFE for pregnant women, painful for unborn children and unethical because of questions about fetal viability.

    “Partial-birth abortions are NOT an emergency procedure. Other methods are better and faster. Using this procedure, entails that the cervix be dilated two days in advance, so if an emergency arises, a reputable doctor would certainly NOT use this method. Even so, to placate the Clinton/Gore administration, a clause was inserted that it could be done to save the life of the mother, but even this wasn't good enough for Clinton/Gore.

    “A women's health clause, which they want, would include anything. Such a ‘broad catch all,’ would be no problem for any doctor to overcome, especially a doctor who kills 3/4 born babies for a living. The mother can even say, ‘I just know this pregnancy is going to make me nervous, or give me a headache,’ or a thousand other excuses. The unmitigated gall of the Clinton/Gore administration. To insist on a worthless clause in the ban, is an insult to jurisprudence and to the American people. You might just as well have NO ban at all.

    “The truth is -- they don't want this gruesome procedure banned, in order to pay back the abortion industry, Hollywood, militant feminists groups and all the other self indulgent people who supported them with money and votes. They want this option open in case a woman changes her mind late in her pregnancy -- she can still have her baby killed -- 'legally.' This is tragic and greatly contributing to the decline of America.

    “To allow defenseless viable babies to be killed when they're 3/4th born, for money and votes has got to be, one the most diabolic and repugnant acts ever done, by any person who has walked the face of this earth.

    “If these babies were animals, the animal rights people would be up in arms about it. This shows the depth of moral degeneracy our country has sunk under the Clinton-Gore administration.

    “I want to bring a sense of morality back to our country and the first step is to STOP killing babies while they're being born. We don't need that kind of barbarism in our country. We are better than that. Is it any wonder that the perception that life is cheap abounds in our country -- even in the minds of children, who kill other children?

    "Naturally unemployment is low. Since Roe Vs Wade in 1973 our country has killed 40 million of it's future citizens. And God only knows how many children these children would have had. If this keeps up, who is going to pay for future social security recipients? We even have to import help from other countries, to fill our jobs. When these people make enough money are they going back home?

    "This is a terrible price to pay for unemployment. And let's not forget the increases risk of breast cancer in women, who have had induced abortions as well as induced abortions causing an increase risk of premature babies in subsequent pregnancies, due to damage to the cervix and uterus. This gives rise to low birth weights and thus physical and mental problems, including cerebral palsy. Smoking, alcoholism, drug abuse, emotional and mental problems and suicide are well documented in women, who have their unborn baby killed -- even worse when they are killed in late term.

    "So, I would think that my opponent, if he is serious about women's health would at least sign the ban on partial-birth abortions.

    "You are going to have to decide what kind of a country you want. A country that makes satan proud, or a country that God might just forgive, if we repent this terrible sin of killing our children, even while they're being born, with many of them suffering excruciating pain. If you don't think that there's a war going on in our country between good and evil, then you have deliberately closed your eyes to it.

    "The choice is yours. Your vote will determine if the American holocaust continues."

    The media has been trying to bury all these facts for so long, but there comes a time when it must be shouted from the rooftops, where people will realize the grave sin of murder in abortion and shout, "I'm mad as hell and I won't take it anymore!" Neither will God! And unless we all start praying more, unless George W. Bush starts speaking the above truths -- he WILL LOSE...and so will we, not to mention the millions of souls who will never have a chance at life!
