Dr. Frank Joseph's Pro-Life Prescriptions LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL column for July 6, 2000
The 2000 United States Supreme Court was declared the winner in
"Jurisprudence Absurdity." The holder of the “title” for the past 143
years was the Supreme court of 1857 with their infamous Dred Scott
decision, in which they declared that the Missouri Compromise was
unconstitutional, because a slave could not be taken away from his master.
Slaves were not considered whole people and had no rights.
The current Supreme Court won the title on June 28, with a display of
bobbing, weaving and fancy mouth and footwork that our country has
not seen in a long time. Their liberal logic was faulty and politically
based and any relation to interpreting our Constitution was purely
coincidental.
It was the Stenberg Vs Carhart decision, in which they declared, that the
Nebraska law that outlawed the killing of a baby when he/she was 3/4 born
was unconstitutional. As slaves were, these babies were also not considered
whole people and had no rights.
No one can deny that this was a red-letter day for satan and a day that
must have brought great sadness to the face of God.
The justices, by a 5 to 4 vote, found that the Nebraska law making it a
crime to perform "partial birth abortions" was unconstitutional because
it imposes an "undue burden on women's decisions to end their
pregnancies."
Somehow the "Faulty Five" extrapolated from our Constitution that a
state could pass NO law that would prevent an evil act. Please someone,
point this out in the Constitution.
An undue burden -- how about that!?! I really know what an undue
burden is. It’s so easy to toss words around.
Does that mean that a women wanted to keep her baby, which is why
she didn't have her baby killed in the first 14 weeks, but then something
came up and now her baby was in the way and she wants him/her dead?
How about the undue burden that it puts on the babies, as they are stabbed
in the head and their brains are sucked out, with many of them suffering
excruciating pain?!
A baby, who if they would just let be born, might live and raise a family
and have a fulfilled life, as did their executioners, which includes not only
the one who wields the knife, but the justices who gave their permission.
Their ruling, which must be causing our founding fathers to be turning
over in their graves, was a slap in the face to 75% of Americans, who
find partial-birth abortion disgusting.
57% of Americans favor making most abortions illegal. However the
Supreme Court persists in allowing any abortion, any time and for any
reason.
Albert Gore, the man, who wants to be president was thrilled at this
decision, as was the Democratic party as a whole, which if the truth
be told, has become satan’s pride and joy.
This gruesome procedure, where the fetus is partially removed from the
vagina and the skull collapsed, is known as an intact dilatation and
extraction, or D&X. It is performed in mid to late second trimester and
the third trimester.
First the cervix is dilated over a two day period. Then the abortionist
inserts forceps into the uterus, grabs the baby by its feet and pulls the
entire baby out of the uterus into the vaginal cavity. The head is too
large to come through the cervix, so while the baby is stuck in this
position and dangling and kicking his little legs outside of the woman's
body, the executioner stabs the back of the baby's head with a pair of
scissors, making a hole to insert a catheter and as these precious
creations of God are flailing away, fighting for their lives, they suddenly
stiffen as their brains are sucked out with a powerful machine, then they
go limp. With the head collapsed, the babies are then delivered -- dead.
Thus the abortionist escapes being a murderer, because the baby
was killed before the head was delivered.
As the pioneer of the technique, Dr. Marvin Haskell, notes that a doctor
sometimes over-dilates the cervix and has to hold the baby's head inside
the vagina: or the baby could just fall out.
What Dr. Haskell means is that it would be murder if the baby is killed if
his/her head is also out of the vaginal canal, so they will deliberately
hold the head in the vaginal canal when they kill the baby.
Nurses at these abortion mills, tell stories of becoming sick and had
to quit, after seeing whole babies delivered alive, only to be killed by
drowning, or some other method. They watched in horror, as the babies
flailed their little arms and legs and fought for their lives.
Partial-Birth Abortions are done for two reasons only:
The five Supreme Court justices, who saw nothing wrong with this, are
Breyer, who delivered the opinion of the Court, Stevens, O'Connor, Souter
and Ginsburg, thus joining all abortionist and Hitler, in their disrespect
for human lives.
A sad day indeed for our country. Over 2/3 of the House of Representatives
wanted this procedure banned and almost 2/3 of the Senate, with the
Republicans overwhelmingly voting for its demise and the Democrats
overwhelmingly voting to continue this brutal act.
Rehnquist, Scalia, Thomas and Kennedy, filed dissenting opinions.
The American Medical Association says this procedure is never needed
to save the woman's life, nor to ensure her health.
Just to show you the absurdity of all this -- if a doctor performed this
procedure when a woman's health or life were in jeopardy and she died,
that doctor would be sued for malpractice, because it’s not an emergency
procedure, because the cervix has to be first dilated over a two day period.
Now, who can wait two days, if an emergency arises.
This same court would then uphold the conviction of the doctor. They
would have no other choice.
The Nebraska law was challenged by Dr. LeRoy Carhart, one of the
state's three abortion providers and the only one who performed the
controversial procedure. Dr. Carhart said that if this procedure is
outlawed, then 98% of all abortions cannot be done. Also, Planned
Parenthood, the leading killers of unborn babies have been clamoring
for months that if this procedure is outlawed, then all other abortion
procedures would be too. They said, that will be the end of Roe Vs Wade.
Another lie told by the masters of deceit, but apparently the majority of
the court took it to heart, but there was no need to. Their killing of human
beings was never in danger.
Have they not shoved it down everyone's throats that 90% of all abortions
are done in the first trimester? This gruesome procedure is done the latter
half of the second trimester and the third trimester, because the baby
has developed to the point where his/her bones, are too hard to be torn
apart inside the uterus.
I must tell you that as a physician, this procedure makes me sick just
thinking about it. How could a doctor, who has sworn to save
lives, do such an evil act? How could a country condone it?
I do believe that the doctors who perform this repugnant act are akin to
Hitler’s evil doctors and the slaughter of 6 million Jews, with many used
for experiments -- dead or alive. They are all evil and of the same mindset.
I also believe that all so called pro-choicers are akin to the German
people, who knew what was happening to the Jews and did nothing.
For to be pro-choice is to condone. To condone is to sanction. So,
when you say, a woman should have the choice to kill her unborn baby,
then in reality, you are sanctioning the taking of a human life -- a sin.
This support and encouragement acts as an authoritative permission,
which influences women to kill their unborn babies. Thus, pro-choicers
are a party to these mass killings and a great delight to satan. And I
hope they don't think they're pulling a fast one on God.
In 1871, The American Medical Association called all abortions, "foul,
unprovoked murders." Our feminist foremothers, Susan B. Anthony,
Stanton, Brinkerhoff, Gage, Goldman, Norton, and Paul, all vehemently
opposed abortions. Abortion was referred to as "child murder." This
reflects how the morality of our country has degenerated since that time.
How far do we have to go into the cesspool, before we start gagging?
God gave us a free will, but little by little, our once Godly country has
now been taken over by satan; for to torture and kill a baby in this manner
is surely NOT condoned by God fearing people. Only by those, who do
NOT believe in God, or who are not sure if there is a God.
The main objections cited by the majority were twofold:
So, anyone with the IQ of a turnip, would have to come to the conclusion
that a health clause would be completely useless. Mind you, there was
a clause that it could be done to save her life, (although it's not needed)
but this wasn't good enough.
They wanted a useless clause that a first year medical student could get
around. Well, maybe I should not have said that. I should have said a ten
year old, could get around it.
They overruled 28 states, who had the decency to outlaw partial-birth
abortions. Why didn't they just leave it up to the states?
This satanist decision should make all pro-lifers work twice as hard to
get Bush elected, because if Gore is elected, he will as Clinton did, veto
the ban on this cruel procedure. Gore has also stated that he will
appoint justices to the supreme court, who are pro-killing of unborn babies.
Bush is pro-life and says he will NOT veto the ban. All other issues lumped
together are not as important as saving the lives of these babies who are
condemned to death, even without a trial.
In our criminal courts an unanimous decision is needed for conviction
and beyond a reasonable doubt. These precious babies get neither.
This upcoming election will be the most important in the history of our
country.
It will be a battle between good and evil. Since Roe Vs Wade, our once Godly
country has been sliding towards hell, at an alarming rate. The killing of
unborn
babies must stop if our country is to be saved.
God MUST have a place in our society, as He once had.
If Gore is elected,
all evil continues and gets worse and our county will pass Sodom and Gomorrah
in moral degeneracy -- if we haven't already and we all know their fate!
