We have had the State of the Union, the State of the State, and for individual communities, the State of the City, and the State of the City and the World. Yet, what we have not had from any one - whether it be the Modernist Hegelian Benedict-Ratzinger or the Marxist closet Muslim trying to cloak himself as a centrist Barack Hussein Obama - is a gutcheck for where we are heading. We had hesitated to publish a State of the Soul Address, but considering such has not been forthcoming even from our own traditional shepherds, it is necessary to take the reins and spur souls out of their lethargy which is exactly the predicament we find ourselves in as we head toward Lent in a year that will be like no other. Thus, let us begin with purging prejudices. Now that Mario Derksen's extremely brilliant research at www.ThucBishops.com has exculpated the oft maligned Bishop Pierre Martin Ngo-dinh-Thuc and those bishops he consecrated, it is time to put aside petty differences and unite for one common purpose: to save souls. We know the welfare of souls is not the mission of the counterfeit church of conciliarism, called by some Newchurch and by others the Novus Ordo church and by others the false Catholic Church and yet by others, ourselves especially, as the Vatican II church of Modernist Rome as opposed to Eternal Rome. Because the Modern church of Vatican II has abandoned the role of being the guardian of souls, the right and proper beacon to signal souls on the turbulent seas to find safe harbor in the only one true Church founded by Jesus Christ, the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity, there has been a massive shipwreck over the last fifty plus years as souls are tossed to and fro, bait for satan's denizens of the deep, all enabled by the lukewarm effort of Catholics to man the lifeboats. Yes, while there has been murmurings of righteous mutiny in exposing the charlatans who would steer the Barque of Peter away from the divine Will, it has not been enough to be able to re-establish the rudder. Why? Because the crew is not united in agreeing to a captain who not only would be capable of manning the ship's wheel, but also one who would be able to marshal them to man the sails, harmoniously heave ho with the oars of orthodoxy to right the course holy Mother Church has been on for two millennia until the robber barons boarded her, invading her from the Vatican II vessel, a scurvy pirate ship that has ravaged more souls than the whole of Davy Jones' Locker. This leviathan has grown in girth but not in grace. Never in grace for God long ago withdrew His protection. When? Surely when Lumen Gentium was promulgated on November 21, 1964 but more possibly and probably well before that and after October 9, 1958. Since that latter date the Barque of Peter has been anchored, unable to sail freely and stripped by the pirates who have built a facade to ferry souls in their direction, deceiving souls through what St. Paul identified in 2 Thessalonians 2 as the "operation of error" which God would allow for man has a free will and is free "to believe a lie." However, there are consequences as the Apostle of the Gentiles reminds us: "That all may be judged, who have not believed the truth, but have consented to iniquity" (2 Thessalonians 2: 11). Those who do not grasp his words will be castaways on the conciliar doppleganger drogher that has drifted into deep, dangerous waters with a compass always pointed left, away from the Two Pillars, toward the dark horizon of hell. The barnacles of banality and scales of syncretism have so crystalized the ghastly galleon of Modernism that it has morphed into the monster it is with its tentacles reaching every facet of civilization. Definitely not what Christ had in mind when He said, "Go ye into the whole world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth, and is baptized, shall be saved : but he that believeth not, shall be condemned" (St. Mark 16: 15-16). Since syncretism, masked by the ecumaniacal term ecumenical, has ruled the sees of the seven seas over the past 50 years, we can see that those who raided the Barque are pirates of the worst kind for they have not only pillaged the ship's sanctuary but the galleys as well in enslaving countless souls to the gallows of Gehenna by promising that man can calm seas and peaceful waves when only Jesus can calm the waters. St. John has identified them, but too many true Catholics will not admit it for fear of rocking a boat that has no ballast: "Who is a liar, but he who denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, who denieth the Father, and the Son" (1 John 2: 22). Why would anyone wonder why we capitalize LIAR in conciLIAR church? It is because of the divine revelation above. Should we believe men who have veered from the apostolic traditions? If so, then we would have to be numbered among those St. Paul warned of in 2 Timothy 4: 3-4: "For there shall be a time when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires they will heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears: And will turn away indeed their hearing from the truth but will be turned to fables." Did not St. Paul say in the preceding verse, "Preach the word, be instant in season, out of season, reprove, entreat, rebuke with all patience and doctrine"? Pray tell, have men who took the pontifical titles john xxiii, paul vi, john paul i, john paul ii and benedict xvi followed the Apostle's advice? Jesus answered that only too clearly in St. Matthew 7: 15-20. Yet we are told by those who have no answers to the conundrum that we are "outside the Church" and "have no right to judge a Pope." They are right. If we cling to the false flotilla and abandon the true Barque anchored in a forgotten harbor, then we would be "outside the Church." But how could we be outside something that is a mirage compared to the Mystery of Faith? The apostate armada will surrender to other ships at sea in order to survive on their own without Christ's intervention to calm the seas. It can't be done despite the rhetoric from Rome that we are all part of one big fleet sailing under rainbows on a sea of tranquility and no one should rock the boat. What fleet? The apostate armada? Not on your life! They would be right as well that we have no right to judge a Pope for he is subject to no one but Christ. But that's relative to his status. If a man is not a true Pope, he is not only subject to being judged but sentenced as well. We all know the time-honored, oft used canonical rationale that a Catholic who is a heretic has, ipso facto, excommunicated himself and by so doing is, in fact, "outside the Church." If one is "outside" said heretic cannot be "inside" and therefore could not lead inside. That is Catholic truth. There is no getting around that fact. So how, pray tell, can conciliar Catholics or fence-sitting semi-traditionalists justify a man, whom they lambasted when he was a mere 'cardinal' and documented his known key complicity at Vatican II, now give him a pass because he's posing as a pope? Please explain the rationale for such idiotic illogic. It all comes down to the obvious: if it looks like a skunk, walks like a skunk, and smells like a skunk. Folks, no doubt about it, it's a skunk! And if you don't realize that you'll get skunked. And we all know how much that stinks. Think how much it stinks in Heaven when we have been given the tools and way to rescue the Barque. The Barque has been waiting to sail again, yet moored by the left and left to sway in the wind with the specific conciliar purpose of assuring it is totally forgotten, left to rot away for it does not serve the purpose of the Modernists. It was too much of a hindrance to their agenda. It had to be docked. By doing so, they assumed it would be forgotten, eventually sink. We have a message for them. We must never forget! She will never sink for we Christ's words on that in St. Matthew 16: 18. Therefore, we must rally the remnant to refit the masts, to refurbish the deck. She is old, but solid and sturdy as a rock and will sail again stronger than ever with her canonical cannons gunning down the charlatan caravan of cavalier conciliar con-men. Divine revelation will not allow her to be anchored too long. She must sail again and soon for the sake of souls. So how is this to be when we have such a rag-tag crew and so few officers to get her sail worthy again? We have as our model twelve men who were even less experienced than the most naive Catholic. But they trusted. The twelve? The Apostles. Yes, one went astray and betrayed our Lord. How many today have become Judases both inside and outside our ranks? Never has the world been so evil, not even in the time of Sodom and Gomorrah. Never has the flame of the true Faith been more needed than in our day. We are years, perhaps months away from a One World Order forming. The Muslim threat is rising everywhere. Look at the unrest and revolution the infidel is fueling among the masses in Egypt, Tunisia, Jordan after their success in Greece and other progressive targets. Look at how many have rebelled against their leader because he cared little for their welfare. If Catholics did that they could throw all the rascals out and truly have God's blessings upon them. Yet, do you really think God will intervene on behalf of those who have turned from Him? We have the example of the Israelites who veered from Him and, by His permitting Will, were sent into exile. That was never His ordaining Will, but man didn't learn, continuing to turn away from God. What is an Almighty to do? Catholics called upon Him often over the centuries. Through the intercession of His Blessed Mother Mary Most Holy, against all odds Don Juan of Austria and the Christian troops were victorious over the superior Turkish fleet in the Bay of Lepanto thanks also to the humility, leadership and respect of a true Vicar of Christ, the holy Pope St. Pius V. The very same who set in stone the infallible decrees of the dogmatic Council of Trent, specifically with Quo Primum which decreed the Traditional Latin Mass must be said in perpetuity and to veer from that or to alter anything would "incur the wrath of Almighty God and the holy Apostles Peter and Paul." How soon we forget. Guess Angelo Roncalli, Giovanni Montini, Albino Luciani, Karol Wojtyla and Joseph Ratzinger have no fear for their eternal welfare. Why else would they dare do what they did? Could it be that they are really clerical 'Manchurian Candidates', Trojan Horses, Fifth Columnists that were planted to destroy holy Mother Church? Every day evidence points to that. Look how Ratzinger has embraced the eco-maniac's agenda. Did you realize the green movement is nothing more than the color red, as in Communism in every way and fueled by the flames of hell? It stands to reason that the only obstacle to satan's agenda has been Christ's one true Church. Therefore, he had to infiltrate it in order to gain power within. We have the proof of both the Communists and Masonic entrenchment within the Church beginning in the early 20th Century in the seminaries. Just read "AA-1025" and "The Permanent Instruction of the Alta Vendita" if you don't believe us. You'll note the modus operandi hasn't changed. Just as the people had to be indoctrinated to the novelties and changes during and after Vatican II, so also today the U.S. Government is presently indoctrinating our military on how they must tolerate sin, a sin in fact that cries to Heaven for vengeance. And where are they beginning in pushing sodomy down the throats of our troops? With the chaplains. Win them over and the rest will be easy. Sound familiar, folks? We've been dumbed down, lulled to sleep and history has repeated itself today in America which has been reduced to a melting pot that has melted into satan's stove of political correctness gone amok What is good and decent, virtuous and commendable is condemned today as disruptive and hateful whereas what is evil and indecent, vile and sinful is exalted and pushed on the populace. The vox populi is seldom Vox Dei. If we do not follow the latter, then we might as well pack it in now. If we are not willing to be martyrs for Christ, then why even try to understand the state of the soul? As the headline graphic above states, "Committed & Concerned Catholics? Sadly...M.I.A." as in "Missing In Action." What are we afraid of? The conciliar potentates who man the ivory towers of the dioceses? Puhlease. They are nothing but paper tigers who may roar, but have no teeth. If we are truly afraid of these declawed despotic rapscallions, then pity the poor souls we are trying to save. None, and we repeat, none of these potentates within the conciliar structure, who head dioceses and who call themselves "bishop", are actual bishops today. Those who might have been truly consecrated before 1968 have died off or retired. This is exactly satan's plan to have a priestless church where no matter how reverent a man ordained after 1968 might be, he still cannot confect the bread and wine into the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ at Holy Mass. Victory for lucifer in a grace-less graveyard of souls. Those non-priests, aka presbyters when appointed bishop cannot confer the graces of bishopric and pass on the succession of the Apostles because they are not ordained, let alone Catholic. Oh, it was a master plan for the prince of the world because his master plan has borne putrid produce which has produced the devil's desired effect: chaos. To amp up the chaos he has unleashed his demons to terrorize souls by possessing them. The demonic sounds and images lashing out at lightning speed in the 'music', films, television, billboards, internet, phones and what not on every street in every city today clashes with the conscience, not only dumbing down the masses but making them most malleable for satan's influence. Unless one lives in a monastery, one cannot escape the cacophony. Because of that there have been a record number of demonic possessions reported. Hollywood loves the subject, dating back to the film "The Exorcist" that forever tabbed such subject matter in the genre of horror films, the latest being the newly released "The Rite" which, no, we have not seen and don't intend to. Why? Because it is all, sadly, fiction. Now don't get us wrong, Possession is not fiction, but exorcising the demons has sadly become fiction for to drive out the devils, outside of God's direct intervention, can only be done by a certified exorcist. Again, we return to that bugaboo that conciliars hate to hear: that anyone ordained after 1968 in the conciliar church of Vatican II is not a true priest. Consider also the fact that in 1968 paul vi eliminated the minor orders in preparation for the priesthood. Those minor orders abolished were Tonsure, Porter, Lector, Exorcist, and Acolyte. Why would we expect non-priests to perform as true priests when they do not have the sacramental power and therefore the grace to perform their duties? Why would we expect them to be able to drive out demons when they are not equipped with the grace to withstand the power of dark principalities on high? We all remember that john paul ii could not drive out a demon that possessed a girl in a well-publicized encounter that was caught on tv cameras a few years before his death. Why do you think the supposed highest 'cleric' of Modernist Rome couldn't drive beelzebub out? Do you really have to think about that? Why did the well-known head of Human Life International 'Fr.' Thomas Euteneuer not only fail an exorcism, but succumb to the devil's wiles and temptations and had to resign in shame? Because he wasn't equipped to deal with the devil nor are those ordained after 1968 able to do so, no matter what classes they may attend. Who knows, Soon they may have an iPhone app for "do-it-yourself exorcisms." Yes, I'm being facetious and I really can't fault the genius who thought up an examination of conscience app to help penitents prepare for confession. While some misread it as using it as a means of being absolved of their sins, which it does not, what most are missing is that it is a good exercise for the soul that hopefully will somehow zap them out of the lukewarm zone they've been in for so long and allow them to remember what the Sacrament of Penance was before Vatican II. That's the only saving grace, if you will, about the app because they are preparing for something that is no longer a sacrament considering the man the penitent is confessing to has not the power to absolve sins unless he was ordained before 1968. That is the state of things today and we are confronted with those haunting words of chapter 3: vs. 15-16 in the Book of Apocalypse: "I know thy works: that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot: but because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will begin to vomit thee out of My mouth." Seemingly, there is only one group who can do anything about it and the clock is ticking. The group we speak of are those traditional priests and bishops who have not been tainted by Vatican II, who refuse to compromise one iota to the false conciliar church, and remain in harmony with the infallible, perennial Magisterium of the Church. There is one problem. Are they lukewarm? Due to the fact they possess, as do we all, that Achilles heel called fallen human nature, they have seemingly dragged their feet in proudly resisting the call to unite as one. Why? Who knows, but we do know there is strength in numbers and, as we have so often said, "United we must pray, lest divided we become prey." And division has visited the Traditional ranks for decades. Enough! It's time to put aside differences, Your Excellencies, and come together for the sake of the salvation of souls. We cannot afford to wile away the precious time left any of us by waiting for God to work a miracle without realizing that it's a pretty good bet that God is counting on His true shepherds to effect that miracle. After all, as Mario has so magnificently proved, the majority of the traditional bishops are true successors of the Apostles; something that cannot be said of their conciliar counterparts in like thread. Therefore, just as God blessed Abel's offering and disdained Cain's, so also He will bless the efforts of the traditional bishops if they will only try!!! That has been a major problem these past several decades. Provincialism and prejudice mixed with pride have prevented unity and true progress. The blame lies squarely with the true bishops, agreed, yet too many traditional Catholics have been coddled into the mindset of being perfectly happy with what they have, unmindful that it needs to be shared through evangelization if we are to grow in greater grace and affect more souls for the good of their salvation and assuring our own. Yes, we realize there is a tremendous shortage of true priests today, a shortage of suitable chapels as well as how few have the availability of living near a chapel that offers the true authentic Traditional Latin Mass of All Ages. However, is that any worse than what the Apostles faced after Pentecost? They didn't have planes, trains or automobiles. They walked or found passage on ships that would suck the guts right out of our spoiled bodies today, but they persevered. Why can't we? Oh, we've heard the excuses that this bishop can't stand that bishop or that bishop thinks he has jurisdiction and no one else, or that bishop did something that another bishop won't forgive or...well, you've most likely heard much more than we have, for, in truth, we're pretty naive to all the shenanigans that have gone on in the past and the skeletons in many closets. St. Mary Magdalen had skeletons as well, but it didn't stop her from doing what was right. Ditto for St. Paul, and countless other saints, St. Augustine being one of the more nobler of sinners who put aside differences for the good of souls, especially for the benefit of his own soul and for the honor and glory of God. Why can't we? They say the teacher will arrive when the pupil is ready. Are we ready yet? Perhaps there are not enough chapels, not enough true priests, because we, the laity, haven't done enough on our part to address the issue, to motivate the shepherds to do something instead of waiting around and, by doing so, giving the impression to the faithful that they can do nothing. Oh, but they can, if they would only try. That is why, in this State of the Soul address, we are taking the lead in imploring the true bishops to put aside their differences and come together to discuss their differences, to work out a plan to restore holy Mother Church. With today's technologies there is no reason a conference cannot be set up among the true shepherds to initiate a high-tech synod so they can iron out their differences, put aside their pride and come to the web-cam in child-like fashion for the welfare of their own spiritual children. Perhaps if they show enough grit, it might persuade such men as Bishop Bernard Fellay to abandon his folly of trying to reconcile with apostates and, in the process, bring the Society of St. Pius X into the traditional fold by realizing the conciliar 'popes' cannot possibly be Catholic, let alone true Vicars of Christ. Were they to connect the dots, that would cause a tsunami of traditionalists uniting as one solid wave that would cease wavering and wash souls in unadulterated Catholic truth. Oh, think of the conversions that would result from that momentum. Thus the question remains. Why can't we? Imagine the clout the traditional movement would have in convincing souls where the true Church really exists. Bishops Dolan, Sanborn and Kelly reunited with the SSPX. Think of it. Right now we can guarantee it is not something longed for by any of those parties, but if it were for the good of souls, how could they resist? Imagine Bishop Kelly being humble enough to admit he was wrong about Bishop Thuc and those he consecrated. Imagine Bishop Louis Vezelis, OFM admitting that other bishops have jurisdiction in the United States as well. Imagine CMRI and SSPV working in harmony. Do you think vocations would pick up? Consider Rev. Mr. Michael Oswalt, a Novus Ordo presbyter who realized the lies of the conciliar church and was humble enough to give up whatever prestige he held in his parish to start all over in accelerated seminary studies to learn what Catholicism truly teaches in preparing men for the priesthood. He will become a true priest on the feast of Sts. Peter and Paul on June 29th this year at Mt. St. Michael's in Spokane. Do you think more like him will come forward once the truth becomes more well known and people realize the bitter fruits of Vatican II? Do you think more would be willing to contribute to the cause with their time, talent and treasure if they realized it was for a higher purpose? Do you think God would cause many to come forward with the technological knowledge to provide a forum per gratis for the bishops to communicate not only with each other but to their flocks through a medium that could reach countless souls utilizing the latest technology? It's possible. But only if we try. If we wait too long it could be too late. Already many of our older stalwart priests are passing. We need to replenish the ranks and the only way to do so is by multiplication, not division. Our Lady asked this at La Salette as did Pope Leo XIII when, after reading the narration of the visionary Melanie Calvat, he stated, "This document must be published." Included in the message of La Salette was the Blessed Virgin's urgent appeal to the visionary to summon the "Apostles of the Last Days". Who today are true successors of the Apostles? The true bishops, of course. They are the Apostles of the Latter Times and must lead us, but to do so they must unite. Read what Our Lady conveyed to Melanie:
Our Lady planted the mustard seed. Now we must do all in our power to nourish it. Are we not the "children of light", we who cling to the constituted evangelic tradition of the true Faith? Our Lady is with us. She has called us to respond. Should we remain silent or should we not prompt the "Apostles of the Last Days" - the true bishops - to come together? They need to unite now or forever rue it. Will they? That is the question we extend in all sincerity, respect and concern to the true bishops, true priests, and the laity as well. Are we committed and concerned Catholics or are we lukewarm? If we want to make the Church Triumphant our permanent abode and want more souls to make Heaven their eventual address as well, then we'll all take seriously this State of the Soul Address.
