Despite the fact that this month has started off on quite a pessimistic note, allow us to celebrate a milestone in reaching the trifecta of 21 years of publishing, with the 21st issue on the 21st of January this year. The joy, of course, is fleeting with the terrible loss of souls in Haiti due to the lack of true priests to administer the true sacraments to them at the hour of death for in all the coverage, there was not one mention of the welfare of their spiritual lives, only temporal. They bemoaned the deaths of children and, were they baptized and not yet reached the age of reason, well their suffering is over. Not so for those not in the state of Sanctifying Grace. That is what is truly tragic. Equally tragic is the ignorance of the masses in their failure to recognize and acknowledge the persistent heretical acts of Benedict-Ratzinger inside a Jewish synagogue in his continual abdication of any Catholic authority in a week when the priority is praying for the conversion of non-Catholics. Who thought the first one to pray for would be the man who supposedly is the "pope" to the the world? You might call 21-21-21 the calm before the storm for on January 22 we commemorate the beginning of America's decline and fall of America with the hellacious decision back in 1973 of legalizing the cruel, blatant murders of children in the womb. Despite Roe v. Wade being on the books, we stand by the holy Cardinal Saint Robert Bellarmine who said, "Unlawful laws are no laws at all." Nearly a billion unborn would affirm those words if they could. Even if you can't be physically present in Washington D.C. for the annual March for Life, you can virtually be there. Just click on the button to the left. It's free and the newest way to register your support for the Sanctity of Life. Even more important, is prayer and events over this past year should prompt all to employ the Nine-Day Litany of Our Lady of Good Success below, beginning on the Feast of the Conversion of St. Paul leading up to the Feast of the Purification of Mary. If ever mankind needed Our Lady's intercession, it is now!
