Front Page January Issue (jan2007c.htm)
Sunday, January 14 thru Saturday, January 20, 2007
Volume 18, numbers 14 thru 20

January 18, 2007 through January 25, 2007

There are still some who are under the impression that the Week for Christian Unity, which lasts from the Double Major Feast of St. Peter's Chair at Rome this coming Thursday, January 18th until the Double Major Feast of the Conversion of St. Paul on next Thursday, January 25th, is a concoction of the Vatican II church. Au contraire, for it had been in vogue prior to Vatican II for true ecumenism - conversion, if you will and the antiphon prayer below illustrates this because it definitely does not call for dialogue but rather conversion to the True Faith by those outside the Faith. And, as we all know from the thrice-proclaimed dogma Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus, Outside the Church there is No Salvation!

The daily prayer for true Church Unity is also for the restoration of Traditional Catholicism throughout the world. Let us also pray that God will hear our prayer, allow the conciliar VulgArians to implode and purge Rome of the interlopers and robber barons and, through His ordaining will, give us a truly Catholic Pope once again along with true shepherds to replace all the false ones who are nothing but Masonic potentates and, as is now being exposed in Poland, several communists as well from the Polish hierarchy - going back to a certain Karol Wojtyla. We pray God will end The Great Apostasy and wake hearts and souls to the destruction and heresies that have not only been permeated over the past 40 plus years, but also have produced no fruits whatsoever, confirming our Lord's words in St. Matthew 7: 15-20 that the conciliar church is a bad tree that must be cast into the fire. The sooner the better!

PRAYER FOR THE CHURCH UNITY OCTAVE
      (Official Octave Prayer)

ANTIPHON: "That they all may be one, as Thou, Father, in Me and I in Thee; that they also may be one in Us; that the world may believe that Thou has sent Me." (John 17: 21)

        V. I say unto thee that thou art Peter
        R. And upon this Rock I will build My Church.

Let us pray. O Lord Jesus Christ, Who saidst unto Thine Apostles: Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you; regard not our sins, but the faith of Thy Church, and vouchsafe to grant unto Her that peace and unity which are agreeable to Thy Will. Who livest and reignest God forever and ever. Amen.

An indulgence of 300 days during the octave of prayers for the unity of the Church, from the Feast of the Chair of St. Peter in Rome to the feast of the Conversion of St. Paul. A Plenary Indulgence on the usual conditions at the end of the devout exercise.

Gabriel's Clarion
Gabriel Garnica returns for 2007 ready for bear as he sets his sights on this month when we commemorate the 34th anniversary of the fatal and fateful Roe v. Wade decision that has claimed at least 50 million souls. Just as the Jews of their day considered Christ's life disposable, and ruthlessly recycled their own morality to justify their evil deed of assaulting Innocence by sealing His fate with the release of the criminal Barrabas, so also today history repeats itself as the devil fiendishly infects minds and hearts to continue the slaughter of the innocents to the tune of over 50 million preborn souls. And we wonder why this world is in the shape it is today? We have blood on our hands if we do not stand up as true, committed Roman Catholics and work to stop this most vilest of murders in the history of mankind. The salvation of our very souls might very well depend on our response. Gabriel explains in his column The Mob Still Chooses Barrabas

The Sanity of Sanctity
We continue our recent tradition of bringing you the Litany of Saints for the Saints and Feasts of each month. Need some impetus to prepare for Lent now just over a month away away? What we provide is a litany to all of the saints whose feast days are celebrated in the month of January. Many of these saints are little-known and often are not, for that reason, invoked in our prayers. While there are a few Time of Epiphany feria days in this month, almost each day is dedicated to one or more saints historically and acknowledged in the traditional calendars. If you add this short litany to your daily Rosary, you will have the benefit of invoking the prayers of some of these lesser-known saints for January and, as the Three Kings bowed in humility, better prepare yourself to keep your spiritual resolutions for 2007. Catholic PewPOINT
Editor Michael Cain lays out the plans for The Daily Catholic and SANCTUS for 2007; one that promises to be a landmark year in which we christen, so to speak, a new vessel of information to provide you with the navigational tools necessary to save more souls beginning with your own by retracing our own journey over the rough seas that lead to infrangible Catholic Truth. While looking back, we also look to the horizon and while we have been preaching, if you will, to the choir for lo these many years, our mission is near at hand to go beyond the "choir." This can only be done by making, presently, this site chiefly a resource site. While we cannot at this time reveal other plans that entail going beyond the "choir," we can give you all you'll need to assure you that you're not alone and can safely sail on your own. Cain explains and shares the new direction of The Daily Catholic in his editorial "May the Wind Be Always at Your Back"

Christ or chaos is the site where Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey has posted some of the most significant articles of our times. There is probably no more prolific writer in the Traditional Catholic Movement today than Tom, whose mission in life is to save souls and to restore the patrimony of the Roman Catholic Church. Few are more dedicated to this cause in not only preaching it, but living what he preaches. He has walked and driven the journey for it is doubtful anyone - anyone - has assisted at Holy Mass at more Traditional Chapels in the United States than Tom and his wife Sharon and their young daughter Lucy. If souls can be equated to miles, than we can be most optimistic that the fruits of his labors, the persecution he has endured both within and without the Traditional Movement, and his constant call for what Pope Pius XI called for as the only answer for world peace in Quas Primas - the restoration of the Social Kingship of Jesus Christ. Only by following His Blessed Mother's advice and honoring her as her divine Son honored and obeyed her for 30 years can we hope to attain such a lofty, but necessary goal for the sake of souls everywhere. We present several of his recent columns below since we'll only be updating and monitoring the site to alert you to his latest column once a week. We strongly encourage you to go there often for you will get the unadulterated Catholic truth and always a frank, honest, and crystal clear assessment of the current crisis and why Holy Mother Church is in eclipse as Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Scriptures, Saints and Our Lady foretold. Tom has the solutions and it begins with prayer and perseverance and then truly knowing your Faith so you can keep it in this time of The Great Apostasy. Below are a few of his most recent ones. Each is powerful on its own. PAPAL PROOF OF WHAT THE CHURCH TRULY TEACHES
For those who truly want to delve deeper into what the Faith teaches and what past Sovereign Pontiffs have decreed, we recommend for your vital reading to better KNOW THE FAITH in order to KEEP THE FAITH, pertinent Papal decrees which put to the lie what is being promulgated today by the Vatican II church. We strongly encourage you to read these to understand how today the modern church is in Apostasy when compared to what had always been taught by Holy Mother Church and enforced and warned as most grievous by previous Pontiffs as you'll see in CREDO & CULTURE

When it comes to all these ungodly laws being passed by liberal judges because of the lobbying and intimidation of a small minority out to do away with the natural and supernatural order, it is wise to keep in mind the following:

"Unjust laws are, properly speaking, NO LAWS!"
His Eminence Saint Robert Cardinal Bellarmine, Doctor of the Church

We invite you to find out for yourself the truth as we present a compendium portal of documents on the Faith in all aspects, past, present and to come. We guarantee what you read is in full harmony with the Truths and Traditions of Holy Mother Church, and we guarantee you that if you read it all with a discerning heart you will be able to decipher the wheat from the chaff. You will better understand what the absolutes of our Faith are and not be fooled by modernism and ambiguities, no matter how cleverly they are couched. Remember satan is the father of half-truths. Read the fullness of the Truths and Traditions of the Roman Catholic Faith in the sections below.
