"Toto, We're Not In Salvation Any More!"

It's just "More" of the Same from False Catholics

As conciliar rumblings continue with revisionist spin that a martyr of the True Faith, St. Thomas More was really "a saint for dialogue," the fault widens and hell surges forth as the chasm becomes more evident that conciliar "Catholics" haven't a clue who the faithful English barrister of the sixteenth century was, or his circumstances and what he sacrificed, nor do they have any inkling what is truly Catholic, thanks to being so dumbed down by conciliar contraband that there are few hearts, brains and courage left to recognize this fact.
"Contrary to the More defamed in Seasons, the one that reached heavenly recognition was a man of uncompromising honor who had no doubt where God stood and where he wanted to stand, for that place was with God. That a trivial fool like Tom Roberts should dare to further distort and defame what Thomas More truly stood for only demonstrates how clueless or twisted many who claim to be Catholic have actually become. It is only more visible proof that what is called 'Catholic' by those who pick and choose, is not Catholic at all, but a Protestant religion called 'Catholic' and which, in truth, is really the conciliar church and one St. Thomas More and all the other saints over the past 2000 years would not recognize or obey. They would all resist just as More and Bishop John Fisher did for only in Jesus Christ and the Church He founded is the fullness of Truth."

When Tom Roberts, editor of the liberal National Catholic Reporter (NCR) spoke to a group called "Kansans For Faithful Citizenship" on September 23rd of this year, he crystallized the kind of junk history, distorted logic and imbecilic rationalization so characteristic of those fools who would argue with a straight face that politics and morality should be separated, who has subscribed to the great faux pas of separation of Church and State. There can be no separation for we must bow to God and the Church He founded for all things, especially when it comes to morality.

Junk Revisionist History

Roberts' speech, entitled "God Doesn't Register to Vote", was powerfully dissected and analyzed by James F. Csank in an October 27 Michnews.com article Saint Thomas More: Patron Saint of Dialogue. Basing his points on Robert Bolt's twisted historical play A Man for All Seasons, Roberts argues that Sir Thomas More was the patron saint of dialogue. Csank called Seasons a "fictionalized history rewritten to fulfill a liberal agenda" and proceeds to demonstrate how Roberts absurdly "uses fictitious incidents from the life of an historical personage to reverse the meaning and reduce the importance of that person's life and death."

The play portrays More as a typical lawyer desperate trying to find verbal loopholes in the king's decree demanding allegiance only to grudgingly accept his fate as some sort of unjust result of being pinned to be absolute where God does not demand absolute clarity. The play's fiction includes having More say such things as finding God "rather too subtle…I don't know where he is nor want he wants." The basic premise of this play and Roberts' subsequent use of it is that God is too vague and unclear to die for and, besides, The Almighty does not want us to get too involved in politics anyway.

How Roberts can dare to use this defamation of what Thomas More was really about to further his imbecilic notions of the true role loyal Catholics should play in politics crystallizes just what has befallen the true Catholic faith under the weight of the liberal and secularist trash that has infected its ranks.

The Revisionist Junk Claims

Roberts twists and distorts More's life and death, using the fictionalized, liberal interpretation of that life and death in Seasons, to tell us that:

    1. Politics can and should be separated from morality as evidenced by Roberts' call that we be "suspicious of those who..are certain of God's will for all of us." He goes on to pretend that More represented a preference for "a God who is more often than not difficult to discern in this human business and who only infrequently calls us to absolute clarity." While the More portrayed in Seasons seemed to represent such a view, the true, historical More represented just the opposite.

    2. We should be suspicious of those who "believe (they) have absolute right and certainty plus the will of God on (their) side….to bend the rest of the world to (their) own way of thinking." While the More of Seasons that Roberts embraces may have felt that way, the true, historical More represented just the opposite.

    3. Religion and politics (or religion and power) "are at their best when they inform each other, partners in an exchange of ideas and of principle and expediency."

In the final analysis, Tom Roberts spins trash from fiction and proudly proclaims these lies and this fiction as the basis on which Catholics may vote for politicians who support abortion and other evils. He is historically clueless or a moral imbecile or both. That he is the editor of any publication that claims to be within a mile of the true, Catholic faith is a tragic reminder of just where that faith has fallen.

More of the Truth

Anyone who truly respects history enough to accurately make use of it will find that Thomas More was a paragon of courage, integrity and commitment to the true Catholic faith. While he was human as we all are, and biased politically due to the undo influence of Tudor propagandist and opportunist Bishop John Morton, when push came to shove More proved himself ready, willing and able to sacrifice everything, including his neck, to defend right from wrong and make a public protest against tyrannical moral anarchy.

Contrary to the More defamed in Seasons, the one that reached heavenly recognition was a man of uncompromising honor who had no doubt where God stood and where he wanted to stand, for that place was with God. That a trivial fool like Tom Roberts should dare to further distort and defame what Thomas More truly stood for only demonstrates how clueless or twisted many who claim to be Catholic have actually become. It is only more visible proof that what is called "Catholic" by those who pick and choose, is not Catholic at all, but a Protestant religion called "Catholic" and which, in truth, is really the conciliar church and one St. Thomas More and all the other saints over the past 2000 years would not recognize or obey. They would all resist just as More and Bishop John Fisher did for only in Jesus Christ and the Church He founded is the fullness of Truth.

The Bible, The Ten Commandments and 1,500 years of Church teaching are there for any Catholic with any brains to see God's position on any issue, and only a fool or a liar would pretend that More was so ignorant as to still be confused on those issues with such information at his disposal. Rather, this confused, blurred state is the comfortable easy chair that liberal "Catholics" and liberals in general find most appealing in order to justify, rationalize and explain their arrogant refusal to adhere to clearly defined paths; to submit to the King of kings.

Conclusion

As we enter yet another November where important decisions regarding even more important issues will be made, we will do well to look at a man who represents exactly the kind of courage, integrity and loyalty to our faith that all true Catholics should aspire to. Thomas More saw what was wrong and stood up against it in defense of what was right. When political wisdom dictated a rejection of moral integrity, More chose the latter over the former. His example is a call for all of us to accept, promote and embrace the fact that politics and morality cannot and should never be separated, for that separation is the home of moral cowards and spineless betrayers of our faith. Sadly, the ranks of such cowards, betrayers and the sheep all too willing to follow them are brimming in this age of lukewarm, rationalized, secular and liberalized Catholicism.

If each and every Catholic in this nation acted as Thomas More did, acted as a Catholic should, abortion and every other evil served by liberals and secularists would be wiped off the American map. Not only that, but the conciliar church would collapse as well for it is founded not on the Rock of Peter but on the mantra of the French Revolution Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity. The sad truth is that liberal positions are rarely as safe as when they are in the hands of so-called "Catholics" only too willing to rationalize their way to their own subjective morality and their own subjective salvation.

Roberts claims that "When God is perceived as a party regular who blesses our political strategy-whether it's over abortion or the war in Iraq-we've sold out our religion and reduced God to our dimensions." If truth be told, it is false Catholics like Roberts who are selling out our religion and reducing God to a winking liberal with even more powers than Hillary Clinton. When the numbers tell us just how many conciliar "Catholics" believe liberal lies and how many Catholics pay attention to the imbecilic drivel and mindless rants of people like Roberts, it is easy to see why so many so-called "Catholics" loved The DaVinci Code and even listen to Kerry, Kennedy, Durbin, Pelosi, Granholm, Sebellius, Giuliani and all of the other so-called Catholic politicians, not to mention Arnold Schwarzenegger. When those numbers also tell us how many American conciliar "Catholic" clerical leaders, priests and nuns either ignore or actually defend evils such as abortion, it is easy to see why liberal conciliar "Catholics" like Roberts can successfully use fiction to paint their version of reality. It is appropriate that Roberts made his speech to a group of Kansans defiant against true Catholic teaching for, in buying his rubbish as truth, they will someday be able to say, "Toto, we are not in salvation anymore."

No great organization, institution or venture was ever run by cowards, but most false organizations, institutions and ventures are brimming with them, which gives you a clue who is running the great conciliar structure: Cowards. The enemies of our faith will point to the scandals and other corruption to portray the Catholic Church as hypocritical in its defense of absolute truth, but those evils within are not the Catholic Church, but an imposter conciliar church and cannot and do not define what the True Church is really about no more than deviant clerics and defiant faithful do who pose as shepherds but are, in fact, wolves in sheeps' clothing. The more they scatter the sheep, the more have the wool pulled over their eyes and hearts as they are fleeced of the truth by the wicked witch who poses as a Catholic. Click your heels and wake up, ladies and gentlemen, time is of the essence. Ask yourself if you would have the conviction and courage of St. Thomas More or would you have gone along with pleasing others and follow Henry VIII right into apostasy? Think about that carefully because without realizing it, the vast majority already have.

In the voting booth of eternity and on the issue of salvation, the true Catholic Church is all about absolute clarity and loyalty to the Will and Word of God and a passionate commitment and courage in upholding that Will and Word, and the undeniable insistence not as democracy but for the reestablishment of the Social Kingship of Jesus Christ. That is what Saint Thomas More was all about. As for the conciliar "Catholic" fools and cowards, they can vote for Tom Roberts and his ilk. But never forget that God tallies the ballots.
