"The seed is the word of God. We do so as a service in the same manner The Daily Catholic strives to give both sides of the story when it comes to Traditional issues. One thing we want to caution all sides and that is Christian charity and not to set themselves up as experts. Too many are rushing to judgment on both sides of the coin and what is being forgotten in the equation is prayer, and a reminder not to ever, ever trust the devil. For that reason, we at The Daily Catholic hope the Society is sincere when they say no compromise will be made. The best advice comes from the Epistle of Saint Paul who says:

If you always tell the truth, you're bulletproof. Let us pray for all sides - including the modernist apostates that they will realize the key is the doctrine and disavow Vatican II and all the garbage that came with it. Let us also pray for those such as the SSPX boldly going into the enemy's lair. Before they would ever take the plunge and fall prey to the trap being laid by the conciliarists, listen for the quack because if it sounds like a duck, looks like a duck and walks like a duck, it's most probably a duck.  For those who may not have been keeping up daily with The Daily Catholic, here's what you just might have missed over the past week. Father Louis Campbell started off Sexagesima Week with a sermon on how the conciliar church has aligned itself with mammon and the World Council of Churches while rejecting the infrangible truths of Catholicism in The Medium and the Message. On Monday Father James F. Wathen shared how we need to plant the seed of truth which has been abandoned by the church of Vatican II and its leaders. It is up to us the laity to spread God's love by blooming where we are planted as he explained in Planting Seeds of Love and Truth. On Tuesday editor Michael Cain began a new daily series called VerbumQUO in which he is bringing readers each day a pertinent word from Sacred Scripture in the Proper of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass which will better help us to focus on why Holy Mother Church, in her wisdom, gave us the set one year beautiful, meaningful and vital liturgical calendar. Why the modern church abandoned this beautiful format should tell us volumes of why there have been no fruits. On Wednesday Gabriel Garnica brought readers the second installment of "Virtue & Vice" with meditation on the Seven Corporal Works of Mercy and John Gregroy provided the third part of his series "The Devil Never Sleeps" with the crux of the problem afflicting those who call themselves Catholic today but stay shackled to the Novus Ordo: Bad Bishops and there are plenty, sadly, to go around!

The STRAIGHT STUFF   Griff Ruby applies the practice of Holy Mother Church over the centuries in coaxing converts back into the Church. There is no hurry for they must want to not only come back of their own volition, but willingly agree to adhere to all the laws and customs of Catholicism. That is why seldom, as Griff explains, are there wholesale conversions but at least there were conversions. Today conversion by proseltyzing the True Faith is looked upon by the modernist conciliar church as intimidating and oppressive and we must be tolerant. Considering the fact that the church of Vatican II has veered so far away from Catholic truth and practice, Griff advises Bishop Bernard Fellay to heed the advice of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre and slow down, don't be in a hurry to be seduced by the concessions that still have not been manifested. The Society and all other Traditional Bishops have the Faith, they have the True Mass and Sacraments; the conciliar church does not. Let them come when they are desperate and will agree to heed all Catholic truth and abandon once and for all the fruitless Vatican II agenda. "Qui legit, intelligat"   In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for Quinquagesima Sunday, he notes how man today refuses to put away the things of a child and become men of Faith. They fail to anticipate seeing God face to face and remain behind their comfort zone of the dark glass where they can hide their lukewarmness and wonton nature to do what they want. This has given, as Father points out, the rise of paganism as the "fastest growing religion in the United States." Talk about a scary scenario, no wonder they are doing all they can to eliminate Christ and Christian symbols from public places and legislate anti-Catholic hate crimes that will enable the devil to do what he likes. One could despair were it not for the charity of God and the charity we need to express to others in caring about the spiritual welfare of their souls. God has given us a most powerful archangel, His right hand man St. Michael to defend us in our battle here on earth against the wickedness and snares of the devil. He shares the prophetic poem of G. K. Chesterton to encourage us that the Word can never be broken, never be conquered for God will win out. When the dawn breaks will we be with satan and the vanquished or on the victorious side with Saint Michael and God's army of angels and saints? Father helps us answer that in his sermon.

Planting the seeds of Love and Truth
"Qui legit, intelligat"  In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for Sexagesima Sunday, he points out that the actions being taken by the conciliar church, most notably Benedict XVI and one of his leading heretics Walter Kasper, are the very example of what Our Lord speaks of in today's Gospel wherein "the devil cometh and taketh the word out of their heart" for that is what has happened to the hierarchy and subsequently those who have blindly followed them toward perdition over the past 40 plus years. They have abandoned the good seed and fertile ground because they have forsaken the roots of the Truths and Traditions of Holy Mother Church. They have fallen by the wayside and taken up with those sects founded by men who were apostates, including all the Protestant heretics whose leaders are encamped in the hopeless World Council of Churches to which Ratzinger and Kasper have given their blessings because, as Jesus affirms in Luke 8, they "are choked with the cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and yield no fruit."
