 The Virus on the Cancer
Over the last 32 years American society passed from the benign stage into the malignant crisis. While women want to remove the child in their womb for the cause of modern feminism and pro-choice, they need to realize there is a deadly tumor on their souls - one which the first wave of feminists warned firmly against in condemning abortion.
"There is nothing more pathetic than the blind or clueless hypocrite. His arguments became chains around his own neck and increasingly drag his sorry claims into oblivion.
Pro-death feminists refuse to grant the unborn the rights they demand for themselves. They resent class discrimination against women for being women but promote class discrimination against unborn babies for being unborn babies. They resent the idea that a woman's value is determined by if a man wants her but promote the notion that a baby's value is determined by if a mother wants him. They resent the idea that a man, through the sacrament of Matrimony, is master of the woman, owning his wife, if you will, in the proper sense; yet modern feminists promote the notion that a woman is master of her own body and therefore owns her unborn child. Finally, they believe that a man's right to do as he pleases with his own body does not include the right to sexually exploit women - and rightfully so, yet these feminist hypocrites claim that a woman's similar right means that she can kill her unborn child. This pathetic litany of hypocrisy leaves the promotion of abortion by radical feminists as nothing more than a heap of stupidity, ignorance, selfishness, and despicable arrogance. No wonder early feminists have stated that abortion is a bullet to the head of feminism in general!"
Like many traditional religious writers, I have often lumped feminism with abortion as enemies of truth, morality, and life. However, I have come to realize that abortion is no more than a biased, destructive virus which has infected modern radical feminism and that modern radical feminism is merely a deadly cancer which has deformed what was once a noble, productive, and moral cause. Sadly, this virus and this cancer will ultimately destroy the very cause which they so boldly claim to be protecting - the right of women to be respected and recognized in society!
The Roots of Original Feminism
Though the original True Feminism as intended by God was exemplified par excellence by the Blessed Virgin Mary for all time, the original wave of "modern feminism" which appeared in the latter part of the 19th century was a response to the ornamentation and alienation of women caused by The Industrial Revolution. These were merely the seeds of satan sowing discontent and rebellion for before that phenomenon, women and men traditionally worked side by side as partners in the home or field in a rural society where "business" often meant "family business". We need look no further than The Holy Family, which is the highest example of how respect, subservience, love, and cooperation characterized the relationship between husband and wife. The Industrial Revolution, however, tore the world of work away from the world of home life, and likewise marginalized women from being productive participants in the work of the family to ornaments of fashion and success for wealthy families. In the case of middle and lower-class families, The Industrial Revolution increased the distinction between "public work", which belonged to men as breadwinners, and "private work" which became the domain of women in the home.
Over time, the value of this vital "private work" was eroded and increasingly ignored, underappreciated, and even marginalized as society became more focused and enamored with the concept and value of "public work". The marginalization of wealthy women into idle ornaments of success and other women into "mere homemakers" left many women feeling alienated, ignored, and hungry for respect, causes, and purposes. This alienation was more the result of society's increasingly trivialized, distorted, and biased view of women fueled by the injustices and immoralities planted by extreme and radical industrialization and shifting from rural to city life. In short, while there have always been gaps and injustice as between social classes and sexual role distinctions between men and women throughout history, The Industrial Revolution created increased alienation, marginalization, and trivialization of the role of women in society and in the home, at least in the biased eyes of society. This shift was clearly against God Almighty's obvious respect and recognition of the vital and important role of women in society and in the family and planted the seeds for what is often called The First Wave of Feminism. There is nothing inherently evil about progress, but any progress which ignores God's guidance is ultimately doomed to create eventual evil.
Unnecessary but Noble: The First Wave
The First Wave of Feminism commonly associated with such things as suffrage was unnecessary in the sense that had society progressed according to God Almighty's Laws, Word, and Will, the kinds of perceived injustices and conditions which led to that first wave would not have existed. Having said this, however, I believe that this first wave had noble intentions. This movement was merely about promoting and protecting the rights of women as human beings, as women, and as vital members of society.
Few may realize that 150 years ago women did not have the right to vote, to assembly or free speech, to own property or inherit when married, to sit on a jury, to their own children when divorced and at times even when widowed, or even to accuse their husbands of rape. In fact, college was not an option for women! Clearly, these causes, which were the targets of that first wave of feminism, are noble and just ones which respect the rights, dignity, and integrity of women. It cannot be argued that these causes were immoral ones or that their achievement would somehow harm or hinder the progress of women as viable and recognized members of society. Despite these limits, we see that many women managed to remain active in many voluntary, social, charitable, and other causes, societies, and movements. All of this shows that women had found outlets for their passion to participate in society while still preserving their primary and critical role in the family.
By Any Other Name
What is often called the First Wave of Feminism was really a series of crusades to promote women's basic rights as outlined above. Feminism as defined by that first wave was basically the effort to overturn the limits on women described above and promote their right to the privileges inherent in the respective activities involved. That First Wave Feminism, then, was about voting, meeting, speaking, owning and inheriting property, sitting on a jury, keeping children, having rights against abusive husbands, and going to college. Unfortunately, the so-called Second, more radical, Wave of Feminism which reached its first full bloom in the 70s has tied itself to the First Wave in an attempt to portray itself as merely an extension or progression of that first movement. In fact, nothing could be further from the truth!
It is a well-documented fact that early feminists such as Mary Wollstonecraft and Alice Paul saw abortion as a clear evil which would only destroy the effort to gain legitimate rights for women. These pioneers saw no connection between what they were doing and abortion, which they saw as inherently evil and counterproductive to their cause!
As a result of this inaccurate and misleading connection between The First Wave of Feminism and The Second, more radical, Wave of the 70s, the term Feminism has become synonymous with abortion despite the fact that early feminism saw abortion as inherently evil and contrary to women's rights. In the mid 70s, in fact, Alice Paul stated that abortion would ultimately destroy feminism!
Feminism Becomes Cancerous: The Second Wave
What was once a noble and legitimate effort in The First Wave was bombarded by the immorality, secularism, materialism, and selfishness of the continuing 20th century. Exposed to ungodly forces, brewed in the pot of sin, skewed by liberal and immoral factions, the cause for protection, recognition, promotion, and development of women's rights was slowly degenerated and debased by social, political, media, and entertainment winds. It was in this broth of sin that The Second Wave of Feminism began led by such people as Betty Friedan, Gloria Steinem, Kate Michelman, Eleanor Smeal, Gloria Feldt and others. This cancerous growth on the ideal of women's rights was not about the noble causes of The First Wave. It was about language of servitude and slavery; about seeing marriage, children, and the family more as a prison than a privilege; about developing a hatred for men, motherhood, and any religious and moral limits on women's so-called absolute freedom; it was about the so-called goddess ideal in which women were the center to the detriment of all else.
This Wave was about radical victimization of women. While feminism always had a political angle, this second movement developed vicious and aggressive political claws.
While feminism had always been about protecting, this second movement became more about attacking. While feminism had always sought to promote quality of life, this second movement became more about rationalization for death. While feminism had been about exposing the truth of injustice toward women, this second wave was about concealing truth and promoting fraud.
While research shows that most American women favor feminism as defined in the First Wave, this Second Wave conceals and distorts the reality that most American women disfavor abortion as promoted by the Second Wave. In short, this Second Wave of Feminism has become a deadly cancer on a once noble cause. It is led by immoral fiends whose sense of conscience and ethics extends no further than their personal agenda. It comes from hell and will ultimately return back to that heinous home!
Enter the Virus: Abortion
Once the cancer of radical, Second Wave Feminism began to take hold, it spewed its poisonous influence on all societal institutions and segments, including the media, the schools, the workplace, and the family. Chants, slogans, songs, and posters decried that women were liberated of their slavery. The bra, the wedding ring, and the baby became disposable, flammable symbols of that oppression. People like Michelman and Smeal distribute the heinous, vile, despicable lie that abortion is critical, vital to preserving the rights and causes of women. They argue that removing abortion is removing the core of what feminism is all about. They spew the fraud that elimination of abortion is destruction of everything feminists have ever fought about. How disgusting, despicable, deplorable, and vile a lie! Speak to the First Wave, speak to the majority of American women, speak to medical evidence, speak to common sense and moral reality, speak to truth and the answer is quite clear. That answer is that promoting women's rights and protecting women has nothing to do with abortion and everything to do with preserving life. These ghouls have taken a righteous cause and radically debased it into hatred and death. Their uncompromising, stubborn, and extreme promotion of abortion only erases all credibility from the cause of women's rights. It is a litany of hypocrisy which invites ridicule over respect, death over duty, fraud over freedom, and crime over choice.
Abortion: The Ultimate Hypocrisy and Fraud
Abortion as promoted by radical feminism may be the most hypocritical, fraudulent, and counterproductive cause ever devised by clueless, immoral fools in the history of mankind. Its sheer transparency and weak foundation is enough to render the term feminism into utter and perpetual disfavor with people of conscience, morality, and even practicality. This weakness can be demonstrated in two ways. -
Abortion claims to be about liberation and choice, but it is actually about capitulation and lack of choice
Abortion advocates claim that they are liberating women by freeing them from the "forced" restraints of motherhood and pregnancy. They portray abortion as the ultimate rejection and banner for "bucking the system" imposed by men. In actuality, abortion is the ultimate surrender to such a system because it forces women to conform to society rather than forcing society to recognize, respect, and answer women's needs. Through abortion, women mutilate their physical, emotional, and moral beings to "play the game" with men. Feminism deformed itself from being about women to being about competing with men. The ultimate way to compete with men is to become like men and free oneself from pregnancy and motherhood. Instead of honoring and respecting women, abortion debases, disrespects, and defiles womanhood and its ultimate expression, motherhood.
Likewise, abortion advocates portray their cause and their marches as being for women's lives yet they ignore evidence in 29 out of 38 worldwide and 13 out of 15 American studies which show a link between breast cancer and abortion. They ignore the emotional toil of abortion and the post-abortion trauma of women. They do all of this because their slogan is a lie which conceals their real motives…rejection of family, motherhood, moral restraint, men, and traditional views. Organizations such as Planned Murderhood, NOW, and NARAL also benefit politically and financially from killing babies.
Lastly, many abortion advocates depict outlawing abortion as akin to legalizing rape.
In fact, it is abortion which is the most extreme form of rape and violation of a woman's being. Through this vile act a woman is induced to allow societal, social, economic, political and other pressures to invade her womb and rip out what should be her greatest treasure….her own child. Studies show that most women allow this because of desperation, misinformation, fear, confusion, and manipulation. Even those who claim to proudly and willingly allow this to be done to them are merely clueless pawns of forces which have successfully brainwashed brains which do not require many coins to wash.
Just as a trapped animal rips off his own leg to escape, so too many women who feel trapped rip off their own child to escape as well. This is hardly a picture of choice, freedom, liberation, or proud defiance of a system. It is more a tragic drama of desperation, fear, and surrender. How sad and pathetic this vile, despicable, ghastly crime really is!

· Through its stubborn defense of an indefensible crime, radical feminism loses all of its moral, social, political, and practical credibility in a sea of hypocrisy.

Conclusion
Like many people, I have coupled radical feminism with abortion, but this view is not without good reason. It is the result of a passionate effort by modern feminists to portray abortion as the unholy grail of their cause without which their cause will fall. Not only is this simply not true, but quite the opposite is true. People like Michelman, Feldt, and Justice O'Conner argue that access to abortion allows women to enter the game of social, economic, and political participation. They imply that abortion is the token which will allow women to enter the arena of democracy. Their arguments are a betrayal of women and their cause because they are basically surrendering the right of women to be women so that they can participate in society. The power of womanhood lies in what she can do which men cannot do. A woman can be successful, happy, and active just as a man can be, but he can never do this while being a mother as she can be. Instead of honoring, respecting, and promoting this beautiful power of women, radical feminism rejects, mocks, degrades, and conceals it as if it were some hideous tumor or vile virus. Ironically, it is radical feminism which is the tumor and abortion which is the virus on what was once a noble and legitimate cause…the right of women to be women.
