"Quid dicit Scriptura?"   To somewhat paraphrase Charlton Heston in Planet of the Apes:
  The second is a rehash from an article by James Hitchcock in the June Crisis just before there was the "crisis" at Crisis with editor Deal Hudson. Hitchcock shows his naivete to what the progressivists really intended for, as Bishop Williamson said a few years ago, you have your nasty liberals and your nice liberals, but the fact remains they're still liberals. Translate that to 'progressivists' and you get the point, especially when Hitchcock says that there were two camps of thought dominating. The fact is, as he identifies in the names, both camps were littered with heretics. It makes for revealing reading in confirming the culprits whom Atila Sinke Guimarães in his books The Murky Waters of Vatican II, Animus Delendi I and II and Romano Amerio in Iota Unum and Fr. Ralph Wiltgen in The Rhine Flows Into the Tiber, and several of Michael Davies' works, had already identified those same progressivists as the guilty parties.
 And speaking of progressivists, no publication rings more so than the National Catholic Reporter and John Allen checks in with more puffery in trying to justify the insanity suggested by Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor. In fact, Allen's December piece reads like a how-to for progressivist from "mega trends in Global Catholicism" (One wonders if they've ever heard of the "Universal Church") to more skimble-skamble on trying to "fix" the sex abuse scandal. That one is choice, folks. How many knew that one of the most sodomite-friendly prelates in the U.S. - Harry Flynn of the Twin Cities, is the Chair of the Ad-Hoc Committee on Sexual Abuse!?! Talk about in your face! If you think that is bad, get a load out of who else is on the Commission to revise the norms for sexual abuse: men like Cardinal George of Chicago, and bishops William Levada, William Lori and Thomas Doran. Talk about the foxes guarding the henhouse. Frank Keating was right on the money when he likened the U.S. Bishops to the Mafia. This just confirms it. You'll also find in Allen's ramblings more denials by the Vatican as to the mounting sexual abuse evidence against the founder of the Legionnaires of Christ and more erosion of Catholicism with the abominable French Revolution creed of religious liberty which Allen and his cohorts are all for. Figures. Read it and weep.
Making Sense of Sensus Catholicus 
  We are pleased to be able to share another letter from Father James F. Wathen, pioneering traditional author of The Great Sacrilege. As you know he has been undergoing chemotherapy and has suffered for some time, yet he is always a priest and even with his debilitating condition, can still provide words of wisdom which we share with you in a letter sent yesterday on two thoughts. First he focuses on the Gospel from the Feast and Octave of Saint John the Evangelist in which Christ says to Peter, "So I will have him to remain till I come, what is it to thee?". Father explains Our Lord's meaning and then the meaning of this time of Christmastide and a plethora of meditative thoughts on the Incarnate Word, a paradox to even "His Own who knew Him not...and received Him not" (cf. John 1: 10-11) - for what better vocabulary could ever suffice than the Incarnate Word. That Incarnate Word was embodied with a Divine nature which was infinite and a human nature which was finite in all things except sin. The Fatima File 
  John Vennari, in the latest issue of Catholic Family News provides proof that the those of the Novus Ordo persuasion continue to purposely ignore at the detriment of countless souls and a direct slap in the face of Our Lady of Fatima whose messages have been askewed and altered to cover up the lies perpetrated by the church of Vatican II. John submitted a letter to a 'Catholic' weekly publication in England, called The Universe to counterbalance all the bafflegab submitted by readers trying to justify the blasphemies at Fatima, but The Universe has yet to publish his letter for a month now. John, realizing the longer this goes unpublished, the more the lie takes hold, is revealing what The Universe has yet to print. Despite their original fairly accurate piece on the Fatima situation, one has to wonder who got to the editors of The Universe to silence them. By their delaying the printing of John's first-hand account letter, they have themselves become accomplices in the cover-up as you'll see in Letter to The Universe
The Sanity of Sanctity 
 Though her feast is not commemorated in the Holy Mass universally, January 3rd is the traditional feast of Saint Genevieve, not to be confused with the Arthurian Legend's Genevieve. She lived her life in much the same manner as another French woman fourteen hundred years later - Saint Therese of Lisieux for Genevieve, a great influence on King Clovis in establishing France as a Catholic country, was only a poor peasant girl, but Christ dwelt in her heart. She was anointed with His Spirit, and with power; she went about doing good, and God was with her. France has had so many blessings and look what the elder Daughter of the Church has squandered. God have mercy on this land once known as Gaul. The Little Flower, St. Genevieve and the countless other French saints must be mourning the loss of Faith in this once staunchly Catholic country. Gabriel's Clarion 
 Gabriel Garnica sounds the clarion on the vile sin of abortion by repeating the clarion signaled thousands of years ago in Moses' day. It is called the Ten Commandments, and there is no compromising this divine decalog. Yet man today thinks he can by justifying the sin of murder in the womb. Gabriel numerates why there can be no acceptance of this hideous and heinous sin by listing the reasons that correspond with each and every commandment. He shows the correlation of how it first offends God so via the first three commandments and how the fourth commandment serves as a link between offending God directly and harming our fellow man in the remaining six commandments, chief among them of course, the fifth commandment. But Gabriel points out how the sixth through the tenth are also totally incompatible with the abominable idea that a woman has the "right to choose" to kill her baby and that the U.S. Bishops cannot shy away from their duty to uphold not only Church teaching but the Divine Commandments. In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for the Double of the Second Class Feast of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, he elaborates on the beauty and treasure of this wonderful, holy Name that is above all others. Sacred Scripture and Holy Mother Church express this so beautifully, and yet today His Holy Name is profaned so, most of who do so fail to realize Christ's Own words in Matthew 12: 26 that each man shall be held accountable for what he says. If only these exclamations were a prayer instead of a profanity. But the cursing, sacrilegious, and scandalous use of our Lord's Holy Name only emotes anger in God and a long history of punishments by those who dare to profane His Name as Father points out in his sermon. He is the Lamb of God and the IHS symbolizes His name - Iesus Hominum Salvator for Jesus, Savior of Man is also represented as the Lamb of God (Agnus Dei) Who shed His blood for us. Yet how do we repay Him? By defiling His Holy Name? Not a good idea. A better idea is to recall the great Hymns that sustained the Church for so many centuries and to bow our heads and bend our knee in total reverence to our King. in his sermon "Blessed be the Name of the Lord"
FEED MY SHEEP 
 The day after Christmas broke with an eerie sky, an omen that the 40-year period of Mercy had run its course, blotted out by the suffocating humanistic spirit of Vatican II. Fittingly on the Feast of the Protomartyr St. Stephen, the time of Justice began. Those expecting Christ to calm the seas without totally repenting and converting uncompromisingly to His True Church, as it always was from Peter through Pius XII, may be in for a shock. The clarion of this era caught over 5 million in Indonesia and surrounding countries off guard and the lives of well over 100,000 were eliminated by the terrifying tsunami. Many more will perish in the abysmal aftermath as disease and other factors come into play until sanitary conditions are restored. This was in the third-world countries. If God can allow such a catastrophe half-way around the world, do you think North America and Europe will be preserved when these two continents are among the worst offenders? Are they prepared for such a disaster not only to the body but the soul? Do they realize they must be willing to follow Christ and His True Church just as St. Stephen did rather than selling out their Faith? If they have their spiritual house in order, they will not fear for their own lives but will realize where this voyage will end and strap in for the long haul with their Rosaries and the Faith of the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church - outside of which there is no salvation - no hope of being rescued from the denizens of the deepest pits of hell. "Qui legit, intelligat" 
In Father Louis Campbell's sermon for the Feast of the Circumcision of Our Lord, He illustrates how Christ, through the obedience of His Blessed Mother and foster father St. Joseph to the old traditions, was cleansed through Circumcision, the first bloodletting by our Savior Who came into this world to save souls and, as the Apostle Paul affirms in Titus 2: 14, Cleansing for Himself an Acceptable People. Yet, where is the cleansing of grace today in the modern conciliar church? Father points out the futility of John Paul II's strange and foreign-to-Catholic ears theology and Vatican II bafflegab. Father cites through the infallible Word of Scripture, St. Irenaeus, and the eye-opening exposé published by a very respectable priest the inanity and insanity of newChurch's concepts of Catholicism. There is no 'Civilization of Love' without grace and belief in only one religion - that founded by Jesus Christ Who was like us in all ways, except sin. Yet He subjected Himself to the humiliation of the Cross which began with His circumcision, a feast incidentally and purposefully eliminated by the conciliar church. Living our Faith 
 We begin the New Year with the Bible as we will cover the purpose and background in a short overview of the Old Testament which began with "In the beginning God created Heaven and earth" in the Book of Genesis and ends with the last words of the beloved disciple Saint John the Evangelist in the Book of Apocalypse with "Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. The Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen" in the New Testament. Between these words are millions of others, all sanctioned as the Word and a guide for helping us attain everlasting life. That is a major reason why we provide these catechetical "points of enlightenment" in order to help more Catholics better understand their Faith. Regardless of where any Catholic is in his or her journey toward salvation, he or she has to recognize that the Faith they were initiated into at the Sacrament of Baptism, making them truly members of the Mystical Body of Christ, is the most precious gift they have been given in life. If they truly want to live their Faith as it was taught in the Church through 260 Popes, they must know the Faith and live it as Traditional Catholics. That's the only way to KEEP THE FAITH! Jacob Michael pinpoints the necessity of the Circumcision in a way that few Catholics ever realized. He also clearly refutes Jewish claims today that God's covenant with them is still in vogue on their terms. Rather, as Jacob shows, He has rescinded His covenant and He did so in the Book of Deuteronomy when the Lord established prequisites of each family's first-born. Throughout Sacred Scripture the Jewish people are referred to as donkeys or worse, because of their stubborn nature which proved to be their downfall. Jacob emphasizes and elaborates on the fact that Christ had to be circumcised in order to redeem God's chosen ones from the curse of the Deuteronomic Law that made figurative mules of the multitudes because of their stubbornness. Our Lord came to fulfill the Old Law and establish the New Covenant. The Circumcision was the first shedding of blood to carry out redemption. This year there will be many articles on the Second Vatican Council as it marks the 40th year since that aberration closed. Right out of the chute we have a few articles for you to peruse that show the surface optimism of the progressivists who even prefer to be called optimists. In scanning the wreckage we can see very clearly there are no fruits, only devastation, but that doesn't seem to phase the "optimists" who if they don't believe in something, will fall for anything. We can only pray that Catholics will not allow further ruination by buying into the claptrap that Vatican II hasn't been fulfilled yet and only when that happens will the fruits become fully evident. To that we respond, Horsefeathers! The barbarians are at the gate and they need to be resisted or else we're going to have more disintegration of the Sacred Deposit of Faith at the expense of ecumenism, humanism and secularism. Michael Forrest, Personnel Director for Robert Sungenis' Catholic Apologetics International cautions the apostate USCCB for their continued bashing of Mel Gibson and his film The Passion of The Christ. In reading Forrest's plea in which he refutes the bishops' statements and lists what these pathetic prelates should be doing, we can read between the lines to realize why the bishops hate Mel and his movie so: his film and he are through and through true to the Truths and Traditions of Holy Mother Church and the revolutionaries do not like that one bit. That's the bottom line no matter what spin they might drivel on about. Cozying up to the ADL is only a desperate sign of misery loving company.
UPI has a short article which is typical of the apostate church of Vatican II: March in step with the political correct nazis. Let sodomites run wild, let children fall away from the faith, let bishops continue to cover up and spout heresy because a promotion or retirement perks await them. Traditional Catholicism isn't the only enemy on the VaticanTwoArians' list, now you can add smoking as a heinous sin that must be eliminated. We can just hear those spineless prelates gnawing at the bit to condemn smoking while they refuse to condemn abortion or censor pro-abort 'Catholic' politicians, while they continue to deceive so many souls in so many ways including concealing the truths of the Immemorial Latin Mass of Tradition. Maybe newchurch is getting sensitive to what hell will be like and, as they have in so many things,don't want to be reminded of necessary Catholic negative theology. Our advice to Traditional Catholics everywhere is light 'em up if you got 'em and let's smoke out the charlatans posing as the modern hierarchy from the top down!

Hmmm, do you think the good Lord is trying to tell us all something? Like "Repent and return to the Church I founded."? What happened the minute Christ died on the Cross. Can you say 'earthquake' as in rent the Temple in half!? Man has been so dumbed down over the last half century that he can't even see the signs when they are so obvious. God help our generation. We already know the conciliar church didn't learn from the earthquake in Assisi, so why should we be surprised if people don't learn from the Tsunami in Southeast Asia. The hymn "The Twelve Days of Christmas," so popular today in secular circles during this time of year, was actually a secret catechism based on the Truths of the Roman Catechism of Trent. This abbreviated code was sung by Roman Catholics after the Reformation in many countries such as England where they were not allowed to practice their faith. Thus, in similar fashion as the early Christians used the symbol of the fish, so also persecuted and deprived faithful Catholics sought to communicate with fellow Catholics to truly celebrate the Faith underground. Paramount was the Birth of Jesus Christ as the Savior in the Catholic tradition. By singing this song, they could communicate without fear of reprisal. Thus they formed this "carol" which represented "religious reality" in symbols. This also held true during the persecutions of the French Revolution.
