 Dogmas, Sacraments and hierarchy, both their notion and reality, are only interpretations and evolutions of the Christian intelligence which have increased and perfected by an external series of additions the little germ latent in the Gospel.

You see when the Modernist attacks the Dogmas, Sacraments and hierarchy then they think they can take the divinely-ordained factor out of the equation and reduce it to "notion" and "interpretations and evolutions" that have created, even being "perfected by an external series of additions the little germ latent in the Gospel." Say what? If that doesn't sum up the VulgArians in the doublespeak, bafflegab and scuttlebutt they've peddled over the past 40 years, what does. You'll notice how they have totally taken the Holy Ghost out of the picture and the fact that Christ promised His Spirit would be always with His Church. By giving you only bits and pieces and not admitting to gospel truth, they can play their little game until the cows come home. Of course, with their line of thinking it may not be cows for they may have evolved into something else. Who knows what makes these Modernists tick? Satan does, that's who. You'll note also that which has been "perfected" is not Christ's Church but "Christian intelligence." In other words, man has advanced and now knows better than the mind of God and he has progressed because of "an external series of additions the little germ latent in the Gospel." In other words, men, fathers of the Church, great Doctors of the Church, great Popes, holy saints, mystics, prophets could not understand the hidden meanings in the Gospel but by additions (read innovations and novelties) it's all become so clear. You see the Modernist, in his warped thinking, actually thinks he has the answers that he can become equal to or greater than God. Hmm, isn't that how it all started in the Garden of Eden? It's a vicious circle, folks, and we do mean vicious when it comes to the Modernist mind.
