It is impossible to reconcile the natural sense of the Gospel texts with the sense taught by our theologians concerning the conscience and the infallible knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Here again you can see the diabolic disorientation the Modernists employ by stating "it is impossible to reconcilie the 'natural' sense of the Gospel texts." Do you see the verbal engineering at work here? What is the "natural sense of the Gospel texts"? Nowhere do the Modernists mention the "Supernatural sense of the Gospel texts." That they will never do that because Modernists' whole premise of belief is built on humanism. To reassure their false suppositions they cast aspersions on those theologians who upheld the inerrant Word of God. Instead they divert attention to modern theologians who, after twenty centuries finally have the answer that God, somehow, missed for nearly two millennia. But man, in his advanced knowledge knows so much more than the Supreme Being today for to acknowledge God as such would be to admit their total dependence upon Him and adherence to His Laws and divinely-ordained sacraments established by Christ and handed down faithfully by the true Successors of Peter and the Apostles. Can't have that because their pride will not allow them to admit these truths. Afterall, it would conflict with their whole agenda. But in order to continue the facade, to deceive, if it were possible (and it is, sadly), even the elect, they posture Catholic-speak but in their prattle a true discerner, imbued with grace to see through the bafflegab, can see the lie which St. Paul warned would believe the "operation of error." His Holiness St. Pius X had the grace to foresee the entire picture and warn his vast flock, but few could apply it themselves or felt they were immune. As we can see from the tragic condition of souls over the past 45 years or so, they are definitely not immune!
