Help us reach more souls

Thanks to the kind permission of Mary Immaculate Queen Press, we reproduce for each day in November the respective De Profundis Prayers for the Holy Souls in Purgatory with Daily Thoughts and Prayers for Our Beloved Dead. It is called such for Psalm 129 is said daily and applies to those souls exiled from Heaven for however so long. If you did not have the opportunity to make the Toties Quoties Indulgence from noon this past Wednesday, November 1 until midnight at the end of All Souls Day on Thursday, November 2 you can still make them on the Twenty-Third Sunday after Pentecost up until midnight of November 5. We could say be sure to set your clock back, but think of that extra hour you could have in praying for the souls with the Indulgence Prayer of six Our Fathers, Hail Marys, and Glory Bes. These prayers carry an Imprimatur from Patrick Cardinal Hayes of New York. You can order the booklets for .50 each from Mary Immaculate Queen Center, 8504 N. St. Michael's Road, Spokane, WA 99217-9333. There is a different short prayer for each day followed by Psalm 129. Jean Baptiste Gergeres, a Catholic theologian and author of the 19th century, states:

"When we love, we remember, and this memory, this effect of love, is not a barren thought. It resolves itself into DEEDS for the loved one. Why, when sorrow is united with faith, should not our sad memories resolve themselves into sentiments sweet and precious to the soul? To recall the features, the accents, the manners and the sentiments of a loved one is still to see him, to hear him, to touch him and to associate him with the joys and sorrows which he formerly shared."

O Jesus, Thou suffered and died that all mankind might be saved

Yes, soul control! With this November edition we want to provide inspiration each day from The Prophesies and Revelations of St. Bridget of Sweden that can be found beneath each day along with the true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for that day, a sermon by either a Traditional Catholic Bishop or a Traditional Catholic Priest, provided by Traditional Catholic Sermons, as well as the De profundis prayer for that day for your edification and to illustrate that as merciful as God is, He is also all just and requires our fortitude and loyalty to His Divine Will. All other articles are suspended for this month so we can focus on our responsibility to save souls.

November is here as we turn back the clocks an hour and secretly wish we could turn it back fifty or sixty years. But that is impossible for God's Ordaining Will has not been followed and so we are left to accept His Permitting Will in these dark times of the Great Apostasy.

In November the emphasis is always on the the Poor Souls in Purgatory who languish longer because, for the most part, they are forgotten. Why? Well, possibly and probably because the very concept of Purgatory has been downplayed over the last half a century or more thanks to the heresy of universal salvation through ecumenism where, according to too many, everyone goes to Heaven, yes, even Atheists as the latest in the line of antichrist 'popes' has liberally expressed among many of his blatant heretical comments that, while not formally pronounced, might as well be with today's instant media where nary a word or action is missed, which leads to much misleading and confusion for the common CONciLIAR 'Catholic' who has no clue of what the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Faith has always taught. To verify we are not just whistling Dixie, see Documentation on why the CONciLIAR church is NOT Catholic and Why the Vatican 2 'popes' cannot possibly be Catholic, let alone true popes.

Contrary to popular public opinion and PC norms, there is only one way to get to Heaven and that is through membership in the Catholic Church, not to be confused with the counterfeit church of conciliarism spawned from the heretical Vatican 2 unCouncil. It's called, Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus, for those not up on the Church's Mother Tongue, that's Latin for "Outside the Church there is No Salvation." That's a dogma of the Church. End of discussion even as Mr. Jorge Bergoglio continues to lambast true Catholics while condoning Protestants in their heresies, even lauding the arch-heretic Martin Luther on the day of the devil - Halloween to "celebrate" uh, the the 500th Anniversary of the Protestant Revolution. Go figure. For those still wondering, see the infallible dogmatic pronouncement of the Fourth Lateran Council, Article One, Confession of Faith, and Unam Sanctam. You'll see there is no gray. It's in black and white for infallible, perennial Magisterium of the Church set such in stone in reinforcing what Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ declared in St. Mark 16: 15-16. True Catholics believe in absolutes. We are inflexible in the Faith and will not waiver to the devil's winds of change. End of discussion. Take that Francis, and stuff it in your Marxist apostate pipe!

So we would hope you would pray for the souls posted on our Requiem Deck and take advantage of the De Profundis Prayers above for each day this month to speed souls to the celestial region of the Church Triumphant. We offer a plethora of saints celebrated this month below for each week in November up to Advent which begins on December 3 this year.

So where does that leave us the Church Militant here on earth? Working out our salvation "with fear and trembling" as St. Paul reminds us in Philippians 2: 11. The true Catholic Faith is the only way to do that and our whole purpose here at the DailyCatholic for the last decade, and yes, well before that as well in intent, is to inform and educate souls as to the truth for the Truth will set you free. Where have we heard that before?

The answer begins with the Sacraments and prayer, specifically praying the Holy Rosary as often as our states in life permit. Probably few times in history have Christians been more reviled than in our day when the godless seem to be stifling free speech and forcing more crosses on those who won't compromise with the world, the flesh, and the devil. We cannot let up and should not limit our Rosary to one day a week. In fact there is now a way where you can join others around the country in praying the Holy Rosary on ROSARY CALL where Tom Gilbrough from Mt. St. Michael's in Spokane has set up a conference call every evening at 7 p.m. Pacific Standard Time now. On the east coast this would be 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Central 9 p.m., and 8 p.m. Mountain time. Just call 712-775-7031 then, when answered, punch in access 393-323# You are encouraged to call in 5 to 10 minutes early to prepare to share the Holy Rosary with others. You can follow along with the prayers of the Rosary if you do not know them by going to Holy Rosary port

On Saturday mornings you are invited to call 319-527-2928 and join Dave Fuire and possibly a priest in praying the five Mysteries of the holy Rosary at 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, noon Central Standard Time, 11 a.m. Mountain Standard Time, and 10 a.m. Pacific Standard Time in reparation for the offenses against the Immaculate Heart of Mary. It is what Our Lady asked for at Fatima.

You'll note that Traditional Catholics never acknowledge the heretical luminous mysteries. Why? Because Heaven bestowed the holy Rosary to St. Dominic to fight the heresy of Albigensianism in 1214. Mary stipulated that the three sets of mysteries made up Christ's life through her and they represented the 150 Psalms which, when divided by the Trinitarian number 3 equals 50 Aves. Victorious over the Albgensians, it remained the same with miraculous results for nearly 800 years until unsaint JP2 decided he'd add the Masonic luminous mysteries. With that unprecedented move in which man thought he knew better than God, the number jumped to four sets of mysteries equalling 200 Aves. To show how demonic this is, when you divide 200 by the Trinitarian number 3 you get 66.6! That should tell you all you need to know about Vatican 2 and it's false 'popes'. That is why it is paramount to the welfare of your eternal soul to pray for the restoration of the true Roman Catholic Church so the true sacramental grace will flow freely again to save sinners trapped in mortal sin.

The Rosary is the most powerful weapon we have. Connect those beads and pray for a true Pope. The Rosary is the chief weapon we have at our disposal 7/24. But it's about time those of us who rail that we haven't had a true pope since the death of His Holiness of happy memory Pope Pius XII on October 9, 1958 get off the snide and do something about it. No, we can't elect a pope, but we can sure pray that Heaven will intercede via divine intervention and send us, in the only way God knows, a true pope to end the Great Apostasy and resurrect the true Roman Catholic Church that has been in eclipse over the last 58 years. This is the mission of a special website recruiting souls to commit one day a month to pray for a true pope. You'll note the wording is "pray for a pope" not "the pope" becauses the last six occupants have been imposters, false popes, antipopes, possibly antichrists. The power of the holy Rosary has worked so many times when there is strength in numbers. Just remember Pope St. Pius V's plea for victory at Lepanto. It can happen again. We just have to have faith, conviction, and action in storming Heaven. Remember, Jesus cannot say no to His Blessed Mother. Contact Pray for a True Pope

As mentioned above it's all about soul control and we are in a battle for souls with satan and his legions. That includes a war with the false CONciLIAR church of Vatican 2 which has led so many souls astray, especially with the daily apostasy spewed from Modern Rome with little resistance from those in lockstep with . We must not forget our fellow man, the vast majority who have been duped by the pied piper from Argentina who is leading the sheeple to the abyss. We invite all Protestants as well to truly compare the true Catholic Faith with the compromising tenets of their religion and how close theirs is to the apostate church of Vatican 2 and realize their very souls are at stake. We must pray they will connect the dots and realize that the only true Church founded by That's soul control since we're helping control our own souls as well by this wise exercise of faith and devotion. was the one in St. Matthew 16: 18-19 upon which He appointed St. Peter as His Vicar on earth, followed by Pope St. Linus all the way up through His Holiness Pope Pius XII. Following his death on October 9, 1958 the legitimate Conclave elected a man who, for whatever reason, many believe intimidated and threatened, refused the Chair of Peter. It was at that point the Holy Ghost removed his protection and a known Mason and heretic was elected. It has been that way ever since up through what may well be the worst of the lot, paralleling the kings of the Maccabees. That is why we are in a struggle to the death for saving souls because with the Blessed Virgin Mary's help, and the aid of St. Michael the Archangel and all the angels and saints,we can gain control over satan in saving souls. It's our duty, let's get to it in righting the grave wrongs (read heresies) the apostate false 'popes' below have imposed on the faithful.

To help you connect the dots, we provide trusted in-depth links here on the DailyCatholic as well as pertinent and practical no-holds-barred comments from reliable sedevacantist sites on the latest atrocities from Modernist Rome to prove the Great Apostasy that has engulfed the CONciLIAR church and left the true Catholic Church in eclipse. We provide exclusively sedevacantist sources since that is the only conclusion to reconcile what has happened over the past 50 years with the closing of Vatican 2 that came to a close 51 years ago this December 8th.

How do we restore the sacred? Retired General John Kelly nailed it in his 18-minute White House press briefing in educating to the lamestream media on how nothing is sacred anymore, especially religion. So how do we wake up the masses as to what constitutes a true Mass and that those in the CONciLIAR church of Vatican 2 do not have it? First of all, we pray. Then we inform so the deaf may hear and the dumb speak out the truths from the rooftops. For those reliable sources dedicated to this with no compromise with the counterfeit CONciLIAR church and the schemes toward a new One World Order which is intent on erasing all true spirituality from this planet, see below. Note, we promote here those sites that carry almost daily coverage and in no way demean other sites that update more infreqently. For those sites, please see our links for Traditional Catholic Resources.

As these sites above point out, the only obstacle to totally dominating as a totalitarian society is the Roman Catholic Church. Always has been. Since the death of the last true Sovereign Pontiff Pope Pius XII on October 9, 1958 that wall of resistance has been steadily crumbling thanks to those with a worldly Marxist bent to accept the world and please man rather than God as is so evident today. Oh, the devil is laughing, but he seems to forget Genesis 3:15 where the Blessed Virgin Mary will crush his head with her heel. Oh, we can't wait! Until then, it's important to expose the wolves just as holy St. Francis de Sales, Pope Leo XIII, and Pope St. Pius X advised for the sake of informing souls of the dangers these charlatans pose.

I know you've heard this "song and dance" before of non-profits asking for money. The only problem is I can't sing and you don't want to see me dance. Therefore, with hat in hand I throw myself on the mercy of our readers to help keep this publication, with over twenty-one years of being on the world-wide web, on line for the specific purpose of saving souls. For the past two decades, through thick and thin, this editor has not taken a salary. It is a labor of love for the sake of converting souls to the truths and traditions of holy Mother Church as handed down from St. Peter through Pope Pius XII.

We stand diametrically opposed to the Modernist trend made evident by the Second Vatican Council and all that has followed and now making itself so blatantly evident with the chaotic presence of yet another false 'pope' (read antichrist or false prophet or "man of lawlessness") in the line of the apostate Vatican 2 CONciLIAR anti-popes. Francis, better known as Mr. Jorge Bergoglio, has almost made it a habit of spewing heretical statements as a weekly occurrence. If you are now realizing this fact, it would behoove you to chip in and help those fighting in the trenches against the enemies of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and His Immaculate Mother Mary.

I find it so disheartening to see the obscene sums donated to corrupt politicians and yet so few give from their treasure to those non-profits like ours whose platform outlines everlasting life. It's truly an anomaly. For emergencies like the hurricanes, by all means they come first, but it's also true that we need to contribute to the support of the Church and since that true Church is in the catacombs it is traditional apostolates like ours and those on our links who are shouting from the rooftops the infrangible truths and traditions of holy Mother Church in the din of so much apostasy out there. So much falls on deaf ears as Jesus said it would, but those who are sincere and are given the grace, we ask you to help if you can. We have our steady few benefactors that have been so loyal with monthly contributions ranging from maybe a dozen donations ranging from five, ten, and fifteen dollars each to a few twenty and twenty-five dollar gifts, two thirty dollar donations, one seventy dollar donation a few times a month, and one three-hundred dollar munificence a month. That adds up to around $650 a month with expenses over $1500 a month so you can see the predicament SANCTUS/DailyCatholic faces to make ends meet.

I've always been uncomfortable asking for money for our own causes. Yet, when I see the six figure amounts Novus Ordo CONciLIAR editors and Executive Directors are garnering with nary a question as to its unbalanced impropriety, I wince. Our Lord has said "A laborer is worth his wages" but there's a balance there where the top honchos don't horde it all while proceeds for the very mission are sparced out. I've never believed one should charge for promoting the true Faith. That is why we've never gone the subscription route. That is why we don't run ads. We want to keep the DailyCatholic as pure as possible. I can also proudly claim, thanks to our own scrutiny and God's graces, that we have never published anything contrary to the infallible, perennial Magisterium of the Church, and with confidence, can assure our readers that they are safe in the HomePort of the DailyCatholic pages as well as the links we provide for other trusted ports.

I'm struck with awe of the advice the great Doctor of the Church St. Augustine passed down regarding almsgiving that you see directly below.

"Generosity will save a person from Eternal Death, it will even blot out any sin.....because Almsgiving is prayer...it brings graces, it cleanses the soul from guilt and punishment.....What good is faith without works, if we desert our fellow man in his need.?"

Please don't desert the DailyCatholic and this traditional apostolate of SANCTUS. If you have benefited in anyway from what we have published, we humbly ask your help to keep this publication on line. We know that so many of our readers are unable to assist at a true traditional Latin Mass because of where they live and use the traditional daily liturgy, devotional material, and inspirational articles we publish to gain the efficacious graces possible through their prayers at home. We remain the only publication in the world to provide the Propers every day of the year and are grateful to God that we can provide such nourishment for souls. We've decided to focus more on these aspects of our Catholic Faith and, for the most part, link the polemics of what is happening today in the Church and state.

We urgently ask if you can contribute anything in these tight times, we would be so appreciative for the coffers are truly bare. Think of all the untold millions being thrown into the election process last year.If you've contributed to a campaign, can't you spare a crumb now for this apostolate to convert apostates? After all we hear the economy is picking up. If you are still in the category of the lukewarm, then you will pass over this plea and move on to the next thing that tickles your fancy. But if you truly want to commit, we offer you the opportunity below to put that commitment into action for the good of saving souls. If you have not donated before, isn't it only right and proper to donate now? Whatever you can afford will be greatly appreciated. Just click the button below or send a check/money order to the address below. We are a bonafide non-profit 501c(3) religious association and all donations are tax-deductible. Whatever you would have contributed toward a bloated political campaigns or thrown away in the CONciLIAR collection plates that only goes to covering up the sins of its presbyters and false primates while destroying all semblence of Catholicism, why not earmark it for SANCTUS/DailyCatholic? After all, shouldn't we all take St. Paul's strong counsel in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 to heart and "stand firm, and hold the traditions which you have learned"? I thank you in advance for any donation you can send.

We encourage you to learn more about the Traditional Latin Mass - the true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in these videos at this link because each time you worthily assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in person, you gain graces that are placed in a "golden chalice", so to speak, and is offered to God to be weighed in substance when you stand before Him at your Particular Judgment. The more you have filled this chalice, the better will it go for your spiritual welfare in eternity, enhanced by your cooperation with grace. Know the Mass

To assist all in striving toward holiness, click on the Confessional to your right to review your transgressions through a thorough Examination of Conscience

When One Cannot physically assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass we provide additional prayers that can be supplemented with the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and the PROPER OF THE DAY to enable you to better prepare yourself at home. Of course, this never replaces actually being there, but it is much better than attending the Novus Ordo services. Therefore we have gleaned from The Key of Heaven prayers to say at home. It is very comforting to know that the Holy Mass is offered for us even when we are not actually present. But to enjoy the benefits which it procures, we must by a SPIRITUAL COMMUNION become partakers of the altar from which we are temporarily banished. Here we provide prayers in preparation for fulfilling assistance in absentia in addition to the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and PROPER OF THE DAY. PRAYERS IN ABSENTIA

Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle; be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, O prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

Sancte Michael Archangele, defende nos in proelio, contra nequitiam et insidias diaboli esto praesidium. Imperet illi Deus, supplices deprecamur: tuque, Princeps militiae caelestis, Satanam aliosque spiritus malignos, qui ad perditionem animarum pervagantur in mundo, divina virtute, in infernum detrude. Amen.

Soul of Christ, sanctify me.
Body of Christ, save me.
Blood of Christ, inebriate me.
Water from the side of Christ, wash me.
Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
O good Jesus, hear me.
Within Thy wounds, hide me.
Permit me to never be separated from Thee.
From the malicious enemy, defend me.
At the hour of my death, call me
And bid me to come to unto Thee
That with Thy Saints I may praise Thee
Forever and ever. Amen.

Anima Christi, sanctifica me.
Corpus Christi, salva me.
Sanguis Christi, inebria me.
Aqua lateris Christi, lava me.
Passio Christi, conforta me.
O bone Iesu, exaudi me.
Intra Tua vulnera absconde me.
Ne permittas me separari a Te.
Ab hoste maligno defende me.
In hora mortis meae voca me.
Et iube me venire ad Te,
Ut cum Sanctis tuis laudem te

My God, I believe, I adore, I trust and I love Thee; and I beg pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not trust, and do not love Thee.
(repeat the above 3 times then bow your head in reciting the following:)

O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in tabernacles throughout the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in unison with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg the conversion of poor sinners.

O Most Holy Trinity, I adore Thee! My God, my God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament!

O my Jesus, it is for love of Thee, in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of poor sinners.

Prayer Before the Crucifix

Behold, O kind and most sweet Jesus, I cast myself upon my knees in Thy sight, and with the most fervent desire of my soul I pray and beseech Thee that Thou wouldst fix deep within my heart lively sentiments of Faith, Hope and Charity, with true repentance for my sins, and a firm purpose of amendment, whilst with deep affection and grief of soul I ponder within myself and mentally contemplate Thy five most precious Wounds; having before my eyes the words which David in prophesy spoke concerning Thee, O Good Jesus: "They have pierced My hands and My feet; they have numbered all My bones."

Plenary Indulgence, Condition:
  • Confession
  • Communion
  • One Our Father
  • One Hail Mary
  • One Glory be...
Pope Pius IX, July 31, 1858

Griff Ruby, author of The Resurrection of the Roman Catholic Church, has just published two volumes on the existence of Sedevacantism in our times. (click on each book to where you can procure them) that quite readily refute anything the anti-sedevacantists can muster.

To fortify why the CONciLIAR church is the false church, see key Papal Decrees that preceded it in pre-Vatican Two times by true Popes who solidly condemned the V2 false 'popes' who have spit in Heaven's Face. God will not be mocked. See for yourself what the infallible, perennial Magisterium of the Church has decreed:

  • Unam Sanctam Pope Boniface VIII
  • Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio Pope Paul IV
  • Quo Primum Pope St. Pius V
  • De Defectibus Pope St. Pius V
  • Satis Cognitum Pope Leo XIII

We know that so many of our readers are unable to assist at a true traditional Latin Mass because of where they live and use the daily liturgy we publish to gain the efficacious graces possible through their prayers at home. We remain the only publication in the world to provide such and are grateful to God that we can provide such nourishment for souls. If you have not donated before, isn't it only right and proper to donate now? Whatever you can afford will be greatly appreciated. Just click the button below or send a check/money order to the address below. We are a bonafide non-profit 501c(3) religious association and all donations are tax-deductible. Whatever you would have contributed toward any bloated political campaigns or thrown away in the conciliar collection plates that only goes to covering up the sins of its presbyters and false primates while destroying all semblence of Catholicism, why not earmark it for SANCTUS/DailyCatholic? After all, shouldn't we all take St. Paul's strong counsel in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 to heart and "stand firm, and hold the traditions which you have learned"?
