In this time when so many assume they're going to Heaven, they might be surprised to realize that isn't necessarily the case. Sunday's gospel of St. Matthew 16: 1-9 wherein the Jesus the Supreme Judge will call each one of us to task for how we accounted for our stewardship. This means whatever talents and treasures God has blessed each soul with, how did that person utilize it to the best of their ability? That is one reason holy Mother Church puts such an emphasis on the Corporal and Spiritual Acts of Mercy. This is the focus of the Haydock Commentary for the Eighth Sunday after Pentecost to Give an Account of thy Stewardship provided by John Gregory with a sermon by Fr. Benedict Hughes, CMRI on how a solid spiritual life will ward off evil if we Live The Life of Virtue. There is a commemoration of the holy martyrs Sts. Abdon and Sennen with a sermon on them by Bishop Daniel Dolan. His Excellency also presents a sermon on Monday, the last day of July, when we celebrate the feast of a St. Ignatius of Loyola one of the co-founders of the Society of Jesus.

August starts off with several dedicated saints including St. Peter who was freed from his prison chains by an angel. It is also the commemoration of the Seven Holy Machabees who fiercely fought King Antiochus, the very despot who had introduced the "Abomination of Desolation" as foretold in Daniel, just as today Traditional Catholics fiercely fight against the apostate CONciLIAR church of Vatican Two and the "Abomination of Desolation" foretold by Our Lord in Matthew 24: 15. On Tuesday we celebrate the holy Bishop and Doctor of the Church St. Alphonsus Liguori, who was so dedicated to Our Lady and warned of the Great Apostasy in our time. He was the "Keeper of the Moral Compass". On the feast of the Finding of the Body of proto-martyr St. Stephen on Thursday, we begin the Nine Day Novena to St. Philomena On Friday we observe First Friday Devotions and the feast of the holy founder of the Order of Preachers St. Dominic who was also the grateful recipient of the holy Rosary from Heaven to fight heresy. Saturday is the feast of Our Lady of the Snows and First Saturday Devotions. It is the Sixth Saturday of the Fifteen Saturdays Rosary Crusade as we begin the Sorrowful Mysteries with the intention of contrition for our sins and John Gregory provides a scriptural meditation on the First Sorrowful Mystery - the Agony in the Garden.

During the week we bring you a special feature each day, beginning with a gem from John Gregory's "Faithful to Tradition" series. On Monday he compares the Sacrament of Extreme Unction with the new-fangled CONciLIAR "Sacrament" of the sick in The Last Rites Compared. Tuesday we continue with Fr. Courtney Krier's "Argument for Sedevacantism" series with part four, The Catholicity of the Church. On Wednesday, we present the inspirational Church-approved messages to St. Bridget of Sweden with Chapter Five of Book One, Without God's cooperation all efforts are futile. Thursday we bring you a gem from the brilliant mind of Introibo ad Altare Dei with how the Modernists are In Their Satanic Majesty's Service. Friday we continue the stark comparisons of the True Mass with the false Novus Ordo with Reason Three of the Graces vs. Fables.

The sad fact is that since Vatican 2, the counterfeit church that eclipsed the true Church has put all their marbles in the corporal side of things while ignoring the spiritual. This is so obvious today with Marxist-bred Mr. Jorge Bergoglio humanistic globalism for a One World Relgion that totally ignores Divine Law by focusing favor on the world, the flesh, and, yes, definitely the devil.

Of all sources verifying this, NovusOrdoWatch provides the best play-by-play of the implosion of the counterfeit CONciLIAR church and the schemes toward a One World Order which is intent on erasing all true spirituality from this planet. We strongly recommend you devote some time to listen to the monthly TRADCASTS and frequent TradCAST Express, all available at the same site. Hearing this and knowing Marxist Mr. Jorge Bergoglio's track record we shouldn't be surprised that the world is thrilled, while many Catholics are shocked, especially with his latest push to recognize all religions as equal: Pantheism and Syncretism at its apex toward a one world religion under Satan. Traditional Catholics are not shocked because we saw it coming as did these others worth checking on daily such as Christorchaos.com for articles and links, as well as these blogs we heartily recommend Introibo Ad Altare Dei, Fr. Anthony Cekada's Quidlibet, Bishop Donald Sanborn's In Veritate, and the satirical, but on-point Call Me Jorge. We also point you to Traditio which, although the Father Moderators will not admit the term "sedevacantism", 95% of what they provide reinforces this position. Note, we provide here those sites that carry almost daily coverage and in no way demean other sites that update more infreqently. For those sites, please see Traditional Catholic Resource Port. They all weigh in on the consequences of the dastardly deeds by those in Modernist Rome and their cronies around the world who blatantly contradict Catholic truth, which of course is so reminiscent of Vatican 2 documents. So stay tuned to our DailyCatholic Twitter Feed for the latest as well as the editor's SANCTUS facebook page

The only obstacle to totally dominating as a totalitarian society is the Roman Catholic Church. Always has been. Since the death of His Holiness Pope Pius XII on October 9, 1958 that wall of resistance has been steadily crumbling thanks to those with a worldly Marxist bent to accept the world and please man rather than God as is so evident today. Oh, the devil is laughing, but he seems to forget Genesis 3:15 where the Blessed Virgin Mary will crush his head with her heel. Oh, we can't wait! Until then, it's important to expose the wolves just as the holy Doctor of the Church St. Francis de Sales advises for the sake of informing souls of the dangers these charlatans pose.

It's also important that Protestants of every fabric, as well as those wedded to the dead-end Novus Ordo and its apparatchiks, realize Jesus founded only ONE Church upon the Rock of Peter and "the gates of hell shall not prevail against it" (St. Matthew 16: 18). Just the fact the fortifications are crumbling is evidence the church since the 60's is not the true Church for if it were, then the conclusion would have to be Jesus was wrong. That is blasphemy. Ergo, we need only revert to the Act of Faith we say every day wherein we pray "We believe these and all the truths of the holy Catholic Church because Thou hast revealed them, Who canst neither deceive nor be deceived." Just the fact so many souls have been deceived proves it is not from God, but of His adversary lucifer and his legions. Also the fact that all other religions formed over the last two millennia Anno Domini were founded by men who thought they had a better idea than God give credence that they were all founded upon error. Thus Lutherans, Presbyterians, Methodist, Baptist, Mormons, etc. may call themselves Christians, but considering they subscribe to a sect that broke from the true Church, and thus have abandoned their stewardship as God expects, this should have them quaking in their boots for unbeknownst to them, most have embraced Mammon. We say that not to denigrate those born into or taking up a false religion, but to "Preach the word: be instant in season, out of season: reprove, entreat, rebuke in all patience and doctrine" as St. Paul urges in 2 Timothy 4: 2. For the Apostle of the Gentiles was given to know as he warned in the next two verses: "For there shall be a time, when they will not endure sound doctrine; but, according to their own desires, they will heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears: And will indeed turn away their hearing from the truth, but will be turned unto fables."

The vast majority of Protestants and Novus Ordinarians do not realize this and it is left to true Catholics to inform them, to reprove, entreat, rebuke in all patience and doctrine. Basically it means upsetting their comfort zone. They may not like it, they may put up their defenses or do as so many do, change the subject and get away as fast as they can. But if we, as true faithful Catholics who abide by the infallible, perennial Magisterium of nearly 2000 years, do not do as Paul instructs in verse five to be vigilant, labor in all things, and do the work of an evangelist to fulfill our ministry while keeping sober, then we will be held accountable for our stewardship and face bad news at our Particular Judgment. We may not win friends with our persistence to proclaim the truth, but if we can convert souls, that's all that counts with God. Man has a free will. That is something to remember and when rebuked, then shake the sandals and move on. After all, all Our Lord asks is that we try. He'll do the rest. We conclude with the reminder of what Christ says in St. Luke 18: 7-8, "And will not God revenge His elect who cry to Him day and night: and will He have patience in their regard?I say to you, that He will quickly revenge them. But yet the Son of man, when He cometh, shall He find, think you, faith on earth?" The truth is there is little faith left and it is dwindling by the day. It all makes sense today and it makes sense to take our stewardship seriously.

While we see the edifications of the saints, we also must be aware of their adversaries who work tirelessly to dissuade souls from pursuing holiness, which we will cover further down for it is not something that has just happened, but was percolating for centuries and only came to the surface over the past plus years with the cabal that corrals Catholics today with the notion that doctrine evolves and that everyone goes to Heaven. To alert souls to this deception, what we all must do is...

No matter the month, that Heart and Blood took life within the living tabernacle that is God's chosen vessel the Blessed Virgin Mary who as Co-Redemptrix, has promised at Fatima in fulfillment of Sacred Scripture that her Immaculate Heart would triumph. That could be God's way of inserting divine intervention to offset this Great Apostasy we remain in. Her holy Rosary is the link of hope between Traditional Catholics and CONciLIAR Catholics, and we remind you of your opportunity to pray each evening with others by calling into moderator Tom Gillbrough for Rosary Conference Call at 10 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, 9 p.m. Central, 8 p.m. Mountain, and 7 p.m. in the Pacific Daylight time zone. You are encouraged to call in ten minutes before the hour so that the Rosary can start on time with no latecomers to upset the reverence and continuity of the Blessed Virgin Mary's holy Psalter. For those who want to stay on after the five decades, they may join in praying the other two sets of mysteries not covered for that day. Monday and Thursday are the Joyful mysteries, Tuesday and Friday are the Sorrowful mysteries, and Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday are the Glorious mysteries.

On Saturday mornings you are invited to call 319-527-2928 and join Dave Fuire and often times a priest in praying the five Glorious Mysteries at 1 p.m. EDT, noon CDT, 11 a.m. MDT, and 10 a.m. PDT in reparation for the offenses against the Immaculate Heart of Mary. It is what Our Lady asked for at Fatima. To enhance devotion to the Immaculate Heart we bring you all through this month a stanza or stanzas each day from the Little Office of the Immaculate Conception

You'll note that Traditional Catholics never acknowledge the heretical luminous mysteries. Why? Because Heaven bestowed the holy Rosary to St. Dominic to fight the heresy of Albigensianism in 1214. Mary stipulated that the three sets of mysteries made up Christ's life through her and they represented the 150 Psalms which, when divided by the Trinitarian number 3 equals 50 Aves. Victorious over the Albgensians, it remained the same with miraculous results for nearly 800 years until unsaint JP2 decided he'd add the Masonic luminous mysteries. With that unprecedented move in which man thought he knew better than God, the number jumped to four sets of mysteries equalling 200 Aves. To show how demonic this is, when you divide 200 by the Trinitarian number 3 you get 66.6! That should tell you all you need to know about Vatican 2 and it's false 'popes'. That is why it is paramount to the welfare of your eternal soul to...

A lot has been said about the heretical 'Apostolic' declaration Amoris Laetitia that has spurred so much controversy, but there are so many other heresies spewed from Mr. Bergoglio's mouth. How many lambs will be placed on the Lord's right? With the relaxation and total negligence of many Catholic disciplines today, that number might be smaller than you might think because the vast majority of the sheep are so lost because the so-called shepherds of the modern church, while masquerading as priests and prelates, are truly wolves who have ravaged souls for the past fifty years or so. Other than traditional priests and bishops ordained in the true Sacrament of Holy Orders, all those "ordained" or "consecrated" since 1968 with the man-made rite of Giovanni Montini have no more authority or power than a protestant minister, who, as Pope Leo XIII perfectly put it, "are completely null and utterly void." in his decree Apostolicae Curae regarding Anglican Orders, which were much more in tune than any Novus Ordo rite, yet are invalid. What does that tell you about the 'priests' and 'bishops' of the CONciLIAR church today? The fact is not since His Holiness Pope Pius XII have we had a true shepherd sitting in the Chair of Peter. That has greatly contributed to the chaos the world faces today because since the early part of the Conclave of 1958, when the Holy Ghost withdrew His protection because a false church was determined to eclipse the true Church. How long that will last is anybody's guess, but the more we see, the further away the counterfeit CONciLIAR church is out-protestanting the Protestants, and even the heathens! You see, through the Vatican 2 agenda, secular humanism man has replaced God!

I know it's a shock to most to realize they're barking up the wrong tree, the one without the true barque of Peter. It was to us when we connected all the dots and finally came to the conclusion that the only syllogism possible to verify Christ's words was that the true Church remains in an interminable interregnum, chiefly because a heretic cannot be a pope for he is no longer Catholic. The links we provide above to other ports verifies this fact. All we ask is that you pray for the grace to see the veracity of what is presented. It can be a tremendous task to leave the comfort zone of a religion that has relaxed so much, but isn't it worth it for your salvation? That was the decision we came to after realizing how much we were duped - yes, we're not alone - for as Jesus said in St. Matthew 24: 24-25: "insomuch as to deceive (if possible) even the elect. Behold I have told it to you, beforehand." We've been warned, and yet so many refuse to connect the dots. It behooves you to do so and do so soon.

To affirm this in more depth and assist you in this truth, we heartily recommend Griff Ruby's two-volume books titled Sede Vacante. In addition we present here a thorough talk by His Excellency Bishop Donald Sanborn, Rector of Most Holy Trinity Seminary. We encourage you to set aside an hour and a half to truly help your soul and clarify what is really happening by listening to his magnificent and eye-opening complete overview of the Great Apostasy in: The Novus Ordo Church, Vatican II, and Sedevacantism. It's a good idea to listen to the Questions and Answers after his talk that provides rock-solid reasons why Sedevacantists have been right all along and we pray more will receive the grace to see why and flee the Novus Ordo.

The words above are the wise counsel of St. Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 and just the fact that you have arrived on this site is a blessing whether you are a non-Catholic or a CONciLIAR Catholic. We hope you pray for the grace to truly see that all we publish here is the unadulterated Catholic truth. As we have said so many times, don't take our word for it, see what holy Mother Church has always taught as infrangible truth for Our Lord cannot deceive nor be deceived. We pray you can see that if you have been deceived in any way by what has been taught by the Vatican 2 church, then something must be wrong and you will know it does not come from God, but rather His adversary the devil.

That is why we have endeavored for 21 years online to bring you the infrangible truths and traditions of the Church instituted by Christ. We can humbly say we have never had to print a retraction of anything published on these pages. Of course with all that we have here and in archives it takes money to continue. We know that so many of our readers are unable to assist at a true traditional Latin Mass because of where they live and use the daily liturgy from the approved St. Andrew Missal 1945 and in so doing can gain the efficacious graces possible through their prayers at home. We remain the only publication in the world to provide such and are grateful to God that we can provide such nourishment for souls. So if you have benefited in any way, we'd be so grateful for a tax-deductible donation of whatever you deem it is worth. We remind you of the advice of the holy Doctor of the Church Saint Augustine on almsgiving:

"Generosity will save a person from Eternal Death, it will even blot out any sin.....because Almsgiving is prayer...it brings graces, it cleanses the soul from guilt and punishment.....What good is faith without works, if we desert our fellow man in his need?"

Whatever you can afford will be greatly appreciated and you will be added to our daily prayer list personally by name and your intentions. Just click the button below or you may send a check/money order to the address below. We are a bonafide non-profit 501c(3) religious association and all donations are tax-deductible. Thank you in advance for your caring and sharing. It all comes down to St. Paul's strong counsel in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 above. That is something we strive to fulfill and convince souls of everywhere.

The theme of the Eighth Sunday is to account for your stewardship before God and then man. In the Epistle we are reminded of our divine filiation, and Our Lord tells us in a parable in today's Gospel of the duties thereby entailed. We are the children of God, since we may say in all truth: Our Father (Epistle). God has given us life, "wherefore we must life according to His will" (Collect). Just as this rich landowner who, before giving his son his share of the heritage, wishes to test his administrative capability, by entrusting to him things of ...More

Sts. Abdon and Sennen were Persians who, coming to Rome in the Third Century, courageously confessed the faith of Christ and were put to death in the persecution of Decius in 250. The emperor Decius, enemy of Christians, had defeated the king of Persia and become master of several countries over which he reigned. He had already condemned to torture and death Saint Polychrome, with five members of his clergy. Saint Abdon and Saint Sennen, illustrious Persian dignitaries of the third century whom the king of Persia had highly honored, were secretly Christian; it was they who had taken up the body of the martyred bishop, which had been cast contemptuously before a temple of Saturn, to bury it at night, with honor. The two royal officials, now fallen under the domination of Rome, were ...More

To enhance each Sunday's Epistle and Gospel we present this special feature provided by John Gregory with the Haydock Commentary found at the bottom of each page of the Douay-Rheims Bible. For the Eighth Sunday after Pentecost, the theme is giving an account of one's responsibilities, one's stewardship over those things God has entrusted each with. This means abiding by His laws and not being slaves to the world, the flesh and the devil for to give in to that triumverate of trouble will punch one's almost sure ticket to accommodations with Mammon who is so cunning, especially in the midst of those children of the light who are not on their guard, not tending to their duties and not vigilant to the Holy Ghost's promptings. "Give an account of thy stewardship"

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a fourteen-minute sermon given six years ago by Father Benedict Hughes, CMRI, Rector of St. Joseph Seminary at the City of Mary in Rathdrum, Idaho. Father reminds us of the epistle of St. Paul today how living according to the flesh, we shall die and today we are in greater danger than ever because of the culture that leans toward the world, the flesh and the devil. To combat this we must avoid the occasions of sin and control our eyes and thoughts. Especially during the summer months. The best defense is the receiving the sacraments of Penance and the Holy Eucharist as often as we can. Invocations will help us throughout the day in keeping our eye on the Prize through living a life of virtue, beginning with humility and sincere contrition to go and sin no more. Do not allow yourself to be sucked in by society and the world for the only result of sin is guilt and punishment, eternal punishment. That's why it's called mortal sin! Father explains in Live The Life of Virtue

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a four-minute, forty-one second sermon given eight years ago for the feast of the holy martyrs Sts. Abden and Sennen by Bishop Daniel Dolan, pastor of St. Gertrude the Great in Cincinnati, Ohio. They were Persians who were taken to Rome because they were Christians and were to be persecuted. His Excellency equates ancient Persia to modern day Iran how the persecution has not stopped today where they refuse the true Faith and opt for following false prophets. He urges us to pray to these two martyrs for the conversion of Iran and of Modernist Rome. He adds a special prayer to these two martyrs Sts. Abdon and Sennen

Saint Ignatius Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus, was born at Loyola in Spain, in the year 1491. He served his king as a soldier till his thirtieth year. Convalescing from a severe wound received at the siege of Pampeluna, he was given, in the absence of other books, the Lives of Jesus Christ and of the Saints. It dawned on his chivalric nature that the Church has need of her army to defend under the sovereign Pontiff the interest of God against heresy and all evil.
On his recovery he ascended Montserrat and in the Benedictine Abbey there he laid down his sword at the feet of the Blessed Virgin. He learned here to love the Psalms and canticles of the Divine Office which he was later to recommend to the faithful; he desired that those who were to make his Spiritual Exercises should choose ...More

Today we bring you an article by John written six years ago on the difference between the grace-filled salvific Sacrament of Extreme Unction and the new-fangled Vatican 2 concoction called the "sacrament" of the sick. John wrote this with the hope that Catholics caught in the vice of the CONciLIAR structure and who are compelled to follow the man-made rites that may be called sacraments but are not, will not get squeezed when the time comes and God says your time on this earth is about to end. How sad, no make that how tragic it is that countless Catholics are being deprived of the true Sacrament of the Last Rites by buying into the 'sacrament of the sick cures all' when in truth, it cures very little and, like untested drugs today, there can be many side effects that make it much more dangerous to take the drug than not. So also with the 'sacrament' of the sick. Just as they have warning labels on prescriptions and cigarette packs, so also they should have warning labels plastered on the doors of every Novus Ordo lodge (church) saying: Enter at your own risk. The Last Rites Compared

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a ten-minute sermon given eight years ago on this feast by Bishop Daniel Dolan, pastor of St. Gertrude the Great in Cincinatti, Ohio. His Excellency reminds us that St. Ignatius of Loyola was a former soldier, a Conquistador and he had seen bloodshed but wanted to save souls and to do so they needed to be educated, both the priests and the penitents. Thus gathering some priests together he spearheaded the founding of the Society of Jesus that has fallen on very hard times for there are hardly any true Jesuits left today for "the worse thing is the corruption of those who are the best" and before Vatican 2 the Jesuits were considered the best. Not today for they have sold out to the Modernists and embraced the Apostasy, being some of the most liberal going and who began liberation theology in the 20th Century with many leading Jesuits responsible for laying the foundatin for the Great Apostasy. His Excellency prays that we will have the fire of God's love that consumed Saint Ignatius of Loyola

Today is the Feast of Saint Peter's Chains. The chains with which Peter the Apostle was fettered from time to time have always been the object of veneration among the faithful. They are preserved in a basilica in Rome, which is called Saint Peter ad Vincula (in chains). The anniversary of the dedication of this church falls on August 1st. The chains of the Apostle Paul are preserved in the Basilica of St. Paul. The reverence shown to the chains of the two apostles must have been very widely spread in olden times from the moment when ...More

Today is also the feast of the Holy Machabees, Martyrs The Seven Martyrs The Seven Machabees, brothers, and other Jews, suffered martyrdom for their faith in the second century before Christ, under the tyrant Antiochus Epiphanes, the impious king of Syria. They are the only martyrs who suffered before Christ that are honored with a feast of universal observance. Their relics were placed in the church of St. Peter's Chains beneath the new altar on August 1st. See the Mass Nunc scio vere

Again we thank Father Courtney E. Krier, pastor of St. Joseph's Traditional Catholic Church in Las Vegas who has graciously granted permission to republish a thorough series of "An Argument for SedeVacantism." Today he continues going through each of the four marks of the Church, with focusing on the Holiness of the Church as it always was from the Apostles through the pontificate of His Holiness Pope Pius XII. Father proves this with decrees of Councils, true popes, and trusted theologians as he cites the The Roman Catechism, the Scriptures, Saints, Doctors, and Popes on what exactly it means to say: 2c. The Catholicity of the Church

In honoring the month of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, we will run each day a stanza from the Little Office of the Immaculate Conception. It begins with the following:
Come, Holy Ghost, fill the hearts of Thy faithful, and enkindle in them the fire of Thy love.
    V. Send forth Thy Spirit and they shall be created.
    R. And Thou shalt renew the face of the earth.
    Let us pray
O God, Who dost instruct the hearts of the faithful by the light of the Holy Ghost, grant that, by the same Spirit, we may be truly wise, and ever rejoice in His consolation Through Christ our Lord. Amen. Open, O Lord, my mouth to bless Thy Holy Name; cleanse my heart from all vain, evil and distracting thoughts; enlighten my understanding, inflame my will, that I may worthily recite this Office with attention and devotion, and deserve to be heard in the presence of Thy Divine Majesty. Through Christ our Lord. Amen. O Lord, in union with that Divine intention with which Thou didst praise God on earth, I offer to Thee these hours.
Then begins Matins with:
    V. Come, my lips and wide proclaim.
    R. The Blessed Virgin's spotless fame.
    V. O Lady, make speed to befriend me.
    R. From the heands of the enemy mightily defend me.
    V. The Glory be ending with Alleluia
Then begins the first stanza of Matins:

      Hail, Queen of the heavens,
           Hail mistress of earth,
      Hail virgin most pure
           Of Immaculate birth.
From Matins in the Little Office of the Immaculate Conception

St. Alphonsus was born of noble parents near Naples, Italy, in 1696, and died in 1787. In the midst of many evils he appeared with a three-fold mission as Doctor, Bishop, and founder of a new religious Order. As Doctor he became the great teacher of Moral Theology; he found the middle way between the two extremes of the lax and the over rigorous, and by his ascetic writings he spread amongst the people Catholic piety, devotion to Our Lady, to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, to the Passion, and defended the supreme rights of the Church and of the Pope. As apostle and bishop St. Alphonsus sought to imitate Our Divine Redeemer in His evangelizing journeys through the villages of Galilee and Judea. Hence he founded his own society of missionaries whom he destined to labor among the poor peasants and mountaineers rather than the inhabitants of the towns. As founder of a new Order, the saint has the merit of having adapted the scope of his work to the needs of the time, and of having brought it to completion in spite of innumerable difficulties. Although approved by the Pope, the King of Naples refused to permit the new Order to establish itself. St. Alphonsus himself was ...More

Through these revelations to St. Bridget we see clearer than ever the mind of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The loving words of her Bridegroom here presents a wonderful parable of a lovely castle. This magnificent edifice signifies the holy Church Militant where Jesus tells St. Bridget how the Church of God will be rebuilt by the prayers of His bride, His Blessed Mother, and of all the saints, as well as all presently members of the Church Militant in the great Communion of Saints for if we do not work together, the ramparts of the castle walls will crumble and be pillaged as we see in Chapter Five of Book One Without God's cooperation all efforts are futile

The holy Doctor of the Church Saint Alphonsus Liguori founded an order dedicated to redeeming souls and he wrote volumes during a time when the enlightenment was already threatening the foundations of the Church. He vowed never to waste a moment and never did. He was the outstanding moral theologian who held the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass as the greatest gift any Catholic could partake in. He foretold the very crisis the Church is suffering today when he prophesied, "The devil has always attempted, by means of the heretics, to deprive the world of the Mass, making them precursors of the antichrist, who, before anything else, will try to abolish and will actually abolish the Holy Sacrament of the altar, as a punishment for the sins of men, according to the prediction of Daniel 'And strength was given him against the continual sacrificer'." Alphonsus, through a thorough knowledge of the Faith, the cavalier attitude already permeating the Church and through messages he himself received from Heaven, knew that day would come when, just as Our Lord foretold in Matthew 24: 15, the "abomination of desolation" would occur. He was truly the Keeper of the Moral Compass

The body of St. Stephen, the first martyr, with those of some other saints, was discovered near Jerusalem in the year 415. Later the body of the saint was taken to Constantinople and finally to Rome, where it now lies beside that of St. Lawrence. The many miracles that occurred on the finding of St. Stephen's body led to the institution of this festival, besides that of December 26th. A tradition states that Gamaliel, the teacher of St. Paul, had buried the body of St. Stephen at his country house; Nicodemus and Abibas, son of Gamaliel, and Gamaliel himself, were also buried there. Day One

Though we know of the author's identity, this faithful Traditional Catholic has respectfully requested anonymity because he is also a lawyer in New York City and, well, you know how satan would love to interfere. Just let it be said that he was in on the ground floor of the Catholic Traditionalist Movement begun by the late Father Gommar DePauw and he knows whereof he speaks in applying a true sensus Catholicus to everything he writes. We continute bringing you his past gems posted on his excellent blog site Introibo ad Altare Dei. Today's article is taken December nearly three years ago and points out how Francis is very cleverly condoning sins that cry to Heaven for vengeance and saying nothing against satanic influencers like the Rolling Stones and Madonna, to name just a handful of perverters who have influenced the Modernist church. Before Amortis laetitia was released he was already lobbying for integrating divorced couples for the sacraments, unrepentant sodomites, and other perversions he promotes by omission as he allows such evils of which Vatican 2 opened Pandora's Box and has had no intention of closing as sin now has become virtue and virtue vice. Oh, satan has to love how he is pulling the strings of Bergoglio and those predecessors before who all have served In Their Satanic Majesty's Service

St. Dominic, the founder of the Order of Friars Preachers, was born in Spain in 1170, and died at Bologna, Italy, in 1221. In 1208 while the saint was at prayer Our Lady appeared to him, gave him the Rosary, and bade him go forth and preach. Beads in hand, he led the Catholic troops against the Albigensians. and crushed that heresy. Countless souls were brought to grace by his words. His parents attributed his birth to the prayers of the holy Benedictine Abbot, Dominic of Silos; his mother saw in a vision her child in the shape of a little dog, holding a torch in his mouth. He became the great defender of of Catholic Doctrine, and the opponent of heresies. See the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for the feast of St. Dominic of Os justi

Day Two

On this feast of St. Dominic who received the holy Rosary, John Gregory presents an inspiring piece on the founder of the Order of Preachers. St. Dominic was the extirpator of heresy, who is the ideal on how we can extrapolate today those heretics far worse than in the time when Dominic walked the earth for holy Mother Church. How do we know of the heretics today? The very words of Sacred Scripture expose these heretics such as the CONciLIAR false 'popes' from Roncalli through Bergoglio, by their own words that makes them apostates far more devious than the Albigensians who ravaged the Church in the thirteenth century. Heaven bestowed the powerful weapon of the Rosary to St. Dominic to fight heresies. Today that weapon must be used all the more fervently if we are to defeat the Modernists who subscribe to what Pope St. Pius X called the "synthesis of all heresies." John provides the evidence in The Receptor of the Rosary to be the Extirpator of Heresies

This is the third of seventy-seven Graces derived from participation at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass - the Mass of All Ages - the Latin Mass of the Roman Rite which was decreed to be said "in perpetuity" by Pope Saint Pius V in codifying the infallible decrees of the dogmatic Council of Trent. These graces are taken from Father Martin von Cochem's Explanation of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with an imprimatur. For thy sake the Son of God comes down from Heaven and conceals Himself under the form of the Sacred Host.
This is the third of 62 reasons which were submitted by the Priests of Campos and endorsed by the late great Bishop Castro de Mayer. Reason number two: Because the New Mass leads us to think "that truths...can be changed or ignored without infidelity to that sacred deposit of doctrine to which the Catholic Faith is bound forever" as Alfredo Cardinal Ottaviani and Antonio CardinalBacci wrote in The Ottaviani Intervention in protesting Paul VI's abominable changes to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

    And called thee His Word's
         Own Mother to be,
    By whom He created
The earth, sky and sea. Amen.

God elected here and pre-elected her.
He made her to dwell in His tabernacle.
    O Lady, hear my prayer.
And let my cry come unto thee.

From Matins in the Little Office of the Immaculate Conception

Tradition tells us that during the pontificate of Pope Liberius, in the Fourth Century, in the heat of August, the plan of the church of St. Mary Major was traced out in a miraculous fall of snow. For this reason that basilica is known as St. Mary-of-the-Snow, and the name is also given to the feast of its dedication. The stations at at Christmas are held in this Church because some relics of the Crib of Bethlehem are preserved there. The Pope was also accustomed to officiate there on the first Sunday in Advent, at the beginning of ...More

Day Three

John Gregory presents a meditation on the Sorrowful Mysteries with the first for it is at the Mount of Olivet where we begin, with our Lord, the grueling trek to Calvary. There in the Garden He was alone for even His Apostles could not watch one hour with Him. How lonely it must have been, how harrowing the agony to see our sins and transgressions. How can we ease His suffering? By resolving not to place ourselves in the occasions of sin; by being part of the hope and light that sustained Him and encouraged Him to continue His course for He was a man, like us in every way, save for sin. Why, oh, why do we persist in offending the Son of God? And yet, while we still expect God to do so much for us, are we willing to spend even an hour a day with Him and for Him? The First Sorrowful Mystery: The Agony in the Garden

We urge you to click the Rosary banner above for the Fifth Saturday in the Fifteen Saturdays Rosary Crusade organized by Bishop Robert McKenna, O.P. to do our part for the salvation of souls by bringing souls to the true Catholic Faith and Sacraments, for the welfare of our country, and for our own special intentions as we all strive for holiness in our role as members of the Church Militant. On this sixth Saturday of the Fifteen we now arrive at the Sorrowful stage of Christ's life with the Agony in the Garden where He wept in realizing how soon we would abandon Him for the world, the flesh and the devil. If only we realized He must be our only world and we all need to have contrition for our sins as is the intention for the Sixth Saturday

July is a month when the world grows even darker, governments and hierarchs grow more sinister in their bargain with the devil to eradicate God and His true Church. We turn then to the Son of God and implore Jesus to wash us in His Most Precious Blood and have mercy on us, to save us in this time of great confusion and peril, the time of the Great Apostasy, where so many have foresaken God and the true Faith. Therefore it is left to Christ's few left among the remnant, those few He will find who still have the true Faith He instituted and who practice it according to the infallible, perennial Magisterium of His Church, not conceding even one iota of compromise to the counterfeit church of conciliarism or to the demonic government that has usurped man's rights before God. It is all because of our sins that Christ died and it is because of our sins that we are receiving just punishment for abandoning Him and His Commandments. It is truly a time of Tenebrae when the darkness grows even darker. Thus it is left to us to encourage others to take up with us the heavenly weapon that, outside of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, is the most powerful tool we have to combat all the demonic activities in ecclesiastical and secular circles that threaten souls. The very fact so many are lukewarm and that the Lord will vomit them out of His mouth as documented in Apocalypse 3: 16, should prompt us all to pray all the more and call upon Heaven for mercy. We must understand that the innocent will suffer along with the guilty, but the innocent who truly follow all that Christ established and are faithful to the end, even if it leads to martyrdom as it did in early Rome, England and France and so many other spots throughout the world throughout history, will be rewarded with a heavenly crown as Christ has promised and as Saint Paul affirms in his epistles. For the truths of what the Church really teaches, see below when true, reliable popes preserved the constituted evangelic Tradition and the purity of the orthodox Faith and the Christian religion.

To fortify why the CONciLIAR church is the false church, see key Papal Decrees that preceded it in pre-Vatican Two times by true Popes who solidly condemned the V2 false 'popes' who have spit in Heaven's Face. God will not be mocked. See for yourself what the infallible, perennial Magisterium of the Church has decreed:

We encourage you to learn more about the Traditional Latin Mass - the true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in these videos at this link because each time you worthily assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in person, you gain graces that are placed in a "golden chalice", so to speak, and is offered to God to be weighed in substance when you stand before Him at your Particular Judgment. The more you have filled this chalice, the better will it go for your spiritual welfare in eternity, enhanced by your cooperation with grace. Know the Mass

When One Cannot physically assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass we provide additional prayers that can be supplemented with the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and the PROPER OF THE DAY to enable you to better prepare yourself at home. Of course, this never replaces actually being there, but it is much better than attending the Novus Ordo services. Therefore we have gleaned from The Key of Heaven prayers to say at home. It is very comforting to know that the Holy Mass is offered for us even when we are not actually present. But to enjoy the benefits which it procures, we must by a SPIRITUAL COMMUNION become partakers of the altar from which we are temporarily banished. Here we provide prayers in preparation for fulfilling assistance in absentia in addition to the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and PROPER OF THE DAY. PRAYERS IN ABSENTIA

    Prayer Before the Crucifix

Behold, O kind and most sweet Jesus, I cast myself upon my knees in Thy sight, and with the most fervent desire of my soul I pray and beseech Thee that Thou wouldst fix deep within my heart lively sentiments of Faith, Hope and Charity, with true repentance for my sins, and a firm purpose of amendment, whilst with deep affection and grief of soul I ponder within myself and mentally contemplate Thy five most precious Wounds; having before my eyes the words which David in prophesy spoke concerning Thee, O Good Jesus: "They have pierced My hands and My feet; they have numbered all My bones."

    Plenary Indulgence, Condition:
    • Confession
    • Communion
    • One Our Father
    • One Hail Mary
    • One Glory be...

  • The Fatima Prayers

My God, I believe, I adore, I trust and I love Thee; and I beg pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not trust, and do not love Thee.
(repeat the above 3 times then bow your head in reciting the following:)

O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in tabernacles throughout the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in unison with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg the conversion of poor sinners.

O Most Holy Trinity, I adore Thee! My God, my God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament!

O my Jesus, it is for love of Thee, in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of poor sinners.
