This is a special week when we celebrate two glorious feasts. First on Tuesday, still within the Octave of Corpus Christi, we end the month of May by honoring the Coronation of the Blessed Virgin Mary as Queen of Heaven and earth with the Double of the Second Class Feast of the Queenship of Mary as we offer Our Lady a the full spiritual bouquet of beautiful flowers and virtues garnered for her each day during the month. After we observe the Octave Day of Corpus Christi, we celebrate the First Class Feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus on the First Friday of June, followed by First Saturday on the feast of the holy confessor St. Francis Caracciolo.     Help us reach more souls

The day after Memorial Day, we turn all our attention on Tuesday towards the one honored throughout the month of May, the Mother of God whose coronation as Queen of Heaven and earth we celebrate on June 1 this year because of Trinity Sunday. Appropriately throughout the past month we've honored her each day with a different daily flower that corresponded to a respective virtue in amassing a beautiful spiritual floral bouquet to be presented to Our Lady on her feast of the Queenship of Mary. To enhance that spiritual bouquet we've prayed her devotion to The Little Crown of the Twelve Stars of the Blessed Virgin Mary. We present the full bouquet below for her feast day when we celebrate her Coronation.

What we celebrate this week within the octave of Corpus Christi in celebrating the true Presence of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar as we continue the Novena to the Sacred Heart leading to the First Class Feast of the Our Lord's Most Sacred Heart on Friday. Committing ourselves to Christ comes full circle during this month dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus leading to July which is the month of the Most Precious Blood. That is why we encourage you, if you have not done so, to seek out a true priest to come and enthrone and consecrate your home to His Sacred Heart. We refer you to our True Masses section for phone numbers of true priests throughout the United States for making an appointment for Consecration to and Enthronement of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in the Home.

What these true priests stand for is in great contradiction to what is represented to the world today as the "Catholic Church" for we, as Traditional Catholics loyal to the perennial, infallible Magisterium of the Church realize it is not Catholic but rather a counterfeit church that, via the heresies of the Second Vatican Council, eclipsed the true Church. Jesus said clearly in the Gospel of St. Matthew 7: 15-20,

"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. By their fruits you shall know them...Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, and the evil tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can an evil tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit, shall be cut down, and shall be cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits you shall know them."

So we ask you, where are the good fruits of the CONciLIAR church of Vatican 2? Right! There are none! Do you want to cling to an evil tree that is destined for the furnace? That is the destination of the Modernist church of Rome, described as the Harlot of Babylon in chapters 17 and 18 of the Book of the Apocalypse. We ask in all charity, please, please connect the dots.

The rot of Vatican 2 has grown so out of control and perverted that today several do not understand what defines a heretic as heresies abound. Yet, those in the "Recognize-and-Resist" camps continue the ridiculous spin, tripping all over themselves, that Jorge Bergoglio is a true 'pope' while all the evidence belies that statement, especially in light of all the heresies attributed to him. Thus, we again present a two and a half minute video by Epichea Productions and first posted by Fr. Anthony Cekada on his Quidlibet to wake up the faithful to connect the dots on what constitutes a heretic. This shows clearly there is no room for doubt: The Vatican 2 'popes' have been heretics, ergo not true Roman Pontiffs. Flee the false church or forever rue it.

This is why we highly recommend the following sources to keep all abreast of events as fast as they are spinning out of control along with their causes and consequences, as well as inspiration from other trusted ports, we confidently point you to NovusOrdoWatch.org and Christorchaos.com for articles and links, as well as four blogs worth your while, Introibo Ad Altare Dei, Bishop Donald Sanborn's In Veritate, Fr. Cekada's Quidlibet, and the satirical, but on-point Call Me Jorge and the longstanding Traditio to name just a few of the reliable sites you can trust. There are others, but most of these update almost daily.

All we ask is that you pray for the grace to see the veracity of what is presented. It can be a tremendous task to leave the comfort zone of a religion that has relaxed so much, but isn't it worth it for your salvation? That was the decision we came to after realizing how much we were duped - yes, we're not alone - for as Jesus said in St. Matthew 24: 24-25: "insomuch as to deceive (if possible) even the elect. Behold I have told it to you, beforehand."

We've been warned, and yet so many refuse to connect the dots. It behooves you to do so and do so soon. We strongly urge you to forego some TV tonight and devote a few hours to listen to the facts that leave no doubt. Click on the Tradcast graphic to the right to hearing what's really happening to our beloved faith. Knowing Marxist Mr. Jorge Bergoglio's track record we shouldn't be surprised that the world is thrilled with him and Amoris Laetitia, while many Catholics are shocked. Traditional Catholics are not shocked because we saw it coming and predicted this very chaos. For all of this the best source for what is happening in separating the lambs on the right from the goats on the left is Novus Ordo Watch which provides links to several sources on reactions to "Joy of Love."

To affirm the above and assist you in this truth, we present a thorough talk by His Excellency Bishop Donald Sanborn, Rector of Most Holy Trinity Seminary, first published last week on Novus Ordo Watch. We encourage you to set aside an hour and a half to truly help your soul and clarify what is really happening by listening to his magnificent and eye-opening complete overview of the Great Apostasy in: The Novus Ordo Church, Vatican II, and Sedevacantism. It's a good idea to listen to the Questions and Answers after his talk that provides rock-solid reasons why Sedevacantists have been right all along and we pray more will receive the grace to see why and flee the Novus Ordo.

Behold I have told it to you, beforehand." We've been warned, and yet so many refuse to connect the dots. It behooves you to do so and do so soon.

For further proof of the heresies of the false 'popes' who have ruled the "church of Darkness" for 57 years, we refer you to NovusOrdoWatch's links on Mr. Jorge Mario Bergoglio (aka Francis), Fr. Joseph Ratzinger (aka Benedict XVI), Bishop Karol Wojtyla (aka John Paul II) and Angelo Cardinal Roncalli (aka John XXIII). For why the latter's successors was not a true pope, see Archbishop Giovanni Montini (aka Paul VI) and his successor Monsignor Albino Luciani (aka John Paul I). If you cannot connect the dots after seeing the evidence, then there is no hope you ever will. If you want to take your chances with testing the fires with the bad tree, then, by all means, ignore what we have provided. But if you truly value the state of your soul, you will take this very seriously. Remember, don't take our word for it, see what holy Mother Church has decreed and compare.

A lot has been said about the heretical 'Apostolic' declaration Amoris Laetitia, but the best summary is provided at TRADCAST from Novus Ordo Watch. So stay tuned to our DailyCatholic Twitter Feed for the latest as well as the editor's SANCTUS facebook page

How many lambs will be placed on the Lord's right? With the relaxation and total negligence of many Catholic disciplines today, that number might be smaller than you might think because the vast majority of the sheep are so lost because the so-called shepherds of the modern church, while masquerading as priests and prelates, are truly wolves who have ravaged souls for the past fifty years or so. Other than traditional priests and bishops ordained in the true Sacrament of Holy Orders, all those "ordained" or "consecrated" since 1968 with the man-made rite of Giovanni Montini have no more authority or power than a protestant minister, who, as Pope Leo XIII perfectly put it, "are completely null and utterly void." The fact is not since His Holiness Pope Pius XII have we had a true shepherd sitting in the Chair of Peter. That has greatly contributed to the chaos the world faces today because since the early part of the Conclave of 1958, when the Holy Ghost withdrew His protection because a false church was determined to eclipse the true Church. How long that will last is anybody's guess, but the more we see, the further away the counterfeit CONciLIAR church is out-protestanting the Protestants, and even the heathens! You see, through the Vatican 2 secular humanism man has replaced God!

I know it's a shock to most to realize they're barking up the wrong tree, the one without the true barque of Peter. It was to us when we connected all the dots and finally came to the conclusion that the only syllogism possible to verify Christ's words was that the true Church remains in an interminable interregnum, chiefly because a heretic cannot be a pope, not to mention how those men occupying the Chair since the death of His Holiness of happy memory Pope Pius XII's death on October 9, 1958. The links we provide above to other ports verifies this fact.

Finally, it has to be said. As much as we hate to beg, we have no choice. We remind you of the advice of the holy Doctor of the Church Saint Augustine on almsgiving:
"Generosity will save a person from Eternal Death, it will even blot out any sin.....because Almsgiving is prayer...it brings graces, it cleanses the soul from guilt and punishment.....What good is faith without works, if we desert our fellow man in his need.?"
If you have benefited in anyway from what we have published, we humbly ask your help to keep this publication on line. We know that so many of our readers are unable to assist at a true traditional Latin Mass because of where they live and use the daily liturgy we publish to gain the efficacious graces possible through their prayers at home. We remain the only publication in the world to provide such and are grateful to God that we can provide such nourishment for souls. We urgently ask if you can contribute anything in these tight times, we would be so appreciative for the coffers are truly bare. Think of all the untold millions being thrown into the election process this year.If you've contributed to a campaign, can't you spare a crumb for this apostolate to convert apostates? If you are still in the category of the lukewarm, then you will pass over this plea and move on to the next thing that tickles your fancy. But if you truly want to commit, we offer you the opportunity below to put that commitment into action for the good of saving souls. If you have not donated before, isn't it only right and proper to donate now? Whatever you can afford will be greatly appreciated. Just click the button below or send a check/money order to the address below. We are a bonafide non-profit 501c(3) religious association and all donations are tax-deductible. Whatever you would have contributed toward a bloated political campaigns or thrown away in the CONciLIAR collection plates that only goes to covering up the sins of its presbyters and false primates while destroying all semblence of Catholicism, why not earmark it for SANCTUS/DailyCatholic? After all, shouldn't we all take St. Paul's strong counsel in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 to heart and "stand firm, and hold the traditions which you have learned"?

If Corpus Christi was celebrated on Thursday, then the Second Sunday is observed. There is a commemoration for the feast of the holy virgin St. Mary Magdalen de Pazzi. She was born in 1566. The charity that burned in her heart led her to enter a Carmelite convent at the age of eighteen. Among the special gifts for which St. Mary Magdalen is celebrated, is the sweet perfume which to this day is given out by the pure and incorrupt remains of this holy virgin. Many of the revelations granted to this saint are also famous, such as one concerning the immense glory attained by ...More

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a twelve-minute VIDEO sermon by Fr. Charles McGuire, pastor of St. Hugh's Traditional Roman Catholic parish in Milwaukee for the feast of Corpus Christi, which is celebrated in churches today with a commemoration for the Second Sunday after Pentecost and then a procession of the Blessed Sacrament following the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Father is sharing with the children the importance of the the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Christ truly present in the Holy Eucharist and how in the CONciLIAR church it has been so abused because it is not really Jesus present because they have no way of confecting the Sacrament because of the apostasy inherent since Vatican II. He explains in his video sermon on Corpus Christi

John Gregory provides the commentary for the Second Sunday after Pentecost from Father George Leo Haydock found in many Douay-Rheims version of the New Testament. In the short, the powerfully poignant and pertinent words in today's paragraphs from our Lord's mouth give us knowledge that He reaches out to the most disadvantage of souls for His mercy knows no bounds, but those who reject Him, who decide they do not want to partake at His banquet will find no comfort nor a place at the table. Wise words for those who are starving for the true Faith and feel the emptiness in the novus ordo. Leave the scraps and rotting menu of misery and come to the true banquet - the Traditional Latin Mass where the Holy Sacrifice is celebrated by true priests, men who have not rejected Christ's invitation. True Catholics do not hate their neighbor but love him out of their love for God as St. Paul relates in today's Epistle and one who has such love wants his neighbor to partake in the banquet offered by the Lord. The Charity of God

Each day we feature a title and/or salutation to Our Lady in celebration of Mary's month of May and today a day before the feast of Corpus Christi we honor a holy virgin who so loved the Holy Eucharist. That would be St. Maria Magdalen de Pazzi. Thus, we honor Mary with the title of Queen of Virgins for to remain pure it was important for young women to remain in the state of Sanctifying Grace and sustain their chastity by praying daily the Holy Rosary and contemplating on the magnificent titles she is known by in the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary and The Fatima Prayers.

For more on the Total Consecration, listen to a sermon by Father Benedict Hughes, CMRI on the holy, devout servant of Mary St. Louis de Montfort, and how we can also be devoted slaves of Our Lady with St. Louis de Montfort and True Devotion

On the twenty-ninth day of May the flower presented to Our Lady is the ASTER with the corresponding Virtue being GOODNESS. The Aster is named for the Greek aster which means star and the blooming herbs of the Aster with the showy daisy-like flowers blooms in the Fall, shining amongst the changing foliage which is losing its leaves. Appropriately Goodness shines through when others lose their luster. Goodness is what the Blessed Mother cherishes so much in her Divine Son's children for Goodness is the foundation of a sincere heart and a pure soul. There are but two days left this month to pray the Devotion of The Little Crown of the Twelve Stars of the Blessed Virgin Mary

The Mass today is taken from the Second Sunday after Pentecost. The Eucharist, as a sacrifice, is the continual manifestation of God's love for us, since it reminds us that Jesus gave His life to save us (Epistle). Our attendance at Mass, the living memorial of Christ's passion must dispose us to sacrifice ourselves in order to provide for our neighbor's wants. The Eucharist, as a Sacrament, also shows how much God loves us, since He invites us to His table. On a spotless table cloth and in golden dishes, He gives us His body to eat. It is the prelude of the Celestial banquet of which the Patriarchs, Prophets and Gospel often speak to us. The Jews on account of their pride, avarice or lust have been put aside and God has chosen us in ...More

His Excellency Bishop Donald Sanborn provides a twenty-one minute audio sermon on St. Joan of Arc whose historical feast is today. He refutes her critics about why she dressed like a man. It was not to be like men, but to protect her own purity in the midst of so many men. The Maid of Orleans was not afraid to offend man if he deserved it, but she was deathly afraid of offending God. The bishop tells of her total obedience to God's holy Will no matter where it lead, even to death by being burned at the stake for being wrongly accused of heresy where, in truth, those who ordered the torch to the straw were the wolves preying on the lambs via politics and corruption. Bishop Sanborn reminds us to pray for our servicemen and women on this day, which this year is Memorial Day. What a fitting role model in these trying times: St. Joan of Arc

Each day we feature a title and/or salutation to Our Lady in celebration of Mary's month of May and today on the day after the Ascension and the day before her feast of the Coronation, we look to her, the living tabernacle of Our Lord for she is the one we turn to in order to gain a greater love for her Divine Son present Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Holy Eucharist. For true Catholics assisting at Holy Mass and worthily receiving Holy Communion is the greatest grace we can receive, followed by prayer, chief among the prayers is Mary's Holy Rosary while we also contemplate on the magnificent titles she is known by in the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary and The Fatima Prayers.

On the thirtieth day of May the flower presented to Our Lady is the beautiful CAMELLIA with the corresponding Virtue being PERSEVERANCE. This magnificent flower, which is a greenhouse shrub, is relatively a new find from the tea plant. In fact, its Latin name was derived after the one who discovered it and who practiced perseverance: the Jesuit missionary Father Georg Josef Kamel, a missionary priest in Moravia. Perseverance also applies to the fact that there is but one more day left in this Month of May to honor Christ by showering His Blessed Mother with bouquets of flowers and virtues and by praying her Rosary and the Devotion of The Little Crown of the Twelve Stars of the Blessed Virgin Mary

This feast was established in the Traditional Calendar by Pope Pius XII for May 31st to cap off Mary's Month of May. In AAS 38, Pius XII declared: "Mary is queen by grace, by divine relationship, by right of conquest and by singular election." He also proclaimed in Ineffabilis Deus that her queenship should ...More

Those who have made their 33-Day Preparation for today's feast of the Queeenship of Mary are now prepared to make their Total Consecration. Those who have already made their Total Consecration in the past can renew their Consecration today as well. We have included the Consecration here so that you have it readily available to take with you to Holy Mass, or, if that is impossible, renew it at home before an altar shrine or statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary, keeping in mind your promises of carrying out all that is asked of you as a slave of Mary according to the Method of the holy St. Louis Marie de Montfort. Click here for the Total Consecration to Jesus Through Mary

John Gregory provides a contemplative, meditative treatise on the Fifth Glorious Mystery on her glorious feast. What greater glory can there be for a lifetime of devotion and uncompromising fiat to the divine will than to be recognized for all time what the Blessed Mother accomplished in being crowned by her divine Son and heavenly Father with the assistance of the Holy Ghost, her divine Spouse. It is a lesson for us that indeed there is a light at the end of this worldly tunnel, a light from the Beatific Vision attainable only by adhering willingly and lovingly to the will of Almighty God for she is the Woman of the Apocalypse, with a crown of twelve stars. John shares his thoughts on The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and earth

Throughout Mary's month of May we offered a different flower and virtue each day to Mary, Queen of the May, capped by our daily Rosaries. You are strongly encouraged to continue each and every day to do as our heavenly Mother asked at Fatima and that is to make reparation, to love her divine Son and to keep the Faith. How do we do that? By praying throughout the year the Holy Rosary and contemplating on the magnificent titles she is known by in the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary and praying The Fatima Prayers.

On the very last day of May we offer Our Lady both the ANEMONE flower which represents the beautiful virtue of UNION WITH JESUS and the full bouquet from the full month. The Anemone is a woodplant whose beautiful flower is renowned. Also well known is the fact Our Lady constantly encourages us to come to her Divine Son and be united with Him through her. That is because He loves His Mother and His children so and is so pleased when we honor her as He honored her during His life on earth and after in Heaven where He, along with the Father and Holy Ghost crowned Mary as Queen of Heaven and earth. That is why today is so special for we take the entire bouquet offered throughout the month and offer them all to our Blessed Heavenly Queen with a bonanza of bouquets of flowers and the corresponding virtues that we have pledged to Our Lady to practice in our prayers and devotion of Little Crown of the Twelve Stars of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

To print and clip out the graphics above of the bouquet of flowers surrounding Our Lady go to HOLY CARDS

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a sixteen and a half minute sermon by Bishop Daniel Dolan celebrating the Queenship of Mary as His Excellency lists the attributes of the Queen of Heaven and the signficance of roses with Our Lady throughout her appearances and that roses are used throughout the month of May to crown the Blessed Mother and to remember to pray devotions to her, especially the holy Rosary that she specifically requested. He points out that the short time it takes to pray the Rosary, it is a mere pittance of our time throughout the whole day. He notes that with the repetitive nature of the beads that we especially need to meditate on the mysteries amidst many distractions. He then offers ways to keep our focus on such with his sermon on The Fifth Glorious Mystery: Coronation of Mary

Saint Angela Merici was the youngest of her virtuous parents' five children; she was born in Italy, near Brescia, in 1474. The grace which filled her soul made her beauty a trial for her, and as a young girl she already rejected all vanities. Every evening at home the parents read to the children from the lives of the Saints, and Angela wished to imitate them. She and her sister made an oratory in their room and retired there every day to pray and sing. She added to this service of God harsh austerities, sleeping on the floor while her sister slept profoundly. "We are the children of the Saints," she would say to her, "and we must turn all our affection towards the One who dwells in heaven. Oh! what torments, what disgrace and privations the solitaries and virgins have endured, to win the crown of immortality! We must suffer and die to ourselves..." ...More

The path to perdition is wide and paved with good intentions. If one were to realize how ugly sin is, they'd never sin. However, the devil is crafty and devious and so he seeks to twist everything, trying to portray sin as allowable and something that is no big deal. Did he not try the same in the Garden of Eden? Why would he change strategy since? Sadly, in these very times when the Great Apostasy is so prevalent, lucifer has been able to make so many things sacrilegious and blasphemous today amidst an apathetic society that fails to take heed of God's Laws and the consequences of sin. Because of that the vast majority have disregarded St. Paul's stern warning in 2 Thessalonians 2: 10 and bought into the "operation of error" and "consented to iniquity." They have rationalized their consciences into thinking God is an all-loving while totally missing the point that the Omniscient One is also equally all-just and He will judge each and every soul both in our particular judgment and the final judgment. As most go about their lives stubbornly clinging to their own wills and rejecting God's will, they're oblivious to the fact that one can never enter Heaven in the state of mortal sin. Without putting on the armor of God and being in the state of sanctifying grace, we are puddy in the devil's hands and dead meat. Literally! In step fourteen of this series we treat Mortal Sin and the Occasions of this deadly sin and something we must avoid or else it will be the Sure-fire Way to Hell

In Book Four of Chapters Forty-One through Forty-Three of the Prophesies and Revelations of the holy mystic St. Bridget of Sweden are short, but powerful as the Blessed Mother counsels the daughter on how priests with lawful faculties of absolution, no matter what kind of sinners they themselves are, are able to absolve from sins; the same applies to the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. You'll note Our Lady said those "with lawful faculties of absolution." Since those ordained in Paul the Sick's new man-made rite since 1968 do not have said lawful faculties of absolution it would negate seeking such out for many of these cause scandal and bar souls from seeking God in His Church. Those who maintain their apostasy are like worms who care little for the damage they have left behind. So also bad pastors care little for the welfare of souls, only that they gain temporal treasure and titles in this life. Woe to the worms

This day completes the week-long octave of Corpus Christi when we've celebrated the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar - the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ confected in the Roman Canon of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at the most sacred Consecration. There are indulgenced ejaculations which express admirably the scope and purpose of this feast such as "May our Lord Jesus Christ in the Most Blessed Sacrament be praised, adored and loved, with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time" and "O Sacrament most holy! O Sacrament divine! All praise and all thanksgiving be every moment Thine!" ...More

The devil is great at scrabbling the path to Heaven with the roadblocks of anger, sloth, pride, lust, envy, greed and gluttony. They are called the Seven Deadly Sins or Capital Sins and not to capitalize on the corresponding virtues that stave off temptation to these sins is a sure way to lose the game of life, with the penalty being everlasting perdition. Because satan is so crafty and knows it would not be alluring if he showed sin for all its ugliness, he dresses it up to look inviting. Man in his fallen human nature is the perfect foil for the fallen angel who is the master of deceit. If we are not aware of the consequences we can easily be lured away, confused, even bewitched and bewildered. Those seven sins are the chief reason hell is so populated today. Do you really want to help the prince of darkness add to the numbers or do you want to love your fellow man enough to want salvation for him and do all in your power to know the Faith in order to keep the Faith and share that Faith with others by letting them know, as laid out in Step Fifteen, the Seven Ways to Lose One's Soul

In Book Four of Chapter Forty-Four of the Prophesies and Revelations of the holy mystic St. Bridget of Sweden we see where Our Lord Jesus Christ's words to the bride liken the body to a ship and the world to the sea. He explains to Bridget how free will can lead souls to Heaven or to hell. How? By not steering the course God has charted, but setting off on their own course over the dangerous waters where they are in danger of hitting the sharp crags beneath the surface with the eventual result of shipwrecked and sunk into the depths of the fiery abyss. Our Lord also uses the comparison of earthly beauty to a glass, which is usefull as container. But if that container breaks, what happens to its contents? They spill all over, no longer secure; so also with man's soul, if he does not curb his body as far as vice is concerned, the protective shell of virtue will be penetrated and, as the body is led, so also is the soul. Without the protection of grace, the devil destroys the container God has given every man to protect his soul. Protecting Body and Soul

The Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus was established In order to stimulate the faithful to honor with more devotion and zeal, under the symbol of the Sacred Heart, the love of Jesus Christ, which Induced Him not only to suffer and to die for the redemption of mankind, but also to institute the Sacrament of His Body and Blood. Though the devotion of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is of great antiquity In the Church, yet it was reserved to the holy St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, of the Order of the Visitation, to make this devotion public. During the Octave of Corpus Christi, In the year 1690, our Blessed Lord appeared to His devoted handmaid, and disclosing to her His Heart, said. "Behold this Heart, which, notwithstanding the burning love for man with which it is consumed and exhausted, meets with no other return from the generality of Christians than sacrilege, contempt, Indifference and ingratitude But what will it avail us to have listened to these so just claims of our Savior, if we are not moved with compassion, and generously resolved to testify our sorrow for our past indifference by honoring His Sacred Heart, and ...More

Today, the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, is so fittingly also the First Friday of June, with the devotions Our Lord imparted to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque. See First Friday Devotion.

Today is the Ninth and Final Day of the Novena to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. Today we say the Acts of Consecration and Reparation to the Sacred heart and remember what First Fridays are all about as we recall why our Lord appeared to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque with the Twelve Promises and reasons for making Nine Consecutive First Fridays. There are many other devotions to the Sacred Heart and they are listed here below focusing on this great day as we encourage you to say as many times a day as you can the reverent ejaculation "Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Have mercy on us" or the Latin "Cor Jesu Sacratissimum, miserere nobis." For today's prayers see

The month of June is an ideal time to contact a true priest to have your home enthroned to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, especially in these times when satan can enter so easily through technology, acquaintances, what not. There are beautiful devotions in the Consecration and prayers that you can repeat monthly, weekly, or more often and on major feasts. In this time when many, because of distance, cannot get to a true Mass, it is the next best thing to have your home as a haven for the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. See Enthronement in the Home

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a twelve-minute sermon given last year by Father Benedict Hughes, CMRI, Rector of St. Joseph Seminary at the City of Mary in Rathdrum, Idaho. Devotion is so important for God has saved this devotion for the latter times. Though Catholics knew of His loving Heart, it did not become public until the 1670's. Images of the Sacred Heart show us the fire emitting form His Heart to show His love. The flames are surmounted by the Cross represents His ultimate sacrifice and the Heart is surrounded by thorns to show that His entire life was one of self denial and suffering. He loves us so much and there is so little love in return. The idea of the Sacred Heart entails reparation and it should pain us that anyone does not love Him and we should love Him enough to do what we can to bring others to Him, which will please Him greatly. After all is that not the greatest love we can give Him. Father explains in his sermon on The Sacred Heart of Jesus

John Gregory documents how the Heart of God has always been held in special esteem. Many are under the assumption that the Sacred Heart didn't come into devotion until our Lord appeared to Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque, but Sacred Scripture and the example of David who put his heart into action for the Heart of God, shows that the Heart of God has always been the portal to true Love. Without It, one enters a black hole that one may not be able to escape unless one has love for God, and subsequently, because of that, his neighbor. One cannot attain everlasting life without love. That love begins and ends with the Most Sacred Heart Whose love knows no bounds; Whose love can move mountains; Whose love can melt the coldest of hearts, soften the hardest; Whose love was so great that God gave of His Heart that in His human nature His love included suffering and dying on the cross - no greater love doth anyone have than to give His life that we might have eternal life. That's what the Sacred Heart is all about and no leader of men or nations will ever be successful until they realizes that as John explains in. The Heart of the Matter

Today is the feast of Saint Francis Caracciolo. He was born at Villa Santa Maria in Abruzzi, Italy, then the kingdom of Naples on October 13, 1563. Francis' baptismal name was Ascanio. His father was related to the Neapolitan princes of Caracciolo, and his mother was related to the Angelic Doctor St. Thomas Aquinas. At 22, Francis developed a skin disease similar to leprosy, and his case was thought to be hopeless. He vowed that if he recovered, he would devote his life to God and to serving others. His speedy recovery was thought to be miraculous. He went to Naples to study for the priesthood and, after his ordination, joined the confraternity Bianchi della Giustizia, devoted to the care of prisoners and who prepared them to die a holy death. In 1588, Fr. John Augustine Adorno, a Genoese, set out to found an association of priests who would combine the active life of pastoral work and the strictest possible discipline to encourage contemplative life. A letter inviting the cooperation of another Ascanio Caracciolo was mistakenly delivered to Francis, rather than his distant kinsman. Agreeing with Adorno's vision, Francis felt that God must have misdirected the letter to him. Francis wished to join Adorno, offered his help, and the ...More

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a ten-minute sermon to the children by Bishop Daniel Dolan for the feast of the holy priest St. Francis Carraciolo who was a fierce defender of the Faith against the Donatist heresy and convinced many to abandon their schismatic ways and return to the true fold in the 16th century. Through a mistake, he became a priest that turned out to be the best "mistake" he ever made as countless souls can attest to today in Heaven. He began perpetual adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, the perfect saint to honor during this time within the Octave of Corpus Christi. He was on fire with the love of God and to this day remaining incorrupt is the body of St. Francis Caracciolo

Those who have not made five consecutive First Saturdays, which entails confessing one's sins to a true priest, assisting at a true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, receiving Holy Communion, reciting a Rosary of at least five decades, spending at least fifteen minutes of meditation on the fifteen mysteries of the holy Rosary, and all with the intention of making reparation to Mary's Immaculate Heart, should do so. The reasons, which Our Lord imparted to the Fatima visionary Sister Maria of the Sorrows (Lucia Santos) in 1925 and 1930, are to make reparation for the blasphemies against the Immaculate Conception, Our Lady's virginity, her divine maternity, the indifference and scorn against Mary. If one cooperates with these graces you have a better opportunity of Heaven, saving other sinners and bringing peace in the world. The consecration of Russia will have to wait until we have a true pope again, but as we know "with man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." See the Devotions for First Saturday

As much as we hate to beg, we have no choice. If you have not donated before, isn't it only right and proper to donate now? Whatever you can afford will be greatly appreciated. Just click the button below or send a check/money order to the address below. We are a bonafide non-profit 501c(3) religious association and all donations are tax-deductible. Whatever you would have contributed toward any bloated political campaigns or thrown away in the conciliar collection plates that only goes to covering up the sins of its presbyters and false primates while destroying all semblence of Catholicism, why not earmark it for SANCTUS/DailyCatholic? After all, shouldn't we all take St. Paul's strong counsel in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 to heart and "stand firm, and hold the traditions which you have learned"?

We encourage you to learn more about the Traditional Latin Mass - the true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in these videos at this link because each time you worthily assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in person, you gain graces that are placed in a "golden chalice", so to speak, and is offered to God to be weighed in substance when you stand before Him at your Particular Judgment. The more you have filled this chalice, the better will it go for your spiritual welfare in eternity, enhanced by your cooperation with grace. Know the Mass

When One Cannot physically assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass we provide additional prayers that can be supplemented with the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and the PROPER OF THE DAY to enable you to better prepare yourself at home. Of course, this never replaces actually being there, but it is much better than attending the Novus Ordo services. Therefore we have gleaned from The Key of Heaven prayers to say at home. It is very comforting to know that the Holy Mass is offered for us even when we are not actually present. But to enjoy the benefits which it procures, we must by a SPIRITUAL COMMUNION become partakers of the altar from which we are temporarily banished. Here we provide prayers in preparation for fulfilling assistance in absentia in addition to the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and PROPER OF THE DAY. PRAYERS IN ABSENTIA

    Prayer Before the Crucifix

Behold, O kind and most sweet Jesus, I cast myself upon my knees in Thy sight, and with the most fervent desire of my soul I pray and beseech Thee that Thou wouldst fix deep within my heart lively sentiments of Faith, Hope and Charity, with true repentance for my sins, and a firm purpose of amendment, whilst with deep affection and grief of soul I ponder within myself and mentally contemplate Thy five most precious Wounds; having before my eyes the words which David in prophesy spoke concerning Thee, O Good Jesus: "They have pierced My hands and My feet; they have numbered all My bones."

    Plenary Indulgence, Condition:
    • Confession
    • Communion
    • One Our Father
    • One Hail Mary
    • One Glory be...

  • The Fatima Prayers

My God, I believe, I adore, I trust and I love Thee; and I beg pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not trust, and do not love Thee.
(repeat the above 3 times then bow your head in reciting the following:)

O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in tabernacles throughout the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in unison with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg the conversion of poor sinners.

O Most Holy Trinity, I adore Thee! My God, my God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament!

O my Jesus, it is for love of Thee, in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of poor sinners.

The angel of the Lord declared unto Mary. And she conceived of the Holy Ghost.

Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Behold the handmaid of the Lord. Be it done unto me according to Thy word.

    Hail Mary...

And the Word was made flesh. And dwelt among us.

    Hail Mary...

Pray for us, O holy Mother of God. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

    Let us pray.
Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts, that we to whom the Incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His resurrection. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.
