What the True Church really teaches
Why the V2 CONciLIAR church is NOT Catholic

     Help us reach more souls

In the run of honoring holy martyrs of the Church on seven out of ten days from the 19th through the 28th, we have this week five out of seven days in which we commemorate one or more martyrs beginning with St. Matthew on Sunday, St. Maurice and Companion Martyrs on Monday, feast of St. Thomas of Villanova, and on Tuesday Pope St. Linus and St. Thecla, Virgin and Martyr. While Wednesday's feast of Our Lady of Ransom is not about martyrs, but rather those saved from beheading by Muslims, there surely were beaucoup martyrs who were not able to be ransomed and lost their lives for Christ just as the Islamic infidels are terrorizing Christians today and creating more martyrs. Unfortunately, many are dying in a faith foreign to true Catholicism. Therefore Thursday, a Feria day, is the only day not dedicated to any martyr while Friday and Saturday are with the respective feasts of the North American Martyrs, led by St. Isaac Jogues and his Jesuit-connected companions back when the Jesuits were Catholic, and Sts. Cosmas and Damian, holy brothers who were beheaded by the Turks. As said earlier here, martyrdom is something we connect with the early Christians, but with every passing day we can see a return to those times as Christianity is again persecuted with the barbaric brutalities committed by ISIS (Islamic States of Iraq and Syria).

While that is martyrdom of blood, there is also the dry martyrdom suffered by a certain group today and it continues to be orchestrated out of Modernist Rome. Yes, no group is more disrespected and hated than Traditional Catholics who cling to the Truths and Traditions of holy Mother Church in the face of the blasphemy and heresy of the most recent in the line of antichrist 'popes' Mr. Bergoglio the unFrancis. who has gone beyond the pale where even secular voices are asking "Is the pope Catholic?". We answer with a resounding "No!" and every time he opens his mouth that becomes more and more evident to even the uneducated. No wonder he hates true Catholicism so as we continue to expose the Great Apostasy fostered by Vatican 2. Bergoglio, the worst of the worst, preaches to go by one's conscience and that one's Catholic faith is not that important, as long as you have food and water. He is humanistic to a fault. We present below the Church's stance on the Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy in Catholicism Made Simple while Jorge is trying to make it more difficult for Catholics and easy on non-Catholics. Typical of this Marxist Modernist who has so duped the majority of souls and will do even more damage with the upcoming Synod in Rome which more appropriately should be spelled SIN-odd since it is not only odd, but totally antithetical to call a democratic summit to talk about easing Catholic restrictions that have alway been upheld. This Sin-odd grew from Jorge's own acceptance of mediocrity and his statement that "we must be more lenient toward homosexuals, couples using contraception and living together outside of marriage, and the divorced." It is a moral implosion that threatens more souls by making life on earth easier, yet much, much harder to get to Heaven, even if they can receive the wafer and CONciLIAR kool aid. I guarantee it won't help souls. God's not for it, satan loves it. That tells you everything.

We've documented before many of the bizarre things he's said off the hip and formally that the world takes one way while Traditional Catholics see through the veneer and can peg his agenda so clearly. That's another reason he has targeted Traditional Catholics whom he has derisively called "neo-pelagians". He can't touch sedes, so he focuses on those who subscribe to the Recognize-and-Resist camp. We've seen his hatchet job on the Franciscans of the Immaculate. The FSSP is next. And Bishop Fellay and what's left of the SSPX is still interested in aligning with these apostates? Puhlease. When, oh when will those in the Recognize-and-Resist camp wake up to the fact UNfrancis can't possibly be a true pope, let alone even be Catholic? His tactics are the way liberals and Marxists operate. But then, as he and his ilk proffer so humbly (yeah, right!), who wouldn't agree that we must not be concerned with "small-minded rules"? Those are supposedly passé in today's world. Who should want those? Every true Catholic worth their salt, that's who. And those who still remain Recognize-and-Resisters had better realize that the world loves to hear this. Shouldn't that tell everyone, who has ears to hear, that he is anathema, and worse, quite possibly the antichrist; definitely a precursor to thee antichrist.

One who knows the full truths now, suffered dry martyrdom silently, and now very well can be interceding on behalf of the faithful souls is my dear late bride Cyndi Adele Cain who passed into eternity over five months ago. A thirty-day schedule of consecutive Gregorian Masses is currently in progress. It was initiated by Fr. Gerard McKee, CMRI on the feast of Mary's Holy Name and will last through the feast of Our Lady of Pilar on October 12. Yes, this editor and her loving husband of 33 years truly believes she is already in Heaven. However, as I've said before, we can never presume on God and therefore all prayers will go to either speed her to the presence of the Beatific Vision or assist other souls to be freed from Purgatory. No prayer goes unanswered. And I appreciate all the kind words of consolation and prayers sent as well as donations to Cyndi's Angels. Through the generosity of a few loyal benefactors and several smaller donations I've been able to pare back the debt accrued for Cyndi's care from nearly $8000.00 to a more manageable $3000.00, as of this publishing, thus able to keep the wolves at bay. Though bill collectors don't rely on God's providence, I do, and so far He's guided those generous souls to help. I am eternally grateful to all who have contributed and keep each in my prayers daily even if the litany of names takes five to ten minutes. When I say I will pray for you, I mean personally I'll remember your name. It's the least I can do for your sharing and caring. However, and you knew this was coming, didn't you? Cyndi's Angels is not out of the wood yet, so to speak. I need to clear the books to maintain the excellent credit built up over the years, both personal and for this apostolate of SANCTUS. Anything you can give to pare down the remaining $3000.00 will be greatly appreciated. There has only been a trickling of donations over the past few weeks, mostly small monthly ones from our regular benefactors. Won't you please help? Just click the Cyndi's Angels logos on this site. Be assured your donation is tax-deductible. God bless you in advance for your charity.

Saint Matthew was a Galilean by birth. In the Gospel he humbly relates the story of his own conversion. To the glory of an apostle he adds that of an evangelist. He wrote his Gospel in Aramaic, and it was afterwards translated into Greek. The Aramaic text has perished. This Gospel is a divinely inspired work included in Sacred Scripture. He gives the line of ancestors from whom Jesus descended as a man, and on this account is presented by the animal with a human face in the symbolical vision of Ezekiel. Little is known of his life; the Fathers in general say that he died in Persia. St. Paulinus of Nola asserts he died amongst the Parthians. When his remains were were discovered at Velia and brought to the Cathedral of Salerno, Pope Gregory VII began his journey there, but died on the way, and was buried near ...More

There is a commemoration today for the 15th Sunday after Pentecost for the Collect, Secret and Postcommunion. The feast of St. Matthew the Apostle and Evangelist supersedes the Sunday liturgy. ...More

On this Double of the Second Class Feast of the Holy Apostle and Evangelist St. Matthew, Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey shares some insight into this former tax collector who abandoned the world for a higher reward. You had better believe most were quite wary of this man for they had come to know him as an exactor of their hard-earned wages and resented him for what he did. Matthew realized this and set about to write his Gospel on the accounts he saw up close and personal on the life of this amazing man Who he realized was indeed the promised Messias. Tom points out the accuracy of Matthew's account and how the Modernists have tried to twist the formere tax man's words to tax souls with doubt. If one fully understands what this holy Apostle intended and wrote, there is no doubt that what He recorded is not in sync with the conciliar church of these times. Tom explains in his piece, From Caesar's Collector of Tribute to God's Collector of Souls

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you an eight-minute sermon given by Bishop Daniel Dolan on today's holy Apostle and Evangelist, St. Matthew. Though a Jew, he who was a taxman for the Roman Empire. The bishop talks about how tax collectors were known for cheating and therefore few liked tax collectors, but Christ called Matthew. "Follow Me". Matthew obeyed. The sinner sought to be a saint. Matthew capitalized on the opportunity. Do we when Our Lord touches us and reminds us to obey Him in all things? The bishop reminds all that if we do the little things, then we will be prepared to do the big things, even being willing, like St. Matthew and the Apostles and so many saints down through the ages to present time, being a martyr for the true Faith and say no to the new false church. His Excellency explains in his sermon on n St. Matthew the Apostle

St. Louis de Montfort poiints out in his masterful work "The Secret of the Rosary" that in order to gain God's cooperation, we need to cooperate with Him. That means having the proper disposition when one is praying the holy Rosary. The best way to do this is to prepare, to have a special place where you can put off all the distractions and focus on the reason why you are praying, what you want from God. Be still and listen and He has promised He will answer, but again so many misunderstand this in thinking they can ask for anything and then voila! it's done. Only if it is accordance with God's holy will will it be blessed, so wouldn't you want to have a special place in your home to pray away from the maddening crowd as St. Louis strongly suggests as he offers a Forty-Seventh Rose for Proper Dispositions

Saint Thomas of Villanova, Archbishop of Valencia, Spain, was a Religious of the Order of St. Augustine, He was distinguished by his perfect humility and his charity to the poor, to whom he gave all he possessed. When he died the very bed on which he lay no longer belonged to him. He had given it away a few days before to a poor man, who in his turn allowed him to keep it for the short time that it would still be of use to him. He died on ...More

Saint Maurice was an officer of the Theban legion, a body of about 6000 men. These soldiers were Christians and loyal to their emperor and to God. They refused to sacrifice to the ...More

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a six-minute sermon given seven years ago by Bishop Daniel Dolan on St. Thomas of Villanova, a holy priest famous for tending to the poor and homeless. He was also known for his fasting. Our Lord came to free us from sin and to atone for the sin of Adam and Eve. He also speaks of Jewish customs of which some were still adopted in the Catholic faith even though Christ superseded the old Testament with the New Covenant which the Jews, to this day, have refused to recognize Him as the Messiah. His Excellency shares this in his sermon on St. Thomas of Villanova

St. Louis Marie-Grignon de Montfort continues with his 48th chapter of "The Secret of the Rosary" in speaking of blocking out the world, the flesh and the devil by being in the proper frame of mind so that one can persevere in one's prayer life, especially in keeping to the pledge of saying the daily Rosary. He points out the arguments that might deter one from persevering, but reminds us that saints didn't quit or become lax, but rather to become holy one not only has to give an effort, but also to persevere through it all as he offers up to Our Lady a Forty-Eighth Rose to Stay the Course

Pope Saint Linus, the immediate successor of St. Peter, ruled the Church for about twelve years. In the year 79 he suffered martyrdom, and was buried alongside the Prince of Apostles. His name is in the Canon of the Mass. ...More

The virgin Saint Thecla was converted by St. Paul while preaching at Iconium. She left a luxurious home and followed the apostle in his later journeys. She suffered many tortures for the Faith but finally passed her life in solitude in Isauria, and there died a holy death. ...More

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a ten minute sermon given by Bishop Daniel Dolan on today's saints who were martyrs. He reminds us that Pope St. Linus was the first to decree women should cover their hair in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament just as Our Lady always wore the modest veil. He explains more reasons for this tradition that is upheld in the true Church, not the false CONciLIAR church. The bishop talks about the patience of the Sacred Heart and touches on Ember Days during this time of year. He reminds us that in olden days Mass would last all night with the conclusion of Holy Orders for newly ordained consecrated priests. His Excellency shares so much more in his sermon on Pope St. Linus and St. Thecla, Martyrs

St. Louis Marie Grignon de Montfort now treats the indulgences provided to Rosary Confraternity members. Here we combine this chapter along with the final one which also deals with indulgences, which are the remission or relaxation of temporal punishment in Purgatory due to actual sins through the application of superabundant satisfactions of Jesus, Our Lady and the Saints. These are never for sale nor should they be used to barter for anything. They are entirely spiritual and they are kept in God's ledger even if we never remember what indulgences we have gained. Again, intention of the heart is what counts as St. Louis offers a Forty-Ninth Rose for Building Up Dividends

The Order of Our Lady of Ransom was founded in the Thirteenth Century by St. Peter Nolasco (Jan. 31) and St. Raymond of Pennafort (Jan. 23), aided by King James of Aragon. The object of the Order was to redeem Christians held in slavery by the Mohammedans. Pope Gregory IX instituted the feast of Our Lady of Ransom and afterwards it was extended by Pope Innocent XII to the Universal ...More

We resume bringing you our catechetical series Catholicism Made Simple first published four years ago. Too often works of mercy become a humanistic endeavor where one feels obligated to help out of peer pressure or because it's the thing to do and one will gain some temporal reward either financially or in praise and so they become philanthropic without realizing it doesn't amount to a hill of beans when push comes to shove except that the recipient may have gained temporal relief of some kind. Bergoglio and governments are famous for this, but too many fail to realize for something to truly be a work of mercy and gain merit in Heaven it must be done out of love for our neighbor because of our love for God first and foremost. Without God as the Keystone of all we do, all is futile. That is why the corporal works of mercy cannot stand on their own without the spiritual works of mercy. Yet, both are vital in our cooperation with salvation for ourselves and our neighbor. Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy

In his masterful work "The Secret of the Rosary" St. Louis Marie Grignon de Montfort has added a beautiful introductory prayer before beginning to pray the holy Rosary. He has treated the subjects of proper disposition, and how we should pray Mary's holy Psalter. Now he provides the prayers including before the Apostles' Creed the inspiring prayer that truly places us in the proper disposition with our promise to "renounce all distractions that may come" during the time we are praying the Rosary. There are more prayers said at the beginning of each decade to remind us of the mystery and at the end including the prayer given to the children at Fatima by the angel as St. Louis completes five decades with a Fiftieth Rose for Getting the Most out of the Rosary

In the Gospel for the Fifteenth Sunday After Pentecost the Mass reminds us that having received the Holy Ghost at the Feast of Pentecost and Jesus in Holy Communion, our souls and bodies should be moved by the Spirit and entirely obedient to the operation of the divine gift of the Eucharist, so that it be no longer our own nature but the effect of this sacrament that dominates in us (Postcommunion). Christ has snatched us from the death of sin as He once ...More

September 25th is the traditional feast of the holy Bishop St. Firmin, but there is no commemoration within the Mass.

Since Sunday's liturgy was superseded by the feast of St. Matthew, we bring you today on the Feria day the Mass' Epistle and Gospel provided, as always, by John Gregory with the Haydock Commentary found at the bottom of each page of the Douay-Rheims Bible. For the Mass of the Fifteenth Sunday after Pentecost we first see St. Paul's epistle to the Galatians in which he affirms that no one can fool God, man yes, but not God. He will not be mocked. This is exactly what is happening today and yet so many still want signs, the kind Our Lord works in St. Luke 7 in raising the dead son, healing the blind and deaf and still, the very multitudes who clamored for more, mocked God by being the same who abandoned Him at the hour of His Passion. Oh, man is a fickle lot and it does have consequences as to his actions. God is Not Mocked

In following up the 50th chapter, St. Louis Marie Grignon de Montfort now begins to illustrate how we can offer up each decade by recalling each mystery beginning with the Joyful Mysteries where for the Annunciation/Incarnation, Visitation, Nativity of Our Lord, Presentation, and Finding Jesus in the temple, there are special short prayers he has penned that are not only inspiring but keep us focused on each mystery so that when distracted, we immediately are able to get back on point. Thus St. Louis shows us how to offer each decade as he offers a Fifthy-First Rose for the Joyful Mysteries

The eight North American Martyrs (1642-1649) were six priests and two lay brothers. They were heroic members of the Society of Jesus who were martyred in North America to bring the Faith that is necessary for salvation to the Huron, the Iroquois and the Mohawk Indians. Five of the eight North American martyrs were put to death in what is now Canada, and three of them in New York State. There is a shrine to the United States' martyrs at Auriesville in New York. There is a shrine to the Canadian martyrs at Fort Saint Mary near Midland, Ontario. They ...More

This is also the feast of Saints Cyprian and Justina, Martyrs and there is a commemoration at Holy Mass for these holy martyrs. St. Cyprian was converted to the Christian Faith by the holy virgin St. Justina, and with her suffered martyrdom ...More

Bishop Mark Pivarunas, CMRI weighed in with his words from the September 2012 issue of Adsum, the monthly publication from the rector of Mater Dei Seminary in Omaha in which His Excellency remembers the great sacrifices the early missionaries to our land suffered, including the holy Jesuits honored today as the North American Martyrs who gave everything in order to spread the true Faith and save souls. Today, though almost eclipsed by the apostate CONciLIAR church, we are not left in the lurch for not only are their dedicated true priests to bring the sacraments to the faithful, but more future priests being molded so that they can perpetuate the holy faith and live by all previously true Popes taught in respect to the truths and traditions of holy Mother Church. His Excellency points out particular encyclicals and papal decrees that clearly identify Vatican II as a heretical council and not Catholic, and against the rule and order God wills. Rather, V2 ushered in what St. Paul foretold in 2 Thessalonians 2: the Great Apostasy. He explains in Order is Our Guide to God

St. Louis Marie Grignon de Montfort continues to illustrate how we can offer up each decade by recalling each mystery as we now encounter the Sorrowful Mysteries, said each Tuesday, Friday and during Lent where we recall Our Lord's sacred Passion and Death with the Agony in the Garden, the Scourging at the pillar, the Crowning with thorns, the Carrying of the Cross, and the Crucifixion and Death of Jesus. Since the Rosary is so repititious, this editor has purposely made it a purpose not to memorize these prayers of St. Louis. That way I must pick up the booklet or a print out of these prayers which automatically brings me back if I had been distracted. It's a method that works for me, it may not for others. It's up to each individual, but by all means pray the way St. Louis advises as he offers a Fifty-Second Rose for the Sorrowful Mysteries

Saints Cosmas and Damian, twin brothers, distinguished themselves as physicians. They gave their lives for the Faith at Cyrus in Syria where they were buried. Besides using their skill for the healing of diseases they sought to spread the Faith in Christ. After many tortures they died about the year 285 in the persecution under Diocletian. The fame of their miracles spread over the whole world; many churches were erected in their honor at Rome and elsewhere. Their names are mentioned in the Canon of the Mass and in the ...More

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons we are able to bring you a nearly nine-minute sermon given eight years ago by Bishop Daniel Dolan on today's holy martyrs Sts. Cosmas and Damian, forever memoralized in the Canon of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. These brothers were both doctors who never charged a cent for their services. This, as the bishop notes, is unheard of today considering how greedy so many are. He encourages us to pray for these men whose vocation is to heal. Cosmas and Damian were from Turkey. His Excellency shares so much more on these two holy martyrs Sts. Cosmas and Damian, Martyrs

St. Louis Marie Grignon de Montfort concludes the prayers for each decade in this chapter as he shares the prayers for the Glorious Mysteries. Just as for the Joyful and Sorrowful, (never ever the mendacious mysteries labeled 'luminous') and now shows us prayers for the Resurrection, Ascension, Descent of the Holy Ghost, Assumption, and Coronation of Our Lady as Queen of Heaven and earth as he offers up a Fifty-Third Rose for Praying the Glorious Mysteries

We urge you to click the Rosary banner above for the Twelfth Saturday in the Fifteen Saturdays Rosary Crusade organized by Bishop Robert McKenna, O.P. to do our part for the salvation of souls by bringing souls to the true Catholic Faith and Sacraments, for the welfare of our country, and for our own special intentions as we all strive for holiness in our role as members of the Church Militant. On this fourteenth Saturday of the Fifteen God lifts up the Immaculate Mother into Heaven, a truth passed down through the ages and finally officially declared a dogma by His Holiness Pope Pius XII on November 1, 1950. By the way, that was the last time anything infallible has been decreed from the throne of Peter. Let us celebrate Mary's Assumption into Heaven as we foucs on the Fourth glorious Mystery for the Fourteenth Saturday

Whatever you would have contributed toward any bloated political campaigns or thrown away in the conciliar collection plates that only goes to covering up the sins of its presbyters and false primates while destroying all semblence of Catholicism, why not earmark it for SANCTUS/DailyCatholic? After all, shouldn't we all take St. Paul's strong counsel in 2 Thessalonians 2: 14 to heart and "stand firm, and hold the traditions which you have learned"?

To fortify why the CONciLIAR church is the false church, see key Papal Decrees that preceded it in pre-Vatican Two times by true Popes who solidly condemned the V2 false 'popes' who have spit in Heaven's Face. Amen.

We encourage you to learn more about the Traditional Latin Mass - the true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in these videos at this link because each time you worthily assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in person, you gain graces that are placed in a "golden chalice", so to speak, and is offered to God to be weighed in substance when you stand before Him at your Particular Judgment. The more you have filled this chalice, the better will it go for your spiritual welfare in eternity, enhanced by your cooperation with grace. Know the Mass

When One Cannot physically assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass we provide additional prayers that can be supplemented with the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and the PROPER OF THE DAY to enable you to better prepare yourself at home. Of course, this never replaces actually being there, but it is much better than attending the Novus Ordo services. Therefore we have gleaned from The Key of Heaven prayers to say at home. It is very comforting to know that the Holy Mass is offered for us even when we are not actually present. But to enjoy the benefits which it procures, we must by a SPIRITUAL COMMUNION become partakers of the altar from which we are temporarily banished. Here we provide prayers in preparation for fulfilling assistance in absentia in addition to the ORDINARY OF THE HOLY MASS and PROPER OF THE DAY. PRAYERS IN ABSENTIA

    The Fatima Prayers

My God, I believe, I adore, I trust and I love Thee; and I beg pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not trust, and do not love Thee.
(repeat the above 3 times then bow your head in reciting the following:)

O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in tabernacles throughout the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in unison with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg the conversion of poor sinners.

O Most Holy Trinity, I adore Thee! My God, my God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament!

O my Jesus, it is for love of Thee, in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of poor sinners.
