Each day we feature a title and/or salutation to Our Lady in celebration of Mary's month of May and today, on this first day of the oldest Novena in the Church - this to the Holy Ghost, The Blessed Virgin's divine Spouse and thus we honor her as Mother most chaste as we make an Act of Consecration to the Sanctifier while continuing our daily Rosaries and praying the The Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
For features in today's issue, see:

Today we begin the oldest novena of the Church, the Novena to the Holy Ghost and if ever we needed the Advocate's help it is now in 2012 when souls and hearts have hardened and grown lukewarm in their comfort zones, which surely can't be pleasing to the Sanctifier. In the face of this ennui to the spiritual crisis that has caused so much destruction to body and soul since the death of the last true Pope on October 9, 1958, we ask when will we wake up from this free fall and grab the parachute God offers? If only we would reach out and make the effort to save not only our own souls but those of our fellow man, we'd see a tremendous change in attitude and conversions. It is what Christ commands us to do and that command begins with the only ones who have the jurisdiction and authority to provide the true sacraments to souls - the traditional bishops who hold the key to returning sanity and sanctity. Let us pray the Holy Ghost will touch them and move them to set aside their petty differences and be the apostles we need them to be, that God needs them to be. Let us dedicate this nine day Novena to our true shepherds with the First Day of the Novena to the Holy Ghost

After his successful sixteen-part YouTube series "Sedevacantism - A Catholic Perspective" last year, Griff files a new series as he delves further, this time addressing the direction true Catholics must take for the sake of their souls in remaining true to holy Mother Church and the infallible perennial Magisterium of the Church. Thus he presents his series "Ecclesiology for Sedevacantists". In his first nine minute and fifteen second vignette, he introduces the standard Theological handbook that defines Catholic Theology, despite the fact that the author Monsignor G. Van Noort of the work "Dogmatic Theology" is not infallible. However, since one can count on one hand the number of true Catholic theologians alive today and because, outside of St. Thomas Aquinas' Summa Theologica, this is the best source to rely on in this time of The Great Apostasy. Griff touches on the term "body" of bishops which Van Noort refers to as a "college", but since such a moniker pertains to a specific group, Griff suggests "body" of bishops so as not to confuse as he begins to turn on the light against the scandalous and scurilous accusations against the true consecrated shepherds in proving their authenticity and authority to guide and guard souls. While you'll be able to see more vignettes by staying at the YouTube page, we're presenting one each day to emphasize each episode in this series as Griff commences with Part One: Shining a light on the Darkness

Today on the eighteenth day of May the flower is the delicate LAVENDER which is mauve in its lavender-like hues with the corresponding Virtue being MODESTY. This is appropriate for modesty is the cornerstone of chastity and purity. Nothing makes Our Lady happier than a pure heart and a pure heart begins with being pure in the flesh. What we wear governs how we think, where we place God in our lives. Like the Lavender, our souls are delicate and to be immodest in any way or not to practice custody of the eyes puts that delicateness in jeopardy. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Ghost and we must strive to adorn these temples with layers of clothing that are pleasing to our Almighty Creator, not man. What also is pleasing to God is when we pay honor to His Blessed Mother this month with the Devotion of The Little Crown of the Twelve Stars of the Blessed Virgin Mary
We hope to reach more souls through this newest technology of twitter in the left column. It is something that prior to now we have avoided. However, in an effort to reach beyond the choir, if you will, and to provide inspiration with short prayers and ejaculations, facts, links, comments and quips, we've launched out into the deep of social networking with twitter.com/dailycatholoic and ask guidance from the Holy Ghost to navigate others to the beacon we offer with the safe port of the DailyCatholic. Some have suggested we start a facebook page and our answer to that is we have enough on our plate with this site which contains well over 50,000 pages already. If someone wants to start a facebook page for SANCTUS/DailyCatholic we would be open to communicating with them, but we ourselves do not have the time to manage it.

The Fatima Prayers
My God, I believe, I adore, I trust and I love Thee; and I beg pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not trust, and do not love Thee.
(repeat the above 3 times then bow your head in reciting the following:)

O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in tabernacles throughout the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in unison with the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg the conversion of poor sinners.

O Most Holy Trinity, I addore Thee! My God, my God, I love Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament!

O my Jesus, it is for love of Thee, in reparation for the offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of poor sinners.
