The Fourth Sorrowful Mystery equates with the modernists' reforms since Vatican II and, after Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ bearing His cross for us, if there ever was a cross for faithful Catholics to carry it has been the grueling succeeding decades following the bastard council known as Vatican II.
It began with the release of Barrabas when Cardinal Angelo Roncalli was elected as the successor of His Holiness Pope Pius XII, who died after a long illness, many say out of sheer exhaustion. Before the smoke had curled into the air, Roncalli took an antipope's name John XXIII which was forever besmirched by Baldassarre Cardinal Cossa during the devisive Western Schism in the early fifteenth century. From one antipope another rose 543 years later and it has continued to this day: the reign of the antipopes.
That's pretty harsh, you say? Consider the evidence that we will provide along the Way to Calvary in assimilating the Stations of the Cross to the torture of souls via the enemies of Christ who usurped the true Authority of His Church. There is enough validation available now through several Masons, Sillonists and Communists themselves, not to mention Modernist heretics, who have documented the facts in indicting Roncalli's heretical involvement and approval of non-Catholic entities who were sworn enemies of the Church before he was elected. It is also a known fact that he remained cozy with them after taking the white hat including the sellout of countless Catholics behind the Iron Curtain with the despicable, horrendous Pact of Metz.
This was accomplished for less than the price of thirty pieces of silver: the trade to assure the Soviets that the Church, holder of truth, guardian of souls, would abandon her post and no longer stand in the way of heretics and murderers for two Russian Orthodox to attend the Council! That, by and far, trumps Peter Minuit buying Manhattan Island for 24 dollars from the Indians.
By his heretical activities prior to being elected in the Sistine Chapel, we know that it was illegitimate not because we were there, but because of what holy Mother Church has decreed, specifically by the 223rd Successor of Saint Peter His Holiness Pope Paul IV during the time of the Council of Trent in 1559, almost 400 years earlier. Just as Pontius Pilate washed his hands of his decision to hand Jesus over to the Jews by releasing Barrabas, so also Roncalli, as the conjurer, did the same by handing over the Mystical Body of Christ to the Robber Barons when he called the Council, first releasing his intentions just over three months after Pius had died. The cardinal of Venice's devastating lavabo came at St. Paul's Outside-the-Walls on January 25, 1959 where he supposedly gave an impromptu announcement that he was convening an ecumenical council to open up to the world, forever making infamous the Italian phrase 'aggiornamento' .
Ready or not, with that announcement the Church was ready to take up the cross on a long trek toward Calvary, that no one thought would take as long as it has (50 years and counting) and only God knows where it will lead and when it will end. And yet, it is such a blessing to be living in these times, to assimilate with Christ the pangs and pain hurled upon Him, united in His Passion. That commitment by the faithful to accept our crosses, to submit to persecution and ridicule in reparation for our own sins and others, spurred Christ on when anyone else in that state of suffering would have said, 'forget it.'
Is it any wonder the Mystical Body fell the first time when, after sending out the schemas for a council which basically was intended to close the First Vatican Council, turned into a free-for-all for the progressive Modernists to forge their agenda by switching the originals with pre-plotted schemas that could very well have been drawn up a century before when Karl Marx wrote his Communist Manifesto. Remember the barbarians were already at the gate when Giovanni Cardinal Mastai-Ferretti was elevated as Pope Pius IX near the middle of the nineteenth century. They were counting him as one of their own but the liberal-oriented Pius fooled everyone by turning very conservative and thereby guiding the Barque of Peter through a turbulent time when revolution was rife throughout Europe. He turned the tide when he proclaimed the Dogma of the Immaculate Conception, confirmed four years later by the Mother of God to a poor peasant girl named Bernadette. Pius also threw the lurking liberals into a tizzy with his Syllabus of Errors, the very same that has been pilloried by the antipopes that followed Roncalli.
The handwriting was on the wall when Vincenzo Cardinal Pecci succeed Pius in 1878 after a 32-year reign in re-establishing the Holy See as a powerful force to be reckoned with. It was the beginning of the "golden age" of Catholicism as we know it that carried up to Vatican II. From there, as we now know, everything went downhill after that. Yet, Leo reinforced the ramparts with his powerful no-nonsense encyclicals such as Satis Cognitium and Apostolicae Curae which reasserted Catholic truth and serve as two infrangible proofs against the counterfeit church of conciliarism and the Vatican II antipopes.
The progressives not only had their foot in the door, but were about to be handed the reins of Rome with the progressive Secretary of State Mariano Cardinal Rampolla when the Emperor of Austria Franz Joseph vetoed the election in a process called "right of exclusion" reserved for Catholic monarchs (Jus Exclusivae) . That Godsend veto preserved the Church's predicament a while longer when the Conclave elected the holy Guisseppe Cardinal Sarto who became Pope St. Pius X. That infuriated the progressives who were once again forced underground. Though, for the most part, away from the surface, they were very active in all areas, especially in fomenting revolution which reached its apex in the teen years of the twentieth century.
When Franz Joseph's heir to the throne in Austria Archduke Franz Ferdinand was assassinated in Sarajevo, all hell broke loose with a series of events that have left an indelible mark on history beginning with World War I in 1914. Less than a month after war broke out across Europe, the Pope had a heart attack and died on August 20th.
Three years later two events occurred that have forever changed the face of the world. The first was Heaven's warning at Fatima. It correlates with the Fourth Sorrowful Mystery in that union of Mother and divine Son, working in concert to alert the faithful of the answer to all our woes. Will we ever listen? Sadly, the answer is no, for twelve days after her final apparition at the Cova on October 13, 1917, the day the Sun danced and seemingly plunged toward the earth in a miraculous phenomenon seen by at least 50,000, the Socialist succeeded in Russia with the Bolshevik Revolution.
Today in retrospect we can see the full impact of her words that if we did not repent, pray the Rosary and if the Holy Father did not consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart, Russia's errors would spread. Boy, have they!
Buoyed by the visit of the Blessed Mother, the Mystical Body of Christ trudged on through three more Popes, Benedict XV, Pius XI and Pius XII. All were virulent opponents of Communism, thus protecting the Church on the surface. Yet beneath there was much rumbling for the fifth columnists were infiltrating everywhere. The two Piuses endeavored to keep the galleys of the Barque of Peter clear, issuing stop gap encyclicals with Mortalium Animos and Humani Generis.
Thirteen years later with the Second Vatican Council already poisoning the landscape, John XXIII raised the surrender flag and opened wide the gates to the world with his 'encyclical' Pacem in Terris. From then on everything began going downhill on that slippery slope, especially with the election of a known heretic Giovanni Montini . I refer you to Pope Paul IV's Papal Bull above and all the anathemas issued by holy Mother Church down through the centuries as proof that he had veered from the Faith before his elevation and after taking the moniker Paul VI, well, if you think Montini was a true Pope then Mussolini was a saint. Not!
It was Montini, the shameless shaman, who ushered in the very malice that Christ had warned of in St. Matthew 24: 15 with "the abomination of desolation" as the man from Milan went further than even Martin Luther, John Calvin or Thomas Cranmer had ever dreamed of. Today we can see the bitter fruits of what he wrought with the wreckovation of the Holy Sacrifice with his Novus Ordo Missae. Can you say barren? The facts, statistics and boasts bear this out. I could go on for volumes on this, but suffice instead the words of Pope St. Pius V from Quo Primum, the same pronounced by Sovereign Pontiffs before him and many since: that if anyone dare alter or contradict this decree "he will incur the wrath of Almighty God and of the blessed Apostles Peter and Paul." Is it any wonder if that has happened? Considering the plethora of errors pronounced from Vatican City and every diocese today, that's a no brainer!
I could use as a paragon the paradigm of Monsignor Albino Luciani who chose the name John Paul I, signaling he would follow the devastating path of his two immediate predecessors and since they had already gravely violated the Solemn Papal Oath He could also be compared with Simon the Cyrenean who was thrust into the fray not by choice, but by necessity to assure Christ would not die before His appointed ignominy atop Golgatha. So also, Luciani was elected following the death of the nefarious Montini to keep the Mystical Body of Christ from crashing. Of course, by then it was no longer the true Mystical Body of Christ but an avatar, if you will, that had taken a different course forged by antipopes and Vatican II. Luciani was in concert with all that had been passed by the Council as evident by the name he took in honoring the two progressive potentates who preceded him since both were Free Masons. This was seemingly the only area Luciani opposed and it was said he was virulently against the P2 Lodge, a powerful Masonic influence throughout Italy, so much so that he was about to expose those who were members of that secret anti-Catholic society. In a plot right out of Shakespeare, it was a marriage of two fierce rivals - the Mafia and P2 with the Vatican caught in the middle thanks to its complicity the use of the Vatican Bank to siphon off millions. We may never know what actually happened, but we do know 33 days after his election he died mysteriously in his sleep. Many believe he was poisoned and point to the fact that those involved were conveniently eliminated later including chief financier Michele Sindona who was poisoned and Roberto Calvi who was hung ingloriously from London Bridge. Thus we arrive at the Sixth Station which correlates quite readily with the election of a little known Pole from Krakow who was not who we thought he was. Just as Veronica wiped Our Lord's adorable face, Bishop Karol Wojtyla, calling himself John Paul II gave the impression that he was there to clean things up, to wipe the blood and confusion from the face of the Mystical Body of Christ, struggling with all the changes instituted by Montini. Wojtyla even fooled the vast majority, including this writer, that he was "Mary's Pope" and that, in time, he would clean things out, ridding the Church of its bad bishops and replace them with conservative, good bishops. Oh, what an illusionist he was and oh, how we were duped to believe that the head man was so naive not to realize what was going on. It is the same maisma that affects both conciliar Catholics and anti-sedevacantists today about one Father Joseph Ratzinger that he didn't know what was going on.
What we didn't realize until early in the new millennium after elevating JP2 on a pedastal throughout the nineties in being mislead ourselves, is that both Wojtyla and Ratzinger were crucial periti at Vatican II and very much a part of the progressive movement to forge a new church that would compromise with the world, the flesh and the devil all for being accepted by Protestants and other non-Catholics at the expense of countless souls. Just as Veronica's veil left an indelible mark, so also the actions and non-actions of the antipopes have left an indelible mark.
We arrive at the seventh station, Jesus Falls the Second Time. Oh, the Mystical Body took a hard fall the second time with the further raping of all things Catholic. From more denuding of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass by terming it a 'eucharistic celebration' with all aspects of the propitiatory sacrifice eliminated to rewriting not only Canon Law but a new Catechism that only confused the masses more, including the authors who published several errors in a series of events that proved it could no longer be the Catholic Church for the Mystical Bride of Christ cannot err. She is spotless. This new conciliar church spawned in the 60's was anything but. Yet, so insidious was satan's master plan that most of us were blinded to what was really going on. I attribute the era of the internet for alerting us as the second reason why many today are beginning to awaken from the complacent hypnos we settled into. I say second because the first reason souls are realizing the truth comes from grace. Were it not for the web, it's doubtful many would have realized the damning significance of the apostasy wrought from the first syncretic Assisi meeting in 1986 and second one in 2002 called by Wojtyla which followed the course Roncalli had begun and Montini carried out in abandoning the triregno Authority and basically selling out to the demonic UN. So also JP2 conceded to not only the Protestants, but pagans of every kind from the Muslims to Voodoo, Buddhists, and New Agers, even Animist snake worshippers. Oh, how the avatar posing as the Mystical Body of Christ had fallen.
Enter the women for the eighth station is the Women Weep for Jesus. There is plenty to weep for considering what Wojtyla did from all the manifest and pertinent heresies previous true reliable Popes had warned against such Modernism, religious indifferentism, universal salvation, ecumenism, of his regime in contradicting and condemning what holy martyrs had died for. Talk about sell out. Oh, he was a master at skewering the traditions and most of us were too dense to see the trees through the forest, even to his trashing one of the strongest of Catholic bastions with his acceptance of female altar servers and lectors. Those who understood the true role of women in the Church as exemplified by the Blessed Mother have to weep at how the conciliar church relaxed the disciplines of sexual mores, allowing women to become even more of a sexual object. Though he gave lip service to his opposition to contraception and abortion, he and all the hierarchs beholden to him did very little to stop the slaughter in the womb and the unknown billions who were denied creation in the womb from the liberal use of birth control. In the past, the Church wielded clout and commanded great respect from most areas of influence including the powerful Legion of Decency that kept in control the fare produced by Hollywood. If the industry wanted to be successful, they'd listen to the Church and comply because of the massive bloc of souls she influenced.
This brings us to a point that is often overlooked. Were it not for the Roncalli and Montini concessions and relaxed disciplines, it's doubtful the 60's revolution would have had the negative impact it did on society. But then we can also go back to Our Lady's messages at Fatima and realize Heaven's advice had been ignored. We can also go back a bit further to some 150 years ago and the message from La Salette that "Rome will lose the Faith and become the seat of the antichrist." Little did anyone really think that was possible during the reigns of Popes Pius IX, Leo XIII, St. Pius X, Benedict XV, Pius XI and Pius XII. Even with Roncalli this didn't seem plausible at first. But, oh, since then those words are very applicable for Rome has lost the faith with countless millions of souls abandoning the Faith by picking and choosing what they want to believe in "making religion easier" for generations geared to think Heaven is an afterthought and hell really doesn't exist because a loving God would not really punish those He created.
The tragic consequences of the Protestant Reformation have resulted in over 33,000 different sects calling themselves Christian while fashioning their own churches where they interpret the way they, in their fallible, fallen human nature, determine what God really meant in Sacred Scripture and if they don't agree they either change it or rationalize around it with new interpretations, totally abandoning the fact that Christ left His Church as the sole Discerner of the Word by providing the perfect Mentor to guide souls - the Sanctifier - known universally through two milleniums as the Third Person of the Holy Trinity, the Holy Ghost Whom Jesus promised would be with His Church "until the consummation of the world" (St. Matthew 28: 20).
Oh, yes, it is not just the women who have wept, but also those who dearly love holy Mother Church and bemoan what has happened to the Mystical Body. We can readily understand exactly what Jesus meant when He said, "weep not over Me, but for yourselves, and for your children" (St. Luke 23: 28).
There were many who wept at JP2's funeral and clamored for his immediate canonization with well-placed planned organizational signs of "Santo Subito" but by then many of us were wise to their agenda. Yet many were not wise to the ruse of his successor. Many wept when Ratzinger was elected, again believing the lie that he would right the ship. How could a man who had been a lifelong progressive, had nurtured Vatican II's reforms and been the staunchest supporter of JP2's heresies, turn 180 degrees? The best answer to that is found in St. Matthew 7: 15, 18By their fruits you shall know them...a good tree cannot yield bad fruit, neither can a bad tree yield good fruit."
The third fall of Christ corresponds to the third fall of the avatar Mystical Body with the desperate reform of the reforms the diabolic Ratzinger foisted on those in the conciliar church. All the while he was sitting on a boiling caldron, one which he knew only too well what was happening but continued the arrogance of covering it up and siphoning off countless millions of dollars for hush money to protect the guilty. I am, of course, speaking of the terrible sex scandals that have forever besmirched the good name of the Catholic Church. This is all about to implode for Jesus has clearly said in St. Luke 11: 17 and 23 respectively," Every kingdom divided against itself shall be brought to desolation, and house upon house shall fall." and " He that is not with Me, is against Me: and he that gathereth not with Me, scattereth." Actually the entire Gospel and Epistle from last Sunday (Third Sunday of Lent) is a microcosm of the counterfeit church of conciliarism for the house is divided and Ratzinger, who has repeated the very same heresies of Montini and Wojtyla, some even more manifest than his predecessors is desperate to protect his interests at the expense of souls. As I write this it is imploding with the revelation that Ratzinger is immersed in it from his own brother Georg a major player for 30 years as headmaster of the Benedictine Bavarian monastery where numerous young boys were molested, even while Ratzinger himself was head of the very diocese. Add to this the shocking, yet not as shocking has you would think, news of the discovery of a sodomite prostitution ring run by a man very close to both Wojtyla and Ratzinger - Angelo Balducci a very member of the Papal Household no less. Oh, yes, the apple does not fall far from the tree and that tree is destined for the eternal fire just as Christ confirms in St. Matthew 7: 19.
In the final installment of this series on the Sorrowful Mysteries, we will correlate the Tenth, Eleventh and Twelfth Stations of the Cross and the Final Words from the Cross with the Fifth Sorrowful Mystery, the Crucifixion and in equating the apostasy and schism of Rome with the prophesies of LaSalette and Fatima, among others.
We have arrived at the summit of Golgatha where only a few faithful remained with Christ to the very end. So also today, there remain only a few standing with the true Mystical Body of Christ for so many have abandoned her, deceived in following the antipopes who have transfigured the Mystical Body into an almost unrecognizable form, one that is lead toward a one world religion sans Jesus Christ as its Head. Those who remain loyal to the end are Catholics who realize these charlatans, who have pulled so many tricks in an effort to deceive the populace, cannot possibly be Catholic. Perseverance will win out on this trek to Calvary. But we warn all again, the Via Dolorosa is the only way for the way of the antipopes leads away from the Way, the Truth and the Life. "But though we, or an Angel from Heaven, preach a gospel to you beside that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema. As we said before, so I say now again: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which have received, let him be anathema. For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? If I did yet please men, I should not be the servant of Christ." (Galatians 1: 8-10). We say again, beware of the anathematized avatar church.
