April 2013 (features.htm)

Griff Ruby presents part five of his series and points out that the title of this installment is very easy to answer, and yet it seems to be the biggest hurdle for both sedevacantists and non-sedevacantists to arrive at in a meeting of the minds to where cohesive arguments can be submitted without emotional outbursts or condemnations. After all the sedevacantist position is a theological opinion. Yes, an "opinion" which carries no doctrinal weight, yet explains the only alternative as to why the doctrines have been altered; something no true Catholic pope or any Catholic could ever dare do. You see, dogmas and doctrines are not open to discussion like theological opinions are. No, the former are set in stone and handed down through Divine Revelation and Tradition. What many sedevacantists fail to do is convey convincing arguments that prove the Church is very much alive today, and we're not talking about the CONciLIAR church formed at Vatican Two, but rather the true Church with true, valid, and authorized priests to teach, lead, and sanctify souls through confecting all sacraments including the holy Sacrament of the Altar. It's not a matter of numbers, but provenance. If only more had the grace to connect the dots, the numbers would take care of themselves because more would come to the realization of WHERE the Church truly exists and flee the false church. Griff explains in part five Where IS the Church?

John Gregory provides the commentary for the Fourth Sunday after Easter from Father George Leo Haydock found in many Douay-Rheims version of the New Testament. How ironic when false prophets and antipopes are trying to justify the Jews in their sin, when Bishop Bernard Fellay ignores this after years of resisting in order to now compromise with the devil - that we have this wonderful Gospel of St. John the Evangelist on the truth. Our Lord foretold many times that the Jews would be a stubborn lot and indeed that has proven true for still today they brag about rejecting Him and expect faithful Catholics to tow their line rather than God's. More proof they answer to the prince of the world and not to the Son of God Who alone provides eternal happiness, re-emphasized so many times, especially in today's Gospel where Jesus promises He will always be with His children for He will not leave His apostles shorthanded. No, as promised, He will send His Spirit, the Holy Ghost which proves the Filioque of the Creed as we see in today's commentary for the Fourth Sunday after Easter in Promise of the Paraclete

Father Benedict Hughes, CMRI, Rector of St. Joseph's Minor Seminary in Rathdrum, Idaho at the City of Mary presents a thirteen-minute sermon recorded two years ago and made available through Traditional Catholic Sermons for the Fourth Sunday after Easter, also known as "Cantáte Sunday" after the Introit "Cantáte Domino", which means "Sing to the Lord" and which Father addresses how we are now preparing for the Advocate as Christ promises that through thick and thin, He will be with us always for He will send His Spirit. Father provides encouragement, especially to parents who often consider their greatest cross is their children who have strayed from the true Faith. He reminds them that God judges the effort, not the results and equates the courageous efforts of missionaries who strove to convert so many and never saw the fruits of their efforts, but that they gave it their all. He urges all to not give up hope and to realize, as Jesus affirms, that there will always be The Joys and Sufferings of Life. Father also provides a sermon on a devout servant of Mary and how we can also be devoted slaves of Our Lady with St. Louis de Montfort and True Devotion

Bishop Daniel Dolan offers a potpourri of saints for this day in relating the lives and virtues of four saints, beginning with St. Paul of the Cross, the persevering servant of the Lord who bore his sufferings with great joy and was rewarded as was the holy martyr St. Vitalis who has a commemoration this day as well as remembering St. Peter Chanel, and of course the holy slave of the Blessed Virgin Mary, St. Louis Marie de Montfort who fought Jansenism and founded the Company of Mary as well as the Sisters of Wisdom in spreading the holy Faith and providing a foundation for future generations of faithful Catholics. His Excellency provides this tableau of holy men whom we celebrate for Saints honored on April 28

This year we bookend the week with Doctors of the Church with Sunday's feast of St. Anselm and today's feast of St. Peter Canisius. This Dutch-born Jesuit priest played a key role in the landmark dogmatic and canonical Council of Trent and in debating the Protestant heresies while whirling through his native Netherlands and Germany, Austria, Bohemia and Poland. He was a great eloquent preacher sought by prince and pauper alike. He served as mediator between Holy Roman Emperors and Popes. He also founded the University of Fribourg in 1580. One of his most famous works was "Manual of Catholics" and he is referred to as the "Second Apostle of Germany," giving way only to the great Saint Boniface as the "First Apostle of Germany." Because of his efforts, the counter-reformation was a resounding success in Bavaria. He was truly the Windmill of Wisdom.

There are many devotions we can practice throughout the day, but one of the most efficacious of these, besides the holy Rosary, is the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary which Karl D. Keller is anxious to share with all. There are various versions - long ones and short ones - dedicated to Our Lady and it is the intention here to share the approved devotion with Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur from over a century ago with readers. Here Karl presents the second hour of the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary: Lauds, which means "Praise." It is much shorter than Matins and can be said at the appointed hour of 3 a.m. but if one needs sleep it can be added after Matins or at dawn before Prime or, if one so desires, to say it continually with the other hours in succession. Lauds

April 25 is the feast of the holy Evangelist Saint Mark, represented by the Angelic Lion foreseen in the Old Testament by the Prophet Ezechiel when the latter received a glorious vision of the four Evangelists and their purpose which comprised the entire first chapter of the Prophesy of Ezechiel. These winged creatures, who many believe were angels in the prophet's vision, foresaw St. Matthew depicted as a human angel, St. Mark as the winged lion - or, in heraldic terms, a griffin, St. Luke as the winged ox, and St. John as the glorious eagle all with the purpose of spreading the news of the Messiah Who sat upon the throne of Heaven. It is said St. Mark received his moniker, if you will, from his description of St. John the Baptist of whom the evangelist begins his gospel in St. Mark 1: 2-3, "As it is written in Isaias the prophet: Behold I send my angel before thy face, who shall prepare the way before thee. A voice of one crying in the desert: Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight His paths." John Gregory cites the Catholic Encyclopedia's claim that St. Mark wrote from St. Peter's point of view for he wrote what was preached by Simon-Peter, Petrus - the Rock upon which Christ established His only true Church on earth for all time as He promised and as was foretold in the Old Covenant. Holy Griffin of the Gospels

In Book Four of Chapter Thirty-Nine of the Prophesies and Revelations of the holy mystic St. Bridget of Sweden, the Blessed Virgin Mother speaks with her divine Son how much the bride - St. Bridget - is like a lamb that places so much trust in the lion (Christ) that she is willing to put her head in His mouth. St. Bridget hears Christ's answer and His request to His Mother to explain further of the reasons why this is good as Our Lady illustrates the meaning to the bride of how the lion and the lamb tie is so perfectly, and how God permits some things to happen because of human ingratitude and impatience that otherwise would not happen to them. This Lion ain't lyin'!

Griff Ruby presents part four of his series and points out that many do not realize how important it is for the salvation of one's soul to understand what being Catholic truly means. It is not just doing as one is told without realizing that what one may be instructed to do is wrong. That is how dictators and despots rise to power, that is how heresies spread, that is how the Great Apostasy implanted itself in the fabric of the Church and society in our times. It wasn't as important to souls as it should be and many sloughed it off as, "oh, well" when the pull of the world, the flesh and the devil occupied their every waking moment instead of God and things of Heaven. That and the fact that Catholics simply took for granted they knew their faith. Let's be honest. If we did, would Vatican Two really have seen the light of day? Back then we could blame it on the Bishops and periti but 50 years later those who still cling to the conciliar clutches have no excuses. Griff explains in part four Your Duty to Know

His Excellency Bishop Mark Pivarunas, CMRI focuses on the mystery of the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar and the stark contrast of the awe and reverence afforded the True Presence of Our Lord and Savior compared with the travesty of the Novus Ordo with atrocities galore that not only scandalize but veer greatly from what was set in stone at the dogmatic Council of Trent. His Excellency details the reason why true priests take such caution and reverence for the Blessed Sacrament, something so sorely missing today in the Novus Ordo lodges, which only reinforce the Traditional Catholic stance that what the Conciliar church offers is invalid and totally null and void as is obvious in. True Reverence for the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar

April 21st is the traditional feast of the holy Doctor of the Church and Bishop Saint Anselm who was a crusader against lay investiture, fiercely loyal to Rome and to his vocation as a priest who loved his flocks. They rewarded him by fiercely standing behind him against mighty temporal kings. He was a Frenchman who conquered the Brits with love. He was the father of Scholastic Theology. He was the holy doctor from Piedmont whose writings and teachings became an important barometer for another Doctor of the Church - the angelic doctor St. Thomas Aquinas a little over a century later. St. Anselm was the uncompromising Archbishop of Canterbury in the middle ages who lived 76 years and is known best as the Father of Scholasticism.

John Gregory has graciously provided Father George Leo Haydock's commentaries on the Douay-Rheims version of the New Testament. The Third Sunday following Easter is often called Jubilation Sunday for the Introit "Jubiláte Deo" which means "Shout with joy to God" and Our Lord's words in the Gospel of St. John are indeed cause for joy for no matter how much we may suffer, no matter the travails, Jesus assures us, if we stay the course, obey the divine will and are ever faithful our sorrow will be turned to joy. When that is, only God knows for time to the Almighty is as if thousands of years are but a moment, even just a second as the Haydock Commentary pores over in today's commentary for the Third Sunday after Easter. In a little while...

Father Benedict Hughes, CMRI, Rector of St. Joseph's Minor Seminary in Rathdrum, Idaho at the City of Mary presents a nine-minute sermon recorded for Traditional Catholic Sermons for the Third Sunday after Easter, also known as "Jubilation Sunday" after the Introit "Jubilátio Deo" in which Father addresses how Christ speaks so often in today's specific Gospel of St. John the words "a little while", in Latin condensed to one word: "módicum", and how there is both joy and sorrow in this world, but if you are faithful to Him our sorrows will be temporary while the joy of serving God will be a great joy and, if we can persevere in grace, we shall indeed see Him in all His splendor in the Beatific Vision providing great jubilation for our soul and throught the heavens as Father explains in his sermon given last year. See Módicum

There are many devotions we can practice throughout the day, but one of the most efficacious of these, besides the holy Rosary, is the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary. There are various versions - long ones and short ones - dedicated to Our Lady and it is the intention here to share the approved devotion with Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur from over a century ago with readers. Following the introduction in part one and the First Nocturn of Matins in part two, featured in part three is the Second and Third Nocturns of Matins also said at the stroke of midnight when shortly thereafter a Te Deum is prayed outside of Advent. The prayers are enhanced with sources from which some of the comments are taken in an effort to encourage devout souls to intensify their spiritual exercises in this time of the Great Apostasy. Matins - Second and Third Nocturns

With same-sex 'marriage' before the Supreme Court as well as DOMA, we need to realize the homosexual lobby will not sit idly by and let the judges take away what they have fought for. Thus, just as Moses returned from the Burning Bush with a set list of Ten Commands for man to live his life in the rightful order of things, so also, in typical fashion by the devil who apes God, Harvey Milk and his ilk return from the darkest grave to inspire what the LGBT community demands by their list of Ten Commands that mock God's Natural Order in order to establish the unnatural, perverted world of sodomy. Don't they realize such a course has consequences? Do they really think Abraham was a fictitious character and that the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah never happened? If they were honest with themselves, they'd admit it. But their entire case is built on lies for their author is the father of lies as they will discover when they meet their real Maker. Oh are they in for a surprise! Satan's Tene Commandments to the Homosexual Lobby

In this time when family, friends and foes face confusion and look to modern means for answers; in this time when persecution raises its ugly head and the barbarians are not only at the gate, but have penetrated the walls and now occupy the fortress by the sea, Traditional Catholics stay within firing range but outside the fray of the conciliar church. They do so by practising the Faith as handed down by Christ and relying on the steady gunner Saint Joseph to help guide the rudder of the Ark of Salvation - the True Church Christ founded - and steer Her safely around the devastating boulders, jutting out from the shallow water, and position Her so She is in range to fire volleys of virtue as a flare of Faith; the True Faith so the faithless will have Faith, the hopeless will have hope, and the loveless will know the true love of God. St. Joseph is The Silent Assassin

Griff Ruby provides part three in which he points out that that just as Henry VIII created a new ecclesial economy, commonly known today as the Anglican Church, or Œconomia nova in 1534, so also in 1964 the Robber Barons at Vatican Two repeated this grave, grave error with promulgating the astonishing juridical disorder mandated in Lumen Gentium and thus created from the material of the Church's own Œconomia a false new Œconomia with a "church" of their own, with all the trappings of Catholicism but without the key ingredient - the Holy Ghost. The parallels of the church of England with the Conciliar church spawned at Vatican II are so similar and the result remains the same: Absolutely null and entirely void as Pope Leo XIII affirmed when push came to shove. The "perpe-traitors" within the false church have been shoving a lot lately in trying to cover up the corrupt correlation and push the truth out of the way, but the evidence is irrefutable and cannot subsist on its own merit. No matter what arguments of justification and jurisdiction its defenders try to conjure up, it's futile. Griff pinpoints the Descent into Heresy

His Excellency filed his 300th Eleison Comment on April 13 in which Bishop Richard Williamson seeks to warn of the doublespeak contained within the Doctrinal Document drawn up between CONciLIAR Rome and Econe last year on the Ides of April which bodes ill for the Society and its members if it were carried out considering the insanity of the "hermeneutics of continuity" that Ratzinger has pushed from day one. What it comes down to is the "hermeneutics of discontinuity", or better yet of insanity for, as His Excellency points out in a manner of speaking, those inside the Trojan Horse, as it were, have straight jackets for all. He alerts those on the battle line to realize their commander is not in sync with what they are fighting for. Beware! Doctrinal Declaration

John Gregory has graciously provided Father George Leo Haydock's commentaries on the Douay-Rheims version of the New Testament. The Second Sunday following Easter is often referred to as Good Shepherd Sunday for the Gospel of St. John in which Christ proclaims that He is the Good Shepherd and He knows His sheep and they know Him. He identifies those who are not true shepherds for they will flee and leave the flock to fend for themselves, but not before they have weakened them further by not instilling sound doctrine and safeguards for their souls. Sound familiar? Today's CONciLIAR church has false shepherds who have an agenda to please man, not God. We know they are false shepherds from the chief unFrancis lay shepherd the world considers as pope all the way down to the lowliest priest for there are so few true priests left thanks to the false shepherd Paul VI daring to alter what Christ established. As St. Paul says so clearly in Galatians 1: 8, if some one preach other than what is Catholic truth, let them be condemned, just as the dogmatic Council of Trent reaffirmed. We see so clearly Our Lord's words My Sheep know Me

Father Benedict Hughes, CMRI, Rector of St. Joseph's Minor Seminary in Rathdrum, Idaho at the City of Mary presents a nine-minute sermon for the Second Sunday after Easter, also known as "Good Shepherd" Sunday after the Epistle and Gospel in which Father addresses how we, as His sheep in the pasture, must love and obey our Shepherd if we want to remain safe in His graces. When we stray, we become lost and are vulnerable to the ravenous wolves and lions and other predators of the world, the flesh and the devil. We need to heed Him, His true Church and remain in grace, but that can only be done if we Know Our Lord and Imitate Him

There are many devotions we can practice throughout the day, but one of the most efficacious of these, besides the holy Rosary, is the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary. There are various versions - long ones and short ones - dedicated to Our Lady and it is Karl D. Keller's intention here to share the approved devotion with Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur from over a century ago with readers. After a brief introduction as to the Hours of Matins, Prime, Tierce, Sext, None, Vespers and Compline that encompass the entire day, today is presented the First Nocturn of Matins, which is the longest and most complex of the daily cycle of prayers. They are enhanced with sources from which some of the comments are taken in an effort to encourage devout souls to intensify their spiritual exercises in this time of the Great Apostasy. Karl shares inspiration for the Little Office with part two. Matins - First Nocturn

During this Paschaltide we celebrate the feast of the holy Doctor of the Church and Roman Pontiff Saint Leo the Great. This phenomenal saint was so vigilant and masterful in all he did from staving off the devastating Arian heresy, to reinstating solid doctrine when the Robbers Council sought to undermine the Faith (sound familiar to another Robber Council held from 1962 to 1965?) to miraculously stopping the "Scourge of God" Attila the Hun in his tracks at the gates of Rome. Through the grace of God and Leo's heroic virtue, the ruthless barbarian left without sacking the city. Leo was the only Vicar of Christ to convene two major ecumenical councils. He is best remembered as the "Defender of Rome" Such was the fifth century spiritual giant St. Leo the Great Defender of Rome and Codifier of Orthodoxy. Codifier of Orthodoxy

In Book Four, Chapter Thirty-Eight of the Prophesies and Revelations of the holy mystic St. Bridget of Sweden, Jesus Christ's words to the bride about not putting trust in dreams but, rather, being wary of them, no matter how happy or sad they are, because the devil mixes falsehoods with truth in dreams, and intentionally misleads for he is the father of lies as Our Lord warns in listing many of the errors that occur in the world, and about how the prophets did not err, because they truly loved God above all things. It is an interesting chapter in alerting us of how devious the devil is and how so many are fooled by dreams, such as dreaming they have a pope because he loves the poor. Did we mention how the devil deceives? We see how as Jesus alerts the bride and all of us on how we can Be the Devil's Nightmare and Resist

Too many seem to gage that the hierarchs, who signed the heretical Vatican II documents, such as Lumen Gentium, automatically became heretics at that time, are missing the point. That point being, as Griff Ruby points out, that even if they did sign, each's interior intent could not necessarily be proven or if so, it would take an immense amount of time, effort and proof to convict each and every member of the hierarchy who signed it. Rather, it is very simple to bypass that and find the source of when they abdicated their office for, according to Canon Law, there is a set time of vacancy that is recognized and after that when said office has basically been abandoned, it officially becomes vacant. It is at that time that we can pinpoint when that office was not only abdicated, but officially when the heretic lost all authority and credibility and was no longer Catholic. It is conundrum that so few realize this and have bogged down in semantics and endless polemics in trying to defend the indefensible. Griff Ruby is determined to set them straight with the second part of a multi-part series Pinning down the "Perpe-traitors"

John Gregory presents his magnificent reflection on the First Joyful Mystery. He asks what greater joy can there be than to be told by a heavenly messenger of the highest order - St. Gabriel the Archangel - that the Almighty Father has created you for all time for this moment? Chosen the Holy Ghost as your divine Spouse? and selected you, among zillions of souls, to be the mother of His only-begotten Son? This great Mystery is cause for unending joy and if there ever was a sanctification of motherhood it was in Mary's fiat that she would accept - "be it done unto me according to Thy will" - and through the full cooperation of her Immaculate and Sorrowful Heart, paved the way for God's children to gain Heaven through this living and most pure Ark of the Covenant. John reflects in the mysteries of The Annunciation

Bishop Daniel Dolan, pastor of St. Gertrude the Great in the Cincinnati area presents an 8 minute sermon to the children that was first delivered in 2007 in which he spoke of how devotion to Our Lady is so important in staying true to her divine Son for it was on this day that she accepted the role of the Mother of God and ultimately the Mother of her divine Son's Church. If we rely on His Mother, we can never go wrong. His Excellency explains in his sermon Annunciation of Our Lady

Though the first Sunday following Easter is called Low Sunday, in truth St. John the Evangelists leaves us with a spiritual high in both his Epistle and Gospel, emphasizing how faith conquers all and is the answer to believing in Christ the Lord. The Haydock Commentary for today, provided by John Gregory, shows how those who believe not are liars and in deep trouble if they do not believe the Three in One Who gave testimony and the physical testimony of Christ's two natures - Divine (the spirit) and human (water and blood), which lives on in the Sacred Deposit of the Faith through the spirit (inspired divine revelation), the water (Baptism) and the Blood (the Perpetual Holy Sacrifice of the Mass) - all a Testament of Lasting Faith. As Catholics we go by faith, not feelings. That is why there are few lows when one goes on faith, but a constant confident high that is tempered by a steady keel provided by the sacramental life of the Church that enables us to believe and say the very same words the doubting Apostle said when he was at last convinced: Dominus meus, et Deus meus. My Lord and my God

Father Benedict Hughes, CMRI, Rector of St. Joseph's Minor Seminary in Rathdrum, Idaho at the City of Mary presents a 13 minute sermon for Low Sunday or as is known in some circles "Quasi modo Sunday" from the Introit of today's Mass. Father hones in on the Gospel of St. John on how Thomas had to see with his own eyes that Christ had risen before he would believe. Father reminds us that we should be encouraged by Our Lord's words "Blessed are they who have not seen, yet believe." To do so we must go on faith and it is the true Faith we believe in that we reaffirm each time we pray the Act of Faith daily as Father relates, "I believe these and all the truths of the holy Catholic Church because Thou hast revealed them, Who canst deceive nor be deceived." That in itself should be evidence that we have faith in all that came before Vatican 2 and anything after, well it is not the true faith because we've been deceived and that can never come from God. Father explains in his sermon Make Acts of Faith Everyday

His Excellency Bishop Richard Williamson's Eleison Comment from Maundy Thursday, the day Our Lord instituted the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist and made priests of His apostles, is a warning. As a true shepherd, Bishop Williamson reaches out to those priests still within the confines of the Society of St. Pius X to warn them of the dire direction they are heading if they stubbornly cling to the path laid out by Bishop Bernard Fellay who seeks conciliation with the CONciLIAR church. Just as they evidently did not learn from Campos and recent defections, so also they don't seem to realize what is contained in the Doctrinal Declaration that basically sells out Catholic Truth and all Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre fought for. His Excellency pulls no punches in informing the priests of the disastrous direction Fellay has taken the Society. Turn back now or it will be curtains for the SSPX, which will be swallowed into the great monster known as the CONciLIAR church. He lays out the traps in how the devil is in the details in OPEN LETTER TO PRIESTS of the SOCIETY of ST. PIUS X

Karl D. Keller wants the faithful to know that, contrary to what you might have believed, there is a misnomer in the title of the apparition in Quito, Ecuador that prior to now has been known as "Our Lady of Good Success", but the title is misleading for the Blessed Virgin Mary herself has foretold what the title truly means, just as she imparted to Mother Mariana in the 17th Century of a time about the 20th and early 21st Century in which we are currently living now. The Spanish translation shows that what Our Lady is pointing to is a Great Event and what would be a greater event than Mary's Immaculate Heart triumphing so that a greater triumph - that of her divine Son's return can be realized. But she needs our help to effect this - our prayers, Rosaries, dedication to the true Church in this time of the Great Apostasy, and we are encouraged to pray her Little Office to keep us ever vigilant as Karl Keller explains in his mission to spread the word on the true meaning of Our Lady of the Great Event - Nuestra Señora del Buen Suceso. Karl explains in part one of a multi-series on Our Lady of the Great Event

Though it is Easter Week and therefore supersedes the feast of the holy Bishop and Doctor of the Church St. Isidore of Seville, April 4 is the traditional feast of this ohly cleric born in the middle of the sixth century when the Arian heresy was in full force. Like today's remnant, he resisted going along with the crowd and held true to the constituted evangelic traditions and the purity of the orthodox faith despite the pull of the world, the flesh and the devil. In a time regarded as the beginning of the Dark Ages, he beamed the brilliant light of Christ's Truths wherever he could. It brings to mind that nearly fifteen centuries later, God's one True Church and His teachings are being squeezed from the collective consciousness of souls and, other than prayer, the chief means of communicating to so many lost souls is through the phenomenon known today as Social Media which incorporates the internet, texting, cell phones and twitter. It is through these mediums that traditional outlets such as ours has been able to reach out to the four corners of the world as Christ asks and as St. Isidore attempted in nourishing and harvesting souls for he was truly the Guardian and Gardener of the Faith

We have seen the systematic destruction of the Church founded by Christ by the last five anti-popes, all hand-picked by Satan to deceive even the elect. But what about the elect? Isn't it time they woke up and realized they can only live the lie just so long? Do they not realize that the newest emperor (read anti-pope here) has no clothes and, like the Wizard of Oz, he is nothing but a fraud? Not only is he not Catholic, he's not even a priest, but a mere layman, one who leans left and even more left with his socialist screed that has nothing to do with the Nicene Creed. And yet, dollar to a donut, the same ol' resist-yet-recognize crowd will make excuse after excuse for Mr. Bergoglio the unFrancis not because they really believe this man could ever uphold the constituted evangelic Tradition and the purity of the orthodox faith, but because they're too proud to admit the sedevacantists have had it right all along and with each passing day that becomes more and more evident to all except those who "receive not the love of the truth, that they might be saved" The result: "God shall send them the operation of error, to believe lying: that all may be judged who have not believed the truth, but have consented to iniquity." John asks, Do You See Satan's Plan Now?

There always seems to be a blogalogian these days who thinks he knows better than the infallible, perennial Magisterium of the Church and, whether willfully or stupidly out of pride, seems intent on undermining that which alone offers hope for bringing the true Church out of Her 55-year eclipse and for perpetuating the true Faith. But these so-called 'experts' on the blog don't really know their Faith and Griff Ruby is determined to set them straight, not only because that is what Jesus asks us to do in St. Matthew 18: 15-17, but also because he has personally been attacked. Thus, reluctantly, he accepts the challenge for this cancer of cluelessness by those trying to compromise with conciliar concepts has gone on long enough. Thus, we present part one of a series in which he responds in proving what the Church decrees: Sede vacante! Why? Because Vatican II mandated it, and God in His Providence permitted this harsh Judgment! Live with that fact and seek to embrace the Remnant Church, or rue the day you learned of these things and did nothing when you stand before the Merciful and All-Just Judge and try to explain your rejection of this opportunity to recognize His Church and be blessed. Griff sets the record straight with the first part of a multi-part series One Cannot Subsist On Error

Paschaltide is here and it is no April Fools that we wonder how many more Easters we'll see considering the state of the world today, physically, morally and especially spiritually. Editor Michael Cain asks how much longer can the Almighty Father stay His hand? Considering the Prophesies of Saint Malachy, it would seem not much longer for we have reached that point in time - in history - when we have arrived at that Mayan moment, if you will, for this is far more serious than any Y2K scare or Mayan/Egyptian prediction that the world will end. Jesus told us when it would occur in St. Matthew 24 and yet we plod merrily on, paying more attention to the drop of water that is our fleeting existence on this earth compared to the unending ocean of eternal life. Which is more important? Duh! Hate to pour water on your plans, but it's time to store up on the Faith, learn it, practice it, preach it, share it, and time to assist those who have the mediums to reach souls for without you, souls perish. Do you really want to tread water when you float before the Eternal Judge, or be confident you can sail to the heavenly harbor because you proved yourself as a worthy crew member of the good ship S.S. Church Militant? Time to heave ho and lift the sails, we're all heading into uncharted waters as Cain calls for An Armada to Arms!

Father Benedict Hughes, CMRI, Rector of St. Joseph's Minor Seminary in Rathdrum, Idaho at the City of Mary presents a 10 minute sermon for the Solemnity of the Resurrection of Our Lord in which Father shows how this was the crowning glory of His work. He gave them everything He could, even His Own body and blood, but true to His prophesy, He would rise again on the third day, which, indeed, He did, and by doing so, merited for us our opportunity at eternal life. While so many asked that He show the doubters a sign, He showed the greatest sign possible in rising from the dead. Just as Christ triumphed over sin and death, so also will we if we are obedient to the divine Will. Father also equates the few Macchabees with the remnant today to stay the course, carry our cross and know that we will have life everlasting. Father explains in his sermon Easter Sunday

Through the kind assistance of John Gregory, we are able to provide our readers with the Haydock Commentaries for the Epistle and Gospel for the Solemnity of the Resurrection of the Lord to complement the Propers of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. In Father George Leo Haydock's commentaries on the Douay-Rheims version of the New Testament for Easter Sunday As St. Paul asserts in one of the shortest epistles of the year, the old leaven, meaning the Old Testament, has been fulfilled. The old rites have been superseded by the new rite instituted by the Son of man on Maundy Thursday. Through the new unleavened Bread we receive the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ our Lord and become heirs of the kingdom of Heaven, Jew and Gentile alike who abide in Him and all He has taught through His One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. Reason indeed to exclaim with great jubilation: Alleluia, alleluia for indeed it is time to The Rising of the Unleavened Bread

Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey completes his special series on Reflections of Salvation History with the Glorious Resurrection. In this special eight-part series on "A Reflection of Salvation History," first introduced to our readers back in 2003, and brought to you to enhance your contemplation for this holy season, Tom has taken us indeed from Eden to the empty tomb. He points out that, despite the hardships, the sacrifices, the insults, the scourging, the stripping, the nailing and hanging on the wood of the Cross, Christ proved for all time that it was worth it. Is it worth it to us? By our actions and fidelity to His teachings passed down through His Holy Church and carried out in the Sacraments, especially Baptism, Penance and the Holy Eucharist, we illustrate if we think so. If we are His loyal lambs, Christ the Lamb of God has guaranteed He will be loyal to us at our Particular Judgment. Nothing else matters for salvation is at stake. Alleluia. Tom explains in his seventh and final installment of his Holy Week series From Eden to the Empty Tomb The Resurrection

We strongly encourage you to read these to understand how today the modern church is in Apostasy when compared to what had always been taught by Holy Mother Church and enforced and warned as most grievous by previous Pontiffs as you'll see in CREDO & CULTURE
