Switching Servers

We are in the process of switching servers and therefore, there will be no additional activity on this site until at least Friday. We appreciate your patience and prayers. We hope to have an announcement on Friday - the fifth anniversary of launching The DAILY CATHOLIC - as to the redirected course for this publication. May you have a safe All Hallow's Eve and be careful of satanic references and costumes that greatly offend God because they so greatly invade souls to accept evil without realizing it. Refugium peccatorum, ora pro nobis.

Editor, Michael Cain

FEATURED IN THIS ISSUE:

The Germs of G.I.R.M.
Today we bring you part fifty-seven of Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey's well-received, thought-provoking series on G.I.R.M. warfare as he continues analyzing and commenting on the ambiguity and errors in the General Instruction of the Roman Missal and the ICEL operatives who have contributed to promulgating this atrocity. Today he illustrates how G.I.R.M. has downplayed the Incarnation and de-emphasized the need to kneel before God at the words of the Nicene Creed, "AND WAS INCARNATE BY THE HOLY GHOST OF THE VIRGIN MARY; AND WAS MADE MAN" - "Et Incarnatus est de Spiritu Sancto ex Maria Virgine: et homo factus est." By eliminating the importance of Christ in the womb of the Blessed Mother, it conveys to Catholics that Our Lord didn't become man until He was born; truly a heresy. This and other abuses, Tom analyzes in paragraphs 135-138 of G.I.R.M. as he explains in De-kneeing and Denying.
Catholic PewPOINT
In today's commentary, editor Michael Cain zeroes in on the political campaigns as they wind down to the final week. He reinforces that the bishops and pastors may and must speak out; their hands are not tied and no one should believe such rubbish that they are helpless. While there are cowering bishops afraid to take a stand, there are courageous Catholics who are not afraid to step forward. One such person is Maria Guadalupe Garcia who Cain profiles in his editorial this week. It may take a miracle for the 'good guys' to win next Tuesday, but as Catholics we should expect no less. Prayer pays off, especially when one of our own is in the running who we can truly trust. There is only one issue: abortion. To direct your vote over any other issue that would trump the pro-life issue is to betray God! That is why we're praying for another 'Guadalupe miracle!' with the election of Maria Guadalupe Garcia. One small step for Traditionalists, a giant leap for reinstuting God's Holy Laws as illustrated in his editorial leading up to election day: Separating the wheat from the chaff at the polls!.
"Feed My sheep"
In times past, the faithful were reminded of the power of hell and how to escape its clutches by reminders such as the gargoyles above the portals of churches. With Halloween this week, the devil is roaring with delight at the number of souls who don't even realize he truly exists even though they go out of their way to imitate him in dress and behavior. We lament that if only more realized the power of the devil they would look at Halloween totally different and shun it completely, opting instead to return to the customary practice of All Hallow's Eve of penance and sacrifice in preparation for All Saints Day. Because so few have realized this, possession by the prince of the world is widespread as we detail in Possession.
White Smoke, Black Fire!
Gleaned from the daily headlines and Sacred Scripture, "White Smoke, Black Fire!" deals with how the followers of the Anti-Christ, through political cunning, compromise and media manipulation, try to wrest control from within the Vatican after a horrific holocaust of terror at the birthplace of Abraham. As the world tries to recover, evening has descended on the fourth night of November. Pat Gallagher, Father Niki Andriopoulos and Monsignor Stephen Navarro join Dr. Makuta Ogidi, all in disguise, at a back table at the Ristorante Romano on the back streets of the eternal city as the rain pounds down unrelentlessly. As Pat learns of the link between Stephen, Vic and himself, the four plan their strategy to counter the next move of the Legion of the Basilisk. Pat can feel the pressure on his heart and soul as the Chianti begins dancing on his mind, conjuring up images of fantasy. Concupiscence and Countenance vie for his attention, with the former gaining the upper hand through the distractions and attraction of the flirtateous waitress waiting in the shadows. What does it portend? Chapter Eight, Episode Seven

Election Reflections
With the issue of abortion as the primary, major and only issue as far as Catholics are concerned, Mario Derksen lays out exactly what every Catholic - regardless of their affiliation to a political party - MUST do! When it comes to any candidate, there is only one issue!!! You MUST vote for the one who is the most pro-life. If neither are, DON'T VOTE for either one! To vote for a known pro-abort candidate, whether you think so or not, is truly being an accomplice to murder. That is a mortal sin. If you don't believe so, read his article and see the obvious, graphic "Holocaust of the Womb" and ask yourself if you won't be held accountable to God for enabling such horror by your vote?!! Mario explains quite clearly and graphically honest in his feature "Election Reflections" which we invite you to read at his Catholic Insights site in his column Election Reflections

Pro Life Prescriptions
Wednesday, Dr. Frank Joseph addressed an open letter to the bishops of the United States. Whether they read it or not, the truths and consequences inherent in his column illustrate only too well how far our shepherds have fallen and why Roe v. Wade still rules the roost in America. In the spirit of St. Teresa of Avila, Dr. Frank gets down to basics and respectfully warns the bishops that if they don't alert their flocks to the imminent dangers of condoning terrorism in the womb by voting for pro-abort candidates, the everlasting terror of hell may await not only those who refuse to obey God's laws, but those who administer them as well. What good are the Canons and tenets of the Faith if those entrusted to uphold the unchangeable teachings of the Church are more fearful of offending the enemies of God rather than upholding God's holy laws? He lovingly, but firmly emphasizes to them that if they do not do something, "let the blood of the innocents be on your hands and heads." Strong words that are needed to roust these lackards off their duffs as he entreats the bishops to truly be the successors of the apostles in his column A Final Warning Plea to the Bishops

The Rosary of Mary: our most powerful weapon. October is Our Lady's month, the month of the Holy Rosary. It is also the month we remember her victory for all of Christendom at Lepanto and the 85th Anniversary of the final apparition at Fatima, the day the sun danced. Truly October is Our Lady's time, the month of the Holy Rosary. Pray for the unborn and that abortion will not be compromised by the political expediency of the times where misguided prelates mistakenly join the Death Penalty with the Abortion issue. The Catholic Church condemns abortion, not capital punishment. Pray that the flocks will not be further deceived. Click on the Rosary button to recite the full Rosary in either English or Latin.
