V. Rejoice and be glad, O Virgin Mary. Alleluia. R. For the Lord hath risen indeed. Alleluia. Let us pray. O God, Who through the resurrection of Thy Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, hast vouchsafed to make glad the whole world, grant us, we beseech Thee, that, through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, His Mother, we may attain the joys of eternal life. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen. We hope to reach more souls through this newest technology that prior to now we have avoided. However, in an effort to reach beyond the choir, if you will, and to provide inspiration with short prayers and ejaculations, facts, links, comments and quips, we'velaunched out into the deep of social networking with twitter.com/dailycatholoic and ask guidance from the Holy Ghost to navigate others to the beacon we offer with the safe port of the DailyCatholic.

Like the Magdalene at the empty tomb, may our sadness in this valley of tears be turned to great joy through living our Catholic faith as the infallible, perennial Magisterium has so directed that we might be included in the Resurrection of the body and life everlasting. On behalf of my bride Cyndi, who continues to struggle with her disintegrating spine and other ailments she willingly suffers, and who is constantly in prayer for all in reparation for a world that grows darker by the day, we humbly ask you to keep her and this apostolate in your prayers...as well as in your generosity in supporting this traditional apostolate in upholding the truths and traditions of the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church as our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ intended It...as we wage war together against The Great Apostasy of Modernist Rome that has so ravaged souls over the past fifty years. Again, a blessed Easter and grace-filled Paschaltide to all. Alleluia, Alleluia.
Griff Ruby continues his series titled "Vatican on the Brain" where he explains that the "resist and recognize" camp is quick to lean on the Guérard des Lauriers theory of Materialiter/Formaliter in desperately trying to rationalize that the "pope" is still the top dog on the shelf, but they fail to realize that ever since Lumen Gentium those previously on said shelf created a new shelf apart and away from the permanent shelf fixed firmly to the wall that has always served as the structure of the true Catholic Church. This new shelf, built to move at will with the times, may replicate in form the sturdy shelf, but never in function chiefly because it can't. That shelf is no more Catholic nor has no more authority than a can of soup on the shelf of your local supermarket as Griff reminds in Part Two Shelving the Guérardian Theory
In continuing John Gregory's dissertation on the Sermon on the Mount, we focus on verses 14 through 19 of St. Matthew 7. It has been established that one must enter by the "narrow gate", but Our Lord speaks of the pitfalls that will befall us if we veer for we could very well fall into the pit and, in so doing, be damned. If we really think about it, it should be enough of a deterrent to keep us on the straight and narrow for Christ has warned of the ravenous wolves in sheep's clothing as we see today in the counterfeit church of conciliarism where there are no good fruits and because of its rotting trunk, rooted in man's own making and not of God's, it is destined to be cut down and cast into the fire. Perhaps if said Vatican Two institution taught what really happens to the damned soul, they'd realize they must flee the Novus Ordo entity like wildfire unless they prefer the fire! John reflects on this in Sermon on the Mount Part Twelve
Through the kind assistance of John Gregory, we are able to provide our readers with the Haydock Commentaries for the Epistle and Gospel for the Solemnity of the Resurrection of the Lord to complement the Propers of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. In Father George Leo Haydock's commentaries on the Douay-Rheims version of the New Testament for Easter Sunday As St. Paul asserts in one of the shortest epistles of the year, the old leaven, meaning the Old Testament, has been fulfilled. The old rites have been superseded by the new rite instituted by the Son of man on Maundy Thursday. Through the new unleavened Bread we receive the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ our Lord and become heirs of the kingdom of Heaven, Jew and Gentile alike who abide in Him and all He has taught through His One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. Reason indeed to exclaim with great jubilation: Alleluia, alleluia for indeed it is time to The Rising of the Unleavened Bread
From the very first sin people have been stealing from God and so few realize how deadly a sin theft can be for it is taking from our neighbor something that is not ours and playing God in the sense that we think we should have it instead of someone else. This mindset has led to wars, divorces, apostasies, what have you, leading to eternal damnation. The seventh and tenth commandments open a plethora of problems for those who think they can control others by stealing from them. This has evolved into such heretical governmental systems as Islamism, Communism, Fascism, Hegelianism and Atheism which only lead to chaos. The so-called "Social Justice" today has been so skewered by modernists that it barely reflects true Catholic teaching today. This has led to such aberrations as liberation theology. But what does one expect when putting their trust in man rather than God? Sadly, that is what Vatican Two did and, from that, we can see where that bad tree began and where the root of all evil begins and ends when fertilized by envy as we can see in Step Forty The Seventh and Tenth Commandments
