Yep, we've corralled the problems with the computer. Despite all the refurbishments, labor hours and costs put into it by the technicians, they finally informed us there is only so much that can be done with the Windows 98 configuration in these times when the horses have been let out of the barn, so to speak, and few software programs support the "maverick" Win98SE systems any more. Nevertheless, the old "mule" has served us well and we're not ready to put her out to pasture just yet, so we'll continue to plod along with old reliable as best we can. She's been washed, all systems groomed and defragged, pumped up with extra RAM added to her stable. So far in test runs out of the gate her gait is encouraging, no thanks to Bill Gates. It might take some time to get the bridle broken in and the reins back in form and much longer to sort through the thousands upon thousands of e-mails that clogged the roundup and delayed our progress. We also have to answer the hundreds of viable e-mails that are backlogged as a result of the delays. So please be patient, pardners, and enjoy daily publication once again as The Daily Catholic continues to focus on seriously herding souls for our Lord and our Lady and holy Mother Church.
Michael Cain, editor

The storm warnings are everywhere. It's time to batten the hatches, strap in and ride the rough waves ahead as the winds of change - read apostasy, tolerance, perversion and outright rebellion against Christ and His holy Church - whip against the soul of man. If you are not anchored in the truths and traditions passed down, you will be capsized and engulfed in the volatile vortex leading to the infernal abyss. Don't say you weren't warned.
To make a tree grow straight and tall, it needs a lot of wind. Well, you asked for it because we're in for a storm to end all storms. You know the signs, the very ones Christ identified in St. Matthew 24. Are you ready? Let's hope and pray your roots are firmly planted on firm foundation, deeply embedded in the rocksolid truths and traditions of holy Mother Church. The operation of error engulfs more every day, satan has satiated consciences. The lukewarm continue to languish in ever greater numbers, seemingly oblivious to what is so obvious on the near horizon. It's coming faster than you may think as events, not to mention consequences, spiral out of control, knocking common sense, decency and goodness off its proverbial axis. That wobble you've felt from Rome to Beijing to Washington D.C. to San Francisco to Sydney and all points in between, should shake you into hying yourself to the nearest traditional priest to cleanse your soul and light your lamp before the Bridegroom cometh and all else is plunged into darkness. The times we are in and the even more ominous period we are entering are not to be taken lightly. Editor Michael Cain identifies the more obvious signs in his commentary Preparing for the Perfect Storm

To enhance today's Epistle and Gospel we present this special feature provided by John Gregory with the Haydock Commentary found at the bottom of each page of the Douay-Rheims Bible. We publish it here in conjunction with the Epistle and Gospel for the Sunday Mass, with the cogent comprehensive Catholic Commentary penned by Father George Leo Haydock. Today for the Third Sunday after Pentecost, we encounter one of the most oft quoted passages of Sacred Scripture, the eighth verse of chapter five of the first epistle of St. Peter whereby Christ's chosen first Pope employs the imagery of the devil being like a roaring lion always on the prowl to devour souls. That is why it ties in so well with today's Gospel of the rejoicing of one sinner returning to the fold. With satan roaming it truly is a victory worth celebrating when a soul is saved from this savage unearthly beast. Third Sunday after Pentecost Haydock Commentary

Pope Pius XI provided proof positive solid gold evidence that anyone who would buy even one iota of the diabolic gobbledygook bafflegab produced by the imposters, posing as popes since the revolution of 1962, have deviated from the faith and are following a dead end that only leads toward hell.

On the First Class Feast of the Epiphany of Our Lord, we celebrated the 80th Anniversary of the release of Pope Pius XI's no-nonsense Encyclical, which clearly and concisely declared as anathema the idea that any other religion was acceptable or salvific other than the Church established by Jesus Christ on the Rock of Peter. Of course you won't hear of such a commemoration of so powerful an encyclical from Modernist Rome for they have done all they can in the last half century to obliterate Eternal Rome. This encyclical, decreed by Pope Pius XI on January 6, 1928, sternly warns all to dismiss any talk of ecumenism for only in the universal Church founded by Christ are the Truths manifested and salvation possible. Mortalium Animos contradicts all the counterfeit church of conciliarism has and is attempting today with their ecumenical bent by compromising the Truths and Traditions that Pius XI sought to guard so carefully. How perfectly His Holiness released this encyclical on the First Class Feast of the Epiphany for the three Magi, Kings Gaspar, Melchior, and Balthasar, as earthly rulers, submitted to the King of kings and subscribed entirely to the Social Kingship of Jesus Christ, something Pope Pius XI had addressed just over two years earlier on December 11, 1925 in his encyclical Quas Primas. We provide this landmark encyclical, relatively short in length, for all to re-read and see how BeneRatz, Kasper and his ilk are in no way Catholic, but rather enemies of the one true Church, enemies of Christ. Holy Mother Church has spoken, when will we listen? Mortalium Animos

Never will God provide Amnesty for Abortion. He will give no quarter to a country who has rejected His natural and supernatural Laws. If you think so, you're fooling yourself and others. It shouldn't take an eagle eye to perceive that, if America does not convert to the True and only salvific Faith, she will perish. Yes, God will allow it to happen if we do not repent and make reparation beginning today!

Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey takes us back on this day to tweak our consciences to see if we truly comprehend the contradictions that, on one hand, call America a blessed country when, on the other, she carries on the most inhumane genocide in the history of mankind. We have become so indifferent to the causes and effects of abortion, so blinded by the social and verbal engineering of the enemies of Jesus Christ that we have, in essence, become animals. God is not pleased and we owe Him big time. We can begin, as impossible as it may seem to those who insist on voting for the lesser of two evils, by praying and working for reinstating the Social Reign of Christ the King. How? On our knees in prayer is a good start. Working to patch the problem with the bandaid of politicians is not the answer for then we put our trust in men. And well, you be the judge of that progress! No, we must work for the full conversion of Americans through the only means of making America as free as an eagle: living and proclaiming the truths of the only Faith God accepts. Hint, it's not any Protestant sect, nor the Jews, nor the counterfeit church of conciliarism. It is, rather, the only Church founded by Christ and we must lift His banner high and realize, really realize His Holiness Pope St. Pius X's infallible words, "for there is no true civilization without a moral civilization, and no true moral civilization without the true religion: it is a proven truth, a historical fact." No constitution can stand against that fact, no eagle can ever soar freely without God's breath. Tom takes the reader back to the roots of Roe v. Wade and how so many have been numbed and dumbed over the years as he explains in his special piece for this occasion, Thirty-five Years of Indifference

Sinking to the depths of pleasing man, the shepherds have enabled pro-aborts to peddle their trade by giving mothers the impression that their children will go to Heaven if they're aborted. How convenient!!!

Unjust laws have made it possible to kill over 50 million in the womb. How low can they go? Pretty low, all the way to hell for those who concur with abortion. John Gregory files an article about Limbo, a place not as low as hell where unborn unbaptized go. However, the conciliar church has gone pretty low in intimating that unborn unbaptized children go to Heaven. This has not only been a welcome mat for Planned Parenthood and their ilk to continue their deadly agenda, but also encourage mothers to give up their babies to the butchers, for what mother does not want their child to have everlasting life? But they are deceived into thinking such, and, in the process, they doom their unborn offspring and, at the same time, doom themselves if they have not fully repented both of their sins of commission or omission in the hospital of divine Mercy, which is the Sacrament of Penance with a sincere repentance in the confessional. Without Sanctifying Grace, one cannot get to Heaven. Only Catholics adhering to all the truths of the Church founded by Christ, without compromise, can receive these graces and work to keep them. No other faith can provide salvation. Only the Ark of Salvation: the true Roman Catholic Church. No other, and that includes all Pagan and Protestant churches, and yes, the counterfeit church of conciliarism as well. John points out what the infallible, perennial Magisterium of the Church has to say on the subject in his article How Low Can They Go?.

After Thirty Five Years, Very Little Has Changed

To commiserate the 35th Anniversary of the abominable Roe vs. Wade decision, we present sixteen gems from the past by Gabriel Garnica on the horrendous Holocaust in the Womb that continues unabated. While the politicians and potentates all pause to give lip service, in truth no one is doing anything. All words and no action and the murders continue. The best way to show that the names may change regarding politicians and potentates, it still the same ol' same ol' stall and shuffle. It's all about the money and it's all about being totally shackled to satan. Those assisting are the devil's delight. Gabriel explains in his columns below:

There are still some who are under the impression that the Week for Christian Unity, which lasts from Friday's Feast of the Double Major Feast of St. Peter's Chair at Rome until the Double Major Feast of the Conversion of St. Paul this Friday, January 25th, is a concoction of the Vatican II church. Au contraire, for it had been in vogue prior to Vatican II for true ecumenism - conversion, if you will and the antiphon prayer below illustrates this because it definitely does not call for dialogue but rather conversion to the True Faith by those outside the Faith. And, as we all know from the thrice-proclaimed dogma Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus, Outside the Church there is No Salvation!

The daily prayer for true Church Unity is also for the restoration of Traditional Catholicism throughout the world. Let us also pray that God will hear our prayer, allow the conciliar VulgArians to implode and purge Rome of the interlopers and robber barons and, through His ordaining will, give us a truly Catholic Pope once again along with true shepherds to replace all the false ones who are nothing but Masonic potentates leading the sheep astray. Whatever happened to Christ's words to Peter in St. John 21: 15-17? Alas, the only true shepherds feeding the sheep are the traditional ones who give not one concession to the counterfeit church of conciliarism. We pray God will end The Great Apostasy and wake hearts and souls to the destruction and heresies that have not only been permeated over nearly half a century, but also have produced no fruits whatsoever, confirming our Lord's words in St. Matthew 7: 15-20 that the conciliar church is a bad tree that must be cast into the fire. The sooner the better!

PRAYER FOR THE CHURCH UNITY OCTAVE
(Official Octave Prayer)

ANTIPHON: "That they all may be one, as Thou, Father, in Me and I in Thee; that they also may be one in Us; that the world may believe that Thou has sent Me." (John 17: 21)

    V. I say unto thee that thou art Peter
    R. And upon this Rock I will build My Church.

Let us pray. O Lord Jesus Christ, Who saidst unto Thine Apostles: Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you; regard not our sins, but the faith of Thy Church, and vouchsafe to grant unto Her that peace and unity which are agreeable to Thy Will. Who livest and reignest God forever and ever. Amen.

An indulgence of 300 days during the octave of prayers for the unity of the Church, from the Feast of the Chair of St. Peter in Rome to the feast of the Conversion of St. Paul. A Plenary Indulgence on the usual conditions at the end of the devout exercise.

OTHER PRAYERS

Almighty and everlasting God, Whose will it is that all men should be saved and that none should perish, look upon the souls that are deceived by the guile of satan, in order that the hearts of them that have gone astray may put aside all the perverseness of heresy, and, being truly repentant, may return to the unity of Thy truth. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

From the ROMAN MISSAL. An indulgence of 3 years.

PRAYER OF POPE SAINT PIUS X

Lord Jesus, merciful Savior of the world, we humbly beseech Thee by Thy Most Sacred Heart, that all the straying sheep may turn unto Thee, the Shepherd and Bishop of their souls: Who livest and reignest world without end. Amen

An indulgence of 500 days. Rescript in His Holiness own hand October 26, 1905, S.P. Ap., June 5, 1933

Unity has nothing to do with diversity and tolerance. Unity means adhering to the will of God. Ergo, Exit Ecumenism Stage Left for thou art anathema sit!

We bring you a redux of Gabriel Garnica's excellent series on Church Unity. He begins by peeling away the onion of the New Order. Today he hits at the core of the bitter fruit of Ecumenism. He shows where 'unity' under the hollow words of 'justice and peace' and the caving of Rome to depend on other religions - and organizations such as the UN, satanic no less - to provide what only Christ's True Church is authorized to render for God's people is not the answer for peace among men. You'll see such action in full force this coming April when BeneRatz' publicity tour will take him to D.C. and New York and the UN to whom the counterfeit church of conciliarism is beholden. Despite so-called Catholic organizations whose novelties and heresies are lauded by the highest echelons of Rome where the conciliar leader then called both Assisi ecumaniacal summits and gave his full 'silent consent' to the outrageous fiddle-faddle church at Fatima and for Padre Pio and countless other aberrations documented over the years on these pages, the charade continues as Modern Rome delves deeper into the abyss, the latest an ecumenical chapel in St. Paul's Basilica. These heretical actions are manifest everywhere, cleverly couched in tolerance and ecumenism. The fact is ecumenism is a rejection of the One True Church and a pact with the devil as Gabriel points out in his column Modern Ecumenism's Unity - The False Religion of The New Order .
Rabbi Ratzinger Against Christ and His Church!

While Traditional Catholics are praying during this Week of Unity Octave for the conversion of non-Catholics to the True Faith, conciliar catholics and Traditional rationalizers have to be madly scurrying about trying to do damage control to somehow, in some way justify the latest aberration from Father Joseph Ratzinger in his attempts to please man, rather than God, (cf. first chapter of Galatians). Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey reveals the heresy being spewed from "Rabbi Ratzinger" who long ago abandoned Christ's teachings and all His one, holy, Catholic and apostolic Church stand for. The only difference between the anathema then (when he signed off on the Pontifical Biblical Commission that the Jews' wait for the Messiah was not in vain)(cf. The Biblical Commission on the Jews: Changes in Doctrine and New Anathemas by Atila Guimaraes and Dr. Marian Horvat) and now is that this time it will be oh so public. The Jews will make sure of that if Ratzinger goes through with softening the Good Friday Prayer in catering to the Talmudic Jews. Tom nails the total anathema of this act which is more proof, as he writes "One can see a logical progression away from Catholicism in the direction of conciliarism's to its Judeo-Masonic masters who have been 'calling the shots,' so to speak, in the conciliar Vatican for over forty years now. The very people whose spiritual ancestors persecuted the Church from the beginning and whose wretched 'Talmud' blasphemes Our Lord and Our Lady and contains invitations to cheat and to kill Christians must be catered to at every turn. No true pope of the Catholic Church answers to anyone on the face of the earth, including the Talmudic Jews, the ancient and eternal enemies of Christ the King. No true pope would have given even the hint of an impression that those outside of the true Church, including Jews, do not have to convert to her maternal bosom to save their souls. No true pope would turn a blind eye to the harm being done by Talmudic Jews in the world, especially by means of their control of much of what passes for 'popular' culture." It is so ridiculous that it is beyond comprehension how any Catholic could still think "Rabbi Ratzinger" is Catholic, let alone has any authority at all. He does not. To quote St. Paul, "anathema sit!" Tom lays out the proof in his no-nonsense article Answering to the Enemies of Christ the King

In these times when our faith is so challenged, we can take comfort in knowing we live by faith and it will not fail us for God is with us.

We bring you Bishop Mark Pivarunas' sermon from this past Sunday where he confirmed many candidates in Southern California. In addressing the confirmands, he encouraged them to realize that in these times of revisionism, no one can refute the facts of Sacred Scriptures borne out in the miracles and prophesies that prove Jesus is the chosen Messiah, the Son of God. We have holy writ and our faith to guide us and they are in such perfect alignment that there can be no doubts. Yet, despite this evidence, aberrations have taken place over the past several decades, increasing ever moreso where men, who Christ warned us of in St. Matthew chapter seven and St. Paul identified as false prophets have arrived. It is also a reminder that The Great Apostasy must happen as the Apostle of the Gentiles affirms in the second chapter of 2 Thessalonians, and that those who wish to remain ever faithful as soldiers of Christ, must "stand firm, and hold the traditions." That is what His Excellency shares in his sermon, Confirmation of the Perfect Alignment of Scripture and Faith

Beware: Political campaigns are crafted in corruption, by corruption and for corruption. Do you really want to be party to those parties? Previous reliable true Popes point out why your vote would only enable satan more.

As we hear the same refrain with familiar buzz words from the plethora of politicians, we need to realize the rest of the story, the very fact that Republicans and Democrats and all those in between are joined at the hip where they can't get out of bed without the other. Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey, one of the foremost experts in Catholicity as well as poltical science, documents how it goes back well before Nixon for that is where those in power today first practiced their deadly arts - from the Nixon Cabinet to the Clinton Cabinet to today's Bush's Cabinet and those who would be president from New York as in mayor or senator by way of Chicago by way of Arkansas or in the reincarnation of "the Jihad in our midst" with El Barack Hussein Obama as in Osama. It is a classic case of the tail wagging the dog and if you're going to vote for a candidate this year, then you had better know who and what you are voting for so that you can stand before your Supreme Creator and acknowledge that you did indeed know what you were doing: enabling those who are enemies of His Church and His Kingship to gain greater power for your temporal and spiritual demise. Corruption is not limited to just the conciliar church but also to the political process in this country that reaches all three branches of the Government. Beware or rue the fact that how you vote can influence your safety and your salvation. In citing previous reliable Catholic pronouncements by true Popes, Tom strives to set Catholics right before they do a terrible wrong in his essay, They Never Take Any Prisoners

Why is it that Ratzinger doesn't care one wit for promoting the Social Kingship of Christ? We all know the answer. How many are willing to admit it is the real question.

graphic used with permission by artist Matthew Brooks this may not be reproduced here without written permission On this First Friday of the month of February, the month of Christ's Most Sacred Passion in which His Most Sacred Heart was ultimately pierced, we bring you Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey's latest article on how the counterfeit church of conciliarism, led by its chief antagonist, the died-in-the-wool Modernist one Fr. Joseph Ratzinger is doing all in his power to distance himself and the false church he herds from Catholic truth and the necessity for restoring the Social Kingship of Jesus Christ. An avowed anti-Thomist, Ratzinger has shown in the past and the present the diametrical dychotomy he favors in total opposition to true reliable Popes, which Tom cites in proving the very point as he writes: "Any baptized Catholic who rejects the Social Reign of Christ the King is part of the problem in the world today, not part of the solution. As there is no place for Christ the King in the "new theology" of Joseph Ratzinger and his conciliarist friends, who will be forever spinning their wheels as they seek to oppose various social evils without insisting upon a return of Christendom, something that they do not believe as a matter of firmly held principle is at all necessary or even an immutable part of the Deposit Faith, I believe that it is plain to see that such men are part of the problem we face today, not any part of the solution whatsoever. You are either openly for Christ the King or you are for the devil. It is that simple." That's the long and short of it as Tom illustrates in his article, No Place for Christ the King in the New Theology

Black Tuesday or the Shrove Tuesday Massacre of the Motu it could be called. But the best term to call Ratzinger's latest charade is what St. Paul calls it: anathema sit!

While compromised traditional writers, trying to justify the SSPX's concessions and command to be open to Fr. Ratzinger's overtures that have all the earmarks of a fox in a henhouse, twist themselves into contortions to explain that what they used to expose as "grave error" and even heretical actions when he was a "cardinal" are now hands off that he has become "pope" in their eyes. Well, the proof is in the pudding as Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey lays out in proving what many have already foretold, that Ratzinger is a heretic with no intention of bringing the conciliar church back into the graces of the True Church (as if he had the authority to do so!) Meanwhile he keeps traditional tabloid puppets on the string as they nod like bobbleheads that, "no, no, that can't be heresy!" Well, that's what Christ, His Apostle of the Gentiles, scores of saints and previous true Pontiffs have nailed it as: heresy for, as Tom often points out what Pope Leo XIII wrote, and to paraphrase here: if one were to injest just a little poison, it would still infect the whole body. Well, Ratzinger has fed us gallons of poison and the latest potion is too much for any Catholic to accept: BeneRatz has officially caved to the pressures of political correctness and Talmudic tolerance. Enough is enough. No more apologies for this robber baron, please. He is an apostate whom all must reject vigorously and demand all the false potentates to leave their lodges so true bishops can drive the devils out and reconsecrate these buildings back into true houses of the Lord: true Catholic churches again. It's a fact that Modern Rome has admitted publicly no less that they no longer have power to exorcise...hmm, wonder why? not! It takes true priests and bishops to combat the devil and only after long and dedicated prayer in union with God's will and strengthened with sacramental grace can they even attempt to battle the beast. And speaking of the beast, he is firmly rooted in Rome and the ADL as Tom illustrates in his latest article, An Act That Speaks For Itself

Oh, if only we could go back and correct it all! But that's wishful thinking as we ponder what John XXIII was thinking by turning the patrimony of the Church topsy-turvy.

Time flies when you're having fun, but when it is at the expense of our Lord and His holy Mystical Bride, then it drags while hell's tempo accelerates. The clock started 49 years ago today and since then it seems like most have been going in slow motion toward Christ and His truths while in actuality racing pell mell away from Him at breakneck speed toward that ever-greased slippery slope to perdition. In this 17th issue of the 17th edition, The Daily Catholic Editor Michael Cain takes the reader down memory lane to conditions the way they were in 1959 and how far we have fallen since. Will we ever learn? From Benedict's latest Hegelian Zeitgeist it is obvious most have not and continue to blindly follow the pied-pipers of pan-religion right to the abyss. While the fallacious flute had been prepped well before 1959, it was first trilled on that Septuagesima Sunday when the newly elected Roncalli ignored our Lord's parable of the day. Ironic that back then "many were called, but few chosen" because those chosen ignored the call. Cain cites the plane crash of a trio of rock n' roll legends around the same time as the catalyst for expressing the aurora of an era that was just beginning - "the day the music died" -for ushering in the daybreak of revolution that would reach its apex in the savage 60's and lay waste to millions of souls and psyches long into the 70's, 80's, 90's and now well past the halfway point in the new millennium. If we were to mark that time it could best be described as Day of Madness: The Day Tradition Died

"Oh, he'll turn things around." Where have we heard that tired tune before?

For this final day of the Church Unity Octave Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey tackles a tough task: calling to task those who once so vigilantly exposed the grave errors of the long-time Modernist Joseph Ratzinger and who now have turned to "cheerleaders" for Benedict XV. Tom attempts to convince them to take their heads out of the sand and realize that calling outright heresy and apostasy mere "diabolic disorientation" only empowers and encourages the devil's disciples and confuses Catholics. Tom, once a nolens volens cheerleader himself of John Paul II, hammers home the point: "As has been demonstrated endlessly on this site, which exists more to reach those in the future rather than the infinitesimally small number of people who read it or who agree with its contents at the present time, at the core of Joseph Ratzinger's Modernist worldview is his Hegelian view of the nature of truth. This alone causes him to fall from the Catholic Faith. He believes in propositions about dogmatic truth that have been anathematized by the [First] Vatican Council and condemned by Pope Saint Pius X in Pascendi Dominci Gregis, September 8, 1907, and in the very Oath Against Modernism that he, Joseph Ratzinger, had to take prior to his ordination to the priesthood on June 29, 1951. Only those who are intellectually dishonest can refuse to acknowledge that Joseph Ratzinger's Modernist view of dogmatic truth, reiterated forcefully by him in his 'capacity' as Benedict XVI on December 22, 2005, places him outside of the pale of the Catholic Faith." Those may sound like strong words and they are, backed up by divine Law and the infallible, perennial Magisterium of the Church. He illustrates how we've been down this same road before and documents the very similarities of Wojtyla's early pontificate with those of Benedicts. Realize this now or rue the day you were duped. Know that if one deviates even one iota, they are outside the Church. Tom cashes in his chips, knowing he is playing with house money for holy Mother Church knows the rules, the very rules that previous reliable popes swore to uphold under pain of excommunication, severe excommunication. Tom, realizing the time is short and that we're dealing with eternal life or eternal death, lays out the traditional trump cards in Singing the Old Songs

How do you tell the weak links? Look for the bracing of the Four Marks. If any of those are missing it will collapse because it can't possibly be Catholic even if those posing as such claim to be. The Four Marks are the key.

In commemoration of the observance of Church Unity Octave, we bring you John Gregory's excellent essay on Church Unity first presented on these pages last year. It is a feature that should still tweak the consciences and comfort zones of every Catholic, especially in lieu of the Motu Mess, and in recognizing that platitudes are all fine and nice, but they don't address what Traditional Catholics must do in order to truly work toward true Church Unity and that is exactly what St. Paul directed in 2 Thessalonians 2: 15, "stand fast; and hold the traditions which you have learned whether by word, or by our epistle." These traditions have been sacked and obliterated by the false prophets of the conciliar church and proven heresy resonating from these VulgArians. John addresses twelve weak points launched by those not willing to admit that a heretic cannot possibly be a Pope, let alone a Catholic. He points out that these flimsy refutations to the accepted Church doctrine of sedevacantism are smokescreens to cover up the sedeplenists' own inaccuracies and unwillingness to truthfully face the facts. It takes a humble heart to recognize when one is wrong and be willing to pray and realize one cannot have it both ways. Note our Time Capsules for today. If Benedict XVI is pope, then all who preceded him up through Pope Pius XII were not and they were wrong, or else Benedict and before him John XXIII, Paul VI, John Paul I, and John Paul II were not only wrong but have apostasized from the True Faith and therefore cannot possibly be Catholic Popes. St. Paul made that abundantly clear in Galatians 1: 8-10. John Gregory explained in his column, The Key to Church Unity

The song and dance of the conciliar minstrels sounds eerily familiar - too familiar. But of course you should recognize it, it's the old heresy two-step!

As a follow-up to his last article Singing the Old Songs, Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey takes the syllogism further in connecting the dots. What it comes down to is the fact that no matter the conciliar decade one might focus on, it's deja vu all over again. The only thing that changes are the names. The tactics remain the same and the heresy remains just as grave. No matter the spin the determination not to turn back, to continue doggedly in the course of ecumenism should make it all the more clear to those experts of Catholic doctrine that Joseph Ratzinger, like his conciliar predecessors, is going contradictory to what the holy Catholic Church teaches. No amount of gobbledygook, bafflegab or ambiguity can explain it away. It's heresy pure and simple. Tom reiterates that this is not his judgment, nor any other sedevacantist writer, but holy Mother Church. She has spoken through her infallible dogmatic Councils and reliable true Popes. No amount of canon law can ever trump Divine Law. Sometimes Tom's frustration is evident like he's talking to a brick wall. It's so manifestly clear and yet, as we pointed out before, several formerly trustworthy traditional writers seem to be caught up in the conciliar craze of doing the Bugnini shuffle. Go after the apostate bishops and cardinals, tear into the conciliar curia, criticize to the hilt programs and liturgies that have been stripped of their Catholic truth and roots, but don't ever, ever criticize the "pope." Interesting that Ratzinger was fair game when Roncalli, Montini and Wojtyla were doing their dirty work, but now that one of the very architects of Consilio, one of the movers and shakers of the progressivist reforms at Vatican II, one of the chief promoters of those Modernists "in exile" such as Hans Kung, Karl Rahner, and that ilk, one who at one time was ashamed to wear the Roman Collar, and one who who has come up "through the ranks" to achieve his life's goal and is ever more determined to protect the monster he helped create, now that Ratzinger has risen to the top of the pecking order, all bets are off with those too afraid of their own shadow to call a spade a spade. Is that loyalty to Christ? Is that loyalty to His Church? Is that loyalty to the Mother of God? One would say a resounding no. Tom documents where by remaining silent those who could be doing so much to expose the snakeoil men, are only enabling the poison to do more damage. Conciliarism is the culprit. Conciliarism is the cancer. It has to be cut out, totally eradicated from the Mystical Body of Christ. Tom explains further in his piece, Different Names, Same Results

When the world is throwing mud at our Lord and our Lady with outrages, blasphemies and sacrileges against the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts and the holy Faith, we can see how Heaven used real mud to effect countless miracles.

Gabriel Garnica weighs in with an interesting take on the lesson we can learn from Lourdes to heal us of our complacency. To the world we can faithfully say "here's mud in your eye" for it was through the holy obedience of a simple peasant girl seemingly making a fool of herself in full view of others who mocked and derided her, that God permitted faith to triumph and since that time in 1858, it has been one miracle after another. Quite a track record for someone so foolish that she listened to Heaven rather than the townsfolk. When the New Order False church is afraid of its own shadow and kowtows to whatever in order to gain human respect at the expense of God's respect, we'd be fools to follow the false shepherds of conciliarism. That's a lesson many should learn if they want to be fools for Christ. If not, they could end up as fools to Christ Who will say, "Depart from Me for I know ye not." Gabriel shares this insight in his piece for the 150th Anniversary of the Apparitions, Lourdes Teaches Us To Be Fools For Christ!

Just as Pope Julius II hounded Michelangelo in his craft, so it can be agonizing when a great Catholic like G.K. Chesterton diminishes the greatness of the 16th century master who many feel should be a Doctor of the Church for what he left to all in the ecstasy of Art and Sacrament.

In accordance with Catholic teaching, we present an interesting essay by Scott Montgomery to commemorate the 444th anniversary of the death of the master Michelangelo. The Italian virtuoso in sculpturing and with his imaginative brush is beloved for his brilliant masterpieces in marble, reliefs, and paintings that convey why many many consider him a kind of artistic Doctor of the Church. Most of his art greatly honors God and has remained as timeless edifications throughout the Vatican including the massive St. Peter's Cupola and the Sistine Chapel, not to mention other priceless works. Today Scott refutes another great Catholic who thought less of Michelangelo in selling the 16th century maestro of maestros short. Scott seeks to set the record straight. He provides his arguments below in delineating Michelangelo vs. Chesterton as well as pointing out the message imparted by Michelangelo's dedication, which should be emulated by priests today. Scott speaks specifically of the Jesuits who were once such an edifying group of consecrated sacerdotes. Yet today, due to liberation theology, new ageism, and adherence to the Modernist agenda of Vatican II, The Society of Jesus has so few truly consecrated priests left, and from this void comes another Modernist to lead them further toward ruin in Fr. Adolfo Nicholas as the new 'black pope.' St. Ignatius of Loyola must be deeply embarassed. Pray for the Jesuits for they are so in need of prayer and Scott asks that we all entrust them to Our Lady for a vital return to their original mission of orthodoxy for the sake of souls everywhere. The Agony and Ecstasy of being judged by Modern Standards

Among many of the talents attributed to the refined Ratzinger, one might add "vaticantriloquist" because what's coming out of his dummies' mouths originated with the suit-and-tie Hegelian way back in the sixties.

While ventriloquists can be hilarious, it is no joking matter when it comes to the Faith. It is not a "Game" as some have intimated. After vetting this article with several true Bishops among others, Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey confidently posts this piece that conveys without a shadow of a doubt that we can be assured, given the highly volatile nature of the controversy on the Good Friday Prayer, that Walter Kasper and "Archbishop" Gianfranco Ravasi, to name a few, did not speak on their own, that they had approval from "on high." As Tom intros, "Conciliiarism and its progenitors, including Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, strike at the heart of the nature of truth, which is to strike at the very nature of God Himself, Who is Truth, and His immutability. To disbelieve in the nature of truth, including dogmatic truth, is to disbelieve in God Himself, making of Him an Hegelian projection Who permits His creatures to 'finesse' His truths according to the circumstances of the moment." Tom addresses the latest bafflegab skimble-skamble on the Good Friday Prayer and Kasper's total abdication from Catholic truth, as Tom writes,"Perhaps those defending the new prayer will convince themselves--and will attempt to convince others--that Walter Kasper does not speak for Benedict XVI, which is the same old, discredited song that many of us sung during the false pontificate of Karol Wojtyla/John Paul II. Defending the indefensible makes it necessary to suspend rationality and logic, blinding oneself to the hard evidence that your strongly held suppositions and fondest wishes do not conform to reality." Tom is no masochist, taking no pleasure in having to constantly expose the corruption of doctrine that has been so pillaged, but souls are at stake and he has no choice for this is not a "game" but it is a competition to the last with the devil, as he points out in his recently posted essay Defending the Truth is Never Any Kind of Game

It's a jungle out there and the SSPX is dangerously close to being engulfed in the stifling, choking vines of Vatican II. The Ape of Anglicanism is hunting them down for there is a gorilla in their midst whose name is Ratzinger.

The recent letter by an SSPX superior in Mexico and the lambast by none other than His Excellency Bishop Richard Williamson from his bunker in Argentina against Ratzinger for caving to the Zionists with the abhorrent new Good Friday Prayer should be the warning shot across the SSPX bow that a split is coming and yet there exists the very real possibility that Bishop Bernard Fellay has passed the failsafe point in sealing the "bargain" with Fr. Joseph Ratzinger that the latter will lift the "excommunications" in force by a false church since 1988 in exchange for the Society's compliance with conciliarism through silence in the same manner Campos caved. Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey has filed another carefully vetted article on this by summarizing the similarities of Anglicanism and how there really is no difference between the Church of England, whose ordinations and episcopal ordinations were ruled null and void by His Holiness Pope Leo XIII, and the counterfeit church of conciliarism whose revised man-made rites are basically the same as those condemned by Leo. Tom calls it the Ape of Anglicanism and the jungle is ripe with traps, more heresies and surrender if the SSPX insists on Fellay and Fr. Schmidberger's ill-advised safari into the dangerous depths of Modernism in trying to reason with conciliar cannibals. The pot is boiling and Hegelian headhunters circle the cauldron, waiting for March 25 - the seventeenth anniversary of the death of the Society's founder Archbishop Marcel Lefebre. Tom reminds that they all should have listened to the nine 'scouts' 25 years ago for they had carefully scouted that very jungle and realized the chief of the true tribe had been struck and the gorillas and guerillas were in the midst and have been for nearly 50 years. High Church, Low Church

Any gardner worth their salt knows you must tend to the garden with care in order to harvest good fruit and take great care not to bruise the fruit. So also with souls in praying for the grace to ripen their hearts and utilizing the best way of discernment in separating the true wheat from the conciliar chaff in order to save as many souls as possible from the fire.

Griff Ruby files an interesting scenario of the proper way to intiate encouragement toward those presbyters who want to do right by holy Mother Church but have been hindered by lack of courage or intimidation or ignorance of what Catholicism truly is. Griff files a few theoretical letters that are plausible in planting the seeds of hope. Griff points out in these speculative correspondences how it is so vital to sift the wheat from the chaff amongst traditional-leaning 'priests' ordained in the Novus Ordo rite, that the proper traditional chain of command be observed in order for true shepherds to discern whether these 'priests', who would express an interest, are sincere or Trojan Horses ready to sabotage. Careful scrutiny and trust in the Holy Ghost will ferret out the "Twinkie-toes" if the proper impetus is given in doing all we can to help rescue souls from the counterfeit church of conciliarism. Griff poses the possibilities in his piece, A Grave Risk

Since there have been no good fruits - nada, none, zilch, zero - from the counterfeit church of conciliarism, why should we expect that to change. A bad fruit is a bad fruit, sour and poisonous at that. Be forewarned.

In a follow-up to his article last week High Church, Low Church, Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey weighs in on why Catholics should not be shocked or surprised when state after state, diocese after diocese, the conciliar 'bishops' speak out of both sides of the mouth and say nothing in truly trying to protect the unborn babies or working toward legislation to outlaw abortion. Yet, if you really hear what these bozos are saying it speaks volumes as to their total abandonment of the Catholic Faith. He points out, "Despite the well-meaning Catholics today to do what many of us did in the past, all of the complaints made to the conciliarists in Rome about the 'bad' 'bishops' in this or that country, including the United States of America, will come to just as much now as in the past: nothing. Conciliarism is the problem, not 'bad' bishops, who have been appointed by the conciliar 'popes' and who have been maintained in their positions despite exceeding even the very flexible boundaries of 'acceptable' beliefs its counterfeit church sanctions 'officially.' There is no more gain to be had by fighting the 'bad' bishops by this or that petition drive than there is to fight the 'bad' politicians by various naturalistic means as each of these 'bad' categories of people are the logical fruit of a world which denies the Social Reign of Christ the King and Mary our Immaculate Queen." Tom advises that we forego such fruitless efforts and turn to prayer as the answer, focuing all our attention on Christ and take our place next to Mary at the foot of the Cross where we should be this Lent and always as Tom shares in his somewhat brief article, Care Not for the Rights of Christ the King, Care Not for the Babies

The way of the Cross runs both ways. Either we are wending our way towards Calvary or the pull of the world, the flesh and the devil draws us down and out of the protective shadow of the Cross.

Gabriel Garnica returns with a timely short article as we near Passion Week. He points out how the Via Crucis goes both ways, it leads up to Calvary and it leads down away from Calvary. He asks which direction we will take not only as Lent intensifies, but in this time when persecution increases against those who will not compromise to the world. He reminds us that one can't hold a mirror and a cross in the same hand. If you choose the mirror you are looking at yourself and regretting what you could be; if you are looking at the Cross, you are looking at others and Christ's love is reflecting back to you and through you, often glowing greater when you suffer for Him. We can look at the Cross as either a burden and a curse that curtails our spiritual growth, or we can view it and cling to it as an invaluable life raft we cannot do without. That is the lesson learned in his column, The Triple Value of Suffering

The Lasting Impressions tatooed on the minds of millions is that the counterfeit church of conciliarism is Catholic because it calls itself Catholic. If one truly knows their Faith they will realize instantly that it can't possibly be Catholic!

Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey illustrates how scandal has weighed down so many souls over the past 50 years. Not that that many Catholics today are scandalized but that's because the great majority, thanks to the manifesto of Vatican II, don't know their Faith. And one who does not know his Faith is a weak link and when you have weak links, well you know the results. Therefore no one in their right mind wants weak links, and yet, that seems like all there is in the counterfeit church of conciliarism today thanks to the papolotry of dumbed down souls who think it's progress when a man they consider their pope does something no Catholic in their right mind would ever think of doing under pain of mortal sin and even excommunication. But those two things are forgotten intentionally today (unless targeting Traditional Catholics, especially sedevacantist Catholics or, as Gerry Matatics calls "Consistent Catholics") so that fewer see the scandal of kissing the Koran, lobbying for lifting the excommunication of Martin Luther, telling the Jews they don't have to worry about redemption, relegating the Church as a servant to the satanic UN, encouraging universal salvation, recognizing enemies of Christ as worthy and false religions as having good fruit. You know the list and you know what has been perpetrated on the faithful over the last half century is not Catholic. The problem is the vast majority do not realize it. They do not realize they are aiding and abetting the enemy whenever they fail to fully defend the Sacred Deposit of Faith. Tom explains in his piece, Lasting Impressions

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons, we're able to bring you a virtual mini-retreat conducted by His Excellency Bishop Daniel Dolan. Since most of our readers do not have the opportunity of a traditional retreat during Lent or even a day of Recollection, we wanted to provide the next best thing. In fact, on these pages you have all the tools necessary to make a fruitful retreat except for the Sacraments themselves. But you can make an examination of conscience, pray the Rosary, follow the Ordinary and Propers of each Mass and say the Stations of the Cross during this Passion Week when our efforts intensify as we turn down the stretch toward Holy Week. Just click on the buttons below to go to each meditative talk.

Thanks to Traditional Catholic Sermons, we're able to bring you audio reflections/sermons during Holy Week, all by His Excellency Bishop Donald Sanborn. Since Holy Week is such a solemn time when we must focus on the spiritual and walk with our Lord the Way of Calvary, the meditative talks by Bishop Sanborn provide an excellent opportunity to join more fully with Christ and make Holy Week truly a holy time. We have provided above the links to the three most solemn days, known as the Sacred Triduum with all the Propers pertinent for the day in both Latin and English so, if you do not have a Traditional chapel you can get to that offers the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and all the rubrics of this week, you have the next best thing in observing this most solemn time and be prepared to truly celebrate the Resurrection of the Lord either at the Gloria at midnight leading into Easter Sunday or the following morning.

Wouldn't it be refreshing if the media, specifically the BBC, announced "and now for something completely different" and then told the truth?!!

Gabriel Garnica was hoping to be able to devote time to the sacredness of Holy Week until he learned of another vile rotomontade of revisionism that tries to justify the killing of Christ. Well that was too much for Gabriel to keep silent on as he writes a brief refutation of these temerarious attempts to further distort the Gospels. Rather than turning back to the Truth in this holiest of seasons, the media is notoriously known for turning their back on the Truth. Nay, they go even further by turning to the devil to concoct the most vicious lies possible against our Lord and the Sacred Deposit of the Faith. With all the other outrages, sacrileges and indifference that permeate the media and the clueless couch potatoes this time of year, the latest blasphemy comes from the BBC, long a liberal bastion of tolerance and diversity for all things not Catholic. When it comes to the beliefs of the only Faith Jesus Christ established, it's open season. The BBC is famous for producing the crazed group known as Monty Python who have squeezed morality out of the equation. Wouldn't it be refreshing if, for once, writers, producers and networks told the truth? But that would entirely be something completely different. Gabriel won't let them get away with this nonsense as he files his column, Turning their back on the Truth

We're disappointed that more are not affording themselves of the wonderful opportunity provided by Dr. Thomas A. Droleskey of his magnificent and pertinent, if not necessary audio/video lectures on line. You can now find out more at Christ or Chaos Store Instructions.

We can't recommend this enough and know that the more senses one uses such as sight and sound, the more of an impact his words should have on the faithful, especially those who have had such a difficult time connecting the dots.

Mark Michael Zima's poignant work on Vatican II's poster child Mother Teresa should open eyes as to why the Corporal Works of Mercy mean nothing without applying the Spiritual Works of Mercy, woefully lacking in the founder of the Missionaries of Mercy. Dr. Marian Therese Horvat provides an excellent review with Is Mother Teresa of Calcutta a Saint?

  • Thomas Droleskey
To Forgive As We Are Forgiven and his most recent: a powerful piece that condemns the totally unlawful and blatantly anti-Catholic decision by a California Court of Appeals that outlaws Home School parents from teaching THEIR OWN children in the home unless they have a teaching certificate. However, these are merely more of the obvious bitter fruits from a society that has abandoned the Social Kingship of Christ resulting in the inevitable increasing communistic takeover by the People's Republic of California as Tom applies previous true Pope's assertive words to this very situation in his article
    On Borrowed Time No More
  • Dom Prosper Gueranger
Putting passion into practice Excerpts from the venerable Abbot for Passion Sunday on the History, Mystery and Practice of Passiontide and throughout Passion Week.

Bad example breeds contempt for the true Faith Isn't it time those who truly want to be Catholic take off the blinders and see where they're really being led: to the edge of the abyss.
  • Fr. George Leo Haydock
Before Abraham was, I am This was one more truth the Jewish High Priests refused to accept in their stubborn perfidity that persists to this day despite the conciliar cabal's caving to these enemies of Christ.
  • Fr. Louis Campbell
They have absconded with the Faith Today the Gospel says, "Christ hid Himself." He is still hid to countless souls who have been deprived of His graces because they follow false prophets.
  • The Mad Ecumaniac is at it again
Ratzinger has more faces than Janus And, if you wait awhile, BeneRatz will find a way to make Janus a saint. Afterall, he's trying to make it possible for the apostate Martin Luther to at least be eligible, but then what do you expect of the enemies of Christ?
  • Thomas Droleskey
Mocking the Faith When you have a man calling himself "Pope" when he consistently is an enemy of the Truth, then it's time to take off the blinders and see the Catholic truism of sedevacantism in these times when the conciliar collective is in total contradiction to Catholic truth.
  • Fr. George Leo Haydock
Before Abram was, I am This was one more truth the Jewish High Priests refused to accept in their stubborn perfidity that persists to this day despite the conciliar cabal's caving to these enemies of Christ.

  • St. Thomas Aquinas
The "Dumb Ox" turns out to be the most brilliant of all The holy Angelic Doctor of the Church has had more influence in Catholic teaching than any other.
  • Gabriel Garnica
Quo vadis on the Via Crucis? We are either with Christ which includes willingly suffering for Him or we are against Him and our suffering may not begin until we die. Then it will be too late.
  • Thomas Droleskey
Counting on Conciliarists is hopeless Why petitioning politician or prelate will do no good unless those petitioned have as their goal the Social Kingship of Christ.
  • Griff Ruby
Separating the wheat from the chaff in the proper way We must want our fellow Catholics and their priests trapped in the Novus Ordo structure to be free of their shackles and do all we can to help short of compromising.
  • Dom Prosper Gueranger
Expressing our Joy Excerpts from the venerable Abbot for Laetare Sunday and throughout the Fourth Week of Lent.
  • Bishop Daniel Dolan
Promises to Keep and miles to go before we sleep The immense joy we should feel from the Sacred Heart drawing us in to the burning furnace of His love, the crucible of love - the Cross.
  • Thomas Droleskey
An Antithesis of Truth Once again Ratzinger inserts das boot in his Hegelian mouth in praising what Pope Leo XIII strongly condemned. Separation of Church and State is heresy.
  • John Gregory
Sharing the Lord's load in joy and reparation The trek to Calvary will separate the spiritual men from the boys who talk the talk, but peter out when it comes to walking the walk. Can we keep up with our Lord? Can we see any of the qualities of Simon or Veronica in ourselves or will we, like the Apostles, scatter?
  • Fr. George Leo Haydock
Rejoice in miracles Holy Mother Church illustrates the joy expressed in the midst of Lent with the Proper of Laetare Sunday in revealing the Prophet, the Messias.
  • Cyndi Cain
Zoning in on Zeal St. Anselm is the ideal candidate to go to school on how we can increase our zeal and fervor for the Faith.
  • Thomas Droleskey
Aping Apostasy The Anglican experiment is playing all over again in the counterfeit church of conciliarism. It was null and void in Henry VIII's time, in Pope Leo XIII's time and in our time it still is and always will be because it is not Catholic. Also, Tom has an article on the Pew Forum report which reveals that Catholics have the largest number of defections, as if that is any surprise to Traditional Catholics. Tom gets beneath the veneer of the spin of the research, showing how the spin of the conciliarists of the "New Springtime" and "New Evangelization" is full of hot air fueled by the flames of hell, in his article One in Three, Three Out of Ten
  • Bishop Richard Williamson
Ratzinger Foe of the Faith. The sell-out to the Jews has prompted nore in the SSPX to begin to speak out more vociferously against Ratzinger in fear of being sold down the river by a bargain between Bishop Fellay and modern Rome as the Fathers point out at traditio.com on how BeneRatz' is showing his true colors.
  • Michael Cain
On the horns and thorns of a dilemna How the Crowning of Thorns pierces the Mystical Body of Christ anew to where His Church is no longer visible, so disfigured has she become by the apostates within.
  • Dom Prosper Gueranger
Practice until we get Lent right The venerable Abbot provides practical advice on how we can make the best of the penitential season.
  • Daily VerbumQUO
Are we hoodwinked by the demons? If we are not careful in practicing our Faith fully through prayer and deed, and if we do not curb our appetites through penance and fasting, we can get blindsided by the devil and his multiple minions.
  • Fr. George Leo Haydock
The Danger of Demons Comprehensive Catholic Commentary enlarged and concise for today's Epistle and Gospel for the Third Sunday of Lent provided by John Gregory on the sign of Jonah and the Jews rejection.
  • Thomas Droleskey
Those Who Trust in Mere Mortals Be careful what you wish for, you may get it. Wasn't it our Lord who said, "As you sow, so you shall reap"?
  • St. Peter Damian
Last one out of the Dark Ages, turn on the Light Counselor to seven popes and surviving several antipopes, St. Peter Damian is the ideal saint to pray for discernment in navigating through those perilous waters that have entrapped so many.
  • Daily VerbumQUO
In the darkest times, there will always be the Light Throughout the history of the Church there have been men who have been so inspired by the Holy Ghost that they understood and could so beautifully convey the will of God to others. They are called Doctors. Something sorely needed today when souls are ailing so much.
  • John Gregory
No king but Jesus. Vivo Christo Rey! That is the only refrain Catholics can evoke in contrast to the Jews' and the world's shouts of "We have no king but Caesar." The Romans crowned Him with thorns, and today they have uncrowned Him with the Great Apostasy.
  • Daily VerbumQUO
There are many surfaces, but only one Rock That Rock is the solid Faith entrusted to a living being who would continue the living being of the Mystical Body of Christ, bloodied and bruised for our sins. What a King!
  • Thomas Droleskey
Speaking out of several sides of the mouths Edgar Bergen, Senor Wences, and Paul Winchell had nothing on Joseph Ratzinger when it comes to ventriloquism. BeneRatz has an ensemble of dummies he uses to throw off even traditional Catholics.
  • Daily VerbumQUO
The right begging can open Heaven's doors In today's society beggars are looked at with disdain, but in God's eyes one sincerely asking in accordance with the divine will can expect many dividends.
  • Cyndi Cain
Conversion and the Con Why are the modern leaders not instilling the Fear of the Lord in souls today? Because they don't believe. They think they know better than God. St. Vincent Ferrer knew better to take such a heretical view for he truly loved the Jews, so much so that he converted them so they would be saved. Not so today.
  • Daily VerbumQUO
Reading the divine Will The dividends can be found when we inherit the wind of the Holy Ghost, the Spirit Christ left us for all heredity.
  • Michael Cain
Lashed and Lacerated by the Conciliar Cons The Scourging the Mystical Body of Christ has undergone over the past 43 years has taken its toll in souls.

  • Scott Montgomery
The Message of Art and Sacrament is still underappreciated by many The Agony and the Ecstasy of the legacy of the great Master Michelangelo and how the iconoclasts today have still not learned.
  • Daily VerbumQUO
Conversion is necessary despite the Conciliarists' Cabal Not converting to the true Faith will most certainly lead to dying in their sin for those who reject Christ or compromise His commands.
  • Dom Prosper Gueranger
The crux of this time when we focus on the Cross Lent is no mystery when explained by the venerable orthodox Abbot of the 19th century.
  • Daily VerbumQUO
The call from above should come in loud and clear The words of the heavenly Father in today's Gospel is what we strive to hear applied to us.
  • Fr. George Leo Haydock
What more proof would anyone want? Comprehensive Catholic Commentary enlarged and concise for today's Epistle and Gospel for the Second Sunday of Lent provided by John Gregory on the authenticity of Jesus as the Son of God.
  • Thomas Droleskey
The futility of putting trust in movements Not one candidate meets the standards Christ demands of His children and to vote for any one of them is irresponsible and an affront to our Lord and Savior and His Blessed Mother.
  • John Gregory
Mortifying our senses By doing so we can lessen the sting of the scourges Christ suffered, but we must also be willing to discipline our senses so we can bear the pain with Him.
  • Thomas Droleskey
Fast Lane to Insanity How the conciliarists have lost touch with reality and Catholic tradition. Oh for a true blue Devil's Advocate today to sweep away these imposters. No one touting Americanism should be considered a candidate for a halo.
  • Cyndi Cain
Staying the course through thick and thin Two saints, among many, who persevered in living Christ's words that he who loves father and mother, son or daughter more than Him is not worthy of our Lord, were Saints Perpetua and Felicitas who proved their worth by gaining everlasting life.
  • Michael Cain
Weeping for Heretics with Tears of Precious Blood There is no Mystery of the Mystical Body of Christ's journey to Calvary. God has allowed it so that those, for whom He shed His blood pro multis, will stand with Him throughout His Passion and Death so that we can be with Him at His glorious Resurrection.

  • Daily VerbumQUOM
Satan's Wake-up Call Two words from our Lord and Savior exorcised the demon from His midst high above on the mountain, replaced by the consolation of angels. Whenever we reject satan, Jesus sends the same angels to console us.
  • Fr. George Leo Haydock
Discernment discovered Comprehensive Catholic Commentary enlarged and concise for today's Epistle and Gospel for the First Sunday of Lent provided by John Gregory.
  • Thomas Droleskey
Catholic no more, not for 40 years or more One can hold 99% of the truths (Ratzinger falls far, far short of that number), but if one does not hold all of the truths of the Faith, they are NOT Catholic. How much simpler can it get for people to realize that fact?
  • St. Cyril of Alexandria
The Prodigal Son Returns Once having opposed St. John Chrysostom, St. Cyril came to realize his holy colleague was right. Both are Doctors of the Church.
  • Thomas Droleskey
McCain is no McSavior of the Unborn Do not be fooled by the dole Doleisms of McCain's preportive pro-life stance. His record rails against the innocent and compromises for the guilty.
  • John Gregory
The Agony Begins at Olivet Meditation on the First Sorrowful Mystery with one each of the next five Fridays in Lent
  • Thomas Droleskey
Selling out to the enemies of Christ Is this not evidence that Benedict XVI and Judas Iscariot are synonymous?
  • Cyndi Cain
Where are the Lazaruses with their treasures? For the Church Militant's needs the contemplative life of Mary must be balanced with the active life of Martha, but without Lazarus, the ranks grow weaker and thinner
  • Dom Prosper Gueranger

The cinema of cinera How holy Mother Church lets us see Pride of Faith comes from wearing the cloak of Humility without broadcasting it

  • Thomas Droleskey
The Great Charade The ecumaniac Hegelian Ratzinger fuses one innovation into another and dares to call it traditional, let alone Catholic!
  • William F. Buckley, Jr.
Conservative Icon who compromised his Faith With all he accomplished, William F. Buckley's greatest regret will be that he did not stick to his guns in upholding the true Faith for he, like millions of others, caved to the conciliarists.
  • Delivering the Ratz his cheese
Motu Matt Mice Taking the Bait
BeneRatz has to love it. He's successfully divided Traditionalists with his deception and painted formerly reliable traditional luminaries into a corner in which the only way out is to connect the dots so meticulously laid out by previous reliable Popes who didn't mince words in conveying Catholic truth.
